Respected sir,
I m Akshay Sapkal, from akola. I had booked 2 tickets on 28th nov 2020 for Badnapur from akola of shivshahi bus which was scheduled to depart from nagpur at 6.30 am on 29th Nov 2020. But i cancelled the tickets.
Its been more than 20 days i haven't received any refund of 820 ₹ which i had paid for booking. I tried to call all the helpline numbers multiple time over the period and sent many mails but haven't got any response from support. I m a student and its large amount for me. So please look into the matter and please give me refund.
The details are as follows,
Bus- Nagpur to aurangabad
Type- Shivshahi
Boarding-Akola stop-Badnapur
Booking date- 28/11/2020
Departure date and time- 6.30 am on 29/11/2020

The booking amount of Rs. 467 was deducted from route SWARGATE to MIRAJ on 19th of December 2020 but i haven't received the ticket.

I still haven't received the amount back in my account.

Please confirm and look for the payback of Rs 467.

I was booking ticket "KHED TO MAITRI PARK", however, payment has been made successfully but ticket has not been booked and I was trying four times but reflected same issues. similarly, money debited from bank account but still money not credited even ticket not booked.

I have booked below mentioned ticket via msrtc online booking platform on 13 December. My account is debited, but not received any mail or message on phone for booking.

We have booked mumbai to Mahabaleshwar bus for 22nd Dec 2020 @9:30 pm

Total amount paid was 1573/-
Money got deducted but it was showing error in transaction receipt.no booking confirmation was sent to us.pls reply me the details of my booking.

I have done MSRTC bus booking from Pune to Roha on 15 Dec.2020. I have completed all the payment process for rs.160 the amount is debited from my account but the booking was not done. I nee to refund this amount

Date 13 Dec, the toll collected twice one manually rupees 270 and then rupees 203 from my fast tag. Total rupees 473 was collected for one side. Request you to return 203 back. Attached are the details.

We are traveling the route walag to degloor, but we have so much problem the buses are not giving in time and also they cancleing the buses .we have giving complating on phone, written letters but no reply .sir the school students, collage students, teachers and other passangers are there, they are not reaching on time.the problem going on upto july .we do not know where we complanting .
Sir we are poor, we not spent so much money to private vehicles.
Please help us .

I am Sharad Thorat writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 05.12.2020.

1. While booking a ticket for 2 passenger, i entered all the detail and go redirected on to the page of Axis Bank. I entered my details and payment done. 795.92 rupees. But ticket not genrate.

I booked tickets for Vishal Gajdhane, Neha Gajdhane to travel from Cidco Aurangabad to Sion on 28th November 21:00 PM Shivshahi Bus.
I used the Guest user login option. Email address used was [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected]

I have not received any email notification and SMS for the booking.
A Amount of 1500 has been deducted from my account using google pay. Transaction ID is[protected].
Kindly help me with my booking.

Hello,

This is to inform you that Shivshahi A/c bus which a non stop bus from Nashik to Pune took halts at every other stand( Sangamner, Aale Phata, Narayangaon, many more). This was totally unacceptable from MSRTC. When we asked about the halts to driver and the ticket checker at Aale Phata they informed that the are been verbally ordered to do this. There is no written notice about this.

Is MSRTC fooling passengers by taking fees of non stop bus and not providing the proper service ?

Please look into this.

We are paying more for non stop bus than the slow bus !

Hope the incharge members look into this and help the passengers !

Sir/Madam,

I am using your msrtc app ticket booking service with user ID Karavalabhi. While making a reservation from vasai navghar to kolhapur CBS using UPI amounting Rs.1476.94 and Rs.1483.23 using Canara debit card for which payment was successfully debited But ticket not booked.


I request you check the transaction and confirm the details for this transaction at the earliest.

The employees at Vashi Toll Plaza, collect cash from all vehicles even in fast tag lane, stating that the fast tag is not in service, this is a fraud and they have been collecting cash from all vehicles and even the money is getting deducted from fast tag account.

I make reservation for the journey date16/09/2020 having ticket number 41522983. But bus service for the schedule is not available on the time. Also controller of nanded st depot is not co operated in a good manner. I talk with your customer care centre on same day many times but they refuse to register a complaint. And i arrange the journey in private traveling service. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Please find below details of ticket which has been cancelled but refund amount is not yet received. I have sent mail a twice to [protected]@gmail.com but no response received. Support desk people don't know what they have to do for this query even i asked for senior person to come on call but they denied it. Such a pathetic service they are providing.
