Dear sir/Madam
Everyday it became travelling in St from panvel to belapur and return. The St bus conductor and drivers are rude and never stop at belapur stop and not at properly assigned bustop they stop as per their convenient

Today on 3.2.2021 while travelling in bus no MH14BT 2410 the lady conductor was so rude to me the bis was totally empty only one Lady passenger was in the bus leaving and I asked the condiuctor the destination as here no destination mention on bus we need ask which doesn't reply properly due to this lady conductor had argument with me and forcing me to get down

This is the situation of every traveler s travelling in St bus we have to bear them so request you kindly look in this matter and teach a lesson this lady conductor
I mention the bus no MH14BAT2410 Belapur Bus from panvel St depot 8.15 am

      I had booked 3 tickets for bus journey via MSRTC official website for Aurangabad CBS to Thane CBS for the date[protected]. The amount of Rs. 1335/- got debited from my account but the transaction got failed by MSRTC & it was said I'd receive refund in 7 days but I haven't received it yet. I am attaching screenshot of both transaction details & the screenshot of transaction failed by MSRTC. Please issue me a refund.

        Was riding my bike when a bus took a wrong left to get to a unmarked bus stop without giving any kind of indicator me driving maintaining a proper distance got crashed into the busses crash bar this incident took place in Nashik, Maharashtra 50 meters from Ganjalmal police station Move over The bus lady bus conductor used foul language with me and threatened me The police station also didn't take any kind of complaint over this I would please like you too take a close look at this matter

          I tried booking the ticket on 16/01/2021 from vashi to Ratnagiri

          Transaction of 1140 Rs.

          Amount was deducted from HSBC bank Account but ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

          Please proceed with the refund of this amount.

            We are doing 10-12k rupees job, how can we travel by auto on daily basis.
            Very less busses pickup from zakat naka bhiwandi toward Kalyan in morning, and from Durgadi, Kalyan toward bhiwandi in evening.
            There are empty busses, but driver did not stop at given above bus-stop.
            Pls look at the problems and solve it.

                Dear Team,

                I am traveling with my old parents and old aunty from shiv shahi.In which I faced the issue of bad service as they stopped the bus at green view hotel in khardi.In which we had order some snacks and one of the person was creating issue regarding a bad service of food as nobody took his order.Just because of that the within a minute the bus was leaving without us.Which was very bad as I was with all 3 old people and already having a food .Hence request you to kindly take an action regarding this.My ticket no. Was 000797 and the bus route was from nashik to dadar.

                    कोल्हापुर ते जालना शिवशाही टिकिट फाॆर्म वर टिकीट शिटींग किंव्हा स्लिपर मेंशन नसल्या मुऴे मला 940 रु घेऊन कोल्हापुर ते जालना शिटींग टिकिट दिले मला का सांगीतले नाही ही गाडी शिटींग आहे गाडी प्लाॆट फाॆर्म वर आल्या वर मला कळाले टिकिट शिटींगचे दिले .मला स्लिपर चे टिकीट हावे होते माझी 940 रु घेऊन फसवनुक केली आहे.ही गि-हाईकाची साप फसवनुक आहे. प्रावेट गाडीचे स्लिपर भाडे 800 रु आहे .आणी शिवशाहीचे शिटींग भाडे 940 कोणत्या आधारे लावले मी स्लिपर म्हणुन 940 दिले तिकीट कॆंशल करा म्हंटले तर केले नाही मला नाई विलाजाने 940 देऊन महामंडळाच्या चुकी मुळे मला प्रवास करताणी त्रास सहन करावा लागला याची मला भरपाई द्यावी

                      I have booked ticket from Mangaon Raigad to Borivali nancy colony, Mumbai of 12.30 mahad- borivali bus on 22 feb 2021. Seat no. 18.

                      Amount deducted from my account via upi
                      BOI-Your a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXX0829 is debited for Rs. 216.01 on[protected]:32 and credited to a/c no. XXXXXXXX3230 (UPI Ref no[protected]. But i didn't get ticket.

                      Please help me refund my money.

                        Respected sir, I was making online reservation of 3 people for semi luxury bus from alibag to swargate on 3 January 2021 at around 8 am. Amount of 780 Rs were deducted from my account. But tickets didn't get booked. No e-tickets showed on website. I received msg from SBI that 780 Rs from your account has been deducted. When will I get my refund? Please look into the matter and initiate my refund.

                          I had cancelled pune to mahabaleshwar darshan bus ticket on 19 Dec 2020. It's been more than 10 days and I still not received refund amount. My cancellation voucher no is 41956822. Also customer care number are not being picked up. I tried to call customer care number several time but no response received.

                            I was trying to book ticket from Karad to Thane CBS. The amount was deducted from my HDFC account (card payment) however, the ticket was not booked. When can I expect the refund?

                            Also, I tried to book the ticket again (2nd time) and was booked successfully with amount deduction (2nd time).
                            However, I am expecting the refund amount from my first transaction of failed booking.

                              I booked ticket sangmeshwar to borivali Nancy colony date of 02/1/2021 Ticket cost total 1240. But later after I cancelled ticket and voucher no is 42017355.
                              I requested to msrtc support system please refunded my money as soon as possible.we are live in poor middle class family belonging.

                                Hey, I booked a ticket from Nasik to Mumbai at 4:31pm. Train type is 02110 MMR CSMT SPL departing from Nasik at 7:05am and reaching Mumbai at 10:45am.

                                The total of ₹146/- got deducted from my account but I didn't receive the ticket for the same.

                                UPI transaction ID :[protected]

                                Payment was done through Google Pay.

                                Kindly refund the money ASAP.

                                PS : Same thing happened with me previously and the amount got refunded within hours. This time I waited for a day but the refund is not yet initiated

                                        I m Akshay Sapkal, from akola. I had booked 2 tickets on 28th nov 2020 for Badnapur from akola of shivshahi bus which was scheduled to depart from nagpur at 6.30 am on 29th Nov 2020. But i cancelled the tickets.
                                        Its been more than 20 days i haven't received any refund of 820 ₹ which i had paid for booking. I tried to call all the helpline numbers multiple time over the period and sent many mails but haven't got any response from support. I m a student and its large amount for me. So please look into the matter and please give me refund.
