I am travelling by borivali satara shivshahi bus... I am going to get down at bhuinj from navale bridge. I travel everyday by msrtc bus... Every conductor drops me at stop below the flyover but today the conductor 'mr mh barkad' rejected to drop me at the required stop.. Plz take the required action asap... Morning 5 am bus from borivali dated 18/12 19 which reaches satara by 11am shivshahi l 6551 c7c60 conductor name 'mh barkad'
I have cleared my driving licence test on 19 dec at kalyan rto but still i have not got my license number its still showing pending my application number is [protected]

    I have booked 2 seats for the Swargate-Miraj "Shivashahi" bus of 23.00 on 13/12/2019 through the app. I was with a lady. We were travelling to Islampur. We came to the bus stand a little bit late. But till, our seats were allotted to other passengers by Swargate Conductor. We have travelled the full journey sitting on the floor of the bus. We want justice for such action taken by MSRTC.
    The behavior of the bus driver was very rude. He was refusing to aboard us.
    We were in trouble that night. None was helping us. Even though we had booked our seats earlier, we have traveled whole journey in standing or sitting on the floor. The conductor and driver had shameful and irresponsible behavior.
    I am condemning such an act. We want justice.

      Bus no. Mh-14/bt-4907,
      Bus name - roha to shirdi at 17.48 hours,
      Isse : — this st asiad bus stopped at kharadi bypass. When i get into the bus, conductor shouted that, bus will not to go shirur (Ghodnadi) and force me to get down out of the bus.
      I have also requested to drop me at bypass, outside shirur town, but he strictly denied. Plz look into the matter.

        I was traveling from pune to mumbai via expressway on 7th december 2019,
        At talegoan toll booth, the toll guy says fast tag is not yet compulsory, so you need to pay in cash so pay the amount in cash i. E 230. After new hours i got an sms from fasttag that the 173 amount is deducted from paytm wallet. Sms from fasttag:
        "paid rs. 173 for vehicle reg. No 'mzbep813mkn021867' at khalapur toll plaza on[protected]:37:07. For future reference toll txn id: [protected]."
        Pfa the cash receipt.
        Below are the list of question:
        1. If fasttag is enabled at toll booth then why irb place such dumb guy at tollbooth.
        2. If i pay the cash amount then why the amount is debited from fast tag.
        3. Why all fast tag board is removed from all the toll booth of expressway, it was there 2 month back.
        4. I raised a complained at paytm but they are not responding from last 36hr.

          I was to travel from Vile Parle East Mumbai to Pune. along the side of the western express highway and airport there are several tour operators including Neeta/Metrolink etc. Shivnari website stated that they have a stop at Sai Baba mandir which is bit far ahead of the rest of the tour operators.

          When the Shivneri bus arrived it stopped at the shops where all tour operators operate rather than coming to Sai Baba Mandir. I had to literally run from that designated bus stop to a distance to catch it in time.

          The problem is there's no official board of MSRTC along the road anywhere and bus stops anywhere from the signal upto Sai Baba Mandir.
          I expect MSRTC to erect a bus stop. If not a full fledged bus stop at least a banner clearly indicating where the stop is and I expect the drivers to also stop at the correct spot along the highway.

            I was traveling by MSRTC SHIVNERI BUS from Thane Vandana To Pune bus No MH -11-T -9251 start from Thane 2.00 p.m.The driver of this bus was using his mobile phone and later also was talking to someone on the phone. I asked him to stop using the phone to which he replied that "what can we do if it's an emergency?"
            Bus drivers should understand that they have the responsibility of all the passengers on them and be very thoughtful and alert while driving!

I have already started mail to customer care also called many time still I am not getting refund .My complaint is still not solve its more than 1 month now .I will taking follow up but no one replying .

              Dear sir/ madame, vehicle no.: mh02ee6830 i was travelling from mumbai to pune on sunday with my valid fast tag. When i reached the first toll which is khalapur, i was been diverted by the patrol team to the cash counter. The person at the cash counter asked me to pay for the toll which is rs. 230 from mumbai to pune which also includes the talegaon toll. I asked him that i have fast tag with sufficient funds so why not get the same deducted. He said that since i have arrived on the cash counter, i will have to pay the toll in cash and then the balance toll of rs. 57 will get deducted on the next toll plaza once i show them the receipt of rs. 173. So i agreed and paid him rs. 173.00 and when i reached the 2nd toll which is the talegoan toll a tax of rs. 173 got auto deducted from my fast tag account. I also requested the person at the counter even after showing him the receipt, he rudely denied me and asked me to complaint with the related authorities. Hence request you to please look into the matter and reply and please refund my tax. This is the second time which is happening.

                  On 24-oct kudal to chinchwad - shivshahi bus in morning got cancelled and hence travelers from my family were unable to travel under reservation ticket to pune. Since they wanted to travel to pune they boarded another bus by paying again ticket charges to them. I had submitted aplication on 24-oct demanding for refund of shivshahi ticket. I had submitted cancellation request with ticket printed behind request letter. Also i attached another ticket which got by paying amount again for travel to pune.
                  Since bus was cancelled i requested for refund full amount paid by crediting to same bank account from where money was deducted while reservation. After 45 days still i didn't received refund. I am follow up many times over email with no success.

                      Hi, i booked ticket from wakad (Pune) to vashi (Navi mumbai) for monday 2 dec 2019. Starting point of bus was 5.16 am from swargate and the bus was expected to come at wakad 5.52 am. End point of bus was mumbai central. I called up swargate bus stand at 5.45 am to confirm if bus has left from swargate. I was told that bus already left and bus number is 8451. I waited for the bus but it did not arrive. I again called up swargate bus stand at 6.45 am and this time i was told that bus is in the traffic and bus number is 8438. I again waited for the bus. Meanwhile i was talking with st conductor at wakad bus stop but he was not aware about the bus.

                      At 7.15 one bus came which was towards dadar and obviously this was not the bus which i was waiting for. I kept waiting for my bus. At 7.45 am i checked with local bus conductor at wakad bus stop and he told that bus already left. The bus which i was supposed to board was dadar bus.

                      Questions
                      1. How will i come to know that i need to board dadar bus? My ticket was for mumbai central.
                      2. Who is responsible for this mis management? Who will refund my money?
                      3. I called up swargate st bu stand almost more than 30 times. But my call was answered only twice. Why no one picking the call?

                      I am very disappointed with the service of the st and this is the second time i faced issue with st. First time i did not raise any complaint and let my money go into your pocket. But this time, you have to refund.

                        I amol a patil travelling to kini wathar to baramati and waiting for the bus kolhapur jamkhed on kini toll at 05:00a am bus come at 05:30 am on kini toll and i am showing hand signal to stop the bus the driver and conductor both looked at me but did not stopped the bus or not asked for where were wanted to go.
                        Somewhere we wanted to go at desired time so we're coming at bus timing if this types of mistakes doing msrtc people then what to do common people.

                          At lonavala st depo 2 canteens are available but both are closed instead sts are stopped at private hotels where food cost is very high. 30 rs nasta is useless. Why canterns at depo are not working. Why st promotes private hotels.
                          Also at lonavala depo privare cars are parked and are serching for mumbai going persons. They are looting st business, but depo manager overlooks this.

                                  Hi sir/ ma'am,
                                  Grievance about my journey on shivshahi mh.18. Bg.1535 nandurbar-pune.
                                  I am traveling by the mentioned bus to pune. My pickup point was malegaon. First and foremost, the bus was to depart from my pickup location at 22:40. But the bus arrived at 23:45 which is an hour late. This was the very first negative impression that the bus and msrtc created.
                                  Secondly i would like to mention about the quality of the bus. The bus is managed by a third party named ' bafna brothers' and i challenge that this is the worst management someone would ever come across. The seats of the bus aren't covered with bedsheets. Moreover, a foul smell continuosly lingers in the bus. The air conditioning is not in proper condition. The suspensions are in such a bad state that one cannot even sleep properly. We pay for the ticket and we have all the right to get proper service.
                                  We, as passengers rely completely on msrtc as it is a government body. But looking at this scenario, i don't think it makes any sense to do so. You motto says "safe and accident free bus service". The bus which i'm traveling in doesn't have a rear view mirror. How can you guarantee safety. I believe all these things are being taken very casually and that has resulted in the increase in number of shivshahi accidents. This is just my story. I bet there are hundreds like me out there who are as frustrated and disgusted by your service and management. I hope you look into this very sincerely. That's all from my side.

                                    Shivasahi bus is failed to reach on time its taking more than 6 hrs to reach from pune to kolhapur.ac was not working. If asked to driver response was given that its affecting the speed of the bus. Also he claimed that bus was not in proper condition to drive smoothly. Its has been observed that same condition of the shivasahi buses this charging sockets are not working all the time. Shivasahi buses charge 430rs./ for its services like ac, wifi, cleanliness, better traveling experience with minimum time duration and none of the service is working properly. Its very inconvenient and frustrating.

                                      1) i have tried online booking on 12 oct 2019. But while doing payment, my money was debited from my account but msrtc page gave me error so it cant showing in my cancelled ticket. So in this case i did not received my money back till yet.
