पुणे - नाशिक महामार्गावर हॉटेल फाउंटन अधिकृत बस थांबा येथे चहा नाश्ताचे प्रवासी कुपन न मिळणे बाबत.

पुणे - नाशिक महामार्गावर हॉटेल फाउंटन हा अधिकृत बस थांबा असून येथे दररोज अंदाजे 200 हुन अधिक बस येथे चहा नाश्ता साठी थांबतात.
येथे प्रवाश्यांच्या सोयीसाठी देण्यात येणारी चहा नाश्ता चा कुठलाही सूचना फलक उपलब्ध नाही तसे त्या बद्दल विचारले असता अशी कुठलेही सेवा आपल्याकडे देण्यात येत नाही असे सांगण्यात आले.

हॉटेल फाउंटन बद्दल असणारी
काही आक्षेप.
1)महाराष्ट्र राज्य परिवहन मंत्रालयाच्या आदेशानुसार हॉटेलला 30 रुपयात नाश्ताचे कुपन देणे व त्या बाबत हॉटेलच्या बाहेर तसा सूचना फलक लावणे अनिवार्य आहे.तसा कुठलाही फलक अथवा सेवा प्रवाश्यांना
येथे उपलब्ध नाही.
2)तसेच हॉटेलच्या खाद्यपदार्थांच्या किंमती वाजवी दरा पेक्षा जास्त आहेत की ज्या सर्वसामान्याना परवडणाऱ्या नाहीत.

कृपया वरील तक्रारीस ग्राह्य धरून हॉटेल फाउंटनचा अधिकृत बस थांबा रद्द करावा अथवा प्रवासी नाश्ता चे कुपन उपलब्द्ध करून देण्यात यावे.

    I booked shivneri bus ticket for pune to borivali, mumbai. Ticket details are attached in the image. The bus was supposed to come to vanaj bus stop at 9:12 am but didn’t show up at all. The bus stop attendees kept saying it bus hasn’t left from swargate. I took another bus after waiting for couple of hours.
    Please provide a full refund of the fare (Rs. 525) as the bus didn’t show up.

    I traveled with 3 person from Latur to Nanded by MSRTC bus No MH20 BL 3856, seat No 19 & 22 is damaged causes painful sitting. Kindly request you please repair the seat as soon as possible.

      Dear sir, i cancelled my online journey ticket, as per message on msrtc online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 40031933. Even after around 15 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. As per message of msrtc i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount. Thank you.

        Greetings,
        We travelled in shivshahi from nashik to borivali dated on 10th nov 2019 departing at 16:30. We had reserved three seats. The seats were covered with dust and tobacco with a scent of cigarettes, there were splashes of tobacco spits. When we asked the conductor what can be done then he reverted with an arrogant answer. So even after paying a sum for three seats we had to manage with two seats which were dirty and were haunted by mosquitos. Such experience is not expected in a ac bus and that too after charging a huge sum. The passenger besides us had his seat broken and then sat on the seat reserved by us the entire journey. This caused a sole discomfort and we nowhere look forward to travel in shivshahi again neither suggest anyone to do so. I would request mrstc or the bus operator to refund our money.

          I had booked an online ticket for shivshahi bus from swargate to kolhapur on[protected] at 6.30 pm. I boarded the bus from katraj seat number 4. Mine was a window seat. When i boarded the bus i saw someone else was sitting there. When i asked he said that a conductor was sitting on his seat. So i was made to sit on another seat which was not even a window seat only because one of your conductor was sitting there with his girlfriend.
          Please act on my complaint or else i will go to your higher authority.

            Hi, 9.30 am msrtc shivshahi bus from khed ratnagiri depot was planned to to reach thane cbs by 3.05 pm on 7th november 2019. But the bus driver stopped the bus at ramwadi bus depot and informed all the passenger that bus has some technical issues and can't go further.
            When complained to khed bus depot on call and ramwadi bus depot they are not ready to arrange another shivshahi bus instead of that they are saying that st-ordinary bus will come in some time you have travel your remaining journey in that.
            We as a customer are paying double rate for ac bus ticket and msrtc is replacing it by non ac bus and that too no guarantee for seats.
            Moreover there are 20+ shivshahi buses parked in depot when asked about that they are saying it is not rto cleared.
            My father is a heart patient and already done with his bypass surgery he is standing at ramwadi bus depot from last 4 hours with no help fro authority.
            This is the second instance in last two months with same route bus service.
            Which needs to be looked upon seriously.

              I have done reservations for the rahataghar - sangli bus and my boarding is at hatkhamba titha to kolhapur ticket number 39509717. The actual bus has to be semiluxury i have done reservations for this, but they sent non semiluxury, it was ordinary bus which ticket is less, conductor has written the fare difference on the ticket for refund purposes, so as per rules on 13 october i have handover the ticket print to ratnagiri st depo also they assured me that refund will be credited to my account
              Since it has been 24 the refund amount has not been received, please complete the refund process as soon as possible
              I have attached the copy of my ticket and conductor written for refund.

              I have got refund today 12:30 6 November, in just 2 hour of complaint registration at your portal Excellent service from you people. As they have not called or mailed to me yet for delay in refund. The refund has to be made within 7 days but they have taken almost a month. I am still not satisfied and HATE MSRTC SERVICE

                  Please enaure the bus condition before satrting of journey. I am travelling in bus no. Mh 14 bt 3814 from manmad depot to shivajinagar pune. Ao bus is fail during journey at babhaleahwar some oil is come out from engine. So driver said at ahemdanagr depo please all passenge come down we will check it in depo and coming soon. But bus is atanding there from 19:30 to 20:40.
                  So kindly request you to msrtc before starting of long route journey please check the bus condition
                  My online ticket is not booked but payment is done

                    I know writing here won't help my situation. Its high time you guys maintain a time book for your self. I was supposed to board from nashik at 5 pm for pune, its 6.30 pm i haven't board the bus.
                    When asked the enquiry team, response was even 3.30 pm bus has not arrived.
                    The clueless enquiry guys made it even more pathetic. Not knowing even about the next bus status really seemed whole cooked stuff...

                    I made a reservation for day ordinery bus from Aurangabad to Akola on Date: 26/10/2019

                    I was informed that the bus is not available for the day as it was cancelled by MSRTC and I travel in JADA bus at 10:30 am with New ticket of Rs 1040/- on same day. I was asked to make a complain to get the refund of my ticket.
                    I have already mailed it to [protected]@techprocess.co.in, Technical support
                    and [protected]@gmail.com.

                    Hereby I request you to kindly look into the issue and please make the refund to my account as soon as possible.

                    4 tickets were booked on 30/10/2019.ticket fare was deducted from account but ticket was not generated.the same thing was happened twice.even though money was recredited to account.it takes more time and tax was deducted.the site was not responding properly is not customers fault.resolve the thing ASAP.
                    I had booked the ticket on 24 October 2019 and today it's 29 October 2019 not yet received refund amount of ticket.
                    I had booked the ticket from MSRTC site, ticket was not booked and amount got deducted from my account. please transfer my refund amount to my account.

                      I allways travelled from mumbai (Borivali) to nashik by shivshahi. Like me many corporate person, senioe cityzen, ladise, families are traveling on this route. During journey bus is taking refreshment break at hotel green land (While comming to mumbai) and hotel jai durga (While going to nashik), hotel managment is not at all maintaining hygiene at toilets and even if inside the hotel.                       Additional 115 rs taken while travelling to nagpur by shivshai. Considering rush of diwali, no any mode of transportaion willbe available for nagpur which is far away from solapur i. E. 750km. Ticket was booked on 13th oct 2019. Msrtc has not sent any message, mail or call for ticket fare increament. This is rediculous. I have to pay money as no other option available.

                      Required your support to save faith on msrtc. Please do needful and returned my additional charges taken.

                        I have reservation dtd. 28.10.2019 of shivshahi sleeper for the route of mumbai central to kolhapur. However when i arrived at mumbai central depot at 9pm and enquire about bus location, mr. Jadhav from vahtuk niyantran kaksh informed me that same bus was cancelled and they are arranging shivshahi seater bus instead of it. When i ask him about reason for this incidence, he roughly replied to me that, 'ask to kolhapur depot, we don't liable to answer you as sleeper coach bus belongs to kolhapur depot'. When i ask him about complain book, he told me to search mr. Maske who was incharge of depot and have complain book. I search him all over the depot for more than 15 min. But he was not on his place or in depot. When i repeatedly ask mr. Jadhav for complain book he has given me one book in which i listed my complain, but at the last he told me that nobody look after such complaints or this book, its for just your satisfaction which was really worst thing.
                        When i arrived at kolhapur bus depot at 6:30am, i have met mr. Faraz who was incharge of depot at that time. I told him all the incidence and told him refund my money. Finally after half an hour chase, he agreed to refund the amount but told me to take hard copy of ticket. I inform him that i avoid to take a print of ticket as electronic copy is well accepted every where and it was governments initiative only for saving trees. But he was not listening to me and repeatedly asking for hard copy of ticket as he knows that i couldn't get hard copy of ticket till 10am when all the outside shops will starts. He was purposely doing the same as he don't want to refund me. I requested lot of time that i have further 2.5 hr. Journey to my native so i cant wait till 10 am with my family. But he ignored me. Hence i again requested complain book and lodge my complain again at kolhapur depot for physical as well as mental stress given by msrtc employees to their passengers.
                        I hereby request you to take strict actions against mr. Jadhav, mr. Mhaske of mumbai central depot and mr. Faraz of kolhapur depot.
                        I have taken the bus Pune -Beed from Shivajinagar bus stand to reach Ahmednagar at 7.30Am.The driver is driving very slowly, he is busy in chitchatting with the bus conductor.Bus no-MH-20-BL-189, , Agat-Mumbai.Now the bus has been reached only in Koregaon bhima within 3hr.

                          So much worse conditon of air conditioner. Not even getting little amount of aif llr inside.
                          water bottle supply is not available as the supply is directed by msrtc only.

                            Hell, good evening sir,
                            I have reserved a sit in a shivshahi bus after 2days i have cancelled a ticket on date 25-09-19 but the refund has not saving on bank account. Then so what's is procedure for this given a refund to save on account. Then i have request to u sir pls tell about this comment. I have search on msrtc site but i can't understand what is the procedure.
                            AC Shivneri bus time is 5:31 am from Vashi to Chinchwad has not arrived before 6:30 am.

                            It was discovered from on duty conductor at Vashi, that this bus departs from Dadar at 6:00 am.

                            I am disappointed.
                            We took whatever option that was available. They gave us Idli sambar and Pohe.
                            Pohe was hard to chew and Idli was like button Idli and in expiry condition.
                            Msrtc should review their option and should haltt at location which are able to deliver good food to customers.
                            Dear sir,
                            My cancellation voucher no is 39574161 and ticket no is 39152148.No amount is credited to my account yet. I mail three times to msrtc but no reply from MSRTC. worst online cancellation service from MSRTC.

                              I booked my tickets online. It was from panchgai to pune. The bus came 3 hours late and on top of that the conductor gave away my seats to someone else. On asking he said if we want to travel just go back and sit or can come in some other bus. It was clear he gave away seats to someone else. I am still travelling sitting in the last seat. My ticket number is 39863330

                                About the bus no mh07 c - 7369
                                Date 29/10/2019, bus source from nagpur start approx. Time 12:30.
                                The display board on bus is nagpur to lakhandur but ticket conductor refuse to give ticket for lakhandur.
                                He said bus will go up to pawani only.

                                Please check at nagpur bus depot, the route of this bus as mentioned the bus no.
                                And take immediate action on it.

                                  On dtd. 27.10.2019 @9:30pm, i travelled from aurangabad to latur by bus no. Mh13 cu6546. While i was alseep somone took my bag and left his dirty bag. When i reached latur im told somone droped at ambajogayi bus stand took my bag. Since 3:40am im still at bus stand. Asked at latur station they told they cant help. Got contact number of ambajogayi bus stand. Tried calling at least 15 times in a span of 5 hrs but they are not recieving call. Called aurangabad multiple times they are picking up my call. Call central helpline number they told they cant do anything. No one is responding. I have submitted his bag at gandhi cahawk police station. Police also tried calling ambajogayi bus stand but they didnt pick up call. Please help.

                                    I am pratik thorat from mumbai i booked shivshahi bus on dated 28/10/19 from ghatkopar to manchar but msrtc send another normal non ac bus instead of shivshahi which was not clean.
