I made a reservation in between pune to kolhapur for the date 12/08/2019 but actual there is no buses running in between pune to kolhapur so i must have return amount when i enquired on bus stand on that day i immediately cancel my reservation my reservation i d[protected] name bidve dayanand my mo no [protected] my gmail i d [protected]@gmail.com

एसटी क्रमांक - mh 14 bt 1776, पनवेल ते पेन, दिनांक[protected] रोजी सकाळी 10:35 वाजता.
वर नमूद केलेल्या रोजी, वेळी आणि गाडीतून मी पनवेल वरून प्रवासाला सुरुवात केली. मी एसटीच्या मागील दरवाच्या डाव्या बाजूच्या आसनावर बसलो होतो. प्रवास सुरु झाल्यानंतर अंदाजे 15-20 मिनिटानंतर एसटी वाहकाणे मला मी बसलेल्या आसनावरून हे आसन वाहकासाठी आरक्षित असल्याचे बोलून तिथून उठवले.
एसटीच्या पुढील दरवाजाच्या बाजूचे आसन हे वाहकासाठी राखीव असल्याचे मी वाहकाला निदर्शनास आणून दिल्यास वाहक माझ्याबरोबर उद्धट बोलू लागला, तो बोलला कि ते चुकीच्या आसनाला लिहिल आहे, तू मला शहाणपण शिकवू नको.
एसटी महामंडळामध्ये जर कोणी जबाबदार अधिकारी असेल तर मला सांगावं कि वाहकाची वर्तणूक बरोबर होती काय?
एसटी महामंडळाच्या अश्या कर्मचाऱ्यांनमुळे प्रवास्यांचा कल खाजगी प्रवासीवाहनांकडे होतोय.
ही एसटी महामंडळासाठी चांगली बाब आहे का?
एसटी महामंडळ माझ्या तक्रारीचे काय करेल?

Today my wife and mother traveling to kundal from pune in swarget-tasgaon bus (Bus number mh06 8308.)
I had already booked ticket on online portal ticket no[protected]Trip no-sglm0007070) of time 14.15 pm. But bus conductor (Akash shankar dhotre batch no-73552) misbehave with ladies and not allowed booked ticket and asked for new ticket. And harrashed and asked to step down from bus. My wife also requested, they will show original id card at kundal bus stand. But he not listen.
My mother and wife, they had soft copies of identity card in mobile but bus conductor not in mood to see that. He refuces that ticket and asked for new ticket. So they broght new ticket no-065079 of rs 490 for two passanger.

He threaten ladies and misbehave with them.

Request you to refund my ticket amount and take action against conductor.

I travel from st bus a lot, the very common thing i have noticed is that as the bus comes people waiting for bus put their stuff like (Hanky, bags, books, etc) as if they have booked the seats legally. If we seat on the particular seats the people starts fighting for their seats, i my self have faced this problem multiple times. I request you to take strict action against the same and advertise it as more as possible, so the people can't argue on the topic, thanking you

This is with regards to my journey in one of the msrtc bus on 9th august 2019. Bus no mh20 bl 3918. I boarded the bus at kalamboli junction (Near mc donalds). The conductor gave a ticket to swargate pune and charged me rs. 200 (Not having rs 5 change). The fare at ticket was mentioned as rs.195. The bus just moved 2 km till panvel depot and conductor asked all the passengers to get down as the tyre got punctured and he said that they are taking bus to depot garrage for repair at around 8:50 pm and will be back in 15-20 minutes. All passengers were waiting at depot for bus and so i was also one of those passengers. I had to catch a train from pune at 1 am that night. I waited at panvel depot for more than one hour but bus did not came till 10:15 pm. I talked to the head conductors or incharge present at panvel depot that if this ticket can be returned or they can allow me to travel in another bus. But they refused me on both parts saying that the ticket cannot be returned and for allowing in another bus i need written approval from that previous bus conductor. So, after waiting there till 10:15 pm, i thought that i could not get the train now from pune which was scheduled at 1:15 am, so i came back to my home.
Now my question is -
1. If the bus conductor already knew that bus is punctured and will be repaired at panvel, why did he charged the ticket without informing the passengers like me who boarded from kalamboli.
2. If a person is in emergency, he should be allowed to travel in another bus as it is the same state transport. We are not asking to allow in luxury buses.
3. If you cannot allow in another bus, there should be a provision to refund the amount in such cases. If not full then partially as well.
4. A person might have missed /lost some important work because of such mis-happening then why you people are not co-operating with the passengers.

On dated 25/8/2019. I have reserved e ticket of shivshahi my journey from mohol to pune. My ticket no. Is tn9p63808986 date 26/8/2019. But on that date shivshahi not arrived in their schedule time, after within one hour. I am traveling another bus. After that i wanted to cancel my e ticket, but e ticket is not cancel, there is message that please contact bus operator
So my complaint is how traveler cancelled their e ticket at the time of such situations

I have use your msrtc site for online reservation evertime. With guest user ragistratin path. Last 2 month befour canceld the ticket of travaling rought - jogeshwari rly station - chaul, borivali - murud bus, this ticket canceled but afted lot of calling i have not got refund till,
Today i have book 3 ticket for travaling rought - borivali - alibag - date 30/08/2019, - bus borivali - ravdanda - time 15.00 - amt - 405/- but cut money form my account and not get even cancelld msg in my email id, please raise the complint and give me compleint ragister no, atlist i have follow - up this. Plese help me to get refund this amt, try to your system get me reverse this amt.

My payment was deducted form my account, but canclled the ticket, and amt revers in my account till. Booking the ticket of msrtc bus ticket, i have use your bill desk merchant payment gatway. Please reverse me the same amt as early as possible

Find the attached ticket. I have booked shivneri bus seat from boriwali 16th aug 201919:00 pm to swargate. I waited till 20:30 but bus didn't arrive. I contacted bus depot he said there is no bus from 18:00 pm and asked me to file a complaint for refund.
Please refund me the bus fare as soon as possible.

I am traveling with my wife and my 6 months baby in msrtc bus no mh-14-bt-3257.in this bus mrs. N. S. Kamble was conductor and her behavior is so rude me and my baby. On conductor site was empty but mrs. Kamble was saying me"i am not feeling well dont site here and put the her bag on sit". I am requesting him please mam i am with my small baby please give me small space for my baby and his mom but she is very rude behavior. Not supporting nature. Also, she tell me no leaves given by msrtc etc etc. Please take action against mrs. Kamble. I am attached my ticket photo pfa..

The bus never stops at the bus stop and the bus is very crowded and the bus does not arrive on time. And all o[censored]s students hang at the bus door. And we lie down for college every day and sir makes us stand outside the classroom. And at least 100 to 150 children from waliv naka go to village vasai from valiev and we are suffering every day. I am very sad to inform you that i were stand on shivajinagar bus stand pune on the date 13.8.19 at 8.30 pm evening .my destination was supa which is located between the shirur and ahmednagar bus stand and supa towen is also very good in the passenger rush to go evrywhere and near supa there are so much hotels or dhabas where evry bus stop for breakfast, lunch and dinner so your bus driver and conductors will stop bus there but not in proper supa stand
Which is very bad and unethical
Most of the drivers n conductors not carrying the supa passenger from pune to supa.
They said that supa is not stop and we will not stop the bus at supa its better that you dont board the bus
Evry supa passenger doing the request to conductor but your emplooyees not responding on it.they behave very sabiward with passenger
Some time conductor pick up the passenger but aginst that they giving very high cost tickit to the passenger and giving the resons only .
I request you sir to give some orders or notice to the evry bus depo. We people already did some morchas and rasta-roko activity at supa for bus stand.

Hope you people taking some actions against the drivers and conductors for specially pune gangakhed, pune chikhali, pune ambajogai, pune aurangabad buses.

I was traveling from solapur to pune by msrtc bus (Mh 11 bl 9435). Actually i left my jerking in hotel which was on our route.in fact the boy from hotel was standing on roadside. So i requested conductor to just wait for a minute and he also accepted it. But after conductors instruction also driver refused to stop the bus. I requested him twice and thrice but he used a very bad language to us. Is this the service from msrtc? Sorry to say but this is disgusting. We need a immediate action on this issue.

I am travelling by bus no. Mh40y5416. Due to this bus i missed my train which is scheduled from bhusawal at 3:50 pm. This bus should be reached bhusawal at about 2:30 pm and it is reaching by 4:15 pm. I have reservation by train from bhusawal to itarsi. Who is responsible for this? My money gone, my time too. Now i have to go by the next train which is one and half an hour delay. I want my train ticket refund back which is approx rs.1000/-.
Kindly look into the matter closely.

Two drunk staff members are traveling in my bus. I am traveling from pune to aurangabad. They work at shivaji nagar, as conductor and bus driver. His name is sudhir phunde/munde from beed. Both are totally drunk and miss behaving with passengers. Please take a strict action against them. They are spitting anywere sleeping and making a mess. Most strict action should be taken against this #.

In between traveling i don't have lot of money then i provide 5rs note to conducter that time conducter ignore and reject that notes, and that is also press cut not of rs 5/-.
Travel to bodwad to varangaon bus is bodwad to bhusawal and counductorname is s p chaudhari and his no is bsl[protected]. And also he rudely ignore and shout on me..
Request you to kindly check and answer why not accept the currency of rs 5/-.

The bus those are travelling beed doesn't stop at dindrud bus stand... People keep waiting here for hour and two and when finally the bus arrives, they neglect the people and keep driving at their speed... Dindrud is quite a big town for bus to stop and has got a large population... But the bus don't stop usually... Kindly take action regarding this... Thanking you...

On the date of 2/8/19 i am traveling with msrtc bus no mh-20-bl-2449 which is travelling for swarget to jawar in this bus worst condition i have experienced from seat no.27to 36 all bus are leaking with rain water every where dirt is thier only because of this all people trying to avoid st bus travel and then again government asking for low travlers.. So please do some changes between this make our india our maharashtra neat and clean improvement is need please...
