There are many customers waiting for senior citizens for new card making above 60 years... There is no internet at deta entry staff and also not alternative option for internet other company net available... So peoples troubling and waiting. They are came again and again.. That's paining for senior citizens so give the attention about there facility

It is complaint against bus depot of khed, depot controller does't work properly, they didn't depart bus on time and in a day they skip most of the bus and as the passenger strength is much greater, passenger fit in the bus and next or previous bus is skip and any false reasons is given by the depot to the citizen.
Some of the drivers which are regular on their work, they didn't get the bus by that depot and other hand most of the drivers waste their time and sometime it last to 60 to 90 mins.
I hope you will undertake my complaint my resolve as soon as possible.

There was a delay of 3 hrs of a shivshahi bus which was supposed to come from aurangabad and go to kolapur, but was not there on time instead i didn't get a sleeper bus and got a normal seater one. And the amount was also not refunded back. The day the bus which was supposed to come was oct 9 at 9:30 pm and came at oct 10 at 12:30 am.
We paid rs 3098 for this bad service.

We had booked an online ticket for Pune to Nasik, of Shivshahi. The time of arrival at Nasik phata was 11.45. But the bus did not arrive on time as always. At 12.30 the bus of time 11.30 arrived went. 1 hour late. Then there was no conductor at the place after that, one bus came and just went without stopping. Assuming it was of 11.45, which came 1 hour late, and did not even stop. Even when ticket was booked online. After that when called on CUSTOMER CARE, there was a guy, who asked for ticket number, and he put me on hold, and then did not answer after that. I kept calling for 1 hour he just picked the receiver and put on music!!! What the hell. There was my grandmother who is 76 years old standing on highway at 2 at Night. And the ### CUSTOMER CARE people don't even have the decency to pick up the call and answer what has happened.!!! Worst experience ever. Huge mental stress and the money that was gone is gone.

I am amol kilbile writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 07.10.2019.
Below are the detail
1. While booking a ticket for 2 passenger, i entered all the detail and go redirected on to the page of hdfc netbanking. I entered my details and payment done. 1059.34 rupees. But ticket not genrate.
Bus detail - malkapur to pune
Travelling date - 02.11.19
2. Same above issue observed but traveling date 03.11.19
892.22 rupees.

Yesterday i had travelled from kolhapur to pune by shivshahi bus (@17:31pm) type. We were seated on 7 & 8 seat number me and my friend.in between travel time i lost my one red and white colour pouch. Which was containing watch (5k) and some money inside that. Kindly take this request and proccess with correct actions. I hope i will get my things in return.

I am trying to catch bus for lakmapur data and nasik bus would go there but conductor of this bus didn't allow because he is asking only for direct passenger for nasik then one local staff confirm me that this bus must drop me on my location.
I again ask to conductor but he refused with me abusing than i insist him to board and same local staff ask to conductor but after that conductor assault me and drag me out of bus at saptshrangi
Continue assaulted... Till he took me out infront of bus local service
And abusing me continue

I did reservation 4 times every time transaction done but tickets not booked.
Rs. 2764 spent on my account. I tried my friends card from their account same happened. Rs. 2040 spent on their account but tickets not booked.

Today dated 1.10.2019 time 5.00 pm at ghugus state maharashtra. The bus came from wani (Without conductor) i was going to chandrapur. The bus conducter refuse to travel me without any reason and saying me travel another bus and talking very rudely and misbehaving.. When i told him about complaint he said "jo karna hai kar le" i was shocked how conducter giving service.

I was traveling in b. E. S. T bus no. 162 from wadia hospital to worli village (Mumbai). I got on the crowded bus and took a ticket but when i saw there was an empty bus behind of same no. I got on that bus so i can get to sit. The conductor forced me to go back to the earlier bus or take a new ticket. Please help and reply. Was he right or i just got fooled for extra ticket?

I am a regular traveller from vasai - thane and its been 2 months since there are issues with the bis survice we have to wait around 45 minutes to 1 hour to get the bus the bus depo controller when called gives very vague answers plus at one or two instances there were no traffic on the route still they said it is trafficed and so buses are late. I just dont understnad what is whmrong.

We people of vasai have limited option of travelling to thane. I hope you look into it asap

I have booked ticket from baroda (Gujarat) to taloda (Maharashtra) in baroda shirpur bus. But unfortunately it was canceled on 06/08/2019 i have also contacted msrtc helpline number for bus confirmation and they confirmed me that the bus was officially cancelled so i want refund my money about bus cancellations and i have also contacted to akkalkuwa bus depo for bus ticket submissions and submited it and tell him to transfer this ticket to shirpur bus depo as per talk with msrtc customer care. There is near about 45 days goes down till not response on it so i want to refund my money as soon as possible. And take neccessary action on it.

I took a ticket from aurangabad for pune to aurangabad for my sister coming from pune but the bus incharge was not allowing her to travel even she has photo of ticket... And the incharge has printout of ticket details which is showing clearly that ticket is booked at the time of night they are misguiding lady... Such a shame full situation it was nobody was ready to help her...

Akole bus depot don't provide online reservation facility, why? Akole is taluka place so why they don't give online reservations facilities also. They don't give timetable on net
Tasech akole yethun pune w nasik yete janare passenger khup ahet tyamule kiman prati din sadar thikani janes sakali sandhyakal 3 te 4 bus freya niyojit karawyat. Pune sahi sayankali 5 nantar bus nahi mhanun khup fairly hote...

Challan no. (Mumcm[protected]) belongs to mumbai for vehicle class: goods carrier (Lgv), but challan sent to my two wheeler number. However sent evidences photo also of heavy vehicle.
I paid this challan post that i recollected from evidence photo it is not pertains to me.
Request you to refund asap.

Also request to crosscheck other two challan without evidences/photos on my two wheeler number looks like belongs to mumbai location.

At fountain ghodbander road, the bus dash my mirror at right turn from vasai to thane.
My car was stop in traffic and the shivsai bus (Mh 06 bw 0516) dash my car trying to move ahead. I was continuously honking and indicating him to stop. The co driver was also watching but didn't bother to make a stop.
I tried to follow him but his rush driving made me more scared.
Kindly look in to this. Such driving might led to some serious damage to property or life. The driver is responsible for all the life he is carrying in the bus.
