While travelling from kalyan to pune, on 27th july 2019, i had shown digital locker i'd proof to the bus attendant. He asked me for paper i'd proof. I showed him digital locker i'd proof and he denied to accept the same. Apparently he allowed me to travel but he asked for valid paper i'd proof. I shown him digital i'd proof through digital locker but he was not accepting it. Where india is moving towards digital india and government officials are still insisting for paper i'd proof. Can the awareness be spread to govt officials regarding digital india.

    At waghbil bus stop next to just bus stop driver stopped bus and quickly started bus
    That time my one foot was at dashboard and another was ground hence i felt down.

      I m booking for online shiv shahi bus mumbai to shirdi on 23/07/2019 (3.30 pm parel depot). My pic up point is sion. I call every half hour parel depot about bus status no one given me proper ans finally bus reached sion around 4.40 pm but that time i m very shocked bcs coming bus not shiv shahi this is normal semi bus without any information for change the bus. But i pay ac bus fare. Then i ask for conductor mr g mungale and driver mr b garud his not given me any answer. So i m very frustrated msrts and i personally requested all maharashtrian people don't go msrts bus services very chip services.

        I have tried online ticket booking on 1st and 5th respectively which was not succeeded due to some technical reason and i am still awaiting confirmation on said payment refund. I have logged so many complaints but still no one have bothered to call back and get it closed.

        Its very pathetic service/response from said team as there is no one who takes initiative for prompt response and it was very surprising that given technical team number (+[protected] is always busy 24×7.

        R they going to pay interest on such payments which msrtc going to refund??? They are simply careless about customer satisfaction.

          Bus from nandurbar to nashik mh 14 bt 2708 has speed lock nd is taking more time than usual... I boarded from sakri nd its taking a lot of time... After enquiring we came to know that the bus has speed lock... If it has speed lock we should be told earlier at the depot so we would not board and waste our valuable time and money... Date 21/7/19.. Very disappointing msrtc

            The conductor of the bus mh-14 bt-4293
            Going via paratwada-akot to aurangabad was avoiding to give the tickets to passanger from anjangaon to akot.
            Instead of giving tickets, he is asking to give 10-20 rs less than the actual fare. He's asking every lady/student to give him 10rs less and not the ask for the ticket.
            The st bus was of paratwada depot.
            Plz take an action on this.

              Today morning I was travelling from Nashik to Pune by bus no. 3116, time: 8.15 am, seat no.25. somebody has taken away my black and red colour bag by mistake from bus and I have found same colour combination bag at Shivajinagar, Pune bus stand at 2 pm in the same bus.i think the bag has been mistakenly exchanged.
              My bag contains my clothes, books, etc.if somebody finds it please contact me contact number-

              Very low quality buses. Conductor is behaving like she owned this bus n if will ask about quality she declineed. This is not done you are taking so much money from so why are you not giving good quality service. You are getting your salary on time but you're just sitting there. Shame on you guys.

                On 09/07/2019 my online booking was for Aurangabad to Pine in Shivneri bus seat number 13 vide tickets number 38466365. But at bus stand I was adjusted in Shivsahi bus of the same time (8pm)in seat number 16. I was assured by the Shivneri counter in charge for getting back the difference of fare, yet not which is received. Please look into the matter.

                At Nashik CBS bus stand all bus carrier don't allow student to sit inside the BUS.

                  Dear MSRTC,

                  I'm travelling in Nallasopara Ratnagiri Bus from last 5yrs, I travel till Kasarvadavali (Thane West).
                  Today bus conductor Mr. B A Bhoir is very rude and was not ready to give ticket till by destination.
                  As per Kasarvadavali (Thane West) is not a stop but in ticket vending machine it is available.
                  I said that I\'m travelling from last 5yrs in this bus and I\'m aware that ticket is there but he started arguing will not stop Bus. I told him will get at signal only no need to worry for stop but was very rude and started talking loudly without listening.

                  Even he gave ticket of 2stop ahead not of stop.

                  Request you to please speak with bus conductor for misbehave and he cannot say no to passengers if ticket is available.

                  I Shruti Chavan daily passenger of MSRTC i have face too much problm due to unavailibilty of buses after 6 pm from washim to pusad there is only 2 buses which comes late 9 pm onwards maximum time so i face more problems atleast arrange one bus from washim bus depo to pusad on 7 pm daily so many probleme of peoples will solve
                  I am come from collge to go in home and I am going in Mumbai - aanjarle bus and but When me call the conductor for stop the bus there is no stopping bus He was calling to driver do not stop bus . Bus stop to next stop

                    Today dated 9th jul 2019 driver & conductor were not allowed me to sit in bus inspite of vaccant seats were available in bus at Surat bus stand.
                    I have to travel from Surat to Vyara
                    I requested them that if they don't want to go to inside vyara City then they can drop me on bypass highway in vyara. By the way vyara is district headquarter and it is official bus stop too.
                    they need only stop bus on vyara bypass higway. But they r not ready for it. Then your department will say that ST corporation is not gain profit. How it will?

                    There is no sign of bus.
                    सिडको बस स्थानक औरंगाबाद येथे सुलभ शौचालयाची अवस्था अत्यंत दयनीय आहे. स्वच्छतेचा पूर्ण अभाव आहे. पाण्याची सुद्धा अजिबात सोय नाही. ही येथील नेहमीचीच परिस्थिती आहे. त्यामुळे अनेक महिलांना आरोग्याच्या समस्यांना सामोरं जावं लागतं आहे याची त्वरित दखल घेऊन महिलांची आरोग्यविषयक हेळसांड थांबवावी ही विनंती

                      When we travelled by msrtc is no that we are in safe transport but your staff behave like a stupid.

                        I booked a ticket for the journey of panvel to naldurga from msrctc app on 23 may 2019 via 'debit card' but due to some reason i cancelled it but as it was said to me that your money will be refunded within 14 days. But till now it is not refunded. So i request msrctc to refund my money back. On that day i booked 3 seats so total money was 2400/-, as of msrctc rules after fine i should get 1800 /- money back.                           We are travelling from nashik to pune vai shivshahi bus no. Mh02bw0831 which started from nashik at 9.07pm, driver of this bus is harassing us by not allowing to close the door between driver cabin and passenger lobby. This engine noise is very disturbing and could not allow all o[censored]s to sleep in thid night journey. We have paid extra for the comfort else we would have gone vai regular nsrtc bus with less fares.
                          We want our money back and request to take serious action against this driver.

                            Bus stand is leaking everywhere, very unhygienic conditions in the stand and also the conditions of washrooms and toilets is pretty bad. The water drained from toilet is leaking in the stand creating worst conditions for people willing to travel by state transport bus. Please intervene as it is very difficult to travel during monsoon in such bad conditions.
                            The bus conductor and driver of bus number mh204125 took more than 1 hour eating in the morning 7:30am. They were very rude and was eating inspite of telling them a hundred times.

                              Namaste sir/madam

                              Myself, aadinath n. Rakshe, have booked the reservation of msrtc bus starting from arnala to pandharpur. My boarding point was manpada and alighting point was malshiras. The approx scheduled boarding time was 06:31 hours at manpada. Date of journey 06th july 2019.
                              Concern, i was there 06:05 hours at manpada bus stop to board a bus. But after waiting more than 1 hour, the bus was not came there till 07:30 hours. It seems, bus driver/conductor skipped the manpada boarding point, by moving out from manpada bridge. After waiting more than 1 hour, i took auto rickshaw from manpada to next bus stand, i. E. Vandana thane st stand. There i inquired about bus at controller. He said, the bus already came and left from there at 07:15 hours.
                              This was very disgusting that after waiting in heavy rain for the bus and having reservation, your concern bus conductor and driver skipped the boarding point. Even after skipping, the conductor do not take the effort to call the me even. It seems msrtc do not have care about their passengers and services. All these things are very irritating and not acceptable in any case. This waste my time, money, my planned tour and my entire day.

                              With this, i am requesting herewith, at-least refund my reservation amount fully asap and take strict action against driver and conductor for skipping passengers.

                                Dear sir,
                                Here i'm dr shah want to lodge against your department employee enquiry counter who misguide us. If he didn't know the timing of buses why should he misguide the passenger in the rainy season. Sir i'm also a responsible person and know the value of time. Today me and my family traveling from nasik to shahada. 4/7/2019 at 2:30pm. We are waiting for the bus to shahada may be some technical difficulties the bus is late. We waited upto 3:30pm.
                                And i enquired about the bus to shahada. He told us that the bus is already departure from cbs at 3pm. And he also told us that we have to wait for late night 1:30am and i m since 2:30 pm over there.
                                After that we take bus upto dhule and unfortunately the bus is breakdown and the conductor arrange the passenger to another bus. And the bus was nasik to shahada and your enquiry counter person told us to wait for upto 1:30am.
                                So it's my humble request to you sir to take action against the concerned person.
                                And i extremely have no doubt against the fello who misguide the other passengers too. Sir it's rainy season and i want to notice you about this thing.
                                I hope you will judge better than us.
                                They are not the owner of public transport. The language used by him is not also ideal what people expect from him.

                                  I took a bus from lodha heaven to khanda colony situated in panvel. When i was boarding the bus i just asked for my confirmation that whether he will stop at khanda colony or not he just answered yes and i boarded the bus. When my stop came the driver refused to stop and talked with me in a harsh way which in return i said i will complain against you and i ended my conversation.
                                  As my age was small how can someone behave so rudly... Is this way you treat your passengers msrtc.

                                    This is a complain regarding garbage thrown just besides our school and sometimes right in front of the gate.
                                    The municipality truck comes and collect the garbage twice in a week. Our parents and students are facing alot of problems as the residents had made that vacant ground a dumping area. There are many students got infected with several ailments because of this dump. Additionally the land is on the main road.

                                    Students and visitors while entering and leaving has to pass through this garbage .We are suffering alot of trouble as there is too much garbage nearby the school which is affecting our growing leaders. No one is taking action from past 3 months.. Its a request to you to please take a strict action as there is soo much stinky smell around because of which parents are really getting annoyed. Please take a survey before it would become a threatening disease ground for our nation builders.

                                    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Waiting for a positive response

                                      Bus conductor mr. M l ali (Aarvi bus depot) said bus don't have stop at chakur (Taluka) if you want to travel then take ticket to ahmedpur (Taluka place) & very arrogantly said do what you want, if you want to lodge complaint, you can also do. I am traveling from nanded,

                                        I travel to dapoli, travelling in rainy season is a pain as the buses are not maintained and leaks inside the bus, it was leaking now i am in a asiad bus mh14bt3972, it has 18 seats wet due to leakage, how do you expect passengers to travel in a leaking roof bus, this way the bus will also have to go empty loss for st.
                                        I hope maintenance department takes it very seriously...
