I travel to pune every week, travelling in rainy season is a pain as the buses are not maintained and leaks inside the bus, last week i travelled in a a. C. Shivshai bus it was leaking now i am in a asiad bus mh07 c 9660, it has 18 seats wet due to leakage, how do you expect passengers to travel in a leaking roof bus, this way the bus will also have to go empty loss for st.
I hope maintenance department takes it very seriously.
I asked for Hatkanangle to Miraj ticket which costs Rs. 40/- but i was given Hatkanangle to Vishrambag and charged Rs. 45/- for kolhapur to kavathe Mahankal bus no. MH 40.N.9218 dated 27/6/19.

    I got the bus of shahapur depot bus from washala to kasara which had night hault in one of the the village in shahapur. When i got into it, i noticed that most of the windows were opened due to which all rain water were spreaded over all seats. I asked conductor mr. P. M. Salve to start closing windows in rainy season so that passenger will have more space to sit. After listening me, he started arguing that passanger who sits, they opened the windows, however passanger who were already there they sit far from windows as they were not able to sit on wet side. Also, the sound of employee was like owning bus and i was traveling free. I have taken video shoot of this bus, if shahapur depot doesn't care about this, then i will file legal case against them.

      I am traveling since almost 1 year once in a month from alibag to swargate but always there will be delay of atleat 1 hr from departure time. The bus always gets delay to depart from alibag bus stand & if you ask at enquiry booth, they will say that there is only 1 bus which travel from swarget to alibag & then alibag to swargate. So when bus returns from swargate, then only it will start travel from alibag.
      This is very ridiculous as there is wastage of time of passenger despite of having alibag as a place of district raigad.
      So please arrane extra buses at least on last of weekend so there will not be delay.
      Please check this & do strict action against it.

        I am going to my native and from last one hour i am waiting for my bus because it's delayed details are ticket no 38399973.
        I just want to ask a frank question that when we marathi people use to get proper service's from msrtc. Or we need to escalate it to transport minister on twitter.

          Till last month i had monthly service pass from nasik to yeola. I was told that difference ticket is given to those who have quarterly pass. To avoid rush during rainy season, i took 3 month service pass. Today 29th june 2019, i was sick so decided
          Whichever bus comes i ll travel from yeola to nasik. At 2 o'clock ashiad bus of aurangabad depot came and i board. When conductor (Mrs s b dhondge) asked me for ticket i show her quarterly service pass and asked her to give differance ticket. She denied and asked me to step down of bus, so i asked her to call senior of pass depot and confirm but she was not in a mood of listening. So she gave me yeola nasik full ticket. After reaching to nasik i asked her to come with me to complaint office, she again denied. I asked controller to announce bus no then she came along with me. I showed them rules, service pass and ticket to senior officer and asked about the same. She was still in argument with us. So i am complaining about full refund of my ticket price, and please take strict action against those whi don't listen to passengers part..

            Kindly infrom you that, burhanpur to aurangabad via jalgaon mention bus is always not stopped on bhusawal nahata chowfully it validate stop to all buses but mention bus have not collect passenger same today 29.06.2019 in bus a limited passnger say give to hand for stop but driver seen and has not stop on 7.55 am on bhusawal nahata chowfully.
            So kindly request to all if you have not need to income source and have not provide to passenger service so stop our depot buses and customer not panic

              Dear sir,

              I am traveling from ahmednagar to mirajgaon i am waiting bus nadurbar to pundarpur at ahmednagr bus stop form 1:00 am bus arrive at 3:00am at ahmednagar bus stop. I am try to goes inside bus but lock from insude. I request to conducter to open the door but conducter dinied and give reason bus is full (I am contiously traveling thia bus this bus every time full but they take passeger) and bus gone without take passeger (2 no passaeger)

              Please check actual condition only today why this happen.
              Do needfull action for this accidental not repeted again
              It is very painfull for everyone.

                I was traveling in jawahar-thane by via wada at morning 6am to thane. I took the bus from the stand (Ambadi), the entire bus was full and 3 seats from female reservation were occupied by males. So i requested the conductor that kindly give me one of three seat which was occupied by males.
                There were 30 males out of which 20 must be young, no one co-operate were as one man laughed in out and kept on staring at me. They just turn around and ignored my request.
                I would like to request you as the provider of facilities to kindly some action over.
                Because just writing "female reservation" on the buses doesn't work in state.
                I hope you will take some action over it.

                  I am travelling from Pune(shivajinagar) to Nasik Road the bus no. 1942 Shivshahi .
                  The charging point of this bus is not working I also confirmed from the driver about that the main switch is on or off .
                  The button was on then also the points were not working of seat no. 11&12 and other also other passengers switches are not working.
                  I hope u understand my problem please fix the problem.

                    Sir I'm regular passenger of Msrtc.my route of travel is from Ahmednagar to shevgaon daily & is of 70 km.
                    There are 3 bus stands in Ahmednagar.
                    For going to Shevgaon buses are from maliwada bus stand.

                    But it is seen that following two buses named- pune to Parbhani shivshahi and Pune to gevrai regural bus didn't came to old maliwada bus stand.
                    They only take stop at Bus stand no 3 (Pune bus stand).l in Ahmednagar.

                    However there are many passengers waiting for bus at maliwada bus stand.
                    Timing of both these buses is around 9 to 10 am daily.
                    Buses pass infront of maliwada bus stand but they not came inside of bus stand.

                    So it is requested that please instruct bus driver that to take regural stop at maliwada bus stand which will increase revenue of msrtc.

                      I was traveling murtizapur to akola along with my family by car dated 18/06/2019 and time is approx 6:30pm. shivshahi bus was coming from akola. He overtake wrong side and spead was very fast and come close to near my car and he hited my car. fortunately i took my car on road side. i want to file complaint against bus driver. i noted a bus no. MH 06 1229 my mobile no. is [protected]. This is very serious issue because driver didn't stop the bus or he didn't slow down when he saw the car coming from opposite. The driver was very careless.
                      Date - 22/06/2019 I try to booking tickets in MSRTC APP to confirm sangli to chianchwad . And l am all the process completed but in my account money (760 Rs) are debited but ticket not confirm /no any recipe. Please help me .

                      Ticket was not generated for Mumbai to Pune

                      Refund is not processed till date.
                      Bank says the money is successfully credited to MSRTC so I have to take refund from them
                      Please check there is no ticket issued against this UPI

                        Today at 5:45 pm when i was waiting for bus then an bus from paratwada came
                        MH 40
                        N 9515
                        And it has to took the bus inside the walgaon depo but it didn't came

                        It is so irresponssible and it is the respossibility of driver
                        And the action has have to be taken cause this type happens most of the time.

                          In morning I took a bus at 5.45 o'clock from Nagpur to Gondia on date 18th of June.After some time passed, the controller started to collect ticket fee then he came to me and started arguing because I haven't change of 500rs due to some crisis and i have to pay 155rs. He could give me money back after I reach on my destination but he argued frontier all of the pasengers just for 5 rs change which is so disgusting.
                          So, please get action as soon as possible.The bus registered number was MH-40N-8709.

                              Today morning of 5:15 am Bus route Rajgurunagar to Miraj bus, took by my Mother in law and father in law both are more than 55 age, their son who's working in Jath bus depo, they having bus family pass they had shown pass to conductor, but he refused that pass and told "it is not allowed in Asiad bus if you want to use this pass go through MSRTC red buses." Last time when they travel same pass used only extra charges they had paid same conversation of last time travel but conductor refused that also and told them change bus at Pune swargate. Why it not happens everytime then, rules are dependent on conductor... very worst experience with MSRTC buses, so everyone uses private.

                                I was waiting from 4hrs at aurangabad bus stop, each bus coming have no seat, then at 3.50 a.m.1 bus is arrived which is amravati to pune, Mh29- B.E.0957
                                i asked for ticket conductor denied n said no seat available, meanwhile 1 couple is also waiting there and that couple was just came to bus stop before 10 minutes, conductor given 2 tickets to them.

                                  Dear sir / madam,
                                  I had been charge by conductor of Rs.310 (Twice the ticket fair) to carry led tv (32”) while travelling from Satara to Wakad, Pune. I want to know the rules regarding traveling of led tv (32”). Also please clear my queries as follows:
                                  1) if i had been charged for led then it to be mentioned on ticket that this ticket is for led tv, instead of ticket of 02 persons.

                                  Hello, I was waiting for a bus for Amravati from Pusad bus stop, but here not getting any proper information of i.e. When exactly bus will come. They just tell the time table & after regular time passed they got completely unable to inform that bus will come or not. They directly say "we don't know". If they don't have this information then who will guide to passengers?

                                    The above mentioned MSRTC bus no. Running from thane borivali thane stuck in traffic with around 35 passengers (dated 14-15th June 2019).
                                    There is an empty service road aside but driver refuses to by. Other MSRTC buses are taking service road and getting ahead It's been 1.01 AM. Everybody is pleading but driver is not listening to anyone not even bus conductor.
                                    This is so much frustrating.
                                    The service provided by msrtc mangalwedha station, also the staff was too rude, they behave very badly with pepole .they not recive single call from any pepole

                                      There is no proper Bus Service from Patharadi Gaon to Panchavati & Nashik Road in Nashik. There is Bus suppose to leave at 9 am in morning from Patharadi Gaon to Panchavati. But the Bus Driver purposely leaves at 8.55 or 8.57 am in the morning. In the Morning we cannot catch the bus which is at 9 am. And the 2nd Bus is at 9.30 am So, how we can travel to office in this situation. We are facing lots of problems in Nashik.
