Hello team,

I am divyashree yadav writing this to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc app and website on 10/05/2019 and 20/05/2019.

Below are the details.

1. While booking a ticket for 3 passangers, i entered all the details and got redirected onto the page of sbi internet banking page. I entered my details and unfortunately the site got down. Fare amount of rs. 519.55 was deducted but i didn't get any ticket booked. (At 20.03 hrs.)
Transaction id/ref : ref#igagcqgah9
Date : 10 may, 2019.

2. While booking a ticket for 1 passangers, i entered all the details and got requested to the page of google pay. I accepted it from google pay and fare amount of rs. 245 was deducted but i didn't get any ticket booked. (At 22.44 hrs.)

    I m still traveling in bus no mh 20 bl 2721 due to lack of careless by driver as well conductor. I have stated journey at yesterday 19th may at 5 am but sill reaching at parel only.
    This is bcoz bus is not in good function, which get repaired during traveling at mahad ann two long breaks are taking.

      Hi,
      I booked a semi luxury bus ticket of swarget to Thane Vandana timing 17:15 for my date of journey 19/05/2019. I waited for my bus from 17 at chandani Chowk my boarding bus stand. I saw all the buses from swarget to Thane went in front of me without being stopped at chandani Chowk. I waited till 7:30. I am writing this complaint from by boarding point.

      Bus didn't stopped the the boarding point. I want my refund for ticket . Please consider this issue Seriously because it's a very unetical way. This is very inappropriate service I am reagular traveller from Pune to Mumbai from the same bus timing.

      Please take this complaint Seriously and provide my refund as soon as possible.
      Satana bus stand controler day deyuti uncle is misbehauoir for me and bus time table is not proper say to me. And bed lengvege use to may wife and may children.
      We are travelling to ratnagiri via "Borivali-Ratnagiri" 7:30 am msrtc bus number: mh20bl3026.
      Here driver as well as conductor doesn't know the route & our bus is running on mumbai - pune express highway.
      Our bus is already running late by 3 hours due to lack of knowledge of proper route.

      Please take immediate strict action on this.

        ह्या S.T.ने प्रवास करत आहे.मला भूमीकर चौकात उतरून पुढे मिटींगला जायचे होते.बस खेड शिवापुरला धाब्यावर थांबली.ड्रायव्हरने सांगितले 10 मिनिटे थांबेल पण बस विनाकारण 45 मिनीटे थांबली. 10 मिनिटे थांबणार म्हणून आम्ही खाली उतारलोही नाही पण 45 मिनिटे फुकट गेली आमची. माझी पुढची मिटींगही चुकली. हि दुपारची 1.30 ची वेळ होती. जेवणाचीही आबाळ झाली. वाहकला जाब विचारला तर त्याने थातूर, मातूर उत्तर दिले.आता काय करायचे तुम्हीच सांगा.।
        I am waiting for a bus since 20.50 pm for going to latur from barshi .Till 22.25 no bus is available..What kind of service is this..

          I reserved a ticket from hadpasar to solapur time to board was 8.16 i got my bus at 9.50 when i tried to complain about this the person who attended my call at swargate stop was being very rude with me kindly tech some manners to your staff and get them disciplined cause on current market this is not tolerated at all that guy was not deserving his salary dream by our taxes and services
          I was travelled from Beed to Jamkhed by bus From BEED to THANE on 12/5/2019 at 7:45pm. Bus is extra bus on this route by Safala agar.The bus driver was driving bus very carelessly.It seems that bus driver was drunked.Bus driver aslo misbehaved with passenger and overspending the bus and overtaken other vehicles dangerously.

          In Baramati depo, daily's bus from Baramati to Pandharpur not travelling on his time. No one has not responded also in Baramati depo. This problem was from last few days. I'm standing from last 1.5 hrs.

            I get in bus from solapur and take a ticket upto omerga. But at naldurg stop bus get failed and i get in another bus that time conductor have not given any advice. Further next bus condictor demanding full ticket instead of applying extra charge. He said previous bus was day ordinary and now you are in night express. However both the buses are same in colour, confort, speed, etc. I picked bus naldurg at 09:00 am. Hope i get satisfied to your post action. Thank you.

              Dear sir,

              My family is travelling from mumbai (Parel depot) to ghodegaon today dated 18/05/2019. Bus no. Mh-14 bt-2329, conductor mr. Dusane.
              E-ticket no. 37741431
              My wife showed a soft copy of e-ticket to the conductor mr. Dusane.
              He argued with her and said to buy a new ticket as this is soft copy of e-ticket is not valid.
              Somehow she logged in to the site and showed him an online booking.
              The conductor mr. Dusane charged a ticket to senior citizens and poor passengers who couldn’t sign in online but having proper e-ticket (Forwarded on whatsapp) with id proof.
              The soft copy of e-ticket forwarded on whatsapp or saved in device is the same thing.
              • even the terms and conditions are very clear that the passenger having this e-ticket required to carry print out of this e-ticket or to show the soft copy of e-ticket or e-ticket sms sent by msrtc/agent on his mobile, tab, laptop, etc. Along with photo id card in original like voter id, pan card, adhar card, driving license, passport etc
              However, due to conductors lack of knowledge and the low fighting strength of senior citizens and poor passengers, conductor mr. Dusane charged them for addition tickets.
              This is very disgusting, unfortunately, i am not travelling by this bus.
              I request at least stop this nonsense and fine to the conductor, for he or any one else should not do this again.
              We are improving the services and our performances by t implementing online services and software applications but other hand due to lack of knowledge people are getting affected.

              Please find our e-ticket showed to the conductor while travelling.

                Iam santosh bashetti staying at vashi need to go to kharghar so waiting for st dadar to panvel bus from 5.30am complete one hour but not a singke bus has come... Its 6.30am now...
                Mea while only one st bus dadar to uran went... Its so inconvenience for oeoole who want to travel by public/state transport.

                Concern authorities pkease look in to matter it will be great help for. Common people....

                I am frequent traveller from nashik to aurangabad but most of the time shivshahi bus dont provide charging point even fare is too much but facility given are very worst why dont shivshahi which premium bus of msrtc people dont work to the end what kind of managment looking for premium facility if this is premium then what about other buses... You fooling people by overheading chrges and poor facility i know no body wil care about my this step still i feel like sharing this and you succefully manage to customer satisfaction of 1%... Fooling innocent and helpless people..

                  On dated 15 may from evening 8:00 pm on wards we are trying to call Borivali nancy colony telephone no on [protected] but we are not getting any response from there side. Even telephone is not ringing . MSRTC buses was delay 3 to 4 hours. People were trying to get proper information nobody were responsible we had called Mumbai central officers even they had also not given any proper answer. This happens due to delay of ST bus.

                    I booked 4 shivshahi seats from panjim to kolhapur on 14 may 2019 for the bus on 15 may 2019. Firstly money got deducted and ticket didn’t came on my email. Then i had to call customer care for it. They too were such a busy that 15 minutes no one was available on call. Later when they received call they gaved me ticket number and asked me to email to msrtchelp&gmail.com. After 2 hours ticket came. Now i had to cancel 3 tickets out of 4 due to family emergency. I tried login to my portal it said activate your account to login. No activation link was came to email i’d. I also wrote email for technical help. No one responded. I tried while night for activating link and getting refund. No one responded. Today on 15 morning i came for bus at panjim bus stand and visited msrtc office. They simply said it’s not possible because you did it online. Such a vague statement. Very poor service by msrtc this is 3 rd experience, where we have not got support from msrtc. Rs 1760 went for no reason
                    MSRTC Mulshi-Tailbail ST is not coming on Time Regularly from Shivajinagar, Pune always coming 3 to 4 hrs late. People's getting so much tiredness. What are the MSRTC doing?

                      The bus was borivalli kolhapur MSRTC
                      MH 04 JK 2515
                      SHIVNERI BUS

                      I got from pune my destination was satara

                      There was 2 drivers in the bus
                      1 was driving another was near him
                      The another driving came to my seat and told me to get up I asked - why ? then he says I want to sleep here that's y !!
                      Then I protested, he started abusing me and telling you stand and go I.want to sleep, so you have to get up
                      But I didn't got up as after paying the fair, I have all the rights to sit on the passeger seat
                      Kindly take a strict action against this I'll behaviour otherwise they will continue to harras passengers like this

                      We are traveling from bus of Pune sawantawadi. Bus took stop before khambataki ghat next to khandaan at hotel VRINDAVAN VEG NON VEG. We observe poor food quality at higher rates.

                      Plz look into this matter and do the needful.

                          I had booked my ticket for journey from pune to aurangabad online. Msrtc shivshahi bus scheduled at 14:30 was late and further schedule is delay. This is not one day problem. There is always inconvenience with msrtc schedule for shivshahi service pune to aurangabad.
                          Please look in to it and resolve this problem as soon as possible. All the passengers has their own schedule and due to this poor service from government organisation is really hilarious.

                          They had made schedule of daily service of shivshahi as one after one in every half an hour with taking approximate time to reach Aurangabad from Shivajinagar pune as 4:30 hours which is never possible . Every time I travelled with this bus, it consumed my 5:30hours. Please suggest them to scedule it properly.

                            There is a st bus (Mh-40 aq 6155, from amravati to bhopal.in this bus conductor never gives tickets to the passengers and all that money goes to his pocket. As this bus runs out of maharashtra checking are not done often. Every day that conductor would be earning thousands of black money besides its salary. When asked for ticket he started arguing with a lady. I hope special steps would be taken.
                            Very very disappointing language used by the person seated behind the window collecting the tickets of bus reservations at swargate bus stop pune . The person in the white shirt. He has no any scenes how to talk with ladies. Just give the attention to your employees and there behaviour.
                            I was traveling in bus MH40 AQ 6239. I gave him 500rs for 100Rs ticket. firstly he showed a trantrum and started moving forward. when I asked him about 400 change he behaved so inappropriately and started talking rubbish. ad handed 400Rs very angrily.

                              Dear sir,
                              I want to bring to your kind notice that today on 5/12/2019 bus number mh20 2705, route from paranda to swargate arrived at karmala bus stand at 5:35 pm and the bus driver got rude arrogant and angry on all the passengers sitting in this bus because one of the other bus arrived at the same time and hence the bus driver asked the passengers to vacate the bus stating the bus is cancelled. The issue happened because the driver wasn't happy with the other bus which also arrived at the same time on the karmala bus stand.. The concern is the passengers have to suffer because of the internal issue between the driver and the depot.

                              I hope this issue doesn't occur again and strict action to be taken so that inconvenience doesn't occur to passengers.

                                I am very disappointed with the service. I am on my way from mumbai to pune. Its already been 4 hours and have not even reached half way. The driver is also very rude. Please stop your service if you cannot maintain any professionalism. I am a regular traveller and it does not take # 6 hours to reach pune from mumbai, especially after i have shelled 540 bucks for a ticket. You are just ripping off the customers and i am going to suggest people to not use your service.

                                  On two of the seats courier packages have been kept making the passengers stand.
                                  When asked to conductor he told that they have taken the ticket.

                                  I want to ask to msrtc is it a passenger bus or a courier bus to whom they are giving the transport facility in which they are allowing to keep parcel on passenger's seat and allowing passengers to stand for hours.

                                  I need a serious clarification from msrtc on this.

                                  And more over i called twice msrtc helpline [protected] to register a complaint but they just simply not ready to take my complaint and keeping me hold and waiting for me to disconnect call. I am shocked to see this type of service from msrtc.

                                    Dear msrtc,

                                    I have done online booking on 23rd feb 2019, from swargate to sangli for shivshahi services.

                                    Amount of 978.63 has been deducted from my icici bank account, but tickets has not been issued for this this transaction.

                                    After this transaction failed, again i completed same transaction with the help of sbi bank.

                                    Till date failed transaction of icici bank has not been credited to my account.

                                    I have been following up on this from last 2 months, till date amount is not reversed

                                      Hello another complaint regarding bus
                                      On monday evening as usual took bus from infosys phase 2 to dange chowk but the conductor gave bus ticket from hinjewadi gaon which is 10rs but i paid him 15rs (Infosys phase 2 to dange chowk) when asked he was like its ok then i asked about the 5+5 = 10rs as i took 2 tickets he ignored and went ahead and did the same with other passengers.
                                      And what i heard is this condutor is usually involved in such kind of activity.
                                      I request a immediate action against this kind of activity.

                                      I want strict action to be taken on driver.
