There are no ordinary express buses for pune - baramati as well as baramati - pune
Only shiv shahi bus are available.

Shiv shahi bus are not at all clean and feel like vomiting. Curtains are not at all clean. Very bad experience i had.ac also dont work properly.

Kindly request you to provide ordinary express bus for this route

    Sir, shivshahi bus which starts from amravati to pune at 6.00 pm comes late daily at akola. Akola time is scheduled as 7.55 pm. But till 9.50 pm also bus didn't came. When we enquired then operator at akola told that this bus comes late daily after 10.00. If it is habitual and happening frequently them either action must be taken against person at fault as we are wasting our time here. Or bus timing must be changed.

    Its not a joke.. Estimated boardingof Shivshai from Hyderabad 9:15 pm.. right now time s 12:12 am but but itself didn't arrived yet... What is the need to give reservation system if but itself not arriving on time ..

      Speed is very less.
      Due to the failure of accelerator cabe bus was stop for half an hour.
      After that bus was stopped for 45 min at fountain hotel.
      I requested to give me boarding in another bus.
      Conductor given me chart i have shown to ordinary bus conductor but a lady conductor denied.
      Unfortunately i have travelled again in the same bus but not satisfied with my travel.

      I was booking ticket of shivshahi bus from panvel to satara on 4th may. After failed transaction money was deducted from my account without ticket booking. I want my 420 INR to be refunded back.
      Nobody responding no Technical Support & Transaction, number provided online i:e[protected] and [protected] (Toll Free). At one time it is call waiting and other time no one answering. When I get call waiting that means someone is available but other time no one answers.

        I am traveling in bus of MSRTC travelling from Yavatmal to Dhule. Driver stopped the bus just near to Dhule i.e. at location Near Mukati on Anand hotel at time around 10pm. Many of the passagers opposes to this sudden stoppage of bus near Dhule but driver behaves rudely and went for dinner. MSRTC has to take this issue on priority, because not only this route but also on Dhule to Nashik route drivers stop bus on hotels which is not needed at all..

          Some buses from maharastra of routine schedule via navapur, entering to gujarat via songadh, vyara are not coming at vyara bus stand & are directly going out from highway. Conductor's are behaving rudely with the passenger's if sitted for vyara & songadh
          We complain about to entered at vyara & take passenger's of vyara of both the ways to & fro to vyara & or passenger going from vyara. Buses are not coming & conductor's are refusing to take passengers of vyara from any other bus stand.

            I boarded a bus satara to tulapur (Bus number# mh07c9583) from solapur to travel to tuljapur at 08:30pm dated[protected]. The bus was already malfuntioned and there was problem with speed. Hence driver needed to run the bus with very low speed approx 50kmph whereas the govt apprpved speed is 100kmph. This was known to both conductor and driver from satara only which was confirmed by co passenger and they didn't bother to inform new passengers before boarding the bus at the same time they charged the full luxury fare of the journy.
            If the prior intimation was given then i would not have boarded the bus at first place. This has caused me a delay in further journy.
            This is very irresponsible behaviour on the personal on duty and i feel cheated.

              I was trying to book the ticket from solapure to hyderbad for shivashai maharashtra govt bus, conern here is money has been deducted from the account but reservation is not done successfully raher than eticket i got messgae saying that "ticket is not booked if money has been deducted then you will receive the money within 7 working days and try to book the other ticket" but there is no proper tracking no. For failure transaction, moreover in the portal they had provided couple of contact no and email for failed transactions but none of them are working right now, if after 7days if my money is not reverted to my account whome should i contact? Since there is no proper channel to communicate with msrtc customer care seriously msrtc portal should be enhanced/developwd properly than only people will book via online.
              But as of now i am worrying about my money which was unnecessarily deducted.

              Kindly reffer the below message which inhave received after booking the ticket.
              Msg:
              Your citibank a/c has been debited with inr 1065.30 on 04-may-2019 at 09:35 and account billdeskpg. [protected]@icici has been credited. Upi ref no.[protected]
              Money has been deducted from my account but I should get my money back even if the ticket is not booked

                Today morning at about 6.05, am, i have booked tkt. From dadar (East) to satpur by shivshahi bus departing from mumbai central at 9.45. On route mumbai to trimbakeshwar. I have selected seat no.12. Date of journey was of today's only, i. E.3rd may 2019.
                For this booking amount of rs.355.00 was debited from my account but not received copy of the same on my mail id or sms.
                I have called to customer care on no.[protected] at about 7.00 in the morning. They have told me that your ticket is fail & contact technical department on no.[protected]/23053992. I have triad on 1st no. Which was out of order & on 2nd no. It was showing continues busy.
                Tht amount was credited in your account by tr. Id no.[protected], given by my banker icici bank.
                Kindly arrange for refund of above said amount.
                Due to this i have to travelled by other bus trip to mumbai to sheirampur, at all most same time of 9.30.

                  When my sister is going through chimthane (Maharashtra) to pisawar (Gujarat) via dhule to selamba bus the bus tyre is punchered in dondaicha
                  The bus conductor give another (Dondaicha to ahmedabad) bus to my sister. When my sister arrived pisawar (Gujarat) the bus conductor behavied bad, he is speaking in cruel language and he stop bus from too far from pisawar when the girl is alone and he sat first time in the bus

                    I was booked my journey tickets from barshi to swarget on date 21/4/2019 tickets number 37208573 & 37209308 online on redbus but at bording time bus has failed (Break down) at busdepo in barshi busstand then i submit the refund request in barshi depo but today 11 days are completed and refund amount not credited in my accout.. Request that look in to the subject and resolve it

                      Bus: shivneri pune stn to dadar
                      Bus no. :9581
                      Start time: 1st may 2:45pm

                      I boarded the bus at aundh and deboarded it at vishal nagar as my trip was cancelled.
                      The driver asked me to deposit my ticket to him to deboard the bus.
                      How can he take my ticket if he has not to refund it
                      Now i have no proof to show my company that i started travelling for the meeting.

                          Greetings for the season!!!

                          I wanted you to make notice that, i have booked online ticket from msrtc online booking portal for the shivshahi bus of 13.15pm to make journet to pune from nashik on 29th april at 12.22 pm and have made the payment at the same time.

                          After amount got deducted successfully, i haven't receive e - ticket on my mail or any confirmation by sms on my phone.

                          After reaching to the bus station, and asking to the ticket checker, they also didn't get the confirmation for the seat on their memo.

                          Kindly guide further for refund of the deducted amount as i haven't allow to make trip on the same bus after amount got deducted for the same.

                            I am travelling from Dhule to Aurangabad on 30/04/2019 in MH20BL1402 at 05:00 Am bus, Experience was extremely horrible, literally feel roller coster drive, drive not follow any traffic rules drives vehicles like just stupid...even in Chalisgoan kannad ghat metal box of conductor was fallen dawn luckily a ladies just shift her seat from conductor to other just before
                            Request to kindly take disciplinary action on driver or arrange Trainning for him
                            They not receive call. Not helping us . Very disappoint

                              Hi,

                              I had done booking from Kokan Bhavan to Chiplun for the Shivshahi Bus on 29.03.2019 scheduled to be received at Kokan Bhavan stop at 21.10 hrs. However, the Bus arrived at 01:20 am. The bus was late by 3 hrs & 20 mints. More ever there was no update, support provided from the Mumbai Central ST depo. The only reply which the operator at Mumbai Central depo was giving was the bus is late & there is no contact with the Bus Driver & Conductor.

                              My Ticket No. 37352192. Traveler Name - Mr. Atmaram Mahadik Age - 68 yrs.

                              Being a Senior Citizen I had to wait for 3hrs 20 mints, without any update from Mumbai central depo. After 12 midnight the Operator stopped attending the phone also.

                              Is this the way ST is providing services to there customer, that to a Senior Citizen.
                              Is this the way ST Operates it's business. And then reports losses. The whole problem with the ST operations, is the inadequate & poor trained staff. MSRTC has the infrastructure, Government aid & funding, still because of the manner-less & inefficient staff, MSRTC is not able to perform & service well.

                              Expecting a reply & improvement in services.
                              The departure time from Swarget is 7:55 am. But the bus has not arrived at Swarget Bus Stand But till 8.40 am. Why it's delaying for such a long time. Its delaying for 40 minutes. Why buses are not punctual. Date of Journey(26/04/2019)

                                Sub : this is regarding the shivshahi bus reservation.

                                Name of bus : shirdi to patel.
                                Reservation : from sinnar to ghatkopar.
                                Date : 29.04.2019.
                                Bus type. : shivshahi
                                Boarding time: 8.30 am at sinnar.
                                Total person. : 2
                                Seat no. : 25 & 26.
                                Bus no. : 0860
                                Driver no. : 21937
                                Conductor no. : 71921

                                We have reached at sinnar bus stand morning 8.08 am, but above time dated bus was already reach sinnar bus stand at morning 8.00 am and then after 5 min bus move from them, bus conductor calling to me on 8.03 am, due to that time i am traveling to bus stand and our cell phone on a bag, hence i am unable to pick the call. When i reached at sinnar bus stand morning 8.08 am and waiting for the bus, but when the more time passed out then at 8.22 i enquired at bus stand office. That time they informed to me wait it will came at around 8.30. After 8.47am i again going to bus stand office and talk about bus not came, he informed to me wait it will be came shortly. After 9.00am i again going to bus stand enquiry office and and asked about bus that time the controller informed to me bus is already passing out at 8.00 am.
                                I asked to him how it possible, if the bus boarding time at sinnar is 8.30 and bus passing out at 8.00 am already. This is cheating with customer. I request to you kindly logg the my complaint against the bus operators, depo person, and bus conductor how they can move the bus from sinnar stand without taking the reservation passanger. After that i call to bus conductor and asking for the same issue he told me that our bus time at sinnar is 8.00am. I requested him and asked, then why in reserveation sheet time mentioned as 8.30. He unable to answer my question, i asked them where is the bus now, he told me, pass mahamarg bus stand. Pls also note that mahamarg time is also 9.30 am and bus reach at 9.00am at mahamarg.
                                It is completely seem that the msrtc is doing the cheating with customer. I request to you plz refund my paid amount with intrest otherwise i will move to consumers court for further line of action of any, it is cleary cheat with customer.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  I just want to know is the schedule stop at adsul phata for saoner to shegaon. Because the driver and conductor are not taking stop at adsul. If any passenger is wants to take down the due they will stop the bus far away from bus stop, some time it will take stop. However most of the time they will not take stop. Could u please shade some light and advise is there a official bus stop at adsul for this bus... When i have face this incident the bus no was 4681. So the people's will aware about it.

                                  When the bus Conductor of the bus number MH 20 BL 1267 has given a full core bill, he has threatened to drop the Bus from the vehicle and started a fight, so that the photo of the ticket has been added and should be done as soon as possible.

                                  Shivshahi bus MIRAJ- SWARGATE late by 1.15HRS (5.40am) to reach at Sangli bus stand.
                                  Arrival time was 5.40 am at Sangli stand, but it came at .6.40am
                                  कधीच कोणतेही वाहक व चालक वेळेवर येत नाही, बस वेळेवर काढत नाही, तिकीट मशीन मध्ये मेमो नसतो, विचारणा केल्यावर उत्तरे व्यवस्थित मिळत नाही, डेपो मॅनेजर लक्ष देत नाही. बसने प्रवास कठीण झाला आहे

                                    This is not first time, whenever i m traveling bus is always late.. If bus is late by 30 mins late i won't file complaint against it bcz it is late more than 90 mins.. Because of this public ppl like us affected.
                                    Kindly make sure that buses are running on time like 90 mins in late night.. And bus is also stoping at bus stop for a single persons waiting..

                                      We have travelled from shirdi to pune via sangamner. we have one senior citizen with us but conductor named KG raut had refused to give concencession as he said this is only for maharatshtra's public who has local residesial proof of maharashtra only.
                                      as we want clarification from MSRTC about concession availment

                                      we can provide all details of ticket if required

                                      Hope the MSRTC will provide juatification on this issue .

                                        The timing of the bus was 7.30am but till 7.45am the bus was not there the bus came after 7.50am and still till 8.20am the bus wasn't departed
                                        We we're contacted to the controller and customer care no[protected] they were not friendly at all they were replying arrogantly that wasn't the way of communicating with someone they we're not co operating at all.
                                        Worst service i ever seen by the martc controller...
