I have issued ticket on mobile app from shirdi to parel on 13.04.2019 at 8pm. But ticket don't show on app. I call on toll free and tech app they said you 3will get refund. Then i called to tech person they told me how to download ticket they said i will get refund. Mr harish shubham i am daily calling toll free [protected] they said i will go to near depot to cancel ticket, i west to depot mr thosar said i cant cancel your ticket. My money is with msrtc and i want it back. Please do

Conductor batch no 15242 bus no 174. He is a careless and no responsibility to its job. He had not stopped the bus for 85 year old lady which was disable to properly walk. He had stopped the bus in one way road because of him it was total traffic jam every one was just hornking he had done this just for to eat pakoda. Very calmly he was buying pakoda 😂and eating and walking towards bus by making so much trouble, one of passenger asked him way you do like this he had shouted on him "ye jasta shana nako banu sagle jase gap ahe na tu pan ma gap pa bas pude jayecha ahe na". I was smiling my self. Because of this donkey who have pride he is working in government job no one can do anything to him. Because of this people our government department name goes down. I know there will no action on him but avoiding this incident will take a big dig towards our nation

I was traveling from kothurd to pune station. Conductor batch no.15242 bus no 174. He was stupid he had stop the bus in middle of the one way road just to eat pakoda. And because of him their was big traffic from which every one got stuck there was not a place to move even for walking to people. And he was so careless he was eat and walk casually. People ask him way he his doing like this he had shouted to all passenger. I know there will be no action on him because of our casual government system. Hi, i was traveling from swargate to islampur on 19 th april 2019. I had pre booked tickets for seat no 27, 28. My ticket no is 37157255.

The condition was not good. So we had informed depot incharge at swargate. He still given the node to use this bus on this route. The bus broke down near vai data.

We waited for 2 hours. But no replacement bus was sent by the authorities despite repeated requests by all passengers. We called the person incharge sanjay jain on cell number but he said he cannot send another bus. He said we can ask another shivashahi bus traveling on same route to give us lift.

The shivashahi drivers were not agree to take us because the buses were apparently fully occupied. We have to make request to one driver to give lift as there were elders and toddlers on the bus. Finally he agreed to take us standing. We paid full price for the seats still we had to go more than half of distance standing.

Swarget st stand ledis washrooms is very bad candishan. Ledis washroom servis is free but dear workar was asking for a 10-20 rs. Pear parsan for use. This a chiting with as.

The quality of all msrtc buses is so poor that the journey is a nightmare for all passengers. The suspensions are poor and the vibrations in bus are too large which causes so much of discomfort.
I live in navapur and sometimes travel by gsrtc (Gujarat) busses. The fare of those buses are comparatively lower and still they are able to provide good journey because of good buses and and better drivers. The drivers of msrtc buses are soo irresponsible that they don't care about passenger's comfort, all they care is only to finish their jobs on time and return home early. For eg - they would not even slow down the bus on a speed breaker or if there are holes in the road. And also the behaviour of almost all the bus conductors is so rude that they don't even want to help the customers, all they want is to protest and increase their salaries only.
This alltogether creates a very negative impact of msrtc and passengers only travel via this because they are compelled to do so. I think private busses could provide better service at the same price. But i am against privatisation i think msrtc can learn to manage themselves properly and provide a better traveling experience.

I had booked ticket for shivshai from pune to solapur.
The time displayed on red bus was 7.30.
Later when i arrived at the bus station, i was informed that this bus comes from bombay and is going to hyderabad.
The bus daily comes at 9.30
Same was not been displayed on red bus.
I wanted to get down at solapur, as per 7.30 i would have reached solapur at 1.30.
The bus that comes at 9.30, will reach midnight.
How a girl is supposed to manage.

I am ankit chopde and i have booked ticket of shivshahi 17th april 2019, 6 pm bus boarding from pune to akola. But the confirmed bus got some issues and another bus was dued to us from pune, which was supposed to drop us at aurangabad and from there another bus to be allotted to us, as we started from pune the bus took a stop of few min. At a dhaba before ahmednagar city, where i was left alone and my luggage went in the bus and i have no contacts there in. Please help me out of it. It had many important documents and things.

Bus no. Mh-20, bl-4257 depo - satana, date of travelling-17/04/18 bus timing-10pm at nashik bus station. The bus driver driving bus in such fast speed no one seats properly. Is it for transport of people or for good transport? I think road authority of india creat speed breaker to limit the speed of vehicle but the bus driver is blind. He drive bus straight way without seeing speed breaker. Will state travel pay us money if we have a back bone problem?
Plz think our it and take proper action.

Bhiwandi to thane bus no mh 20 bl 1479 this bus conductor take unauthorised charges for passengers. Today 16 and 17 april he is taking money pipeline to pimplas 20 rs actual rent for this traveling is 10 rupees but he is taking double and not giving me tickets and his behaviour is so bad with passengers like he shout in passengers without any reason. Please i want to do request about him (Conductor) please dismiss him from any type of government job.

I want to complaint about the msrtc bus nagpur to aurangabad 8:30 am from yavatmal. My grandparents want to go to aurangabad from yavatmal. My grandfather (Age 79) enter the bus and my grandmother (Age 73) can't walk fast because of her medical condition and age. Came behind my grandfather conductor can't wait for my grandmother to come. He abuse my grandfather and force my grandfather to leave the bus. This is happened in less than 2 min. That's why i can't take bus number.
I am kindly requesting you to improve your representative.

I am a frequent traveller of st bus and found the toilets on the bus stand are not maintained clean.
No exhaust fans
Disinfectant are not used to clean
They are all stinking.

Msrtc has increased the prices considerably but the facilities need to be upgraded especially the cleaning of bus stand and urinals

Yesterday i tried 7-8 times to book 2 tickets in kurlaneharunagar to bhimashankar ordinary bus for my grandparents from ghatkopar to shinoli for yesterday i. E 16.04.2019
Out of 7-8 times, 4 times my money deducted from my bank account.
Two times i tried to book seat no: - 19 & seat no: - 20 for above passengers but no ticket generated but amount deducted from my bank account.

I didn't receive any tickets in my email id as well as not showing in my tickets details tab.

Bus number mh14-bt-2465 in the morning at 6:30 i got into the bus vasai to poladpur at thane the driver bashed into a tree at thane khopat depot because of wch the rear window of the bus broke down into pieces and because of which 4 to 5 people including me in bus got hurt but the driver didn even stopped the bus and even the conductor whn i tld him to tell driver to ride properly his reply was "i dnt kno how to drive u go n tell him".. Hope in ths case action should be taken

Please take serious action against him as soon as possible otherwise that person is harm to socity, his mischievous behaviour is so much dangerous for common peoples who were travel in public transport so please do needful action against him.

Bus from Aurangabad to paratwada which is required to depart on 7:15am departed before the time on 7:00am on 14th April. When asked on the enquiry counter they said we will make the bus to stop at Jalna. On arriving to jalna as well bus was not there. Wrong information given by enquiry counter officer as well no bus timing maintained leading to so much inconvenience and irritation.

This is vaibhav lavhale, age 23 travelling with msrtc bus number mh 40, aq 6250. The bus was heading from pund to buldhana. Since it was last bus from pune i boarded it with my luggage and started travelling with all standing. I asked driver to allow me to put it in cabin. He permitted and i kept my luggage in cabin. During the time aurangabad came and i got last seat vacant to sit. Meanwhile in aurangabad driver changed which i wasn't aware. Suddenly i overhead that someone thrown luggage in cabin all the way out. So i checked and it was mine only. So i asked why he's doing so? That changed driver said "i will kill you with this steppny i[censored] keep this bag here" and also used extremely abusive words in front of all. I tried to get my bag inside and writing this complain. I an going to do an fir against the driver and msrtc. I still request to take and appropriate action against him.

It's very sad to say that after paying so much of money for the ticket which is around 1.5 times of normal bus ticket, the shivshahi bus is very dirty. The staff of msrtc is very rude about answering complaints and they tell the passengers the if you want to sit then sit otherwise don't sit..
Please take bote of this complaint and improve your service.
