Hi,

I had done booking from Kokan Bhavan to Chiplun for the Shivshahi Bus on 29.03.2019 scheduled to be received at Kokan Bhavan stop at 21.10 hrs. However, the Bus arrived at 01:20 am. The bus was late by 3 hrs & 20 mints. More ever there was no update, support provided from the Mumbai Central ST depo. The only reply which the operator at Mumbai Central depo was giving was the bus is late & there is no contact with the Bus Driver & Conductor.

My Ticket No. 37352192. Traveler Name - Mr. Atmaram Mahadik Age - 68 yrs.

Being a Senior Citizen I had to wait for 3hrs 20 mints, without any update from Mumbai central depo. After 12 midnight the Operator stopped attending the phone also.

Is this the way ST is providing services to there customer, that to a Senior Citizen.
Is this the way ST Operates it's business. And then reports losses. The whole problem with the ST operations, is the inadequate & poor trained staff. MSRTC has the infrastructure, Government aid & funding, still because of the manner-less & inefficient staff, MSRTC is not able to perform & service well.

Expecting a reply & improvement in services.
The departure time from Swarget is 7:55 am. But the bus has not arrived at Swarget Bus Stand But till 8.40 am. Why it's delaying for such a long time. Its delaying for 40 minutes. Why buses are not punctual. Date of Journey(26/04/2019)

    Dear sir/ madam

    Sub : this is regarding the shivshahi bus reservation.

    Name of bus : shirdi to patel.
    Reservation : from sinnar to ghatkopar.
    Date : 29.04.2019.
    Bus type. : shivshahi
    Boarding time: 8.30 am at sinnar.
    Total person. : 2
    Seat no. : 25 & 26.
    Bus no. : 0860
    Driver no. : 21937
    Conductor no. : 71921

    We have reached at sinnar bus stand morning 8.08 am, but above time dated bus was already reach sinnar bus stand at morning 8.00 am and then after 5 min bus move from them, bus conductor calling to me on 8.03 am, due to that time i am traveling to bus stand and our cell phone on a bag, hence i am unable to pick the call. When i reached at sinnar bus stand morning 8.08 am and waiting for the bus, but when the more time passed out then at 8.22 i enquired at bus stand office. That time they informed to me wait it will came at around 8.30. After 8.47am i again going to bus stand office and talk about bus not came, he informed to me wait it will be came shortly. After 9.00am i again going to bus stand enquiry office and and asked about bus that time the controller informed to me bus is already passing out at 8.00 am.
    I asked to him how it possible, if the bus boarding time at sinnar is 8.30 and bus passing out at 8.00 am already. This is cheating with customer. I request to you kindly logg the my complaint against the bus operators, depo person, and bus conductor how they can move the bus from sinnar stand without taking the reservation passanger. After that i call to bus conductor and asking for the same issue he told me that our bus time at sinnar is 8.00am. I requested him and asked, then why in reserveation sheet time mentioned as 8.30. He unable to answer my question, i asked them where is the bus now, he told me, pass mahamarg bus stand. Pls also note that mahamarg time is also 9.30 am and bus reach at 9.00am at mahamarg.
    It is completely seem that the msrtc is doing the cheating with customer. I request to you plz refund my paid amount with intrest otherwise i will move to consumers court for further line of action of any, it is cleary cheat with customer.

      Hello sir,

      I just want to know is the schedule stop at adsul phata for saoner to shegaon. Because the driver and conductor are not taking stop at adsul. If any passenger is wants to take down the due they will stop the bus far away from bus stop, some time it will take stop. However most of the time they will not take stop. Could u please shade some light and advise is there a official bus stop at adsul for this bus... When i have face this incident the bus no was 4681. So the people's will aware about it.

      Dear sir,
      When the bus Conductor of the bus number MH 20 BL 1267 has given a full core bill, he has threatened to drop the Bus from the vehicle and started a fight, so that the photo of the ticket has been added and should be done as soon as possible.

      Shivshahi bus MIRAJ- SWARGATE late by 1.15HRS (5.40am) to reach at Sangli bus stand.
      Arrival time was 5.40 am at Sangli stand, but it came at .6.40am
      कधीच कोणतेही वाहक व चालक वेळेवर येत नाही, बस वेळेवर काढत नाही, तिकीट मशीन मध्ये मेमो नसतो, विचारणा केल्यावर उत्तरे व्यवस्थित मिळत नाही, डेपो मॅनेजर लक्ष देत नाही. बसने प्रवास कठीण झाला आहे

        This is not first time, whenever i m traveling bus is always late.. If bus is late by 30 mins late i won't file complaint against it bcz it is late more than 90 mins.. Because of this public ppl like us affected.
        Kindly make sure that buses are running on time like 90 mins in late night.. And bus is also stoping at bus stop for a single persons waiting..

          We have travelled from shirdi to pune via sangamner. we have one senior citizen with us but conductor named KG raut had refused to give concencession as he said this is only for maharatshtra's public who has local residesial proof of maharashtra only.
          as we want clarification from MSRTC about concession availment

          we can provide all details of ticket if required

          Hope the MSRTC will provide juatification on this issue .

            The timing of the bus was 7.30am but till 7.45am the bus was not there the bus came after 7.50am and still till 8.20am the bus wasn't departed
            We we're contacted to the controller and customer care no[protected] they were not friendly at all they were replying arrogantly that wasn't the way of communicating with someone they we're not co operating at all.
            Worst service i ever seen by the martc controller...
            We are contact the shivaji nagar stand phone number 40 min continues but no any one receive the call .No any one take dedicated work.please action on this

              Dear sir

              Shivaji nagar, pune bus stand- no clean, un systematic parking of buses, no proper platform uses, nobody in inquiry room and ticket window at nashik buss PF early morning, later somebody come but not responding properly, no clear announcements.


              Shivaji nagar to Latur shivshahi at 5:50 am, bus no 2586- not clean, curtains and seats are dirty, charging points not working. But bus staff is good.
              Date 23.04.19
              Nashik pune
              Time of departure : 13.30
              AC not working properly.
              AC vents are faulty.
              We have not paid higher fair for this.
              Hopeless service.

                Faced bad experience with shivshahi bus.
                I travel from pune to kolhapur on dated 28 april 2019, departures time was 5 am but actually leaves at 5.30am due to the ticket counter person came late & started booking at 5.15 am.

                It's completely shows careless & irresponsible nature of the msrtc ticket booking person.

                It's better to travel with private bus rather than such bus.

                  I nill regularly traveled in shivery mumbai to pune, i saw at matripark bus stop so many huker give brief to ur conductor and come inside bus to sell there cheapest quality product 1 is boil peanuts and low quality oil fary chips local quality product sell at high price, plz take action otherwise any body fall in food efection, because ur conductor take brief and allow to sell, and also passenger eat and throw the peals here and there, some passenger after eat they wash there hand in window cloth and some vomit after eat, its look very bad in shivnery

                    I was traveling from solapur to pandharpur on 26/4/2019 by asiad bus not having conductor leaving solapur at 6 p m. By bus no 4989 along with my family and friends. The bus reached at pandharpur at about 8 p m. The bus reached in time however the driver did not given sufficient time for removing my luggage. When talked about the same he arrogantly talked to me and replied you do whatever you want. This attitude of bus driver is wrong. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest under intimation to me.

                      माननीय साहेब, आपण आपल्या एसटी कर्मचा ऱ्याच्या कुटुंबासाठी सहामाही पास देतात. त्या पासचा वापर कुटुंबातील सर्व नातेवाईक करत आहे. त्यामुळे आपला संपूर्ण तोटा होत आहे. ही मोठी समस्या आहे. यासाठी फोटो, id proof, आधार कार्ड सक्तीचे करा . आमचा पास बद्दल काही वाईट विचार नाही पण त्याच वापर व्यवस्थित व्हावा हीच आमची इच्छा. सध्या सुट्टीचा काळ चालू आहे त्यामुळे लवकरात लवकर नियम सुरू करावा .आपल्या प्रतिसादाची वाट पाहात आहे.

                        I had confirmed bus number (9380) from mumbai central before bus comming in kharghar bus stop. My reservation is confirmed (Msrtc online booking). But st conductor told to me your reservation not in this bus. When that time i had called to mumbai central st depo[protected]. Then he told to me your reservation is confirmed but mumbai central to karad bus number (9380), this conductor forgot memo details. Please give me my money back.

                          Mumbai to hyderabad shivshahi bus is always 2 hour late, when i asked depot manager they are arguing with us and not cooperating. To whom should we complaint.
                          Vehicle number : mh14 gu2938. Its not only today whenever i traveled by this bus they always late for min 2 hour.
                          When i told them about complaint they are agressivly telling us do whatever you want to do.

                            I had booked a ticket from amravati to jalna in mstrc shivshahi bus.. Payment was done and i reached bus station half an hour earlier to be on safer side. The tentative time of bus arrival passed as i was waiting for the bus but it didn't come. Later i came to know that the bus didn't enter the bus station, it went right away from outside only. Neither did the conductor tried to contact me (He had all my details since i had done reservation online) it was very urgent for me to reach my destination but due to careless, irresponsible and negligent behavior of the concerned driver and conductor, my bus was missed in an unknown city in late hours of night.                               Myself rohit changdev gaikwad and i'm traveling msrtc bus hydrabad-akluj (Mh 14 bt 4660) on date 26 april 2019 from omerga to andur. The conductor m s tikute gave me ticket omerga to naldurg but i ask him for omerga to andur and he said that the value of ticket is same for both the palces by mistake of conductor he gave me ticket of naldurg. It was all conductors mistake done.
                              Then at naldurg he said that u have to buy ticket again or get out from bus and spoke unplesent way of language.
                              So, i hope for strict action done by sir/madam

                                I want to draw your kind attention of the irregular timing of amravati - ausa shivshahi bus. As per msrtc timetable this shivshahi bus at hingoli is 12:30 pm, but always it comes in between 1:30-3:00 pm. Today my family with two senior citizen hv to go latur from hingoli i gone to drop them at hingoli bus stand at 12:00 pm, we were waiting for shivshahi bus strangely bus comes at 3:00 pm (I have ticket with time n date) it was 2:30 hr late, the actual passangers have some time to have to wait for hours together it will cause harassment of passangers, this is not first experience with me it happens frequently most of the time. It comes late every time, when i ask for late there is same reason like engine heating problem, road are not proper etc... This is ridiculous things, they should follow time line, passengers always have some important planning, work shedule regarding their travelling.
                                There fore request you to check out the matter to follow time line, i hope you note this problem and take action to resolve this problem as soon as early as possible, i am sure that you will take early making the bus service more great for the common man.

                                  Hello, during the ticket booking charges deducted from my account but ticket not confirmed so request you to please revert my chargesdetails are as given.
                                  This transaction completed on 23rd Apr 2019. After the ticket not confirmed after charges deduction i had booked another ticket and also charges deducted.

                                  So request you to please credit my 440Rs. To my account. Please do needful.

                                    Pune control department to follow the time table.
                                    Giving the excuse that no booking done.
                                    As per MSRTC timetable bus departure time is 5 am, and actually bus depart from Shivaji nagar 5.30 am.
                                    This is ridiculous thing. They should follow the time line. Passenger always have some planning regarding their traveling. They have some work schedule.
                                    Please ask them to follow timeline. Not only at Shivaji nagar bus station but it's request to MSRTC that required to follow timeline.

                                      Today i have traveled with st number mentioned above & observed that driver turned the vehical with wrong road?. I asked driver & conductor for satara stand then according to rule st should be go through the bellow bridge bridge is only for mumbai or pune directly st? Give instruction to all st driver as well as conductor for the same.

                                      One 80 year old lady is with me i walked along with her with 3 km in strong sunlight
                                      ? What if she is relative to you?
                                      I am not blaming the government servant i am blaming the system make proper system... Hope you could understood & take strong action on conductor as well as driver who behave wrongly with me & aged lady.

                                        I have booked a ticket no. 37133122 for a journey from kurla nehru nagar to mahad for the route parel to raigad wade on 19/04/2019 21.30 hrs. The bus boarding time at nehru nagar depot is 22.01 hrs. I reach the depot at 21.15 hrs. (May be check from cctv footage) and inquired regarding schedule of bus.

                                        The official at counter inform me that the bus will schedule at 22.00 hrs and available at platform number 04. Hence from 21.20 hrs onward i was standing at platform number 04. At 22.10 hrs i again went to the counter to inquire about the schedule of the bus. But to the surprise, the counter clerk told me that he bus has left at 22.05 hrs which was waiting at platform number 10. When i asked how the bus which suppose to be available at platform number 04 was park at platform number 10 and without any announcement left without taking reserve passenger, the counter clerk abuse me and did not co-operate. When i approach shri chitale, the duty officer & narrate the incidence, he also did not co-operate nor refunded my reservation money. I have lodge my complain in the register available at counter.

                                        I have to left without refund of my reserve money amounting to rs. 230/-. This is very painful experience.

                                        I request you to look into the matter and take action against the defaulter. Also refund my money.
