मी पुसद, जिल्हा यवतमाळ येथील रहिवासी असुन पुसद बस स्थानकात वाहन पार्किंगची सुविधा आहे. दोन चाकि वाहनास दिवसा रु 10/- व रात्री चे रू 30/- आकारले जातात.
मी नेहमी बसनेच प्रवास करतो आणी मोटर सायकल या वाहनतळावर ठेवतो.
या वाहन तळास msrtc, pusad कडुन अधिकृत ठेका देण्यात आला किंवा नाही याबाबत माहीती नाही परंतु नियमा नुसार ठेका दिल्यास दर्शनी भागावर ठेळ्याची प्रत लावलेला नाही तसेच ठेक्यानुसार ठरलेले वाहनांचे भाडयाचे फलक लावलेले नाही, भाड्याची पावती दिली जात नाही. आणी मनमानी पध्दतीने प्रवाशांकडुन रक्कम वसुली केली जात आहे.
मी दि.[protected] रोजी मी अमरावती जाण्यासाठी माझी मोटर सायकल बस स्थानकातील वाहनतळामध्ये ठेवली व मला दि.[protected] रोजी सायंकाळी परत यावयाचे होते. त्यासाठी मला रू. 30/- भाडे सांगीतले परंतु दुसरे दिवशी परत आल्यावर रु. 50/- भाडे घेण्यात आले. त्याची पावती मागुन सुध्दा देण्यात आली नाही. अशा पध्दतीने वाहनतळ धारकाकडुन सामान्य प्रवाशांची आर्थीक लुट केली जात आहे.
आपलया विभागाकडुन वाहनतळासाठी ठेका देण्यात आला आहे काय? वाहनांसाठी किती रुपये भाडे दिवसा व रात्री करिता ठराविण्यात आले? त्या भाज्याची पावती देण्याची व्यवस्था आहे काय? दराचे फलक ची व्यवस्था आहे काय?. माहीती दयावी व ठेका देताना घालुन दिलेल्या आर्टा व शर्ती ची प्रत दयावी
वरिल प्रमाणे प्रवाशांचे आर्थीक पिळवणुकि बाबत त्वरीत योग्य चौकशी करावी व अटी प्रमाणे वाहनतळ धारकास भाडे आकारून पावती देण्यास बाध्य करावे व प्रवाशांची आर्थीक लुट थांबवावी

      I've to go daily pune manapa to mhalunge. But the bus timing is not good... Sometimes it's going very soon and sometimes bus is not there on time... Today they told us the bus no. 114 'mhalunge' is coming and leaving sharp 9 am. Bus came on time but not leaving till 9:15 an. What the hell is going on??? If you can't arrange the timing of buses... Then why you guys here??? 😡😡

        Bus no mh 06 s 8120
        Pune to barshi
        Conductor name - ram gaikwad
        Details - i ask conductor after reading board on bus want to go to barshi, he said to sit in bus, after travelling 10 to 20 km he said the bus is not going to barshi and you have to climb down to kurduwadi.

        Though he is not rude in behaviour i am get frustrated because of his mistake.

        Please take proper action.
        I have booked a ticket for 8.30 am shivneri from Thane vanadana to swargate . I am boarding at mhada colony bus stop till 9am bus is not arrived. I would like to have compensation for the same.

        My self pradip ekshinge I am 56% handicap and I have appropriate permanent identity card provided byMSRTC. I am traveling in MH20 BL3677 pune to ambejogai . I have asked 1/4 ticket and shown handicap identity card but they told me you have to take full ticket without any reason. And he started abusing me

          I was travelling from baba petrol pump aurangabad to seven hill aurangabad.. As i boarded from baba petrol pump, the bus seats were already occupied but there where some mens who were sitting on the seats which are reserved for women... So i requested that men to leave that seat as that seat was reserved for women and no other seat was available in that bus... That person aggrogantly answered me and refused to leave that seat which was reserved for women, and started arguing with me...
          Then i asked the conductor of the bus, her surname was "bankar" to ask that person to leave that seat. But she refused and said that, "you should ask other men in the bus to leave there seat" and said she has other work to do and then started arguing with me... I request you to please take strict action against that conductor so that no other women travels by standing when seats are reserved for women...
          They behave rudely. They dont give answer properly. They talk rudely. No proper Guidance and if i told them that i dont know Marathi than they give revert back with i dont know Hindi.Is it a way to talk with your customer???

            I am a regular traveler of your st. Our st will continue to provide and provide better services to maharashtra state. There are seats reserved for senior citizens, freedom fighters and some senior citizens in the seat behind the driver. But most of the time passengers are sitting outside the starting stages in the reserved seats for senior citizens. At that time, a senior citizen requested that other passengers should not be able to get out of the premises when the senior citizen was not ready to rise from that place, and then they requested the vacancies for senior citizens to vacate the place for a senior woman. *thane - wada train number mh20 bl 0388 the conductor of mr. M h borse* when the vehicle was made to mh borse, the conductor did not cooperate with any kind. Further, after checking the way for the same *st ticket checkup team the way in which the carrier shri when m. H. Borse complained, * the carrier, after reaching the st wada, argued with me about the complaint to the road ticket inspector. However, the request for suggestion of giving reservation to women or men should be given to the senior citizens.

              I tried to board a bus from centre point, Lonavala. Bus was half vacant. But the driver denied saying that he cannot take any passengers as there is no conductor for the bus. I have attached an image for the bus number. Public transport are for citizens, and if there is no conductor for a bus then higher authorities should look after such issues or find alternate ways.

              Almost on every window their was misleading advertisement by some black magician.
              I will attache the photo .

              We had booked tickets of shivshahi but due to some bus problem the depot manager asked us to travel from ordinary bus. Refund has not intiated till now

                Money refund should be also done in that account only from where it was deducted. Please confirm

                I was booking tickets from the MSRTC app. Money is debited from my account but I don't see any booking in my list. I called customer service they don't receive the call. Also emailed them, but no reply.

                  I reshma kadam regular customer of mrtct and also frequent travelar of baramati - pune-baramati route.
                  On the occasion of gudipadawa, i was aware about crowdy ticket counter at swargate, so decided to book ticket online prior my journey timing. But after several failed attempts i had decided to do reservation. Due to my job timing i was unable to go to the bus stand for reservations so my sister done the reservation from baramati bus stand.
                  She sent me the photo of that ticket through whatsapp.
                  My journey timing was 6.15 pm (05 april 2019). I reached at the bus stop at 6 pm.
                  One of my colleague was also travelling with me..
                  After showing the whatsapp ticket, to supervisor and conductor named bansode refused our ticket and talked with us very arogantally and rudely. Also asked for paying same amount of money to travel with the same seats we booked already according to the rules book of mrtct which is present behind the (Pink) ticket. I demanded the same seats numbers (45, 29) insted they gave us different seat numbers (5, 6) even the list they having shows that 45, 29 are reserved.
                  So, i request you to please look forward into this issue, refund my money.

                    I boarded the bus from Vaijapur at approx 6:15 am. However, after 5-10 from Vaijapur, the driver stopped the bus in the middle of the road, following instructions from the conducter. They both talked in drivers cabin and did not advise about any reason to the passengers as why they stopped the bus. after 15-20 mins, everyone was panicking as they did not inform any passenger about any reason. I asked the conductor on whats the mater. The answer was really surprising to me. The ticketing machine is hanged he said and we cannot move forward until the billing is done for all passengers.
                    I would like to know, is this really the actual process that they are instructed to follow. if the ticketing machine stops. Do they stop in the middle of the road for this silly reason and cause tremendous distress, inconvenience, and distress to the customers. can't the proceed with the journey and report this at the next bus stop??

                    Also, if the machine hangs or stops working, what is the option/alternative for that. I am sure it is not haulting the vehicle in the middle of the road and cause inconvenience and delay to the passengers. we got late by approx 30-45 mins in total. I am definitely looking for a compensation from the MSRTC on this and a written explanation for this situation.

                      The bus condition was very bad and dangerous, as one bar near the window was broken and was sharp enough to cause injury to passengers. Please see the photos attached. The photos speak for themselves. Is this the kind of security, we provide to our customers.

                      I have boarded this bus on wednesday, 03 april as well and was sitting on the same window seat. This needs a serious attention of the mantainence authorities.

                        I went to the the boriwali bus depot to catch the last bus of shivneri which will take me to the swargate depot.. But the controller said the last bus was of 9.30 pm. So i get freaked because as per your official website the timetable or scedule says that 22.30hrs is the last bus for the swargate... If you are providing this tyoe o service to us this is unexpected from msrtc so please recorrect or manage your bus schedule properly to avoid inconviniemce of the passengers. The latest scedule is attached below.

                          My grandmother is travelling islampur to sangli. My grandmas stop is sangliwadi. My grandma is said 5 times conductor to stop bus to sangliwadi but conductor is not stopped the bus in sangliwadi stop. the lady conductor is stopped bus in karnala naka and stop bus and treat very badly to my grandma. My grandma is gone lost after 3 hours she is come to home lady conductor name is U R Barge.

                            I booked a ticket from pune to panaji and the bus was canceled due to diesel pipe broken and heating issue in pune iteself.

                            Conductor gave a refund to all passengers who booked ticket from him

                            As we booked on msrtc application online, he advised to visit primpri office.

                            I visited the office twice and its been 20 days, yet my ticket is not canceled and my refund is not given to me.

                            Everytime they said, madam is on leave today, we can not do anything..

                            Please escalate this issue and refund my rs: 1520/-

                              Refer to complaint subject, yesterday i booke shivshahi bus from ahmednagr to kokan bhavan (Mumbai) which was sleerper ac shivshahi and time was 11.29. But instead of ac sleeper bus they available the ac seater bus and bus also came later, delay was 4 hours.

                              My personal request to you, as the ticket was taken by msrtc for sleeper but they did not available that bus.

                              Please refund our 500rs. Ticket vakue to me. Its a poor service given by msrtc.

                              I had booked a ticket from MSRTC app, the ticket was not booked but my amount was deducted from my account and its not refunded to me till now
                              This is for mh11 9296 bus from satara to pune. This bus has stopped due to malfunction. Poor bus with extremely slow speed is provided almost 1 and half hour delay. Why this is so poor service's especially for alternative option. I have attached pics of bus and disturbed passengers. Please take strong action. I would like to get refund.

                                Today i requested to bus crows to stop the bus at shivraj petrol pump stop. But bus crows are behaving arrogantly and not listing to passengers. They stopped the bus at a highway. I paying full money to msrtc but not getting good service and behavior from crows of msrtc.
                                Please take strong action against this type of crows.

                                  Today I am travelling from nasik to pune by ShivShahi bus. The time from nasik is 3:00 PM. The bus no. is 429.
                                  The bus is not at all cleaned before leaving from nasik.
                                  There is garbage everywhere. There were used water bottles in luggage space. Garbage in the baskets provided behind the seats.
                                  Very bad and disappointing. Strict action to be taken.

                                    On 23rd of march, my travel was from nashik fata to shirdi bus bus did not came. They adjusted in some other bus which came to pick us at 7am. My all further plans got postponed because of which i had to cancel my return train reservation for the same day. I also had to book hotel for my one night stay which costed approx. 850/-.in toal i ad to bear more 2000/- because of delay in bus time.

                                    I visited shivaji nagar bus stan for help but they did not help me with my refund issue and advised me to raise a complaint ogh website as they adjusted me in some other bus. But they did not understand my concern that because on delay from your side i had to bear a lot.

                                      I have a complaint against msrtc bus. I am a woman traveling solo. I had reserved a ticket from pune to shirdi on 29.03.19 of a shivshahi bus which leaves from shivajinagar st stand at 3.30 pm.
                                      1) firstly, i reached these before time enquired at the window, the woman at the window said she doesn't know and the bus might come!
                                      2) then i decided to wait until the time of the bus and the bus didnt not show up, i go for enquiry again (If i wouldnt have asked there was no way i could have found out the bus is cancelled. They had my number and it was their responsibility to inform me) and thats when they tell me the bus won't come and i have to go in a semi-luxury bus even when i had the reservation of a shivshahi ac bus!
                                      3) after a little bit of arguing they send me to a shivshahi bus that leave 45 minutes later than the timing of my bus hence wasting my time.
                                      4) ok i made peace with shifting and wasted time, when i go to the new bus and sit on a seat available (Which was sadly reserved and btw what should be announced by the conductor before the people settle down so they dont have to movie again and again as the reserved seats arrive) then the conductor asked me to move and i agreed but asked him to arrange other seat for m. The conductor was horribly rude and yelled at me that this is not your bus and its not my job to provide you a seat!
                                      5) i argued back but he was very rude and i saw no point is arguing anymore with such a person who was not even ready to listen.
                                      6) i had to move to the last seat of the bus which is very bumpy and uncomfortable which i thought was very unfair.

                                      The mistake or change, whatever you may call it was on the msrtc's side not mine. They should have provided me with proper and comfortable arrangements if they couldn't fullfil the ones that i paid for. It was very unfair that i was made to travel in such uncomfortable way even when i made effort to book my tickets beforehand so i can travel comfortably. My objective of reserving the tickets was completely shredded to bits and i am very disappointed at this.

                                        Journey from karad to pune: mh 14gu4336, i purchased chocobar of having mrp20 rs, i asked to pay 25 rs which is of 25%more than mrp. Hotel name: malabar restaurant. At satara. Which is authorised by msrtc. While asking reason of it, they haven’t answered. While asked for the bill of it or gst registration, they refused to answer with very very rude language.
                                        Why common people need to pay more without a reason? Why msrtc had a contract with such hotels?
