S. T solapur - kusur bus no. Mh 14 bt 3732. S. T conductor fully rude first his bus time 11:30 but late 1 hrs. He say not it is govt rule i don't know. Please take the action

Ase conductor astil tr mh che ijjat cha sawal ahe. Ani mi fakt sangat ahe ki jr solapur chya lokana vatla ki mh chya bus conductor ani time available nhi. Tr ka chya gadyana tya margavar start karayla sagitaltr mh che solapur utthpan ch 25% loss hoil. Bgha. Request karto mi.

Complaint-
Sir,
I am pleased to bring your notice that myself and someone other means two passengers from dodi budruk were in the above said bus sit from sinnar at 7.00 evening on 2/3/19. As there is fly over bridge in dodi, we requested the conductor and driver to drive the bus thro slip road, but they refused to take bus to the stop and we had been forced to leave the bus 1 km shortening the stop and they pushed us out of bus with the support of another passenger.
Time was evening and there may be ladies passengers can be behaved wrong with at night period and cause major problems.
So we request you to take strong action against both the drivers and conductors of the same bus.

I always travel to kelzar from wardha. 1stly i traveled with pusad to nagpur bus, conductor told me there is no ticket for kelzar only mahur to nagpur bus will stop and charged me for butibori. And from then i traveled by mahur to nagpur bus 4-5 times. Now i got the same conductor again in mahur to nagpur bus and he said that there is no stop of kelzar and again charged for butibori. They are fooling people about stop. I noted the bus number also mh 40 5416, i have warm request please consider our request. We are girls who travels from wardha to kelzar at evening always. Thank you

I have tried to book ticket from hyderabad jbs to amravati rajapeth on 14 mar 19 from maharashtra state road transport corporation online site but ticket is not booked and amt of rs 870/is debited to my account
And transaction i'd is not issued. S o you are requested to send me transaction i'd and refund the amount rs 870/.

Dear sir,
I have booked my ticket on 28 feb from pune to pali (Raigad). I have booked seat number 16 for the same.
That time money from my account got deducted which message i have got from bank but i have not got any message for ticket confirmation.
On the other day when i visited to st stand office the officer told ticket not booked but you will get your money back to your account.
I am still waiting for the same.
Pls look into the same & refund my money back.

I had booked a ticket of shivshahi from pune-aurangabad (5.30pm) boarding from kharadi at (5.55pm).
There were 2 other travellers with me.
The bus arrived at 6.40pm and was full inspite of our reservations.
They said that they mistakenly did reservation at the starting point for the same seats and they will adjust us in a different bus. What kind of foolishness is this?
Two buses passed by but no bus allowed us to enter.
Pathetic service and arrogant staff!

This i now ridiculous you can't fool a passenger.
Charged 15rs extra per ticket total 30rs

I wish atleast this complaint get registered and necessary action is taken

Parbhani bus from miraj at 9.00 pm date-27/02/2019, not taken stop of kuchi but all bus having stop of kuchi, i requested to conductor but he answered rudely and arrogantly and told kuchi is not stop for this bus. He also dropped me in between stop which is very remote area. Please take some action against conductor to stop such incidents with passanger.

I am amar, yesterday (26/02/2019) i going to kolhapur morning 6.00am bus vengurla kolhapur and i'm stay in danoli bus stop, bus come in morning 6.20am in danoli bus stop but bus not stop there... He going to fast i'm loudly speak, but they not reply
So, i hardly, request to you please, give me positive reply
You enquiry, that complete, he also not stop in ajara bus depot,
I travel to kolhapur, by leaft to danoli to ajara and than ajara to kolhapur by bus (Ajara-swatgate)

I am here to inform you that there are official bus stops on route from malegaon to nashik one of such bus stop is at saundana although the bus stops are physically present, buses routing the route don't even bother to stop. The frequency of the buses also pose a problem considering the amount of population using the bus transportation, most of the population is of students which travel daily but not able to reach at school/college at right time, they wait for hours at stop and it's affecting their education
I hope you will look into the matter with concern and try to resolve it asap.

As my bus got late by 1.45 hr. I resumed my booking & convinced 1 person to go on my seat. Conductor refused to do that & started talking arrogantly & stoped bus for near about 15-20 mins. We saw that the seat got filled at next station (Nigdi). Means msrtc got 2 times money for 1 seat. And the behavior of conductor was very much arrogant. He was talking with me in very ill manner. Is this the type of service we got from government? Very much disappointed.

I am going to yavatmal from nagpur but due to hi customers and rush i put my bag on sit and get down for some reason after retaining my bag is put outside of my sit and other person say that the sit belongs to him. I cal conduter but hi can not help and say go and meet mr. Wankhade depo inchar nagpur but both didn't help and behave very roud that go and do aur complaint

Leaving g pune today morning pune to solapur bus shivshahi. Next to bhigwan bashree hotel for breakfast in there. So hotel very bad foods& very bad quality. Already paid money 500 rs for shivshahi bus. So this service not good hotel& food charges costly. So please think this issue & legal action this merchant. Ch engine the restorant for solapur highway.

So i made the biggest mistake of my life by booking a shivshahi sleeper bus online from pune to nandurbar. The bus was scheduled to depart from shivajinagar bus stand at 10:00 pm on 23rd feb 2019. We reached the stand at 09:40 pm and began looking for the bus. When we couldn't find the bus, we went to the information/announcement desk of the bus stand to inquire about the bus only to find that the bus had already left.in total 7 passengers were left stranded at the bus stand. After about and hour of arguing with their employees, they areanged a seater bus for us and told us that the shivshahi sleeper that we booked has been stopped at narayanwadi bus stand and we can sit in it from there.
When we reached narayanwadi, we found that the bus had already left. We called shivajinagar bus stand again only to be told that there is not much they can do. If our bus catches up with it then fine otherwise we will have to look for something else in nashik. This is the worst travelling experience of my life. If anyone can guide me as to how to file a case in the consumer court, please do.

I was traveling from pandharpur to solapur. While taking ticket, i asked the conductor that can i have my stop at pakani, he agreed and said me to notify him near my destination.
But while doing so, the driver disagreed that there is no stop there and he can't stop the bus.
I requested him to but he didn't listen.
But after a while he stopped the bus for another passanger at puna naka.
I felt this inconvenience because if the conductor had notified me earlier, i would travel only up to mohal. Because of this inconvenience i had to suffer a lot to travel back 15 kilometers (Total 30km)

I have three month pass.
The pass is from gangakhed to parli. Due to urgant buisness meet i ttavell asiyad bus. The bus is of parbhani depot parbhani to latur. I show pass to conductor and asked him to give difference ticket as it shown in u r website to allow travell by giving difference ticket. I request conductor and also told about u r rule but he refuse to give me ticket and asked me to step down from bus or take full ticket.. It was my double loss of money i already pay for three month 4500 and again get ticket of rs 60.
Plse solve my complain
Photo copy of both ticket and padd was attach with it.
Many condutor also not allowed to travell form asiyad bus with three month pass not give difference ticket help. Me regarding this

I had booked 1 ticket on 24 dec 2018 for shivshahi bus for route nasik to hinjwadi phase by payment gateway fss, on msrtc website, by debit card option. The money was deducted from my account as it is shown on statement of my account but transaction was not successful and also ticket was not generated. So kindly look into the matter. Refund the money back as soon as possible.

On 23rd february, todau i am traveling with my family from pune to bhimashankar in bus number mh 14 bt 4249.
At some bus stop don't remember the exact name of bus stop, i wanted to go to the washroom and then i asked bus driver very politely (Because lady conducer was not available at that moment because i guess she went down to sign up some papers) about how long the bus will stay, very sarcastically he answered to me that for 30 mins, then i asked him again to reconfirm, then all of a sudden he spoke to me very rudely "kya tumko baar baar bathroom jana hai", i mean i was shocked to hear that and then i told him i'll complaint about such unethical behaviour.
When lady conductor was back, he told her that there is a passenger who saying something about complaint then lady conductor started murmuring.
I had no other option but to bear thier rude attitude silently.
As a respectable tax payer of our great country i am expecting you to take strict action about such behaviour.

हि बस सटाणा बस स्टँडमध्येच फलाटापासुन थोड्याच अंतरावर हात देऊन, दरवाजा ठोठावूनही उघडला नाही।
उलट एकट्या वृध्द प्रवाशांची सदर कंडक्टर ने शिवीगाळ करत / भांडण करत गाडी बळजबरी काढण्यास सांगत सदरील व्यक्तीस सोडून गेले। रात्री उशिरा अशी गोष्ट योग्य आहे का?त्या व्यक्तीस सदरील घटनेमुळे धक्का बसल्याने जागीच चक्कर आले।
