I usually travel from pune to satara and vice versa every weekend. I generally prefer to reserve seat before my journey however I have being observing this quite a lot now. People are booking ladies seats and while on actual seat some male passnger is seen this is being causing issue like ladies who should get this previledge tend to get no seat or travel on back seat ( sometime pregnant ladies even seen on back seat). I would request autharity to look into this issue and take required action. I understand it is not possible to validate such things at time of reservation but authoritycan always check passangers ticket an quota reserved ticket during journey.

      Sir i am traveling by bus from pangari to barshi in latur to pune bus.

      Bus number is mh20bl3588
      The time at pangari bus stop is 05:15pm.

      Sir i have given 2 coins of rupees 10 and one coin of rs. 5 as my ticket is rs. 25. The bus conductor arrogantly refused to accept the rs. 10 coins and returned to me and insisted for notes of any denomination.

      It's very rude behavior by the bus conductor that one can not deny the legal currency.

      Kindly take serious action against him please.

      at 12 noon.Within 10 minutes ac failed..Other bis was provided at 1pm which also failed as ac failed. Finally 3rd bus was arranged at 2.30 PM.I am traveling in this new.

        The bus has been stopped by the driver. Without reason. Unresponsible tc. Rash language towards passengers. The time duration is (45) minutes.. And passengers picked from "nirmal' to amravati.

          Shivshashi buses from pandharpur to pune are not regular as per their time table. Today i asked for shivshahi bus on enquiry counter before 2hour of bus departure. They said yes there is shivshahi bus for your route and at the time of departure they said bus is cancelled... This happens with me 3 times... As per msrtc member there should be their responsibility to check that on going bus is in condition to go or not... What should we suppose to do at such conditions

            This facility of getting snacks and tea on st bus ticket is not working at all. All customer are having complaints of bad quality food for 30rs coupen. Even i faced this problem today when asia's bus no mh14 btw 4927 from thane to swargate halted at mumbai pune grand central hotel took a couple of 30rd for media day and tea. The canteen boy offered me medulla wada of very small size by saying it is st coupen. I returned my plate and asked why such small size media da to waiter. He said that we have ordered from manager to give small size wada for st coupen. I of 30rs.
            I think st should scrap this facility, as this is not working and have customers complaint about bad quality smacks for st passengers.
            This bus was released on 7: 00 am on dhule and stop in nashik at 11: 15 am... Driver was saying " I told the contractor this bus is not able to travel, but thyey not replied on driver's comment"... I am attach the ticket of this bus... Please action on this complaint. And reply the compaint on serious basis..

            State transport bus at 6:00AM from Satara to Nira was not parked on platform. Bus departed directly from its parking place.
            State transport bus at 6:30AM from Satara to Lonanad cancelled without any intimation.

            All passengers kept waiting from 6AM till 7:30AM.

              This is the 3rd time in a row wherein we have observed that the asiad semi luxury buses plying from pune to mumbai are deliberately cancelled in order to compel passengers to travel by shivneri ac buses which is very unfair for non ac travelers.
              Previously also the buses scheduled on 2nd january 2019 were back to back for 3 to 4 hours were cancelled and passengers were told to compulsorily take the shivneri buses to reach mumbai. Please look into the matter as this is not the case from mumbai.

              Same plight I'm facing today as well wherein three passengers who had made online bookings for 3.45pm bus were told that the non AC bus is cancelled and that they should upgrade and travel by Shivneri even for others they are clearly saying to take Shivneri and since 3pm none of the non AC bus is scheduled and its 4.45 pm now

Bt controller gave a terrific answer... These buses not for u... Go away... Don't make a que... We r nt responsible to u r arrangements... Bhaad mai jaaoo... Tumchi kahi garaj nahi...

                    Sir im living in akola and msrtc bus stand conductor does not recieve a single call from people in akola. We have urgent works and want to know the bus time table via phone call. They did not recieve a single call it is too annoying. While visting your web we cant find any time table. You must fire workers in msrtc akola and should give us timetable print or pdf format. A hope of positive reply thank you

                      Officer is not giving all available schemes to needy ones. As junnar lies in dearth (Duskaal) zone mahamandal offers free passes to students. I am totally eligible for that scheme but the officer who issue passes is not giving this benefit to all. I warned that officer that i will complaint then also he is not working properly. Nearly all students are not satisfied with his work. And no one support there. There should a strictly action on him

                        I have booked 3 tickets for thanale st from thane cbs to payrechiwadi. My money was deducted but ticket not generated. It happened two times. 405₹ deducted 2 times. I have received only 405₹ one time. Still 405₹ is pending. And mstrc tel number also no one received. It rang rang and auto cut. Previously also i faced same issue. Refund not received around 260+₹ but i didn't complaint. Please help me out

                          Facing daily problem from the rickshaw driver of diva.. No police to help... Rickshaw driver do not follow any rules such as from unform-license-permit. Also they carry 5/6 passenger at a time which is very risky as rickshaw get overloaded.. No manners to talk.. Smoke cigarettes in the rickshaw also driver very fast and if we tell them to slow down they ask you to get down.. Every day in morniing i have to wait for 35/40 min for the rickshaw as no body is ready to take... Please take actions against there uninon as even they support them in doing all these. Hope you will help

                            Hi,

                            Yesterday i travelled by shivshahi bus from ratnagiri to borivli.

                            Faced lot of issues during journey like below:

                            1) bus was almost 1hr 15minutes late (Reached at 9.15pm at ratnagiri depot). There was no single announcement by control room nor they give any answer to query. They just gave standard answer like it will come in 15-20mins. Why it is so?

                            2) my seats (21, 22 and 25) smells very bad. Informed conductor about the same but he can’t help. After paying a high value for tickets, why we should travel in such bad environment?

                            3) throughout journey driver keeps running ac at 20 degree celsius. After doing repeated completes by many passengers, he start running ac at 24-25 degree celsius. Don't you proper train these guys?

                            4) as per route, afterwards andheri, bus should travelled by s. V. Road. Even on my ticket my deporting point is flimistan (Goregaon west). But bus travelled through w. E. Highway only. Again the same question, don't you train these guys? By asking question to conductor/driver they refused to reply.

                            5) there is no dinner or any tea brake. We sat since 7:30pm at depot (Along with my 8yrs old daughter and spouse) and we had to travelled throughout journey without any food/snacks. Are you so reckless people?

                            May be you people know, whatever service we provide (Or not provide), we get our salary (And salary hike) without any problem. (Just need to do strike)

                            Why should we suffer by travelling through s. T. And it’s so much hyped shivshahi service.

                            And if we get such service, why should we travel by s. T.

                            Is there any responsible person who take responsibility?

                              Respect sir,

                              I reserved the ticket to panji (Goa) from shivaji nagar pune bus time was 19: 00 hrs (01/03/2019). Said bus was faild and this information got at 20: 00 hrs by conducter. Said bus conductor transferred this ticket to 20: 30 hrs timing bus. There is also problem for 20: 30 hrs bus and this bus was also not on time.

                              I booked this 19: 00 hrs bus ticket in 2 days advance. Which is convenient to reach my office in goa.

                              Now due to this late procedure i can't reach my office. If any loss happen then msrtc will be responsible for this loss.

                                  Complaint-
                                  Sir,
                                  I am pleased to bring your notice that myself and someone other means two passengers from dodi budruk were in the above said bus sit from sinnar at 7.00 evening on 2/3/19. As there is fly over bridge in dodi, we requested the conductor and driver to drive the bus thro slip road, but they refused to take bus to the stop and we had been forced to leave the bus 1 km shortening the stop and they pushed us out of bus with the support of another passenger.
                                  Time was evening and there may be ladies passengers can be behaved wrong with at night period and cause major problems.
                                  So we request you to take strong action against both the drivers and conductors of the same bus.

                                    I always travel to kelzar from wardha. 1stly i traveled with pusad to nagpur bus, conductor told me there is no ticket for kelzar only mahur to nagpur bus will stop and charged me for butibori. And from then i traveled by mahur to nagpur bus 4-5 times. Now i got the same conductor again in mahur to nagpur bus and he said that there is no stop of kelzar and again charged for butibori. They are fooling people about stop. I noted the bus number also mh 40 5416, i have warm request please consider our request. We are girls who travels from wardha to kelzar at evening always. Thank you

                                      I have tried to book ticket from hyderabad jbs to amravati rajapeth on 14 mar 19 from maharashtra state road transport corporation online site but ticket is not booked and amt of rs 870/is debited to my account
                                      And transaction i'd is not issued. S o you are requested to send me transaction i'd and refund the amount rs 870/.

                                        I have booked my ticket on 28 feb from pune to pali (Raigad). I have booked seat number 16 for the same.
                                        That time money from my account got deducted which message i have got from bank but i have not got any message for ticket confirmation.
                                        On the other day when i visited to st stand office the officer told ticket not booked but you will get your money back to your account.
                                        I am still waiting for the same.
                                        Pls look into the same & refund my money back.

                                        Also while traveling they told us to take a new ticket in cash from conductor instead of earlier booked ticket, hence for same reservation I have charged again.
