Dear team

I had booked ticket onlinefrom pandarpur to kolhapur on 28/01/19

Travel date: 29/1/19

Boarding time :6.40 pm

Please note the reason for pre booking was, i was travelling with my aged parents and wife and wanted the trip to be comfortable for them

The experience turned out to be totally opposite, infact turned out to be a harrasment

I was there with my family at the bus depot sharp 6 pm
We kept waiting till 6.40 and went to the enquiry desk twice by 7. Pm. The enquiry desk representatives told us to keep waiting at platform 24.

At 7 pm a bus came following the solapur-kolapur route. The driver and the conductor both denied service and said the ticket is not valid for their bus as the bus left solapur at 5 pm while as per our ticket we are supposed to board a bus departing from solapur at 5.30 pm and our bus will come by 7.30 pm.

The bus departed, we kept waiting till 7.30 pm and in the mean while again went to the enquiry desk. The team there was rude, they stopped answering us untill we raised our voice, it was humiliating and disheartening. Representatives at help desk told us to wait as the bus will be coming in some time it is late.

By 8 we tried to contact the msrtc customer helpline who shared the solapur bus depot number with us. The information that we got from there was even more disappointing, we were told there is no bus scheduled at 5.30 from solapur.

I had to educate the enquiry team about the wrong information and then there was again an irresponsive attitude i had to face, when i talked to the helpline again the head representative agreed upon validating the ticket for 9.30 pm bus and then after some time there was a response "you cannot catch the 9.30 bus, you can go by the 11.30 bus"

My trust my patience has given up, my parents had to face difficulty, i have been given a wrong ticket on booking the same from a government website.

Loosing all hopes i did not take bus facility and booked a train ticket.

The tarin tickets and the bus tickets are attached with the mail.

Consider this mail to be a feedback / complaint. Ticket booked has no information about the bus number to be boarded which leaves passenger like us helpless, and wrong information about bus schedules is not acceptable when there is prepaid service.

I want the refund for the money i have spent on bus tickets at the earliest. Please assist.

In this bus i got one seat but this seat is damaged chances to accident on this seat. Conductor have two seats free i request him please give me some space but he not cooperate me and he not given me space.
He not behalf with me such a good person.

Bus no mh 40 y 5638. Conductor name m. R. Karand. I am sneha shegokar sit in mentioned bus from raja peth and ask conductor thatbus stop at nawathe or not aa my brother coming from there. Conductor said yes but actually at stop conductor didn't listen anything and not inform driver to stop bus instead of this he is arguing with me that don't tell me do anything what you can do. This is ridiculous i want strict action against this. Is the conductor is owner of that bus or what he don't have manner how to talk with ladies.

Today on[protected] a lady lonely with two bags standing from 11.45 am at g. S. Science, arts and commerce college, khamgaon bus stop for going to jalgaon-jamod. Akola-jalgaon-jamod bus arrived at the stop at 12.15 p. M. There was sufficient space to travel through, but the bus did not stop at the stoppage. She had already left 4-5 private transport vehicles, kali-pilis in order to travel through the s. T. Bus directly going to jalgaon-jamod.
Such recklessness and irresponsible behaviour of the concerned is a repeated experience.
If your sensibility allows you to realise that there is any gravity in my complaint, take suitable action.

Today we are traveling from bhosari to narayangaon, but conductor taking ticket charges more than previous ticket charges and he gives ticket from shivajinagar to narayangaon.
We have those tickets will be gives photos below.

Dear sir, pls tell us that if shivshahi bus don't have any stop between shivajinagar to nashik then why bus stop in remaining bus stops..

I m dailly traveller of msrtc from barshi to solapur (Solapur dist.). There are non stop bus facillity is avail at both barshi and solapur bus depot. But dailly we are standing in line for getting ticket and seat no. Its one of best facillity provided by msrtc. At the time of booking, both barshi and solapur bus depot conductor always do partality for giving seat no. They give first referance to their close citizens and then others. So standing in que is totally wasting also it gets irritating after standing 30 min we get last seat no or mostly we are not geeting seat in the bus. After informing to respected agar pramukh, the problem is not solved. Also buses are too dusty and uncleaned. Some buses doesnt have wimdow glass also. So im requiestin you please look at this matter urgently and seriously, if not close the facillity otherwise we will be serious for next time.

Dear sir,
I am traveling from dadar mumbai to chinchwad pune from bus no. Mh 20 bl 3880.
Date of traveling 27th jan 2019. I pick the bus at 6.50 pm from dadar.
Its bus conductor is talk very rude to every one. If any one ask about route he direcly close the door and give double bell
Actually bus is almost empty. I think arround 10 people in bus. He talk very bad with passenger. Kindly take nessery action for such people.

I was travelling from kalwan to nashik by bus on 27/1/19 at 12:15 am and the bus failed in between. And this has happened many times & there are few points where we people think govt is responsible like
1) poor quality busses.
2) failed engine busses.
3) where it takes 1n half hour to reach nasik bus takes 2.5 hour or more than that.

I am waiting at akola bus stand for 8:15 pm shishahi bus for my journey from akola to nagpur. But till 9:35 that bus did not reached at platform. When i am making enquire about status of bus enquire person says that he has no idea of bus. He further says that he cannot make enquire about the said bus. I am waiting for bus. Gadi number mh20 bl 2031... I am travelling from mukhed to udgir in nizamabad udgir bus. The bus departed from mukhed at 4.40 pm before its right time of 5.15 pm. I luckily got this bus by chance otherwise i would have missed.. When it came to government hospital of jamb, driver went inside the hospital and could not come and attain the bus for one hour which is very ridiculous to waist the valuable time of all passengers for complete one hour. I request the concern authorities to take action against the driver and conductor. Thanking you.

Me rishi bhor from nashik i am a student in st francis high school tidke colony nashik. I am going to school by city bus and returning home from city bus only. But the bus is not stoping on ved mandir stop. That bus is coming around 1:00 am at afternoon. After that i am not having bus. After that bus is coming after one hour. And that bus no. Is mh.40. N.9416. I have given complaint two times to panchavati depo manager but no result. Please take come action.

I travelled on 22-jan-2019 from the swargate to kolhapur thru shivshal bus no 0824 which departure time was 12:30 pm & without conductor. This bus is supposed to run the a/c full travel time, but it was off near about 2 to 3 hours and we are getting suffocated trememdously. This become a travel so hectic, punishment to the passangers like me. This bus has no chance to any air to coninue breathing and this is very dangerous, someone can become very serious jut because of sufficient breathing. Please instruct the drivers not to put off the a/c under any circumstance or put the windows which can be opened by the passangers if necessary. Naturally passangers like me will think next time about msrtc travelling and will go for private bus service.

Sir, i was travel from navsari to bardoli on 24/1/2019 9.10 a. M by bus no mh 20 bl 2406 of yaval aagar. I was drop on bypass dhulia chowkdi insted of bardoli bus stand. This is regular iĺlegal practice done by driver & bus confoctor. This is violation of my consumer right. Please consider this matter seriously otherwise i have apply my legal rights.

Hi sir,
I was traveling to valbhanagar to rashin by bhum-boriwali bus (Mh 20, bl 2702) as on 24 january 2019. It was very unclean due to that there was a moscito bugs. It was byting very badly. Government has lunch swatch bharat abhiyan but government transport itself not following campaign religious. I would like request you to take appropriate action against responsible authority.

It has been observed that the nasik-pune (Shivshahi) bus use to refuse passengers willing to travel from nasik road bus stand to sangamner bus stand particularly after 7.00 p. M. Through the late night. The buses travel through sangamner bypass. Many passengers from nasik road railway station have to wait for 2- 3 hrs for normal buses.
Yesterday i was waiting for the bus from 9.30 to 11.30 p. M. For the bus going to sangamner bus stand.
Meanwhile about 8 to 10 shivshahi buses forwarded through nasik rd bus stand for pune via sangamner bypass. Many were carrying hardly 8-10 passengers (I. E. Underloaded). This might be one of the reasons for losses to msrtc and ultimately to public.
It is merely contradictory to motto of msrtc

Sir i was traveling from panvel to pandvadevi by ordinary bus which running from thane to along at saturday. I want to get down at pandvadevi bus stop. When my stop comes conductor ring the bell and request driver to stop the bus but driver refuse to stop bus and keep driving and he stops the bus at next stop at poynad which is 2 km away from my bus stop. So in this way driver answred me very arrogantly that there is not authorized bus stop at pandvadevi bus stop. I will submit my ticket photo with this complaint.

It has happened twice in last 2 week that the bus depot has asked us to board ordinary red bus inspite of having confirmed shivshahi reservations. The reason cited is 'shivshahi bis got damaged' but it has been our observation whenever the number of passengers are lesser, shivshahi is cancelled.
This behaviour is absolutely unprofessional and fraudulent on msrtc's part. Repetitive similar incident shows that this fraud behaviour has involvement of senior officers and is an organised decision to fool the passengers.

I have been travelling alot on the route nashik to pune in shivshahi. I have observed that, these drivers delay the bus timing deliberately. On 20th june 2019, the drivers of the buses which departed at 2, 2.15, 2.30, 2.45 and 3 pm are having thier snacks together while chit chatting. When i asked them about exceeding thier breaks they seem not to bother by the fact passengers are getting late. If you have to eat together then why you have kept the bus timings different. Keep them same. This is some serious trouble as it seems that msrtc don't have any value for time.

I am regularly travelling from chinchwad-mumbai-chinchwad by shivneri / hirkani bus. While coming from mumbai to chinchwad your driver are regularly and deliberately stop the bus in gradeseperater. They never favour the customer request.
You know that there is heavy traffic in pimpri-chinchwad area. We like senior citizen and womens are not able to cross the road from gradeseperater with luggage and with children and also carry this luggage up - to the square. There is possibility of accident. Also they refuse the request rudely.
You are requested to look in the matter make permanent stop in the service road as it is previously near the chinchwad police station and ask the driver to consider the request to stop the bus in the service road.
