Yesterday i travelled through tarakpur - lokmanya nagar bus no. Mh 14 bt 2272
Ticket no.027539 dated-30/12/18 timing 2:45 pm. The driver stopped at many stops where he is not supposed to stop and the conductor at the starting of the journey was not wearing his uniform then he later collected his uniform at the nepti naka which caused pass time. I am travelling in swargate-borivali shivneri starting from swargate at 10:00 am. The pockets are carrying used food packets, empty bottles and even the floor of the bus is littered. At swargate itself before the bus started passengers complained but no action was taken. Passenger sitting in seat 6 complained and myself sitting on seat 15 also complained. Driver said bus cleaning staff who are supposed to clean the bus are not doing it upon...

The st conductor dot stop on goregaon checknaka st stand. When i ask them they said that they dont know goregaon checknaka st stop.
If conductor is senior and do daily that route then why they dont stop and they dont know how to talk with customers or traveller.
In st redervation if i take ticket from nancy colony borivali to rajgurunagar then i can get in the bus at any stop. But they why restict me....

Dear sir,
Today (30/12/2018) i'm travelling from pune to solapur by shivshahi, at 10 pm bus stopped for dinner at hotel named as 'basari'.
The food quality and service was too poor and very limited menu. Due to these reasons not only me but all passengers are disappointed.
So i'm requesting to you please look into this matter.

The food and the service which customers get at bashree (The food stop on the journey) is not at all of good quality and worth the price. The route is pune to solapur, and bus is shivshahi.
It will be profitable for msrtc if they change the hotel where the bus stops for breakfast, as more customers will find it safe to eat there and they will prefer msrtc over other private buses....

I had booked semi luxury bus from nasik to pune with boarding point as sinnar. Travel date was 11 nov, 2018 sunday. I was present on boarding point before scheduled time (16.00 hrs for sinnar bus stand) and was waiting for 3 hours for bus. But bus didn't showed up. Bus timing was 15.45 hrs from nasik bus stand.

I request you to please initiate the ticket refund amount.

We reserved 3 seats from ujani to miraj. We left friends marriage in between just yo arrive on timr but bus came nearly 2 hours late.
We called source bus stand latur but didn't get information from concerned officer. When bus arrived, we asked driver reason for late then driver said that...

I had uploaded the journey ticket for which I had given 100 Rupee note. Journey ticket 85 Rs. But the conductor returned 10 Rs. stating that if you give 5 Rs. Then I will give 10 Rs. Note with balance 5Rs. Same thing he was telling another passenger. So I could not get balance 5 Rs. I asked at the time of alighting but got same answer. Please enquire and reply...

The Driver of this particular bus was speaking over phone. For the first time, i ignored but this happnd three times and he was talking continously for 10-15 mins as if he is sitting at home.
Putting people's life at risk.

Issue is when i was trying to book online ticket from msrtc portal on 14th sept and 25 dec 2018.. At the last step after make payment getting technical issue on portal due to ticket not confirmed but amount is deducted from account..

No point of contact to get it resolved....

Today 28.12.18 2 pm i took a pune shivneri bus from aurangabad bus station with a pride that this is top most service provided by mstc but when i got inside the bus it was shocking to see all bus floor was full of water all over floor, seats are dirty and wet news paper stand full of trash, this a poorest service provided against the charges taken, authorities must take a serious action against this.

I have booked 2 tickets on 26 dec 2018 for pune to shirdi by payment gateway billdesk, by google pay upi, the money was deducted from my account as it shown on statement of my account but on msrtc my transaction was not successful and also ticket was not generated. So kindly look into the matter, i had attach my google pay transaction details. Refund the money back as soon as possible.
