My name is brijesh, i am from patansongi mine chindwada road.
I am standing on a bus stand waiting for bus and i have a pass to travel from patansaongi to nagpur.
In this route the st bus driver does not stop the bus. And most of the bus does not stop on the bus stand.

    I am prof vishwas patange, regular customer of st bus. Today on 17 jan 2018, at 9.35 am i was at bus stand. A bus pandharpur to bhokar was just started and came in front of me. I asked the driver to stop, as i was also at the stand only. But he didn't stop and ran away with bus. I ran behind the bus to catch it. I strongly make complaint against him.
    I hope your management will take action against both conductor and driver as they are very bad persons...

      Pls take necessary against driver & conductor.

      Mr friend mr prashant jagadale (Cont no. [protected]) was in the same bus he was informed about same to conductor but bus driver was not stopped bus.

      I am today (10th January 2019)@around 2.30 boarded a bus at hadapsar. which is from Mumbai Central to Barshi.Vehicle no. MH14BT3288.I have found that the conductor of bus is drunken... And couldn't even stand on his feet..as per rule, When you are on duty you can not consume alcohol.As a citizen I am really worried about safety of passenger
      My ticket number is 007514 travelling from solapur to sangola with my wife. Male passenger seated on ladies special seat. Distance of travel is less than 150 km. He is arguing not ready to give reserved seat.

        Hello sir/ma'am,

        This mail is about the bad driving practices of driver of karad - latur bus. We boarded the bus at pandharpur st stand. I know the condition of pandharpur kurduwadi road is not so good. So there was inconvience caused due to that. This is acceptable at some extent. But once kurwadi is crossed, the road is in good condition. Still the driving was so harsh that all passengers felt a lot of inconvinience due to it.

        Time : around 5 pm

        Hope you will take strict and corrective actions for such a bad and harsh driving which is causing a hell lot of inconvience to passangers.

          I am now travelling from pune to shirur in bus pune kopargao (Mh40 y 5972). Conductor denide to take stop of shirur.. But ready to give official ticket. If you can give ticket then it's must be your official s. T. Stop. But conductor said you have to went down on bypass road going from outside shirur. I am a disabled person travelling alone in abovesaid bus. And these people's behaving such wrong.

          Let me know how to take action against such behavior and what remedy available for that in law?? Can the concerned department take proper action against such persons?? Or just they neglect our complaints??

            I had booked 3 tickets from maitri park mumbai to wakad which stsrted from borivali nancy coloney at 6:00 am on[protected]. We reached stop at 6.45 am. We waited on the stop till 8.30 am but bus didint arrive. We were force to take another bus as we were getting late for office.

            I booked a ticket to Pune from Osmanabad Shivshahi timing 12.00 pm but till the bus not available at Osmanabad bus stand. At enquiry counter did not give satisfactory information now time is 12.35 pm

              I am reserve shivshahi bus ticket from maliwada bus stand, ahmednagar for the journey ahmednagar to parbhani on 8nov, 18 but bus stop at shevgaon bus depo because of "maratha morcha" then i have submit ticket and complaint at tarakpur bus depo mr. Rokade sir he was busy that time so he take this and say i call you but after 2month he not refund this amount and i go depo after 15 days regularly but he not meet or give answer as unreasonable.

                I came at chinchwad busstop at 6.45 am i asked controller clearly that what is alibag shivahi bus timing from here. He said 7 am. One ashiad came at 7 am for alibag i again asked him is this is shivshai or is it still coming. He said ask this aishad cunducter. I aske him he said it is coming. But i waited till 7.45 no shivshahi came i called swargate bus depo they said 7 it leave from swargarte... So much of difference in controlers statement.. 1 hour wasted at stop.. Then he says i talked about alibag bus not shivshahi... At last i ended up with 7.45 ashiad for alibag rathar than waitin for shivshai... Pls make this imp note on misguiding and irresponsible behavior and lieng about bus timings.

                  1.I booked my ticket on.30dec2018 and cancelled on same time.but the diducted Refund amt not credited in my account yet.

                  2. I booked 3 tickets of Shivshahi bus on 31 dec 2018 that tranction was not processed but the amt is debited from my a/c.

                    This driver did not drive bus well, incident happened on wagholi road where this driver was rush driving and suddenly moved bus on left side lane. I had to take my vehicle off road to avoid accident. Date[protected] around 12 in afternoon. My younger brother captured photos of the bus and the driver who tried to kill us. If i don’t get a satisfactory solution on this, i’ll file an fir against msrtc. Bus mh14 bt 2171
                    No good quality & variety provided against Rs 30/- coupan

                    Only Single Wada Pav is offered to commuters value of which is not more than 15/-
                    Very rude & bad service.

                      Please refer to the above subject where the details of the bus and place of the incident are given. The road is narrow and my driver of my car mh 01 bp 7946 signalled him so that my car could go in siding ahead to give the bus clear passage. But the bus driver did not slow down and blocked my car preventing us to go into the siding. Besides he was rude in behaviour and didn’t budge an inch.                         तासगाव अगारची पुणे ला जाणारी 5वाजताची बस 5.36zale तरी अजुन आली नाही.सन्बन्धीत ड्यूटी असलेल्या व्यक्तीला कुठलेच फ़ोन नम्बर माहित नाहित की कुठे चौकशी करायची आहे.ते कहीच महीती देत नाहित.पुण्याला जाणारे प्रवासी वाट बघत थांबलेत.वेळेत नाही पोचलो तर जे नुक्सान होणार आहे त्याची जबाब दारी कुणाची असेल?शासकीय वाहने सुरक्षित असतात म्हणून लोक प्रवास करतात, ते वेळेत सेवा पुरवू शकत नसतील तर त्याना दंड व्हायला हवा.

                          I am travelling in swargate to shrivardhan bus in semi luxury bus. I have advanced booking. After seating at bus, it did not stopped at vanaz stop. After reaching to next stop at chandani chowk conductor realised this. He asked driver to stop on hilly road corner in unsafe condition. All passengers are unnecessarily waiting for other passengers who are coming in autorikshaw. Conductor and driver are talking unprofessionaly with other passengers. I m getting late for my office. Shame on msrtc for such kind of service and unprofessionalism by driver and conductor. Please refund my ticket fair as i could not reach on time due to mistake of conductor.

                          It was conductors duty to Stop bus at Vanaz but he failed in it. He called other 4 passengers at VANAZ stop and called them by Auto.

                          #Two things which are important to note:
                          1. Conductor put life of other passengers in danger by stopping but on hilly corner.
                          2. It also put life of other 4 passengers in danger by calling them to come in Auto.

                          #Other things : Conductor does not have uniform.
                          - He does not have sence of responsibility with passengers
                          - Now Driver will run the bus as fast as he can to fill up the gap of 30 minutes delay.
                          - It is an example of negligence on duty by which other passengers like me are suffering
                          - When i asked Conductor that i may complaint against this. He advised me to do it online..( no fear of irresponsible job and action)

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I booked 2 tickets to solapur from redbus site. Mhrtc was the bus at 00.30 on 30th december. But the bus we booked didn't arrive at all. There was another bus scheduled to depart at 11.30 pm on 29th but it came at around 12.30. So there was clash between the staff & passengers of 11.30 pm & 12.30 am buses. Even the police were to be called at the spot & some passengers even lodged complaints but we couldn't becoz we were supposed to go solapur for emergency reason. So we left the place helpless & booked outstation cab for really big amount because of the negligence of whom so ever is concerned.
                            There was not even s single responsible staff or agent to resolve the issue. Some say bus broke down, some say it will arrive late. We were at the boarding point at 11.45 & waited till 2.30 am.
                            मी MH 03 3301 या बसने सातारा ते पुणे असा प्रवास करत आहे.
                            या बसची आतली व्यवस्था अतिशय खराब आहे. बऱ्याच सिटचे पुश बॅक काम करत नाही. डोक्यावरची लाईट आणि एसी पॅनल तुटली आहेत. काही ठिकाणी लोम्बकळत आहेत. एवढे पैसे देऊन काय उपयोग ?
                            कशासाठी हा शिवशाही ड्रामा ?
                            When I was travlinng one of bus dashed me on road and try to run when I ask to stop the bus he fauledword at me so I inttentialy stop Infront of bus and ask him to come down he come saying rubbish word and began to qural in katraj near dudh dari I got injured I want that driver to be fined

                              I travelled from amravati to akola in 2×2 parivartan bus "hinganghat-akola" on dated 01st jan 2019. Bus no. Mh12 bt 4678. The irritating sound was coming from right side luggage corner inside the bus. 3-4 nut-bolts missing. When contacted conductor, he told already highlighted but no response from employees working for bus maintenance.

                              As this noise is disturbing children's and aged people traveling in a bus. When msrtc employees not maintained their buses, how other people keep buses neat n clean.??

                                Please do resolve this problem. Non of the plug points work in this ac buses, even after paying a lot of money for extra services. What is the points of paying about 140₹ extra if the services are not working... Services in the shivshahi are not as expected. Please look into this matter... There isn't any point in paying any extra money for just travelling the same distance as we would in normal buses...
                                Travelling by Mumbai central to Guhagar ST today at 27/12/2019 at might 9 pm as per the rule no standing is allowed still conducter taken 10 standing and arguing that I can not say no to them Plse check this kind of matter
                                And take strict action against them

                                  Booked ticket for swargate to thane semi luxury bus, pickup time from chandi chok was 20.35 as per ticket, i was present in pickup point from 20.30 until 23.00 almost 2.30 hr in freezing cold weather. I waited for long and then went home, there was 1 more person with me he also had same inconvenience.

                                  I want refund of my ticket as well as compensation of my losses as i had to take leave.

                                    I have booked shiv shahi bus hyderabad to amravati dated 30 dec 2018.
                                    Bus got failed in mid night in forest area near pandharakwada 2 am till 10 am.
                                    Driver was not having enough tools to repaire the tyre itself. Such a silly mistake took 7 hrs in mid forest area.
                                    Moreover very bad alternative was provided.
                                    0% safety.

                                    We want refund of 900/-
                                    Henceforth please take care to carry repairing tools as safety in buses.

                                    My name is vicky . I had booked my ticket at 5.5 pm on 31 dec 2018 from pune to miraj . (Shivshahi) . I tryed to stop the bus but bus didnt stop at katraj . I waste my time and money. I am sending my ticket screenshot also . And when i called they didnt recieved my call. You are giving third class service.
                                    On 28th Dec 2018 I wanted to book a ticket to Pune (Shivneri). I went to Vandana, Thane bus depot. I asked a female staff member for a pen to which she rudely denied to with aggressive stances which were not appropriate at all.
                                    As a Government service, the service is expected to be in its totality. I’m not satisfied as a costumer.

                                      Yesterday i travelled through tarakpur - lokmanya nagar bus no. Mh 14 bt 2272
                                      Ticket no.027539 dated-30/12/18 timing 2:45 pm. The driver stopped at many stops where he is not supposed to stop and the conductor at the starting of the journey was not wearing his uniform then he later collected his uniform at the nepti naka which caused pass time. And when my mom asked why you were driving slow then he asked why don't you travelled through private buses and passed racist comments on being muslim. He stopped bus at hotel which doesn't have good basic amenities for women. It is not the first this happend we registered the complaint previously to controller but he didn't turned up. So please consider my request and take necessary actions immediately.

                                        I am travelling in swargate-borivali shivneri starting from swargate at 10:00 am. The pockets are carrying used food packets, empty bottles and even the floor of the bus is littered. At swargate itself before the bus started passengers complained but no action was taken. Passenger sitting in seat 6 complained and myself sitting on seat 15 also complained. Driver said bus cleaning staff who are supposed to clean the bus are not doing it upon reaching destination nor when buses are taken out of depot.

                                        Despite the very high price of ticket fare the buses are dirty and unclean. This is not expected of msrtc and not acceptable as well.

                                        You are requested to kindly take note and take the needful action to ensure that the standard and status of shivneri buses is maintained.
