My name is alok kolhe today i am standing at sangamner bus stand and waiting for bus to travel at nandur shingote that time at 14:55 at afternoon shrirampur - nashik bus comes in bus stand and i sit in bus bus when conductor came he said that only nashik passenger's have to sit and others have to find another bus to travel between sangamner to nashik that time i asked to conductor why we have to find another bus as this bus have more than 10 empty seats he brutely said that this bus have no stops for nandur shingote, i said why this bus has no stops he said dont ask me questions and he put down me from bus.
Now i have some questions is bus is for passenger's service?
Why we have to trust on bus?
Conductor and drivers have no imotions for passenger's

    I am currently travelling in msrtc shivshahi bus... From sangli to pune. The driver's batch number is 18120 kolhapur. The driver has been using way way way too much horn. N when asked to use in consideration of others he has very rude behavior. Also... He went shouting on everyone and spoke very rudely to senior citizen passengers for climbing in hardly 2 mins late. Considering the snack stop had improper washroom and service..

    Please ask your drivers to follow traffic rules and not run the bus recklessly putting people's lives in danger.
    I went From sangli to pune route by shivshahi bus at 4.30’o clock despite of knowing i think staff of MSRTC fill the all seats with passenger after some time 6 hr left but we are far from our destination. If there is any issue then they should to tell us and also not fill the bis with passengers. They charge heavy than the others but service is very poor

      Dear sir,
      Dr Umashankar Prakash Vishwekar, my tikit no is 3562 am traveling regularly from kolhapur to Beed. I have never seen the charging point in working condition in shiwshahi sleeper coach bus from kolhapur to jalna. Today on 6/12/2018, the bus was late by one hour on kolhapur plat form. The cleaning and washing of the bus is not done properly from so many days. All of the births are full of dust. The window glasses are in very bad condition. Most of the disgusting thing was the arrogance of drivers. When I asked them the number of Manger or competent authorities to complain about the cleaning of the bus, they responded in very bad manners.
      Please let me know if you have any solution for such a bad attitude, or we have to travel in such a bad condition by paying such a huge amount of money. For more details my mobile no is [protected]

        मी अनिल देवरे नाशिक शिंदखेडा बस नंबर mh 20 bl 1545 या गाडीत प्रवास करीत होतो सदर गाडी नाशिक ते शिंदखेडा अशी होती मालेगाव स्टँडला गाडी लावली होती त्यानंतर गाडी पूर्ण स्टॅंडिंग होती पास धारक विदयार्थी त्या बस वाहक लेडीज लेडीज सी वाद घालत होते तिची गाडी ऑलरेडी फुल स्टॅंडिंग होती तरी हे पास धारक विद्यार्थी मालेगाव ते झोडगाव असे बसले होते त्यानंतर तीन गाड्या आल्या 13 95 पुना शिरपूर आली शहादा बस आली तरी हे पास धारक विद्यार्थी नवीन मॉडीफाय केलेली 15 45 बस नाशिक शिंदखेडा अशा बसमध्ये बसून विनाकारण लेडीज वाहक शी वाद घालत होते तरी प्रवासी यांनी त्यांना खूप समजण्याचा प्रयत्न केला तरी ते विद्यार्थी प्रवाशांनाही शिवीगाळ करत होते असे जर हे विद्यार्थी रोज लेडीज वाहक प्रवासी यांच्याशी वाद घालत असतील तर त्यांच्यासाठी नियम लागू करावा लेडीज वाहकाला घाणेरडे शब्द बोलून ते त्या पास चा गैरवापर करत होते तरी शासनाने त्यांना विनामूल्य पास दिली आहे तर त्यांना नियम हे लागू करावा आमचे घरातल्या मुली रोज अप-डाऊन करता त्यांनाही हे विद्यार्थी अशीच त्रास देतात त्यासाठी महामंडळाने काहीतरी नवीन नियम काढावे अशी नम्र विनंती करतो कारण आज आम्ही स्वतः ऐकले पाहिले बोललो ते विद्यार्थी अंगावर धावून लेडीज वाहकाला धमकी देत होते तरी प्रवासी खूप होते त्या गाडीत ती गाडी स्टॅंडिंग प्रवासी घेण्यासारखी नव्हती तरी त्या महिला वाहकाने खूप प्रवासी व पासधारक घेतले होते तरी हे पासधारक हटकून तिला त्रास देण्यासाठी त्या गाडीत बसून शिवीगाळ व चुकीची भाषा वापरत होते तरी ती महिला वाहक त्यांना समजावून सांगत होती तर ते पुढारी धमकी देत होते असं कर तसं करायला नोकरीवरून घालवला तरी प्रवासी त्यांना समजावून सांगत होते ते प्रवाशांनाही शिवीगाळ करत होते जर प्रवासी हेच आमचे दैवत हे वाक्य जर एसटीला खूप मोलाचे आहे तर प्रवासी तसेच मुलाचे असावे विद्यार्थ्यांपेक्षा प्रवासी हे पैसे देऊन प्रवास करीत असतात तर ते विद्यार्थी विनामूल्य पास घेऊन प्रवास करता तरी त्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी काहीतरी नियम असावा जर ते सायंकाळी सहानंतर कॉलेज नसते तरी बस स्टॉप ला का म्हणून थांबता त्यांना गाड्या नसता का धुळ्याकडे येण्यासाठी भरपूर गाड्या असतात मालेगाव ते झोडगा अशा धुळ्याकडे जाण्यासाठी भरपूर गाड्या असतात तरी ते महिला वाहक बघून जास्त आगाऊपणा करता शिवीगाळ करतात असे अश्लील चाळे करतात आणि ते रोखण्यासाठी वाहक बोलायला गेले तर त्यांना शिवीगाळ करता जर एवढ्या लांबून प्रवाशी प्रवास करतोय तर तो प्रवासी विनामूल्य थोडी प्रवास करतोय हे विद्यार्थी विनामूल्य प्रवास करून सुद्धा एवढी दादागिरी करतील तर त्यांना का म्हणून पास विनामूल्य करावी ठीक आहे विनामूल्य पास केली पण त्यांना त्यासोबत नियम लागू करावा ते दादागिरी खूप करता सध्या ते जास्त दादागिरी करू राहिले आम्ही नेहमीच बघतो ही मुलं रोज मालेगाव स्टँडला बस मध्ये बसून वाद घालत असतात खूप काही चुकीचे बोलले ती बिचारी वाहक काही न बोलता शांततेत त्यांना समजत होती तरी ते विनाकारण वाद घालत होते प्रवाशांसोबत आहे वाद घालत होते त्यांना नियम लागू करावा अशी मी विनंती करतो

          I've raised a refund request due to non-arrival of bus at boarding point (Vaduj). The relevant query no. Is[protected]. It has been more than 3 weeks now, but neither the customer care or the help desk is taking look at this query.

          I had booked a ticket to travel using msrtc bus, but the bus simple didn't arrive at boarding point, hence i filed a refund for the ticket. I've sent numerous e-mails and called them so many times to get process the refund but received no positive response.

          I need to get my refund processed online at earliest.

            I am amruta raut, i had booked shivshahi bus ticket from shirwal to pune on 4th dec 2018. Bus timing was 9.40am and boarding point was shirwal.

            Bus usually reaches on time i was waiting at the stop till almost 11 am and was constantly trying calling swargate office. Call connected but no informatin about bus.

            I took another transport at 11am due to my appointment was booked in pune hospital.
            Last i received phone call at 11.10 am that bus will in 40mns to shirwal but as i had appointment in hospital at pune i told them i already left.

            So for this inconvenience i would like to get my ticket refund

            Please do the needful.

              I booked shivneri ticket from pune to thane on 2nd oct 2018. Bus timing was 6:30 pm and boarding point was hinjewadi phata.

              Bus usually reaches the stop in 45 mins - 1 hour from swargate. I was waiting at the stop till almost 9:30 pm and was constantly trying calling swargate office. Call connected only twice in 2 hours of span and they updated me that buses have not yet arrived from mumbai and there is no bus to depart from pune.

              Last update i got around 8:30 pm that the bus has left swargate and they asked me to wait. I waited till 9:30 pm and then again called swargate office. They again told me that the bus has already left and it should have reached at the stop by now, please wait.in few minuted i got call from driver to ask my location and boarding point. Bus was already reached at wakad. Then i got to know from driver that the hinjewadi phata stop has changed. There was no one to provide information regarding stop change. He was asking me to come to wakad at 9:45 pm else wait for the next bus it will reach by 10 pm at the stop.
              It was not at all possible to go to wakad as there was no one to drop me off. Driver also denied to refund the charges as bus departed.

              However, this is totally msrtc's fault as the 6:30 pm bus left swargate at 8:30 pm (They usually combines 3-4 bus bookings). Also, there was no proper information for stop change and the two stops are not near too. Old one is on the highway after wakad bridge and new one is on the service road, before wakad bridge.
              Any update on this... I didn't get the refund amount or no update regarding this complaint..

                Pune mumbai shivneri has disappeared. It left swargate at 9 am but never reached vanaz. Hundreds of passengers have developed neck problems looking for this bus. Most irresponsible behaviour by the government service even after paying inr500 which is an average person’s daily wage. Conductor at the stop says - this is india!! Amazing confidence in the system.

                  I am travelling from indapur to swarget in the umarga solapur pune bus. It charges 245 from indapur to pune while other buses charges 180. Though the ticket charge is more the condition of the bus is so bad. Number of seats are in bad condition. One seat is not there in the bus.
                  This is from umerga bus depot
                  Which kind of extra service do you provide to charge high.
                  The nashik Pune holt taken at ghargaon it is an unauthorized dhaba and not safe to stop at night then how you care for the passenger take care in future
                  मुंबई वरुन पुण्याला येताना पुण्याच्या जवळ जो फुड मॉल आहे तेथे हा बोर्ड कुपन वाटप काउंटर च्या खाली लावला आहे त्यामुळे लक्ष जात नाही, व त्याच काउंटर वर एस.टी.च्या प्रवशांकडुन पोहे प्लेट चे 50 रु. व चहा चे 30 रु. असे 80 रु. घेतात अशी प्रत्येक नास्ता प्लेट (सुमार दर्जाची) कमीत कमी 50 रु. ला दिली जाते .

                      I, arif m lukade tried to book a ticket from swargate to borivali on 28/11/2018 at around 10.30 pm.
                      During the process of confirming the ticket by selecting the seats and following the transaction process through atom transaction selection from your website, the amount of rs 970 got deducted from my account without any confirmation of the tickets being booked.
                      I havent recieved any email or sms confirmation of ticket booking from your side and further confirmed it with your customer care executive by giving a call on your toll free no.
                      I kindly request you to look into the matter and refund the amount of 970 which got deducted during the process as early as possible.

                        Renewal of pass timing over is said by duty incharge at chandrapur bus stand maharashtra.
                        I work in bank i came to renewal of my pass at chandrapur bus stand at 7 pm dt 27/11/2018 and duty incharge inform me time is over. And also misbehave by staff.
                        Strict action should be taken and priority to customer also to be given instead of misbehaving with them.

                          I have been traveling from bhandara to sakoli... U people charged rs 90 for 40 km but there was no ac service also there charging port are off... When i asked conductor she doesn't know anything... When i asked driver he doesn't know there are charging port too... So why 90 it's just like traveling by ordinary bus... Ur positive response towards it will be helpful...
                          Recently started Boisar Shegaon bus timing is not displayed on the online website of msrtc bus booking portal. We also request you to plzz update the timings as soon as possible so that passenger travelling towards nashik do not face any problem.
                          औरंगाबाद ते जळगाव बस वेळ वर निघत नाही, आणि शुक्रवारी & शनिवारी बस १, किंवा २ बससे सोडल्या जातात त्यामुळे प्रवशाचे खुप गैरसोय होते व औरंगाबाद ते जळगाव प्रवास करताना खुप ञास होतो व प्रवाशाना वेळ वर पोहचता येत नाही तरी परिवहन मंडळाने प्रवाशांना ञास होणार नाही याची घ्यावी हि विनंती

                            Hi,

                            I am currently travellling from Mahad Borivali Shivshahi Bus dated 26 th November 2018

                            The actual departure from Mahad was at 1:30 pm
                            the bus departed the depot at 2:20 pm

                            The conductor says that the passengers whose Alighting point is Wakola Police station will have to leave the bus at Bandra teacher colony
                            How is this possible Santacruz residents alighting at Bandra

                            As per him due to traffic the passengers will have to alighting at Bandra teacher colony

                            Why the passengers are not been dropped at their actual arrivals

                            The AC in the bus is worst water flowing all over the passengers and still the conductor response was it’s ok

                            Me and the passengers in the same line are totally wet and travelling standing though we have confirm reservations

                            Still the conductor is not in the mood to take any action

                            It’s a real waste of money
                            Worst service experienced ever

                            I hope proper and strict action will be taken against it

                              I have booked a ac shivnery bus ticket on 22nd of november 2018 from mumbai to pune. Due to some reason my payment for 1st time got failed and as per website i should get my money within 7 days but still there are no traces for the same.

                              I have done my transaction through my debit card.

                              I have faced same issue on 24th of november 2018 while booking ticket from pune to mumbai.

                                I showed my election card to conductor bit he refused to give concession saying it is duplicate. Bis no. Mh14 bt 3382. Going from pune to aurangabad at 7.45. Am from pune. I showed him digilocker verified documents on mobile for confirmation but he refused again. Said these are fake. When government accepted it why he should not. Lack of training or letargy trabouled a senior citizen. He was having less money.
                                I have reservation for osmanabad kolhapur bus of 9.15 but bus still not on platform. Very bad service

                                  I am a loveble with you but i have an experience about your conductor with me,
                                  I have an travelled on 25th november 2011 by shirpur alibag bus and i also booked my ticket on a bus no.:mh 20 bl2672 from dhule to panvel on 25/11/2018 but after seating on a reserve seat, after 1 hour your bus conductor has told me that i haven't sleep on seat but sleep means only body has dropped on seat like seating but he treats me when i close my eyes due to pain in eyes due to highlights of opposite vehicles but he has not to fair and he said it's not your sleeper coach.
                                  I have an request you to please take an action like that's bad, nonsense employees. He always treats me when i close my eyes, then why i booked my ticket on night that is not a right with normal person.
                                  He is an drunked while on duty how it will be possible in govt. Bus.

                                    I am standing on vaijapur dist aurangabad from 6:35am waiting for bus to gangapur dist aurangabad which is scheduled for 7:15 am but either it didn't come or it didn't have board on it and very sure it was not park at allotted platform and now it's 8:25 am other bus for same destination is scheduled at 8:15 which is not at all here. It seems that on this stand particularly for vaijapur depot there are no boards on buses and no announcement facility and i had also raised complaint in complaint book kept at control room. I had got bus just now at 8:35..
                                    At Ganesh peth st stand, Nagpur fans always used to be off for no reason. It cause lot of nuisance to commuters. Please look into matter personally. Thanks ... Today too all the fans are off causing inconvenience to commuters.

                                      We were at sholapur bus station and wanted to go to miraj so we got into this ac bus which was heading towards kolhapur and driver was seated in front of the wheel. We thought bus will be leaving in a while but it didn't. They said 15 mins every time we asked and they didn't even say that it's going to be late. We were seated there for an hour or more and then when we asked at the enquiry counter. That guy first said that it will be leaving in 10 mins again n later when we said we are listening the same he said conductor is not there so it will take another half n more. So it took us around 9:30 to more than 10:45 to finally move to red bus. They could have atleast announced that this will take time. As we had appointment from doctor to visit. After travelling for 400 km still we won't be getting to meet all because of this transport guys who thinks it's there property so they can do anything they want.

                                      Bus number is MH 47Y 0958. I have pic of it but size is too big to be uploaded. Please do take some serious action on this act.barely advising won't work.

                                        We were travelling from zunnar to murbad by bus no. Mh 12 bt 0212 on 23.11.18 but bus conductor mr. Sunil did not accept senior citizen id card issued by government of india he argued with us saying that they will accept only adhaar card, we informed him according to a bill passed by supreme court of india in september 2018 adhaar is no longer should be treated as id card.. But he resisted and told us he will accept only adhaar card and charged us full fare..

                                        Please tell us is this the rule with state transport authority of maharashtra that they will accept only adhaar card and not other valid documents for age proof

                                        I traveling from Kolhapur to Karad dated 21.11.2018.phaltan agar bus no.mh 14 BT 4060 conductor N K Bidkar ticket no.303 charge me ticket of Rs.100 while actual rate is Rs.90.it is illegal.
