I am travelling from pune to panjim. The bus is extremely filthy, it seems it was never cleaned. It keeps stopping every one hour which is not menty online.in the middle of the journey, the driver switched off the ac, the whole bus became one oven chamber and the conductor's attitude is completely lax and very rude. This is one of the worst services provided for the money they have charged.

    There is a non-stop bus from satara to stargate in every 15 minutes as per your time table which is displayed instand.
    But you have not followedthat time table resulting long que and crowd. People are waiting for bus reservation for more than a hour. Ticket seller person doesn't behave like a public servant. He is not followed time table. He prefers shivshahi bus which is costly.
    We always face this problem plz take necessary steps to get solution
    The most of time msrtc web site is off line & not booking the ticket from their web sit and on the counterary they are promote private booking such as red bus and other web sit it proves that web system of msrtc is corrupt last two hours i am triying this tkt booking web site but i am not getting access

      Today i traveled pune to nagpur by bus msrtc sleeper coach pricey1985/- schedule time of arrival 8:40 still 10 am vehicle not reached to destination. Morning it should stop somewhere to do morning work but driver denied to stop saying it will go late actually stop shouldn't be more than 20 minutes but who will tell him god knows. Rude behavior. I thought govt bus will work smooth but still old red bus behaviour please help

        I did online reservation for 4 adult seats from swargate to sambhaji nagar kolhapur
        Ordinary express total fare of rs1220 (Ticket number[protected]. But the bus was cancelled and 4 seats were adjusted in semi luxury till cbs kolhapur (Not sambhaji nagar, for that i had to pay 200 for rickshaw at 1am). Base fare of semi luxury was 385*4=rs1540. I was asked to pay additional rs376. So now i paid total amount rs[protected]+376). Asking clarification on this extra charges was not answered.
        Seat were arranged after waiting for 3hrs at swargate that too because all passengers started shouting at controller.
        Really disappointed by the service provided by msrtc.
        Hoping extra charged amount will be refunded back.

          I have booked above ticket, from my mobile app. I would like to cancel this ticket, booked for 24 dec 18, from chiplun to pune by shivshahi bus, since i have reschedule my journey for 23 dec 18 from ratnagiri to pune by shivshahi sleeper bus. I am a senior citizen and ex defence person.
          No option is available for cancelation, if booked from mobile app, as of now.
          Please address and resolve, this issue, at the earliest, before i loose my money.
          The shivshahi bus no. MH29 BE 1394 he broke my cars side glass by speeding

            Yesterday i was booked on the 12 noon shivneri bus from swargate to borivali. My alightling point was balewadi at 12.22pm. I reached well in time but there is no sign or information on where exactly one has to wait for the bus. After 45 minutes i went ahead to the wakad bus stop where i was told that if at all the bus leaves on time, it will arrive only after 1pm. It was 1.10 by then. No one was answering the calls at the swargate number. Finally at 1.45 i get through only to be told that the bus has just left at 1 pm and will arrive by 2 pm. The bus number 9760 finally arrived at 2.20 pm when the driver said that the 12 noon bus was cancelled and that this was the 1 pm bus!!! Even that had come late!!
            Was it not their responsibility to inform me about the delay or cancellation??? I lost out on an important appointment because of this negligence. As it this was not enough the driver of the bus was playing crude marathi songs so loudly that one could not even rest and take a nap after the horrible ordeal we passengers had already suffered. Even after requesting twice... He played that horrible music for most of the journey. When the music was switched off, the driver and conductor proceeded to talk so loudly that another passenger had to request them to lower their volume. Such behavior is not expected from the staff. Please let me know what action is going to be taken about this complaint... Both with the delay and lack of information and bad behavior of staff. Thanks.

              Today 11/12/2018 at 7:30 am i have seated in luxury bus of msrtc for travelling parbhani to jintur in bus no. Mh20 bl3611 parbhani risod. I am regular traveller with msrtc regular. Pass from last 14 years. Conductor of the bus denying to giving difference ticket as to luxury service while other luxury buses had given me the differences of that. It is not fair to exploit customer this is given me mental and economycal harassment. So please justify me & clarify it.

                Dear sir,
                I enquired bus from nashik to pune at nashik new bus stand. Upcoming bus timing was not matching so i requested for previous bus timing for my future travel. But enquiry department refused me to give any details on this.
                I again requested them and thereafter depo manager came and me some random questions,. I explained him all the request. But he started threatening me like why you want this extra info, you couldn't ask such questions to depo manager. On my further request on bus timing he raised hand on me and beat me.
                I asked for his token number for complaint against him. But refused & beat me free me from office.
                All this incidence is captured in the cctv.

                I am traveling with bus number MH 14 BT 2077 from kannad to chalisgaon at 7:04pm on 8 Dec 18 in this distance comes GHAT Road but bus is with so poor head lights in night Driver drive the bus his own risk with almost 20 to 25 pasangers.please take necesary action against who responsible this kind of careless .

                  All shivshahi buses are online for booking at night from dhule to pune and from pune to dhule.

                  Not any ordinary bus or night express bus available for booking at night. Why?

                  We are poor peoples and we are not afford shivshahi bus.

                  We have gone to pune by bus from the bus stand but very very huge rush in chopada to pune bus every time. Every time we are facing the problem of seats and we are going to pune in standing situation. Every time we have a huge body pain during this journey.

                  So please be available the buses (Ordinary or night express) for booking at night.

                  I hope you understand our situation and provide this buses in night. (From dhule to pune and from pune to dhule)

                    My wife and self waited for msrtc ac shivneri at 07:00pm at maitri park, chembur for about one and half hour on[protected]Thursday) against online reserved tickets. There was not even a single ac shivneri bus through wakad to aundh. Fortunately, a couple of ac shivneri buses were passing through that stop. As we waited for more than an hour, we requested the ticket examiner to allow us to travel to swargate or pune station ac shivneri via chinchwad. He informed us that we are not allowed to travel any ac shivneri except through wakad. Kindly tell me how long we can wait in a bus stop like maitri park with online reserved ticket. We were forced leave that place at 08:38pm by shivshahi with fresh ticket.
                    My transaction id:[protected] and ticket no:35651857 for ac shivneri bus. As the trip was not cancelled by us, kindly credit the entitled amount to my credit card no: [protected] of state bank of india visa card.

                      I am traveling in vehicle no. Mh 40 n 8901 which is going from nagpur to devari. Conductor is rude with much attitude that he doesn't take any other person than devari. He is saying bhandara buses are much more leave the vehicle right now and go with another vehicle if you want to go to bhandar. I don't understand is this behavior is good for your company. If someone is going for deveri he is ready to stop anywhere he want but if you are not going then he is shouting on people's. This is happening always with your buses. Help us or stop such service.

                        We i am and our some teachers and students daily travelling since many years by
                        Wardha to amrawati (By arvi route) bus time - morning departure time from wardha
                        6.00 a. M. Wardha depo.

                        But after diwali 2018 bus is not coming on time and we are (Passengers) can not reach our destination and to our duties at time, that was never happens before that, so plz we r requesting solve our problem. Because many people depends on that bus.

                              My name is alok kolhe today i am standing at sangamner bus stand and waiting for bus to travel at nandur shingote that time at 14:55 at afternoon shrirampur - nashik bus comes in bus stand and i sit in bus bus when conductor came he said that only nashik passenger's have to sit and others have to find another bus to travel between sangamner to nashik that time i asked to conductor why we have to find another bus as this bus have more than 10 empty seats he brutely said that this bus have no stops for nandur shingote, i said why this bus has no stops he said dont ask me questions and he put down me from bus.
                              Now i have some questions is bus is for passenger's service?
                              Why we have to trust on bus?

                                I am currently travelling in msrtc shivshahi bus... From sangli to pune. The driver's batch number is 18120 kolhapur. The driver has been using way way way too much horn. N when asked to use in consideration of others he has very rude behavior. Also... He went shouting on everyone and spoke very rudely to senior citizen passengers for climbing in hardly 2 mins late. Considering the snack stop had improper washroom and service..

                                Please ask your drivers to follow traffic rules and not run the bus recklessly putting people's lives in danger.
                                I went From sangli to pune route by shivshahi bus at 4.30’o clock despite of knowing i think staff of MSRTC fill the all seats with passenger after some time 6 hr left but we are far from our destination. If there is any issue then they should to tell us and also not fill the bis with passengers. They charge heavy than the others but service is very poor

                                  Dr Umashankar Prakash Vishwekar, my tikit no is 3562 am traveling regularly from kolhapur to Beed. I have never seen the charging point in working condition in shiwshahi sleeper coach bus from kolhapur to jalna. Today on 6/12/2018, the bus was late by one hour on kolhapur plat form. The cleaning and washing of the bus is not done properly from so many days. All of the births are full of dust. The window glasses are in very bad condition. Most of the disgusting thing was the arrogance of drivers. When I asked them the number of Manger or competent authorities to complain about the cleaning of the bus, they responded in very bad manners.
                                  Please let me know if you have any solution for such a bad attitude, or we have to travel in such a bad condition by paying such a huge amount of money. For more details my mobile no is [protected]

                                    मी अनिल देवरे नाशिक शिंदखेडा बस नंबर mh 20 bl 1545 या गाडीत प्रवास करीत होतो सदर गाडी नाशिक ते शिंदखेडा अशी होती मालेगाव स्टँडला गाडी लावली होती त्यानंतर गाडी पूर्ण स्टॅंडिंग होती पास धारक विदयार्थी त्या बस वाहक लेडीज लेडीज सी वाद घालत होते तिची गाडी ऑलरेडी फुल स्टॅंडिंग होती तरी हे पास धारक विद्यार्थी मालेगाव ते झोडगाव असे बसले होते त्यानंतर तीन गाड्या आल्या 13 95 पुना शिरपूर आली शहादा बस आली तरी हे पास धारक विद्यार्थी नवीन मॉडीफाय केलेली 15 45 बस नाशिक शिंदखेडा अशा बसमध्ये बसून विनाकारण लेडीज वाहक शी वाद घालत होते तरी प्रवासी यांनी त्यांना खूप समजण्याचा प्रयत्न केला तरी ते विद्यार्थी प्रवाशांनाही शिवीगाळ करत होते असे जर हे विद्यार्थी रोज लेडीज वाहक प्रवासी यांच्याशी वाद घालत असतील तर त्यांच्यासाठी नियम लागू करावा लेडीज वाहकाला घाणेरडे शब्द बोलून ते त्या पास चा गैरवापर करत होते तरी शासनाने त्यांना विनामूल्य पास दिली आहे तर त्यांना नियम हे लागू करावा आमचे घरातल्या मुली रोज अप-डाऊन करता त्यांनाही हे विद्यार्थी अशीच त्रास देतात त्यासाठी महामंडळाने काहीतरी नवीन नियम काढावे अशी नम्र विनंती करतो कारण आज आम्ही स्वतः ऐकले पाहिले बोललो ते विद्यार्थी अंगावर धावून लेडीज वाहकाला धमकी देत होते तरी प्रवासी खूप होते त्या गाडीत ती गाडी स्टॅंडिंग प्रवासी घेण्यासारखी नव्हती तरी त्या महिला वाहकाने खूप प्रवासी व पासधारक घेतले होते तरी हे पासधारक हटकून तिला त्रास देण्यासाठी त्या गाडीत बसून शिवीगाळ व चुकीची भाषा वापरत होते तरी ती महिला वाहक त्यांना समजावून सांगत होती तर ते पुढारी धमकी देत होते असं कर तसं करायला नोकरीवरून घालवला तरी प्रवासी त्यांना समजावून सांगत होते ते प्रवाशांनाही शिवीगाळ करत होते जर प्रवासी हेच आमचे दैवत हे वाक्य जर एसटीला खूप मोलाचे आहे तर प्रवासी तसेच मुलाचे असावे विद्यार्थ्यांपेक्षा प्रवासी हे पैसे देऊन प्रवास करीत असतात तर ते विद्यार्थी विनामूल्य पास घेऊन प्रवास करता तरी त्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी काहीतरी नियम असावा जर ते सायंकाळी सहानंतर कॉलेज नसते तरी बस स्टॉप ला का म्हणून थांबता त्यांना गाड्या नसता का धुळ्याकडे येण्यासाठी भरपूर गाड्या असतात मालेगाव ते झोडगा अशा धुळ्याकडे जाण्यासाठी भरपूर गाड्या असतात तरी ते महिला वाहक बघून जास्त आगाऊपणा करता शिवीगाळ करतात असे अश्लील चाळे करतात आणि ते रोखण्यासाठी वाहक बोलायला गेले तर त्यांना शिवीगाळ करता जर एवढ्या लांबून प्रवाशी प्रवास करतोय तर तो प्रवासी विनामूल्य थोडी प्रवास करतोय हे विद्यार्थी विनामूल्य प्रवास करून सुद्धा एवढी दादागिरी करतील तर त्यांना का म्हणून पास विनामूल्य करावी ठीक आहे विनामूल्य पास केली पण त्यांना त्यासोबत नियम लागू करावा ते दादागिरी खूप करता सध्या ते जास्त दादागिरी करू राहिले आम्ही नेहमीच बघतो ही मुलं रोज मालेगाव स्टँडला बस मध्ये बसून वाद घालत असतात खूप काही चुकीचे बोलले ती बिचारी वाहक काही न बोलता शांततेत त्यांना समजत होती तरी ते विनाकारण वाद घालत होते प्रवाशांसोबत आहे वाद घालत होते त्यांना नियम लागू करावा अशी मी विनंती करतो

                                      I've raised a refund request due to non-arrival of bus at boarding point (Vaduj). The relevant query no. Is[protected]. It has been more than 3 weeks now, but neither the customer care or the help desk is taking look at this query.

                                      I had booked a ticket to travel using msrtc bus, but the bus simple didn't arrive at boarding point, hence i filed a refund for the ticket. I've sent numerous e-mails and called them so many times to get process the refund but received no positive response.

                                      I need to get my refund processed online at earliest.

                                        I am amruta raut, i had booked shivshahi bus ticket from shirwal to pune on 4th dec 2018. Bus timing was 9.40am and boarding point was shirwal.

                                        Bus usually reaches on time i was waiting at the stop till almost 11 am and was constantly trying calling swargate office. Call connected but no informatin about bus.

                                        I took another transport at 11am due to my appointment was booked in pune hospital.
                                        Last i received phone call at 11.10 am that bus will in 40mns to shirwal but as i had appointment in hospital at pune i told them i already left.

                                        So for this inconvenience i would like to get my ticket refund

                                        Please do the needful.
