We reserved 3 seats from ujani to miraj. We left friends marriage in between just yo arrive on timr but bus came nearly 2 hours late.
We called source bus stand latur but didn't get information from concerned officer. When bus arrived, we asked driver reason for late then driver said that no driver was assigned to the bus.

    I had uploaded the journey ticket for which I had given 100 Rupee note. Journey ticket 85 Rs. But the conductor returned 10 Rs. stating that if you give 5 Rs. Then I will give 10 Rs. Note with balance 5Rs. Same thing he was telling another passenger. So I could not get balance 5 Rs. I asked at the time of alighting but got same answer. Please enquire and reply

      The Driver of this particular bus was speaking over phone. For the first time, i ignored but this happnd three times and he was talking continously for 10-15 mins as if he is sitting at home.
      Putting people's life at risk.

        Trying to connect with techinical support team but countinouly busy tone is coming...
        When call is connected, no one is answering.

        Issue is when i was trying to book online ticket from msrtc portal on 14th sept and 25 dec 2018.. At the last step after make payment getting technical issue on portal due to ticket not confirmed but amount is deducted from account..

        No point of contact to get it resolved. Could you please help to get my refund. Refund. This happens to me twice, both the time, i didn't receive any refund.
        Please help..

          Today 28.12.18 2 pm i took a pune shivneri bus from aurangabad bus station with a pride that this is top most service provided by mstc but when i got inside the bus it was shocking to see all bus floor was full of water all over floor, seats are dirty and wet news paper stand full of trash, this a poorest service provided against the charges taken, authorities must take a serious action against this.

              I have booked 2 tickets on 26 dec 2018 for pune to shirdi by payment gateway billdesk, by google pay upi, the money was deducted from my account as it shown on statement of my account but on msrtc my transaction was not successful and also ticket was not generated. So kindly look into the matter, i had attach my google pay transaction details. Refund the money back as soon as possible.

                We are daily traveling through this route but shirur buses but very frequent local buses are on this route. We require local buses in frequency of 30-45 mins for easy travelling as long route buses are avoiding to taking passengers having ST bus passes and also not taking stop at shikrapur at evening time. Pls. look into on priority.

                    Subject : brahmapuri bus no-5825 has carried away my family bag.
                    Respected sir,
                    I am humbly requesting you that, i was coming with family from talegaon to nagpur on dt. 26/12/18 time near about 5 pm, bus no 5825 - brahamapuri has come on the talagaon bus stop.
                    I have keep my family bag in the bus and when i get off to take my daughter (Child) the bus runaway with in 15 second ; however i have noticed to the conductor while getting off.
                    I have called to the bus conductor and driver but conductor has not stopped the bus.
                    I have request to the depo manager at talegaon; he has called at karanja depo to mr. Shirpurkar and said to take away the bag with him at depo.
                    When i reach at the karanja depo to mr shirpurkar sir he said “ the bus runaway speedily however i have handly signal him.”
                    Shree shirpurkar sir has requested to kondhali depo for bag but the bus has not stop at the kondhali bus-stop.
                    At last i have asked at the nagpur depo the bus was runaway..
                    Sir, my family bag is most important for me because there are most useful things including cloths, mobile, money, medicine and so.
                    You are requested to help me and if found the bag kindly collect it at the nagpur depo i will collect it myself.

                      I was at indira college wakad bus stop on 22/12/2018.
                      Bus did not come till 7.30 pm for the ticket number 35818365.
                      I had called the number [protected] at swargate and i was given bus number 8346 will come, though i was waiting, on arrival of bus i was told to book fresh ticket, as a result i could not travel and more over the conductor said the bus will go up to dadar and not borivali as per my booking, the ticket was booked through app. And payment was done through nett banking request for refund of the same as travel couldn't take place.

                      The bus was not stop on location of stop. On the time of the college awlays ignore the passenger from stop. If bus was empty on that time not stopped .

                      Shivshahi ticket was booked and bus was cancelled 30 min before the departure time. Another bus was allocated which came 2 hours later and too many passengers were waiting . I have not borded the bus . MSRTC should provide refund.

                        Today i. E on 25th december, 2018 i has reserved two seats in shivshahi msrtc bus from hyderabad to latur. I booked the ticket on red bus on 24th, ticket no:[protected], transaction id:-rb[protected]. The scheduled departure time was at 8:00 am from mahatma gandhi bus stop, hyderabad. We had been waiting for the bus from 7:00 am, but the bus did not reached there up to 10:00 am. We tried for on line cancellation. But there was no option available through online. Are we the victim of a public looting by the msrtc. Refund our money
                        I traveled from YAVATMAL to Karanja on 18/12/2018 by 10 am busthe ticket was 105₹ for ordinary bus same day came back by 2 .25 ordinary bus but ticket charged was 115₹ a difference of 10 ₹ . Why is suchi difference for same route.photo of both tickets are attached
                        Today there is no bus at bus stand since 5 pm many people, school students, many govt employees waiting for Bus. This type of problem happening daily at omerga bus stand. Please look into the matter seriously

                          I have reserved a ticket in bus Jalgaon to AURANGABAD & expected time was 16.30 pm.Ticket number[protected]

                          Bus come late at 17.30 pm
                          No driver, conductor or controller know about bus & were not aware about the reayas well as cause of late
                          Incharge of CBS give very casual answers as even if you have reserved a ticket you can sit any bus & we will try to adjust.
                          Negligence from driver, conductor, controller & CBS incharge.
                          Even bus with 17.30 pm gone right time but above mentioned bus started late at 17.40 pm

I was travelling from mahad to dabhil by nemem aram bus l3855 bhayindar-adare-anari, as i was getting down the bus, the bus driver did not stop the bus at exact stop he stopped behind the stop n conductor named-n t horkat no manners of talking he was telling to getting down from bus too quickly and did not talking properly. Just because of this some. Of this msrtc is going under losss and public demand decreases. No manners at all to talk frm. Your side

                                Bus madhe jo conductor hota to khup urmath hota sarvanshich ya na tya karnane bhandat hota... Maza shevatcha stop mapusa hota apekshe pramane bus st stand var jane avashyak hote tase n karta conductor ne amhala tethun 2 km lamb high way varach sodale aani bhandan dekhil kele mazyashi... Shivshahi kadun ashya ashikshit lokana job var thevnyachi apeksha navhati...
                                I booked ticket aurangabad to kaij in shivshahi on 8/11/2018 at 13.15 hrs . Bus is canceled at that day due to unknown reason . I want my refund of that bus ticket .

                                  I travel daily from ghodegaon to aurangabad by bus. All depo buses except akola &basmath depo buses take fair rs100 from ghodegaon to aurangabad. But akola &basmath depo buses take fair rs.105. It means they take rs.5 extra from other depo buses. I think it is because of considering extra stage travel.
                                  Plz do the needful. I will be very thankful to you sir

                                    My wife along with 2 children and parents in law are travelling to dapoli from belapur (Navi mumbai) by shivshahi today dated 20/12/2018 (Attached copy of ticket). Estimated boarding time was around 10:30 from belapur, but bus arrived at around 13:30 hrs. During this period no information was provided to us for the delay more importantly bus conductor was also not professional enough to reply to the queries by travelers. Moreover, after reaching to panvel, travelers were informed that due to broken window the bus will not travel and all passengers will be shifted in another bus which is not of shivshahi standards which raise a dispute and another reason for more delay.

                                    This is not the first time we have experienced such situation related to this services, previously also they change the bus type from shivshahi to normal bus and they pay only around 20 rupees as refund which is what is not understood.

                                    Idea of introducing shivshahi service by government was to ensure hassle free travel, but unfortunately it is one of the worst services due to mismanagement, poor planning, unprofessional approach and attitude of the employees who are directly interacting with passengers.

                                    Hoping this complaint will benefit other passenger for hassle free travel.

                                      I had booked 2 Nos seats of MSRTC BUS ticket no 35757408 from pune to belgaum through Redbus portal. Journey date 21/12/2018.dept time 11 pm.
                                      Due to personal reason, I had to cancel my journey and hence I tried to cancel ticket through www.public.msrtc.com but unable to cancel the ticket.
                                      you are reqested to arrange to cancel my ticket and arrange to refund the amount.I was unable to log in to MSRTC WEBSITE but i have forgotten my password. i requested for the same but not got new pass word in my regd e mail.

                                        I m regular passenger of msrtc on palus - sangli bus route. From 15 days i m facing problem along with lots of passengers regarding irrgular bus service. The buses timings are changed and we have to wait for atleast 1.5 hours for next bus at sangli stand.
                                        Actually on time of morning and evening there is so crowd on s. T. Stand but bus didnt came on time.
                                        And at same time there are 4 buses but then for 2 hours there is no any bus.
                                        So for profit making journies and good customer service please regularize your time schedule and make it very convinent.

                                        There is no change in situation.. Kindly solve the problem of buses From Sangli to Palus in evening time. DEPOT frequently going to cancel buses without any information to passengers. AND Sangli Depot Inquiry counter not giving satisfying answers to passenger.
                                        I have booked ticket from akola to pune, ticket no is 35756057 but here enquiry persons are saying there is no such bus available. They are behaving rude and saying i will call police if you will ask one more time. I will lodge fir if not solved
