Dear sir/madam,
I tried to book e-ticket from official portal on 10th nov 2018 at 14:20. I did online paymet by google pay upi, payment was successful and money get deducted from my account but ticket was not book. Though i book another ticket and i got confirm reservation but 1st paid amount has not refunded. Website showed your money will be refunded. But that did not happen. So i wrote mail to support but didn't get any reply i even attached transaction detail to mail but nothing happened. I called on both given numbers on website but my call did not attain by anyone.
Now i am feeling helpless so please do the needful asap..
Awaiting for your positive and kind response.

    Hello, this is to inform you that i have talked with representative sonali @[protected], she refused to register complaint for the said subject... Kindly look into this with immediate effect.

    Travellers are waiting at stand with empty one patient and senior citizen, along with children and ladies.

    This seems to be wrong practice from department

    I booked my ticket online from msrtc website. I booked myself a front first seat but the acutal bus which I m traveling in the seat is at extreme last.
    This problem should be resolved

      Not able to cancel msrtc e ticket booked as guest. Ticket detail and screenshot pasted below. Please help to cancel and refund.
      Msrtc call center and email no response inspite spending much time reaching out. It's very pathetic. Please stop making fool to people.

      I am traveling from swargate to thane, and my coach has no spring. Today 8 November 2018, 8 am bus. Seat just falls back while i am seating. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

      Reservations was done. Conductor provided wrong information and we missed our bus

        I am vaijinath funde frequently travelling from pathardi to pune and other station also, but every time facing same problem bus departure scheduled is very poor and not on time, in enquiry answer is"bus is not ready, it will take time"
        So i request you to take further action this matter and inform depo manager for time schedule for bus departure to avoid traveller inconvenience.

          Nashik pune shivshahi bus travelling on 11 november 2018, bus has no curtains available. Not clean. Bus has an dirty odour. Not hygienic at all. Bus seats have food garbage on it. What is the use of such bus when there is no proper service and charging such a cost. Serious actions should be taken. Refund our money and provide satisfactory service. Or else the issue will be tweeted.

            I had enquired for the reservation tickets for shivshahi from hingoli to aurangabad in hingoli-pune bus which i was denied at hingoli bus stop saying tickets are provided only in the bus and that there is no prior reservation system available. Later when i entered the bus i was zapped to know that there are reservations available for all shivshahi buses. Also when spoken about this to the ticket checker he royally ignored the complaint and did not pay any heed to this.. Please look into the said complaint as it causes major inconvenience to the passengers.

              We have booked the online reservation of shivshahi bus from latur to pune dated 10-nov-18 at 22:20 hrs. We booked the seat no. 40 & 41 as they were showing at the very front (Screenshot is attached) however the seats at the time of actual journey, was at the back. The staff available at bus stand was useless as they were trying to convince me to adjust at the back. It is very regretting that even after booking the tickets well in advance, we had to compromise sitting at the back since we did not have any other option available. We need a strong justification from msrtc about this pathetic service.

                We book tickets for jurney on date 7/11/18 at time 00:30 from pune swargate to kolhapur. But instead of shivshahi they provide us green colour local bus. But taking a charges of shivshahi. And the staff of swargate is very useless. The behavior of staff is not good, they talk loudly and they act like a irresponsible person. Specially mr. Shaikh and some one sitting in inqurey room (He dont knw how to speak marthi) the use less staff in swargate.

                    When i start the travel from kopargaon i was asked in enquiry office the mh 14 bt 3797 bus number was will go to shirur. When i was take a ticket at that time conductor was told the bus not goes to shirur. I was travel with my family and bags. So how to travel in msrtc buses.
                    Each an every bus goes to shirur in diwali festivel. I was also came from there.
                    So please help me and give a good service for us.

                      We have done booking online from msrtc website for ordinary bus paied extra amount more than ticket online to get seat while travel.

                      But msrtc department is has no clue about our reservation and on top of it they are saying there is no bus we got time 8.45 am to board the bus.

                      They are coming with weard reason bus got cancelled and asked to board some other bus and no seat provided asking us to stand we have some other commitments.

                      Illegally they taken other passenger in the seat where someone have booked the seat.

                      And we are suffering due to this managment.

                      How can msrtc can be so careless, they have no clue about solution while taking the money they take easily and while service they say check yourself.

                      I need justice to this situation.

                        Omerga to latur or return buses are not following the schedule. Frequently it is observed that two buses with same destination are running back to back with first one crowded and next is empty.
                        Yesterday i was waiting for the bus to reach latur from killari. I was there from 7.55p. M. I was waiting there for more than one hour. And suddenly two buses with same name plate (Omerga to latur) were arrived. There were few senior citizens and a lady with babies waiting for the bus. It is really uncomfortable and unsafe to stand there at remote location. This is happening just because of the negligence of msrtc authorities and related staff. Please resolve it as early as possible.

                          Gurudev Hotel is very costly hotel on Alephata sangamner road, And we are traveling in ST Bus. We have no reach people. And I request you ST Maha mandal need to decide Food/Snacks rates on hotel where is ST stops at least..

                            Dear team,

                            On date 05/11/2018, i have booked my ticket online on msrtc mobile reservation app (As guest).
                            Mob no -[protected]
                            Bus timing-10.00 in the morng
                            Way-nagpur to morshi
                            But bus not coming due to some tech problm (As per your station master mob no-[protected])
                            They are told me, they initiated cancelled request of my ticket nd refund will be refunded on my account dirctly but still now i have not received any refund in my account.. Request you to please help me on that otherwise i am going to logded complaint in consumer court.

                              As tickets are increased, try to maintain bus condition bit good, would won't expect very good or excellent.

                              Life on death situation, driver also driving bus like roller coaster. Too much sound from each and every corner of bus. Each and every screw in the bus is loosed, all windows are broken. I'm unable to type all details now, because bus is shaking like anything. I know nothing will be changed my complaint. No expectations from this complaint website.

                                Hello,

                                I booked a ticket for pune to solapur shivshahi bus on 3rd november 2018 at 12:30pm. An amount of 520 rs was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. The amount debited was also not reversed.
                                It's been 5 days we are trying to contact the numbers given on the msrtc website for complaint but they just answer the call and no one is responding from the other side.
                                This behavior is not at all appreciated also not tolerated. I request you to credit the money back and look into this issue.

                                I was booking ticket for omega to pune on 10/11/12.
                                While money got deducted from my bank account, ticket was not generated. I send an email to help desk team but did not receive any response from them. I contacted support team but nobody received call from other end.

                                  Most of the time buses from mauda to nagpur do not arrive mouda on time...
                                  I. E. The bus which has to arrive on 06:30 am.

                                  The same bus did arrived mauda on 07:23 am... The buses are directed from shivaji nagar, dist : bhandara...


                                  No buses were available from mouda to nagpur till 7:23 am...
                                  Sir, plzzzz resolve the issue as soon as possible...

                                    My self sayyad afroz (M. E.) from ambajogai dist beed mh 431517.

                                    My mother's native place is a village i. E. Borkhed taluka beed district beed mh.

                                    Now my mother is 58 yrs old and she said to me for my native place there is a single bus from beed to kharda daily at 6 pm.

                                    So my request to the management, plz arrange some more buses for this village.

                                    This is only one bus to this village since 80 yrs.

                                      I performed the journey from panvel to alibag and back as per the following details :

                                      06.11.2018 - panvel to alibag - departure 0820 hrs - fare rs.110/-
                                      Ticket no.001503 - semi luxury bus

                                      06.11.2018 - alibag to panvel - departure 1310 hrs - fare rs.85/-
                                      Ticket no.027938 - semi luxury bus non stop

                                      The difference of excess amount is rs.25/- for same distance. The matter may be reconciled at appropriate level.

                                        I was booking for shivajinagar to sakri ordinary bus for 8th of november 2018 which leaves from shivajinagar at 21.00hrs.

                                        While booking the seat nos. 21 & 22 i was redirected to the payment site through billdesk. Then i selected for upi payment option. The payment was debitted from my account for rs. 912.27. But when i awaited for the ticket to be shown on screen there was some error and the ticket was not been booked.

                                        Also no intimation from billdesk as well as from msrtc is received. But my money is debitted.

                                        I request you to please book the tickets against the payment received or do refund my money back to my account immediately.
