Sir, i reserved 2 seats from Hyderabad to Solapur in MSRTC bus trip number: THNL0003704 (Hyderabad to Thane CBS, Shivshahi bus) 23.30 hrs, Date of journey: 26.09.2018, Ticket no:34712846.

The bus service was cancelled by MSRTC itself. Even did'nt cared to inform about the cancellation of bus service to me via sms/mail etc modes. During that night i faced so much inconvenience and i felt harassed.

Till date i have sent 3 mails to [protected]@msrtc.Gov.In, [protected]@gmail.Com, [protected]@billdesk.Com since 27.09.2018 requesting for refund of the fare. They even not bouthered to respond neither to the mails nor refund.

Kindly help me in sorting out the issue and getting refund.

Dear officer,
We have daily 3 bus services from vrindavan to andheri except on sunday. But it is observed that the 2nd bus around 7.55 in the morning from vrindavan is usually not regular. Today on 5th of october too the bus didn't come, on enquiring the controller he said the bus is breakdown and can not come and because of that the whole load of 2 bus comes on the 3rd bus. There are almost more than 100 passengers. Where only allowed 15 standing passengers.
People are risking their lives to reach office in time.
Please look into matter.

Sir i booked online ticket no 34659855 dated on 20th sept.2018 date of journey 21/09/2018. Kolhapur to latur but on the departure time 19:30 bus controler kolhapur told me bus is cancelled and you can go another bus refund amount will be deposit your account. But till date i had not got any amount so kindly help me and give me refund amount rs.1030.

But did not stop at akashwani stop, sangli. Bus driver n conductor misbehave on request saying there is no stop over there.

मी st. Francis high school बस स्थानकावरुन सिटी बसमध्ये बसले व मला बाबा पेट्रोल पंप येथे उत्रायचे होते. मी मौंदा नाका येथे, बस conductor ला टिकिटाचे पैसे देऊन टिकिट घेण्याचा प्रयत्न केला, परंतु ती बस conductor ने सांगितले की, "मी नंतर पैसे घेते".
जसेच मला जेथे उत्रायचे होते ते स्थान येत होते, त्या महिला बस conductor ने मला, "तुझ्या बाजूला उभी असलेल्या मुलीला पैसे दे व टिकिट न घेता उतरुन जा" असे बजावले. परंतु मी असे न करता त्या महिला conductor कडे गेले व पैसे दिले व टिकिट देण्यास सांगितले. परंतु त्या महिला conductor ने माझे पैसे घेतले व मला टिकिट न देताच "उतरुन जा" असे वारंवार बजावले व "तु बाबा पेट्रोल पंपाला न उतरता पंचवटी होटोल ला उतर, नाहीतर मला रु.05 जास्तीचे दे" असे सांगण्यात आले. मी "तुमची तक्रार करावी लागेल", असे सांगितल्यावर त्या बस conductor ने मला टिकिट दिले.

The lady passenger was traveling from satara to mumbai. The journey began at 06:03:47pm in the evening. The passenger had to get down at bharat mata cinema stop but the driver drived the bus over the bridge and hence the passenger had to get down at byculla. The authorised members are requested to take strict actions against such inconvenience caused to the passenger.

While driving vehicle making neutral every time on slop that consume time to much he has taken 2 hours from tembhurni to bhagwan . When we are paying full rent or full ticket then why such delay

I have watched the bus at tembhurni at 5.30 pm and it will reach to swargate. At 11.30 pm it means 6 hours travels

I am traveling in borivali swargate shivneri bus no 39912a. During snacks time the driver has switched off the engine and took more than 30 mins to have his snacks. When i asked him about the ac / engine off, he said he got the instructions to stop the engine. I would like know, is it bound that everybody should take snacks? No shivnery stops their engine during snacks time.

मी नियमित msrtc चा प्रवासी आहे, नेहमी मला सोलापूर ते पंढरपूर या मार्गावर प्रवास करावा लागतो तो हि भरायचं वेळेस रात्री 11 च्या दरम्यान आणि असेच बरेच प्रवासी देखील याच वेळेत असतात परंतु या 11.15 ते 12.30 या वेळेत एकही बस उपलब्ध नाही व बस साठी विचारणा केल्यास अत्यंत उद्धट अशी उत्तर मिळतात.असंख्य प्रवाशी असताणही कर्मचारी क्रिकेट सामने पाहण्यात व्यस्त असतात व खासगी प्रवासी agent साठी काम केल्या सारखी वर्तणूक दिऔं येते तरी सदरील वेळेत एकादी बस द्यावी हि विनंती
आभारी आहोत.

Here i complaint for shivshahi # i pick the bus at morning 9.30 from vandana to chandani chowk bus driver without intimation bus taking to panvel stop there no stoping for shivshahi # again his stoping for 3 times at mumbai pune highway to take local people in this bus # ultimately no reason why they are stoping for local stops, it takes 4.5 hrs to reach my destination

Tmar67182589 but bus is not coming due to the maintenance i call controller of latur bus stand bcoz bus is from latur to hyderabad they tell me that reason bus timing is 9.30 now time is 10.45 still not coming and they do not reply quickly so kindly request pls refund my amount as quick as possible

My name is shubham matte date : 27/09/2018, i am traveling chandrapur to warora at bus number mh 40 y 5145. Whenever my stop is coming, bus driver has not stop at my point (Wani bypass chowk). He has told i had neglected these stop for my reason, but these stop has government stop,. But bus driver are misbehaving with me and not stop the bus. So please kindly give action on these bus conductor and driver. These person has down the government name for these reasons. And i never trivel again with msrtc bus.

I was expecting a bus to kalamboli from Suchack Naka (Kalyan). After a long wait local ST bus (MH 07 C 7217) came at around 4:30 pm but this bus did not stop even after making repeated signals. I even requested lady conductor who was visible from the window to stop the bus, even then the bus did not stop. Unwilling I had to follow the bus by another bus up to Kalyan fata and then wait for the bus at bus stop. When the bus came again driver was again trying to skip the stop. While following this bus I had also observed that he was skipping many other stops.

Fortunately I was able to get into the bus and catch my another bus from kalamboli highway.

This is my sincere request to the concerned authority to look in to the matter and take the necessary action.

I am Rahul of 10 class, christanand school Bramhapuri chandrapur district . Today after my school (exams going on ), I reached bus depot bramhapuri at about 2:10 pm, I Enquired about Nagbhir bus but the on duty controller has become furious and could not control his temper was talking rudely and saying I have repeatedly answered the same question but many times to many people but same question is repeatedly asked by you people .He started abusing and brought a big rod saying I will hit on your head. He was so furious that we ran away saving our lives . Is this the way to behave with travellers and school going children . This sort of misbehavior will end up by your stern action against such inhuman culprits. You are therefore requested to take drastic action against the misbehaving beast of your department at Bramhapuri .

I regularly travel from pandharkawada to pusad dist yavatmal through pandharpur bus. Actual timing of pandharpur bus is 5:45 but driver and conductor of this bus is always late by more than half hour. I noticed that its a habit of driver and conductor of pandharpur bus. I hope you look up this matter and solve the issue of passengers.

Hi, i am traveling from pune to sangli by shivshai the driver is contisously talking on phone, also he look to be drunk.
His driving is very rash playing with innocent people life..

All people in bus are not happy with the service, we have also tried your toll free number but no one is answering the call.

We request to put a questioner for complane rathe the discpritive information, lot of people can't type english and it is much heactic..

3rd drivers in shivshai...

It has 2.5 hrs since last non ac hirkani bus from pune to mumbai has departed.in front of me at least 10 shivneri (Ac variety) has departed. The reason i am told is non availability of drivers, which is unacceptable. The location is pune station bus stand. I had called customer care as well but they refused to take my complaint. Also it was not registered at bus stop as well when i asked for complaint register. There were elderly couples standing in front of me for more than 3 hours.

I am travelling from manchar to pune. Bus no. Is
Mh14 bt4702. Bus _ kalyan to pune. Ti me 12: 48 pm departure from manchar. I asked conductor to give ticket of moshi. He refused and said no this 'll not stop there because driver 'll get irritated. This was really very inconvenient as i had to get down at chakan and take auto to reach moshi. Please take action against this.

I am traveling from thane kasarwadvli to kapurbawdi but due to my phone call i forgot to come down to kapurbawdi i come to next stop majowad even i have taken one more ticket from kapurbawdi to stn but conductore started shouting on me her name is s g gai she don't have respect to talk with passenger she is taking benefits of being a lady conductore pls take strict action against her to keep st name good in market.
