I have travelled from pune rly stn to mumbai dadar bus no. Mh 11 t 9254 on 02 september departure from pune 14.45 hrs. I wanted to get down at sanpada rly stn signal. I travel every week mumbai-pune-mumbai by same buses. But this particular driver was rude and he is the only driver refused to stop. I got down at vashi with my sick wife. He has stopped at khargar and belapur cbd for others to get down. No body was there for nerul to get down.
Until this day all drivers before was very very helpful and kind towards passengers. His appearance too was scared.
If this is the case i will opt for private operators or taxi, they will never behave like this.
I was travel from nashik to ahmadnagar by bus no MH 06 S 8462 on 03.09.2018 with ticket no.008176. I observed that bus driver was frequently attending call that was not safe for me and due to this bus got much more travelling time.

    I was traveling in shivshahi bus from dapoli to thane. The bus which starts at 3pm from dapoli. The driver stoped the bus for dinner near pen (Raigadh) at an expensive hotel named something like hotel sagar palace. Most of the passengers just seen the menucard of hotel and then went back in the bus without eating anything. Passengers already requested conductor not to stop at that hotel.
    Some poor peoples were also there, who doesn't have enough money to take dinner in such an expensive hotel. I was one in these poor.
    So i am humbly requesting msrtc to stop this new trend of halting the shivshahi bus at private hotels for dinner or lunch.

    Why there are no bus available from akluj to swarget between 9:30 Am to 12:30 pm. As per schedule there are 3 buses but still I am waiting for bus.

      I was waiting since 10.20am at the nigdi bustop (For mumbai buses) for a shivneri. This is 4th september.
      I was waiting since 1 hr and finally at 11pm a shivneri came.
      I could clearly see that the bus had seats but it did not wait.
      The vehicle number was 9408 (Parla depo).

      This is poor service. I am already unwell with high fever, waiting for so long. And the bus doesn't wait
      Please respect everyone's time
      Bus (MH14-BT•3539) : I am travelling from Pusegoan to Phaltan and it is so much dirty that it feels like seated in a dustbin and not cleaned for a 4-5 months...it feels so bad to seat in such unsafe environment ...kind request for daily cleaning of every government bus.
      Bus from nallasopar to dapoli as scheduled was AC shivshahi but at bus they changed to hirkani nimaram bus. When we asked for refund as per bus they just gave excuses that difference is only ₹20 so we can't give it. Msrtc i[censored] can't maintain this service properly don't show it online. We are suffering loss and also don't get any refunds.

        Shivneri... Premium volvo bus service runs between pune and mumbai is most trust worthy service. But despite of heavty charges for the 3.5hrs journey almost around 540 rs... There is hardly any maintance of buses.
        1) there is stinting smell for the bus reclining chairs along with the side curtains... One can have a shampoo wash for the same.
        2) all the window glass shields are never clean for viewing... Only rain god helps for cleaning.

        This is for information I am the frequent traveler of the bus from Pune to Thane is always late on Mondays for more then two hours. I have been standing 8n the que for last one and half hour. This not the first time I have been experiencing this for last

          Hi, this incident is for today i. E. 2nd september, i booked online ticket from mahabaleshwar to pune rly station and bus timing was 12.30pm. But the bus was not scheduled during this time and from mahabaleshwar office guy was not responded me and the bus conductor spoke with us very rudely and he wanted to take extra amount even i paid 500 rs through online. If the shivsahi bus was not scheduled on 12.30 pm then whay there is a schedule time online available to bluff the passenger for end minute trouble? You should action that bus conductor as we was not ready to drop me on pune station and told me to get down on swargate or pay extra ticket from swargate to shivajinagar else the pune station bus was cancelled and another bus upto shivajinagar and we clubbed in that bus and very disaster situation in heavy rain. This is absolutely non sense behavior with customer by shivsahi chain and their staff. Hope you guys read and take action on that corrupted conductor.

            कंडकटरना विचारल्यावर तो म्हणाले तुम्ही डेपो कंट्रोलर ना विचारा, कंट्रोलर म्हणतात ड्रायवर कंडकटरना विचारा, मग या समस्या साठी प्रवास्यांनी विचारायचा कोणा कडे??? खोपट डेपो चे चोकसी साठी बसवलेले अधीकारी प्रवास्यांचावर महेरबानी करतात असे वागतात, या बस डेपोत कसला कारभार चालु आहे??? या आगोदर पण या बाबतीत तक्रार आपल्या माध्यमातून नोंधवले आहे ज, ऐस टी महामंडला नी हा प्रश्न ही समस्यावरर लक्ष देउन योग्य कार्यवाही करावी ही विनंती

                I am doing online booking shivshahi bus name boisar to kolhapur time of bus 6.30 am on 31st August . My ticket is Mastan Naka to chandani chauk and Ticket No. 34369674 . I am waiting of bus 7.30 to 10.30 am but bus is not arriving . I am contact to Boisar Bus Depo but they not properly answer me when bus is coming and in online portal on ticket cancellation is also not working . So please return of my ticket money in my account .

                  I'm parag punyapreddiwar i go to chandrapur to ghodpeth for my work but i report that no any bus from janta college stop taking seat for ghodpeth i conformly say that for chandrapur to yawatmal chimur and other buses excepting nagpur each bus has stop for ghodpeth bur no any yawatmal bus and chimur bus stop here not accept ghodpeth seats i am talking about 9:15am to 10am timing same cndition for return on 5 clock no bus stop... On 30/08/2018 chimur bus at 9:20 i request somany times to driver conductor on janta college stop but they don't stop so why these bus drivers are harrashing us please solve this problem otherwise we go to consumer forum

                      On 24.07.2018 I had booked one ticket for travelling from Rajapur to Borivali for traveling on 17.08.2018 through your online site and payment is done through Billdesk.

                      Accordingly I had submitted wrtten application on 12.08.2018 to Rajapur Depot for refund of fare. Rajapur depot also processed the refund application and cancelled the bus ticket but I have not yet received any refund even after cancellation of ticket (Screen shot of cancellation of ticket done by Rajapur depot is also attached for your reference). I am following up for refund from last 20 days but refund is not yet received. Therefore requesting you to please refund the total fare of cancelled ticket . Details of cancelled ticket is as under.

                      My Complet is Resolved. My refund in credit in my account in 4 september 2018. But MSRTC Working prosess Time is 7 To 8 Working Day's. But my complet refund is working of 22 Day's for process. MSRTC very Bad service for processing.

                      From Shevgaon bus stand the buses are always late. It seems a big failure of BJP Government in Maharashtra. Today I had to wait 45 minutes for the arrival of my bus.

                        We are the students of Anjuman Islam Kalsekar Polytechnic, we are here at the bus stop of Thana Naka (opp garden hotel, Panvel, Navi Mumbai) since 6:00 pm, we waited for about 2.30 hours for the bus travelling from Panvel to Mumbra. After a long wait of about 2.30 hours a bus of mumbra came at 8:19 pm, we shouted at the driver to stop, but he didn't stopped at the bus stop. The bus number was MH 14 GB 2052. The timing at which the bus arrived was 8:19 pm (27th August 2018).
                        We request you to please take strict action against the driver.

                          Today (27/08/2018) i was travelling to mahalunge gaon to sindh colony at 9 50am. The bus driver is very rude and he was not stopping the bus in bus stops he was taking 50mtr ahead of bus stop. And he don't have patience to wait till all the passengers are get inside the bus also during get down he was too hurry to start the bus. For me he stopped at the next stop even though i was at the door step (I questioned him and he scolded me with bad words). And while getting down i fell down because he was too hurry to start the bus. Please take some rapid action on him. He was not deserved to be a driver. Bus is for public and he should learn respecting the passengers and as a driver he should have patience otherwise it is meaningless providing buses because everyone are scared to take the bus.

                            Hi team,
                            I had booked ticket #34217499 of shivshahi bus.in last minute of bus departure i was informed the designated bus was cancelled.
                            Instead i was asked to travel with ordinary bus.
                            My parent couldn't sit such suspension so i had to book private taxi and bear the consequences of booking public transport.
                            Can you please initiate the refund back to original source.
                            I contacted beed and swargate depo in person.
                            Also sent mails across to help desk.
                            Still no response.
                            I want to raise this request.

                              This is regarding the buses frequency issue from pen to panvel non-stop buses. Even after standing in line for one hr from 6-7 no buses will be allocated to travel for the pen to panvel route. If we asked for standing ticket, the conductor dinies saying that bus condition is not good to carry the standing crowd. The buses which are allocated to the selected routes and timimgs are not at all good. This is really very digusting that people have to wait for hours for their daily commute to work. This also resuts in delay for the work and the time which is pend to board the bus. I would request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible. Nobody is taking this issue seriously. Please i creas the bus frequency and quality of the buses. This is a humble request to you.

                                प्रवासादरम्यान गाडया महागडया हॉटेल्सवर थांबतात ( हॉटेल्स जेमतेमच फक्त जेवनाचे रेट जास्त ) प्रवास करणारे बहुतांशी सामान्य लोक असतात ज्यांना अशी हॉटेल्स परवडत नाहीत.. आज माझ्या समोर एका सामान्य कुटुंबाने आपल्या जेवनाची ऑर्डर फक्त रेट्स जास्त असल्यामुळे कॅन्सल केली व आपल्या लहान मुलाला ऊपाशी ठेवले.. पण चालक व वाहकांना जेवनात १००% सुट ( फुकट ) मिळते म्हणून ते अजीबात विचार करत नाहित पण सामान्य जनता लुटली जाते. तरी चालकांना सुचना द्याव्यात कि हॉटेल मालकांशी बोलन करुनच जे गरजू हॉटेल मालक असतील अशाच ठिकाणी गाड्या थांबवा०यात व चालक वाहकांकडून हॉटेलवाल्यांबरोबर दरपत्रका बद्दल वेळोवेळी चौकशी व्हावी.

                                  I just traveling from Latur to Pune, response from customers is huge but msrtc is not capable to serve this type of facility.MSRTC is charging fair more than private bus operator but not providing services. Bus is not cleaned and mobile charging socket is broken and not in proper condition, I try near another chair for charge but there was same problem. I am written this all as a feedback. Not complaining.

                                    I had done a booking for mumbai bus (Semi luxury) at 7:30 am from wakad and the bus was not available on the stop on time (That is at 7:30). Still i waited there for 1 hr and yet no sign of the bus.
                                    Even there are lots of problems for tracking the bus that u booked for. As there is no bus number printed on the ticket. Most pf the time this happens and passenger ends up in a heart break and has to board another bus inspite that he/she has reservation in an msrtc bus.
                                    Please improve on the use of technology and add features like tracking a msrtc bus or at least giving a notification to the user when will a bus arrive at his/her boarding stop.

                                      Hello team,

                                      We are facing error while transaction for reservation, i think in my career it is worst scenario of bus booking was still remains same

                                      As i shame on the services which is providing as unsuccessful, error technical challenges while open application or while doing payment.

                                      Even though msrtc still not going cashless while physical booking.

                                      There is no. Option. Working of card payment, netbanking,

                                      Worst and worst thing that there is no option o[censored]pi.

                                      No one pick up the phone if i call for assistance it is most worst thing. I don't know why you taken money/salary from govt.

                                        Dear sir, i have booked the online ticket from nagpur to adilabad bus schedule time was 12.20 at chatrapati chowk, bus came on time but driver is not stopped at chatrapati chowk stop, so i called to bus depot but they are not given proper solution and they shouting on me like you are doing fool to us.. I want to ask the question are they really sitting for helping comman people. Kindly take the action or give me any officer number so that i can refund my money... Please reply me asap
