Dear sir, i have booked the online ticket from nagpur to adilabad bus schedule time was 12.20 at chatrapati chowk, bus came on time but driver is not stopped at chatrapati chowk stop, so i called to bus depot but they are not given proper solution and they shouting on me like you are doing fool to us.. I want to ask the question are they really sitting for helping comman people. Kindly take the action or give me any officer number so that i can refund my money... Please reply me asap

The bus driver was refused to take the passengers from stop in between the whole journey or route. It is daily problem faced by lots of passengers beacause of this bus conductors and driver refused to take passengers. Bus has number mh14bt4078 which is pune - satana bus, which refused to take seats to pimpalgaon baswant the stop in between this route..
The conductor and driver behaves arrogant..
Plz solve as soon as possible..

I was going to darwha to yavatmal and was standing on bypass for bus . A bus came parbhani Nagpur at 3.00 pm (15.00 hrs ) tried to stop but driver did not stopped l saw there were very few passenger's in bus, next came aurangabad nagpur at 15.05 hrs it also did not stopped vere few passengers were in bus lately parbhani. Nagpur came which stopped ( ticket as proo[censored]ploaded ) why the drivers did not stopped are they blind or careless for passengers

I found that busses were stop for food on specific stop and the hotels were charged much more than normal, and passengers don't have options other than to pay because there where no other hotels. Please do something because msrtc is probably the best for lower economy and poor people and this high rate breakfast will hart there budget.
Don't know this complaint will going to attend or not but who so ever read this please think about the poor passengers who avoid food and travel due to high rate...

Why don't you provide student passes for management students we are students too we are not earning yet, me & my frnd daily travel from dapoli to chiplun its about 65 kms, the man at office first told that you should bring an authority letter of government that your college is authorized, & when i bought that documents he told that we can't provide you passes, for what purposes is government for thier should be at least age restrictions iam not saying that everyone management student doesn't earns but there is a requirement of such terms & conditions regarding monthly passes for management students we are from middle class dude we can't afford such expensive fares & there's only my mom in the house so even i can't leave her there alone

I booked shivshahi ticket from aurangabad to bhusaval on 18/8/2018 from redbus.. Received message of confirmation of ticket. I reached at bus stand early morning at 7.45 am but bus was cancelled and no information or announcement regarding bus cancellation.. So disappointing as i also booked ticket from bhusaval to bhopal via train.. I missed train due to iresponsible behavior of msrtc and redbus..

Myself tushar chopawar.
Traveling from aurangabad to mumbai dated 19 august 2018.
By shivshahi by msrtc, maharashtra..

Scheduled time of bus from aurangabad to mumbai was
10.51pm
Bus started itself from boarding at 11.30pm..

Arrival time was 6.30am.
It dropped me at 10.30am.

On the way driver and conductor halted many times to fill the vacant seats..
On the way the bus driver decided to halt at private restaurant for 1 hour.. I don't know for what reason...

Tandal- wadi to Gangakhed .
This bus driver and conductor is not able to follow bus timing every day.
Every day school, college students miss this bus because this msrtc person behaviour,

So please sirous action to your side.

This bus i had boarded panvel upto pune.
Bus reached foodmall at 0815hrs. Yet at 0855am bus is at foodmall coz they halted at 2 foodmall side by side... I had paid 190rs instead of normal fare of 150rs...

So that i can reach on time and comfertably...

I will raise matter on social flatform and to mr divakar rawte...

There is only one bus at morning 8 am. But the general time of many school nd colleges is 11 am so, if student miss that bus the problem occurs. So many students are troubled due to such situation. Please help the students from my area.

ठाणे खोपट डेपो मधुन सकाळी 6ला सुटणारी अलिबाग ठाणे गाडी आज 6.25 डेपो वरून सोडली गेली, ज्या गाडी चा टाईम 6.00 चा आहे, सतत सार्ख्या या रूटच्या गाड्या लेट असतात, प्रत्येक वेळी वेगवेगल्या कारण दिला जाते ड्रायवर कंडकटर कडुन, डेपोला चोकसी विन्डो तर लोकांवर उपकार करण्या साठी उघडली गेली आहे असी परीस्थीती आहे, या आगोदर पण कंपलेटी दिला गेलेल्या आहे, आज सकाळी [protected] या msrtc help line वर पण कंपलेट दिली आहे, सकाळी 6.27 ला ऐका बाजुनी गुड गवरन्स सांगीतले जाते मग का गुड गवरन्स दिले जात नाही??? का या प्रश्ना हा समस्या चा निराकरण हैत नाही??? प्रवास्ययानी होणार त्रासा बद्दल कोण जवाबदार आहे???

या समस्या वर लक्ष देउन निराकरण.करण गरजेचा आहे

I kindly request u to provide as much as buses for shevgaon! As compare to pathardi shevgaon is nthing for depo
They r just running by there own way
We hope to see a result soon n take a strict action

I'm from osmanabad, my 1st choice traveling by msrtc bus at any trip.
But mah. Gov. Celebrate his anniversary but other side condition of bus still as not change.
One site msrtc increase his ticket rate but passengers face many problems in rainy season one short example sent with this.
This is BAMANI TO OSMANABAD BUS DAILY TRIP BUS.
MH-07 C7233 FROM DATE[protected] TO 17-08-18 MAY BE CONTINUE.
Please my request take some action our passengers face many problems.

Shivshahi bus is not departing from ratnagiri to kolhapur on time and is also been cancelled without previour and further announcement even if seat is reserved. There are number of passenger who are willing to travel by shivshahi in this route. Shivshahi is not on scheduled. Inconvenience is caused to students and also officers. Please look after this issue. Keep updating.

The buses from nashik to jawhar at not comming . Especially parner -silvassa and Ahmednagar- silvassa. As college students especially ladies we have to reach home early. There is no option to reach jawhar. Its intolerable . Please take strict action. Its a request

12.08.2018, booked shivshahi bus from pune to kolhapur @6.30 am.
The bus never leaves on time, left [protected]@6.55 am.
Bus reached katraj and driver says the gear box has some issues and we were stuck till 8.30am @katraj till the new bus arrives.
When tried contacting the office @swargate, no proper response provided.
There was no proper communication provided to driver and sent the faulty bus for transport and the mechanics at katraj depo were not able to understand the fault it seems..
Thank you msrtc shivshahi bus service to ruin my day and trip. Very bad service!!

Krupaya laksh dyave yogya ti karyvahi karavi.ह्या अश्या लोकांमुळे सेवेची वाट लागत आहें.. Uttare saral milat nahi...सेवा सुधारली पाहिजे..नाहीतरी अपेक्षा करणे चुकीचं आहे

See the bus condition. Mangaon - shriwardhan. Regular daily bus. Please i requeste to MSRTC to change the bus or seats. All seats are damaged . These bus is always full of seats.

Islampur to kolhapur daily bus system collapsed completely. Over that control room and other staff at islampur bus stand is so arrogant that they answers in bad language to the peoples, senior citizens...
One ex. Date 10/08/2018 time from 7.30 to 10.00 pm no bus from islampur
If any problems arises to the bus it is duty of controller to tell public so atleast they can arrange other way...

Miraj-kolhapur MSRTC bus conductor (MH14BT0605) named Swapnil.S.Pidde was highly frustrated on the passenger for no cause. All the standing students(passengers) were pushed by him for making the way which can be done in smooth way too.
So I request you to take a quick action on this.

My name is ashish g. Masne and i am from jawala. B. K. I am complaining regarding less availability of buses. Their are lot's of bus which are going directly from akola to shegaon. Today allmost 10 to12 bus arrived at akola and leave with 2 and half hour for shegaon but don't have stop at villages which ate located at akola - shgaon road. This non-stop buses use to go empty. So take some step and increase buses which have stop at our villages. We arr facing lot of problem.

I have booked the ticket on the date of 5th august 2018 from kalyan to padalshingi (Georai). The timing on the bus ticket is 6:15 am but after discussion of the information counter i came to know that bus is on 7:30 pm at kalyan depot. Its harrassment of passenger.
I come very early in morning and wait approximately 1.5 hour on kalyan depot. So i request you to take necessary action on this to avoid harrassment of passenger.
