Government bodies are always careless about there work as the employee know what ever the coustomer feedback is they will get their payment on time i am traveling in a shivshai bus but the driver is discarding all the coustomers demand
1•when i asked for closing the cabin door he refused but when he wanted to close it he closed it.
2. When coustomer asked for turning off the ac he again refused by saying some people need it. But actually no one required it it's not his fault it's the fault of management that they don't train their employees for coustomer support.
3. When a young boy asked for turning off the light he said no and justified it by saying that it's needed but he turned off the cabin light
For his comfort. He also made his judgement on the boy with a person sitting next to him that by turning off light he want to do kissing.
5. I don't know if government cares about this complaint
But this is my last travel in government bus
Why the hell we pay taxes guyz if they can't provide better services we should pay taxes to ambani he can manage something like jio.

    I was travelling from chikhali to pune on 20 september 2018 and i reserved a ticket for the same from msrtc online reservation website. I reserved a ticket for shivshahi bus the bus timing was 9:45 at chikhali bus depot but due to some reason the bus was delaid by two and half hrs and also the bus was changed from shivshahi to ordinary.

    34661662 this is my ticket number and my seat no was 12. I demand an imidiate refund of...

    I forget my bag in bus of nagpur to aheri and i am trying to contact at bus depot of aheri the network is busy for since 2 hrs
    I have to check whether i can get my bag or not. I had also made complaint in toll free number of msrtc they had registered my complaint against network jamer of aheri bus stop.
    Kindly resolve my query as early as possible
    As I had my confirmed shivshahi reservation from Mapusa to Karad on 15 September 18 at 7:30 pm. No bus and no updates received from msrtc management. Even Landline number for Msrtc Panjim is not working to assist Passengers.As I had to look for another Private Bus service.
    No priority for Passengers. Poor Service.

      Sir,
      Nashik waghai via ahwa is only one bus in 24 hours round of clock. And since the maharashtra & gujarat divided the interstate transportation connected through only this bus. Since 1 week bus not coming from nashik depot. They are not sending bus intentionally. Very poor public are living in this area and no other transportation available between nashik and ahwa. Hence requested to give necessary direction to concern officer to start the nashik-waghai bus immediately to solve the problems of public.

        Hi Team,

        I want to share my experience with you and hoping you will take some action against the conductor.

        On 14th Sep’18 morning 11:15 i went to Mumbai by Pune to Dadar S.T bus and had a good experience, So while coming back I decided to take again S.T bus.
        I took bus from dadar (near to railway station) at 5:15 AM bus number MH.14. BT 3142, I asked conductor to give Pimpri ticket. he ask me to give 200rs I got confused coz while going to Mumbai I paid 170rs and how come going back its 200rs but still without arguing I gave him 200rs thinking may be from Mumbai to pimpri it would be 200rs. I gave him money and took the ticket. conductor move back started giving ticket to other guys. When I checked the ticket amount it was mentioned 170rs quickly I look back where is the conductor and he was looking at me only then in sign language I showed him ticket and said what is this you have to pay me 30rs back. Conductor said he will give later and after that slowly bus was totally full he has the change still he was not giving me, in a gap I asked four time to return the money. When he was not ready to give money and each time saying later I say he has 50rs, I told you give me 50rs will return 20 then he gave me in a rude way. When we reach to lonavala S.T stop from there within some distance there is snack center where all the S.T buses stop for refreshment. Conduction told he will move after 10 min, from the bus only two guys get down (me and one more guys) but the another guy he get down to buy water and he enter the bus and I went to washroom, I return back from washroom in four min and saw bus was not there. Conductor told bus will move in 10 min where as he took bus within 5/6 min. I was running here and there to see my bus finally I was sure bus left me, I told the driver from other bus that I miss the bus, I have to go pimpri. Luckly one bus was there which is also going pune and from the same route. That drive advise me to go by that bus as that is also S.T bus and I already had ticket. So I set in that bus.
        Bus moved and after few min conductor came to me and I explain him all situation why am in this bus. He said still I have to give 60rs I said why? I already have ticket why should I take again. He started giving use less reason, first he told in the ticket It has been mentioned that It is not transferable and I checked and said where it is mention show me then he said no it’s not in the ticket but I know. Then he said there is the procedure you have to take step back side of the ticket and then only he can allow me to seat I said I miss bus from snack center how can I get step there also your S.T driver only told me to seat on this how come he don’t know if this is the rule, if this is the procedure then all the worker from transport should aware about this update. Then I said it’s a government bus and both is S.T bus and from the same route why required extra money listing this he started shouting on me like a cheap person he told ‘ Agar paise ni dega tho bus rok ke utar duga tujhe, paise deta hai ki bus roku’ so I gave him 60rs he gave me ticket. Then I said I will complete about this then he said ‘ Jaa jo karna hai karle koie mere kuch ni ukard sakta’ and then he shouting on me and talk in dirty language and the most shocking thing happen at the time of getting down.
        I already informed conduction that I have to get down in pimpri, when we passed chinchwad and we were middle of chinchwad and pimpri he shout loudly at me ‘ oye chal idhar aa aur utar niche’ everyone in the bus was looking at me why conduction talking in such a bad language with him. I went to him near to bus door where he was seating I told him i have to get down in pimpri not here he said this is pimpri only go down I told this is highway and now way to go another side of the road and I could not walk on highway it’s risky. Still he shout on me and said ‘Chal uthar niche dimag mat kha’ and I have to get down middle of the highway and I worked almost half km to find the way to go other side of the road
        Such a bad experience with S.T bus and with the cheap workers. It’s a thousand time better to pay more and go with Cab or Volvo atleast they respect the customer and give good service.
        I suggest you guys do Alcohol check for this conductors and bus drivers
        I want you to take action against this conductor for S.T bus number MH.14 BT 3514 I travelled on 15th Sep’18 I took bus from lonavala around 12 PM. He is the most cheapest, vulgar, dirty person I met in my life.

        I’m hoping to get some reply about the action taken, I’m also thinking to go to media (FM radio) and ‘Times of India’ and soon will post same above article on PM Twitter as well.

          I booked asiad bus through msrtc website

          Ticket number[protected].
          Travel date -17 sep 18

          Boarding - aurangabad bus stand (Expected 11:30 am /actual 12:30 pm)
          Alighting - vallabh nagar-pcmc pune (Expected 5:10 pm/actual 8:30 pm)

          The bus that i booked was asiad - phone came at 11:20 am saying that asiad is not available and ordinary bus will come.

          There were alternate buses available but on request of transfer of ticket thee was denial.
          My family including child suffered this painful journey with a delay of reaching at home.

          On asking for the refund of difference amount of fare there was no support provided by conductor /driver as well as officials at aurangabad central bus stand.

          Can i get justice?

          Their is Loss of Lot of Students Time n Education The Conditions Of Busses are not Good It is so risky to travel in such Buses
          MH 14 BT 3978 I'm traveling towards Nashik. The bus has taken a halt at Hotel
          Jay Durga at this hotel there is no price list regarding food and the price are too high and the quality is not good . I believe MSRTC has a contract with them my humble request is you take some action regarding the complaint .

              Hi, i am standing at ywatmal bus station. Today we wanted to travel using shivshahi bus as heard @ that service. When inquiring @ time, officer telling me that there is no specific time and bus can come any time as per driver wish. I am surprised and miffed that one side we read department running at loss. And there is no sincerity at your end to rectify. It’s very unprofessional behavior and wondering how people can trust and get service they deserve. I am doing my job writing here with very less expectation that there will be action. But still hope you will look into it

                Respected sir,
                Subject:irregular bus service
                I am student of matoshree college of engginerring, odha, nashik, i have to complaint about irregular bus services. Previously there were 4 buses for us at 3pm after the college but panchavati depo reduce it one by one, we bought our passes for bus and still we have to spend our money on travelling, there are many more students suffer from this condition so that our total time west in journey only.
                Please try to take some action regarding this complaint

                  I am chetan patil traveling from pune to nashik in bus no 1284, i have one query for you sir, of what things you take charges 410
                  I think you take it for providing service to passengers, not a single charging port is working of bus even the switch is on from drivers dashboard i am traveling in night sir my battery is dead how should i contact any one if i want to contact, very disappointed by the service 0/10 for the service, i think i would have gone with private bus instead of shivshai there charges are also low as compared to shivshai

                    Booked a ticket online for 6.15 am hirkani bus from pune station to dadar... Shocked to know that the hirkani buses never run on time.. This so called 6.15 am bus has started at 7.15 am (Bus details mh06s 8268 date:17/9/2018).. Exactly one hour delay from the scheduled time... Meanwhile sorry to point out.. None of these issues are faced with the shivneri busses.
                    The bus interiors are not maintained at all. The seats are all stained and badly need refurbishing. Curtains are coming off.curtains also need washing, looks like they havnt been washed ever. It use to be such a pleasure traveling by shivneri, but now standard has come down and ticket has gone up.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      1. My ward travels on daily basis from air force devlali to cbs to attend coaching classes.
                      2. While issuing service pass, at bhagur bus stand, pass issuing staff issued a service pass in place of student pass to my ward and also made it from air force guard room to bhagur and then from bhagur to cbs instead making a direct pass from af guardroom to cbs.
                      3. Also the person making passes is behaving very rudely. Like he used the words with me "tum log hamara bahut dimag khate ho". It can be imagined that if he behaves this way with a man in uniform, how he would be behaving with general public.
                      4. My another complain is that on 16 sep 18, my ward was not allowed to travel up to dwarika with service pass in a bus which was going from bhagur to ambad, stating that was not my wards route bus and because of this my ward reached late in the exam.
                      5. I request that my above mentioned points may be considered by your office for issuing appropriate guidelines to the concerned dealing personal to avoid any further difficulties to the passengers.

                        Today 15 september 2018 at around 7pm i was on my scooty with my mom at upanagar signal nashik and a mahamandal bus driver bus no was mh 15 ak 8046 came from backside n dashed my scooty. My right hand is been injured and even my mom is being injured and instead of being guilty the driver of bus argued with me in a very bad language he abused me in front of all people on signal very badly. I want u to take action on this situation because instead of being guilty the bus driver abused a lady in publically. I want you take any action against it.

                            I have complained to msrtc for refund of excess charging while booking on line ticket me @ senior citizen.

                            On my complaint i received a call and mail stating to send pictures of front and reverse side of my card thru which ticket was books.
                            The same was sent without cvv number.
                            Now msrtc want my confidential cvv number for remittance of paltry sum of rs 350 /-

                            This is out of way my plane request is to refund me the amount to the card no through which ticket is booked.

                              Travel date 15/09/2018

                              1 waman gokhale age 65 complete, (Senior citizen)

                              2 smita gokhale age 61
                              The ticket charges taken for me full charge (No senior citizen concession) and for mrs smita 61 full charge.
                              As such refund me the excess charges as no senior citizen concession was given to me.
                              Ticket charges recovered rs.832
                              (Less) charges for senior citizen rs.505.
                              Therefore excess charge of rs.327/-
                              Refund rs327 to me for one ticket.
                              There is option available on your online booking site.

                                The bus we heir from pune to aurangabad is totally out of maintenance the seat are broken very uneasy to sit on it and the dirty bus as you can its long tour of about 4hrs how can a person sit over such a broken seat and fair for this seat is as much as the other well seats so what to do.
                                Plz do major changes in this area. So that hopefully no other can be in problem.

                                  As mentioned in subject I am Manoj Laxman Gund resident o[censored]le tq South solapur dist solapur which is situated on Solapur tuljapur roa.After our several requests S T promisees us that their buses will take stop at Ule and will drop and pick up the passenger from Ule itself...
                                  But till date buses are refusing to take stop and drop and pick up the passenger..
                                  So passenger of near about 7-8 villages around Ule are suffering a lot..
                                  Controller given order to every depot but nobody cares even informed in writing..
                                  So plz note and start our own stop..

                                    I was traveling from wagholi (Pune) to shikrapur. Bus no mh 40 - - 6039.

                                    I asked for ticket he handed over me ticket which is already drawn of amount 340₹ and asked me 55₹ i asked him to provide me valid ticket then he tried to negotiate and asked me 40 ₹ instead give me valid tickets.

                                    When shikrapur came he asked me that ticket back (340₹), i said give me then valid ticket, then he yell on me xsssxxss words. I said i will going to complain this issue, then he said go ahed do whatever you can do.

                                      Website of msrtc for booking tickets online is not working properly. I tried to register several times. But, it was not possible. So, tickets reservations were also not possible. So, its kind request to the respective authorities to resolve the issue as early as possible. It will be highly beneficial & convenient for all the people of maharashtra using state transport services.
                                      All mumbai msrtc depo toilet contractor per head 5 ruppy charges
                                      Pls check this mater
