We are suppose to travel from pandharpur to jalna via kolhapur-jalna shivshahi sleeper the regular time of arrival of shivshahi is 10:45 pm but now it's 1:33 am but there is no bus available up till now.it very disappointing.please take appropriate action bcoz it is really very inconvenient to customer, this irregularity in timeliness of shivshahi is increasing rapidly .we hope strict action will be taken against it so that next time we can get less perturbation..we are requesting you to please inquire about it as early as possible

    Dear Sir,
    Bus No MH-14 BT-2326 is having heavy water leakage from roof and floor. I was travelling by this bus on date 07.07.18 from Nashik to Dahanu which starts at 7.00 Am from Nashik.
    It was raining that day and heavy water was leaking from top, bottom . Also there is water leakage from windows also as its rubber gasket are damaged.
    Kindly look into this .

      Journey Date : 8th/July/2018
      I booked the ticket for MSRTC semi Luxury bus from Swargate to Borivali and bus time was 9AM from Swargate. The Bus should reach Wakad stop by 9.45AM (As per update from MSRTC staff). After some time they gave update as 9AM bus has been cancelled and they will allow me to seat in 10AM semi Luxury bus. Then they cancelled 10AM bus as well. We were waiting on Wakad bus stop from 9.15 to 11.45 but there was no semi Luxury bus from Swargate to Borivali. At the end we got update that there is no semi Luxury bus by 11AM. When we tried calling Swargate MSRTC depo, they told us that they will first send us by 10AM bus then they told they will send by 11AM bus. I even asked Shivneri bus conductor that we are ready to pay difference ticket for Borivali but they told me that there is no option of difference ticket they denied me to get into Bus. I have not even got refund of my ticket. In this whole scenario they not even sent single update regarding bus cancellation. I was calling them all the time.

        I am a usual Pune-Mumbai Shivneri customer. This has become a very common scenario where the buses break down, and no help whatsoever is made to the passenger. I take the 5:30 am bus from Pune station so that I can reach office at 9:30. An early morning bus will stop working, then that is not possible. All the passengers had to hunt for a new ride in the heavy rains

        With the hiked prices in Shivneri fare, the least expected is an on time and safe journey.

        I request you to kindly refund my money.

        Non availability of normal buses at 15 min interval on Amravati Nagpur highway at any time. Shiv shahi has not taken stop as per normal buses. After 8.30 pm only shiv shahi are available from Amravati to Nagpur. Shiv shahi must be optional ur department is trying to make it compulsory.
        I am traveling from pathardi-Mumbai and I have reserved online for the same. It is supposed to depart 10.15 and everyone is here since 9.45 ...it's 11.50 now still there is no indication that it will depart in next 15-20 min. As per received information that they are waiting for drivers to come.
        Sir please take the appropriate action against the bus depo manager of Paratwada depo which is in Amravati District. The buses are not running on time on Paratwada-Amravati routes. The students and Employee are facing very much problem due to indiscipline of the Paratwada depo.

          I booked a ticket from Pune to Mumbai for 1st July, 2018 for my uncle Mr. Sonudas C Kubal.
          However, the bus did not arrived at the boarding point (Deccan gymkhana).

          After on call discussion with concerned person today, I have been told that the route for the bus had been changed. Without notifying the passenger the bus left for the Mumbai.

          Attaching herewith the bus ticket which clearly says that boarding point is Deccan gymkhana.

              Shivshahi is the best services for us but bus having mobile charger port but any bus charger port not working.
              I am daily using ur transport
              From to
              Nagpur. Bhandara
              Nagpur. Amravati
              Nagpur. Sakoli
              Nagpur. Chandrapur

              But no one bus charger port works.
              Plz do something
              If you have taking the charges of all services that you provide in bus then this is also ur responsibility to check all services are reaching or not to customers.

              I Digvijay D Jadhav used to travel from Vita to RIT college, Islampur. From Vita to RIT college it gives ticket of Islampur of RS 60. And again if sometime we used to go from RIT college to Islampur it fairs 10 RS. Why the tickets from Vita to RIT college are not available?or where to I complain about it?

              Dear Team, kindly register the complaint about not took a stop at Chhatrapati Nagar bus stop - bus Name - Nagpur to Aheri. I can't see the number. DT. 06/07/18 TIME - 03.30 pm at chhatrapati. Bcoz of traffic jam its get late but it did not take stop and we passengers further wait for another bus in rain. What should you have take any action?

                I am traveling from nagpur to bhandara i shivneri. My friends told me that shivshahi is the best bus to travel in maharshtra as it has ac, charging points and reclining seats but when i tried to charge my mobile the charging points are not working. I asked to conductor he said they are not connected and no one charge mobile in it. This is hopeless answer any one can expect. Either there should not be charging points or the points which are there should work. Also they have take. Additional charges too don’t know what’s that.

                  Complaint regarding mh 20 bl 2937 bus in chopada bus depo. This bus travel through rought chopada-surat-chopada.
                  In above mentioned bus 50% seats are breakdown. People's who goes to surat travel standing even seats are empty because sits are not in condition to sit. Even this bus has poor suspension.in one direction chopada to surat total distance 350 km and required 8 hours.
                  Pls sort out this issue as early as possible

                    Sir, I have booked ticket on 8/6/18 from swargate, pune to hyderabad... But the marte cancelled it due to Rtc strike in mumbai... Till now, I didn't get my money back... So I'm requesting u to note this and refund my money...

                      Traveling nasik to borivali, shivshahi buses are worst buses ever, as soon as it starts raining water start dripping from upper windows, when complained about it to conductor he just checked it n sat on his seat, i told him again k do something about it, he was like me kai karu mage jaun basa, there was an empty seat so i sat there, what if there were no empty seats, was i suppose to seat under dripping water for 5 hours.
                      What is the role of a conductor, why is the bus quality so bad??

                        I was seated in the bus from dange chauk to balewadi stadium bus number is mh12 kq0674 they didn't take proper service. He has chosen bussshhi path n while i asked the question to the conductor he answered me that passenger are on this path as another buses are going using flyover. So i am unhappy with answer as well service. Please train that driver as well.
                        All the employees from Shivaji nagar, Pune currier office are not available on working hours, they left for lunch before lunch time at 13:50 at 27/6/18 while the lunch timing scheduled from 14:00-15:00.

                          अकोला पुणे बस मंचर स्टँडवर अली असता पहिल्यांदा बस थांबवली व परत प्रवाशी चढत असताना पुढे नेली, प्रवाशी पडतील म्हणून चालकास विचारले असता अरेरावीची भाषा केली आणि म्हंटले जा तुला कुठे सांगायचं ते सांग बस नंबर mh 14 bt 4375, असा आहे कदाचित घाईत घेताना चुकला असेल पण मंचर स्थानकात बस बरोबर 9.55 सकाळी येते. ड्राइवर ला समाज देऊन कृपया प्रवाशांचे हाल टाळावे आणि मला त्याबद्दल कळवावे.

                            Myself Pooja Bhagat having issue with online msrtc bus ticket booking system.

                            Booked online ticket for Parel to Alibag shivsahi through msrtc online booking . Money was deducted from bank but booking was not confirmed.Please help to refund amount of Rs.401 . Attaching bank statement for refernce.

                              Respected sir,
                              I am regular traveller of msrtc buses from mouda to nagpur because i am a student and studying in nagpur. Sir, i am residential of a small village mathani, which come before mouda. Sir its a genuine request from all employee and students that kindly provide stoppage to the super buses at mathani village because there is a river between mathani and mouda although the distance is just 3 km but the private taxi drivers demands more fare for the same distance and ignore to the mathani residentials to take as their customers. Sir plz kindly grant nagpur depot permission for this. This will definately going to help numerous people who travels from mathani at any time in evening too.
                              I am requesting you to consider my request and grant nagpur depot this permission.

                                Pune to akkalkuwa bus no 3751, this bus not arriving in rahata bus stand on today 27 jun 2018. Bus never arrived at rahata bus stand. When i called up the shirdi bus stand, they said that the bus has already left. Senior citizens, servants & students are presented in this time at rahata bus stand & waiting for this bus. I dont know where the bus dissappeared in between. This is the much time it is happening to me with msrtc and this would be my last time as i have never experienced such a worst service in my entire life. Please check the arrival & departure log book in rahata bus stop and given the strong action.

                                  I am currently traveling from swargate to barshi by ordinary bus mh 14 bt 3774. Driver stops bus on a hotel named "national hotel and lodge" alias "national dhaba" at location nh 65 kedgaon station road maharashtra 412203. My complaints regarding this are beliw
                                  1) why msrtc bus stops on non assigned dhaba
                                  2) they are charging higher rates then normal fares (Like they have charged me rs. 150/- for just half plate rice and daal
                                  3) food quality was worse
                                  Kindly answer my complaint and reverse the paid amount to hotel as this is drivers fault

                                    I mrs vidya suryvanshi would like to bring to your notice that pls tek an action on the bus conductor for delay n rudeness with the lady passengers,
                                    I booked bus tkt from wai to pune station for 15/06/18... Bus was scheduling at 1:15 pm but came at 2:10 from mahabaleshwar and when i asked conductor whether bus will reach by 4 pm as i had to catch train at 4:35 pm on the same day... He said rudely that buses won’t run on time k said he will break for lunch... I spoke to mahabaleshwar depo official he was helpless and sorry too. She had to drop that bus&went by taxi to catch the train. We neither traveled nor got refund bus fare &had to pay 1000/- for taxi from wai to pune.
                                    Request to authority that not to misguide passengers.. Follow timings or atleast intimate delay in advance.. Pls teach wai enquiry counter to behave and answer to ladies atleast.

                                      Today as on 25/06/18 i am traveling from latur to osmanabad from bus no mh 20 bl 4233. Bus start his journey at about 10:30 pm from latur.

                                      Driver has very much slow speed that it will take more than 3.5 hrs to reach osmanabad. And driver talking on mobile phone while driving bus.

                                      So take strick action so that passengers will reach there destination on time & safely.

                                      The bus is not properly maintained as rain water was continuously leaking on the second last seat from the sun roof. Even after charging exorbitant amount the passengers have to face such an inconvenience.MSRTC should consider this seriously and refund the ticket to the passenger.

                                        I take bus from indra, wakad to hiranandani (Borivali bus) every monday morning. The timing of the bus is 5:30 from swargate and in wakad it is 6. But the bus always comes late by around 7:30. This is frustrating, because so many people travel and it's almost all booked. So people have to show their ticket and get in. Still always late. You should make this better because a lot of people use this mode. Increase the number of buses from different stops at least. It's really annoying because it doesn't matter how early bus timing you book, you will always be late
