I wait on yavatmal bus stand since 3.30 pm for shivshahi yavatmal to nagpur til 6 pm, but couldn't find any shivshahi bus.. When enquired to conductor (The one who sits in cabin on bus stand for ticket booking) he said"timings are not fix.. When the bus will arrive vll give you tickets". And it is not the first time that this bus got delayed.. Who is responsible for this irresponsible behavior.. If you can raise the rate of travel why not...

I have done online booking for a 4 pm swargate to mumbai msrtc bus which is delayed by 2 hours but they are not ready to put me on the previous bus where they are booking current customers. So the one who has booked in advance has to wait the most! Staff is unruly and does not listen to so many o[censored]s who are pleading for the past 2 hours. Not even refunding my money so that i can take some other travels. State transport is the worst...

I had booked online ticket for nashik pune shivsahi bus on 16 june 2018. My transaction was successful but i haven't received any e ticket as well as any booking details. When asked at ticket counter they replied your booking was not done. I was with my 5 year old daughter and was under trouble. They told me to book again. E ticket is just helpless. We cannot releive on such transaction....

The st strike was taken without any prior notice. Due to which we did book the tickets but could not board the bus. There has to be a way where one gets his/her money back in such situations.

'https://public.msrtcors.com' is the site on which the bookings were done.
There is no complain portal provided on it.br...

Every weekend i am travelling to nasik throgh shivshahi but the buses are never on time.. If st wants to retain their travellers, respect timing of customers... We always have to wait min 1 hour for the buses, if st is unable to provide service then tell customers upfront. Today also 1.15 pm bus is late by 2 hour (Just now 11.15 am bus has come)... Please don't fool customers...

Complaint relating mr. H v patil conductor of dahanu bus i have experienced with him most of time conductor never return change sutte paise to customer
Example ticket amount is rs.96 and customer give him rs 100 note he never return rs.4 return it's happened frequently and even he speak with customers ruddly

I had took a semi luxury bus to mahabaleshwar and kept my pickup point as dadar. Bus never arrived at my pickup point even after 1.5 hrs. When i called up the mumbai central station, they said that the bus has alrrady left. I dont know where the bus dissappeared in between. This is the second time it is happening to me with msrtc and this would be my last time as i have never experienced such a worst service in my entire life. Details of...

As expected, msrtc customer care is also pathetic as their usual services.

It is very difficult to reach out to any of the help lines or bus depot for any of the queries.

I have been trying to reach shivaji nagar bus stand since long time but the proactive workers don't bother to respond. And toll free line is made to make us listen some useless music...

And still they want hike...!!!...

I travelled no. of times from kolhapur to Pune by shivneri. Bus stops at Malabar hotel at Satara. This hotel us very dirty and unhygienic. I asked driver not to stop here but he didn't listen.
The hotel staff was also arrogant. The bus was stopped they for more than 1 hour.
The ticket is attached for bus details. Bus no. 0212 time 15.00
Request to find some safe, hygiene and good hotel for stoppage....

Bus no. Mh14 bt 2113 this leaves from dhule to indore at 12pm as the time shows but its stading in the bus stand of dhule from last 1.30 hrs neither conductor nor driver has come yet. This is really not acceptable all the passengers here are loosing there patience, we all have some work in indore or other places we are wasting our time here. This is totally unprofessional from maharashtra bus service....

I am adv prakash chavan, facing below problem in phaltan st agar depo

1) driver is not available and he is coming late
2) driver is available and st is not available.
3) st is not traveling on time particularly non stop swarget.
4) as per some of the staff of st, due non availability of electrition person, they are facing problem every day, particularly on monday.
5)...

On the login page of msrtc after entering username and password even if the captcha is entered correctly it doesn't get matched.
Kindly look into this complaint with priority and take some immediate action.
Because of this bug we are not able to book any tickets neither we are able to view the maharashtra state govt buses.
Please give high priority to this issue.

On msrtc website written about 4 days aavdel tethe pravas scheme. It states that on last day of your journey if schedule time to reach the destination is before 12 am of last day of 4 days pass. If in case bus late by any reason consumer is not affected to issue ticket.
In my case i was travelling from solapur to wardha by shivshahi bus "pandharpur to nagpur" on[protected] i caught this bus at 9:00 am from solapur and actual time...

This is pravin, i am a regular customer of msrtc i have complaint against the maintenance department if ac shivshahi buses. This is really a appreciated service started by msrtc but now buses are outoff maintenance, like ac blowers not working broken, sheat not properly, broken windows glasses. Lack of maintenance on regular basis. We want this buses in proper position....

Dear sir, my self mahesh mahajan, i am the regular customer of msrtc, but it is observed that, we god the worst food as well as rate of that food is costly.

Sir, todat (09/06/18) at 7.00 am i was traveling shivsahi from sangli to pune by bus no mh47y0089. I have purchased the ticket from the counter and they have allotted seat no 8 to me. While putting my luggages on rack, i have missed my ticket. I have searched everywhere but i couldn’t find out it. I have approached the counter to get a duplicate ticket. The concerned officer who has issued the ticket to me, was not ready to hear me and...

I am daily travelling person from atpadi to sangola. On this bus not a single bus departing on time the drivers and conductors are not following bus schedule they are going for the nashta and all. On this day also the bus time is 7.30 instead driver and conductor is not here at 7.50 also. We must have to reach our place at 9.00 but only because of these unresponsible managing and because of drivers and condustors we are getting late every...

Mumbai narayangaon st was supposed to come in panvel st depot at 3.15 pm. We are waiting since last one and half hour but there is no bus.. And when asked in depot, their reply was way beyond rude stating that they r not here to give running update.
Pathetic msrtc service.
No value for passengers time.
I condemned the msrtc.
Should learn punctuality....

I want to bring to your kind notice that th busses are too dirty even the seats smell full of dirt.
Behavioir of the driver is not good with the passengers travelling. Not even with the old passesngers travelling.
Plz maintain cleanliness in theses busses.
Or the same situation is happening...
