Dear sir,
I sanjay rajmal zawar booked one medicine sample parcel on urgent basis to ahmednagar by the name of vikas sangale on dated 30 dec.
Till time your ahmednagar parcel office manager is not ready to handover the parcel... Even they are behave with arrogance.
Already i had paid cash at nashik office with extra 20 rs for handling charges... Plz resole my complaint & handover parcel to vikas.
Is this way to treat with customer need immediate response.
After inquiring into a bus inquiries on the bus station in Kolhapur bus station, it is not possible to speak plainly about the people who have given rhetorical answers to the untimely people, and that our people

    At chandrapur bus stop the officer who issue bus passes is still not on his chair the timing of issuing bus passes is 9:00 am but till 9:20 am he was not in office the school students still wating

      विषय - वाई आगारातील बसेसच्या कोलमडलेल्या वेळापत्रकाबाबत.
      महोदय,
      मी वर नमुद अर्जदार सह्याद्रीनगर वाई येथे राहत असून गेले 4 वर्षे झाली आपले परिवहन विभागातील बसने वाई - सातारा असा दररोज प्रवास करीत आहे. तरी सकाळपासून ते संध्याकाळ पर्यंत कोणतीच ordinary (साधी) गाडी वेळेवर येत नाही. सदरबाबत विचारणा केली असता कायम आरेरावीची भाषा वापरुन उडवाउडवीची उत्तरे दिली आहेत. आपल्याला आवश्यक वाटलेस आपण वाई आगारात येवून गाड्यांचे वेळापत्रक पहावे. एकही कर्मचारी कधीही वेळेवर उपस्थित नसतो. कर्मचारी जेव्हा येणार तेव्हा गाडी सुटणार असा थाट येथील अधिकारी वर्गाचा असतो. दररोज होणार्या उशीरामुळे विद्यार्थी आणि कर्मचारी वर्गाचे आतोनात असे कधीही नाही भरून निघणारे असे नुकसान होत आहे. सदर नुकसानाला जबाबदार कोण?
      तसेच काही काही वाहक मासिक पास धारकांसोबत आरेरावीची भाषा वापरुन बस मध्ये येण्यास मज्जाव करतात. त्याबाबत वरीष्ठ अधिकार्यांना विचारणा केली असता त्यांनी कधीही त्याबाबत कोणतीही कारवाई केली नाही.
      तसेच वाई - सातारा विना थांबा सेवा दर 20 मि. गाडी आहे. सकाळी 7 ते 8.30 या वेळेत त्या गाड्या मोकळ्या जातात पण कधीच ordinary बसेस मोकळ्या जात नाहीत.
      त्यामुळे सदर गैरहजर राहून कर्तव्यात कसूर करणार्या कामगारांची चौकशी करून सदर समस्येवर लवकरात लवकर तोडगा काढावा. ही विनंती.

        Dear sir,
        This is Avinash Patil from sangli.
        I have travelled from Wai (Dust. Satara) to Katraj (Pune) via extra bus on tuesday 30/01/2018.
        I have some change remaining with Conductor. I requested him for change but he didn't had any and his attitude was too casual. Just like come for next 3-4 stations and I will pay the change.
        So I requested them again that kindly wait for 2-3min and I will get the change from outside. He was agree to stop, I have confirmed twice.

        Within a minute I got change and handovered him through window and requested him to payback remaining amount.

        Instead of stoping the bus he started the bus ahead. I have walked around a kilometer to catch the bus. But it didn't stop.

        If that is the attitude of an servant of your organisation. It's the reason why your buses were targeted during in mishap in state.

        Kindly request you to look in the issue. And do the needful.

          We people daily travel from solapur to ashtamod,
          After 08.00 pm there no any local bus on that rout, only solapur to hyderabad bus available, these bus conductor stop only naldurg & umerga, we request every time but they dont stop at ashtamod.
          Ashtamod is major junction on this rout. If there is no stop on this rout so please add this stop in etm machine.

            On date 28/01/2018 the boarding point of my travel was shivaji nagar pune and arrival point point was nashik dwarka.in bus no mh 14 bt 5002. Fare ₹311 which was more than ordinary bus fare which was ₹230 about costing ₹81 more. The bus was taking halt at every stop as the ordinary bus do. Like manchar, aalephata, no bypass it gone to sangmner and sinnar also then what is the use of paying ₹81 more.

            I am sadique from panvel I was traveling of mumbara to panvel I was stand of mumbara police bus stop. Bus comeing on time (20:00). but bus not stopping on bus stop there was bus driver is talking on cell phone and he was not stop of bus stop. I was stock of the place

              At 3:26pm. The bus going from yawal to chalisgaon.... The conductor are very misbehavior about ladies, old passenger and college girl..... This kind of person are very risky for people, passenger and our department also government.....
              Pls take an strict action.... For the country.. Good department....

                I booked a bus from bombay to pune yesterday, jan 28th 2018, 5:00pm bus.

                I wanted to get down at baner/ balewadi near stadium - this was the first time i was travelling by shivneri and did not know the stops.
                During the break stop at the foodcourt in lonavala, i asked the driver where the bus is designated to stop to which he replied that it will stop at hotel sadanand. I confirmed my drop point and went and took my seat which was second last.

                When the bus entered pune, after the wakad/ hinjewadi stop, the driver picked speed and drove at almost 80kmph. I managed to get out of my seat and safely sit on a seat somewhere in the middle. I had a big bag with wheels which i could not walk with in the moving bus. The driver drove full speed and did not stop at hotel sadanand and kept screaming 'baner balewadi' i requested to give me a minute since i had a bag and i cannot come forward in a moving bus. He drove past my stop without slowing the bus. He screamed at me continuously and kept saying it is not his fault and that i should have told him i want to get down at baner. He stopped the bus somewhere on the bridge in the middle of the highway where there were no lights, no place to walk and continued screaming. I was forced to ask him to shut-up to which he told me that i do not have manners to speak!

                I am middle aged female and was travelling alone. Because of his rude behavior, i had to get down in the middle of the highway and drag the bag on the highway - there was no place to walk, no way to get down and no cabs!

                I would like to understand why he did not stop at the designated stop. Are passengers supposed to tell the driver his duty??? I did not even know where the sadanand stop is - isnt it the driver's duty to guide passengers and ensure they de-board the bus safely, especially a female passenger after dark.

                This ridiculous attitude of this driver has shown me that msrtc and shivneri is not concerned about their passengers safety or comfort during travel. You do not have any conductors and no service that could help passengers. It was the most horrible experience and i am going to let my relatives, friends and family know not to trust shivneri

                I want to see strict disciplinary action against this driver. A warning should be given to such people who do not care. This also involved rash driving and speeding on the highway within city limits. Rude behavior toward customers. Ignorance of safety protocols and lapse of duty by not stopping at designated stops.

                Washim bus stand is always dirty. Please try to keep it clean. Buses of washim depot running between Pusad to akola are not in good condition. Windows of these buses are in bad condition.

                  Myself mayur tawhare and i wanted to travel to lonavala from talegaon dabhade as the conductor in bus named as parkhi bus coming from from narayangao to mumbai. Have not allowed me to travel as they said there is no standing facility for bus but as present there were passenger standing. Also the person sitting at talegaon at stand has not responded me properly and when asked name he is not answered me properly. Kindly reply me as i m also a government servant.
                  I had taken a bus(Non Stop Bus) from baramati for pune at 1:45pm which arrived pune swargate bus stand at 4:30pm.
                  In that particular bus i forget my hand bag (pouch bag) which is of Black Colour which contains my IDs like Aadhaar Card, Spec.
                  I forget that particular bag at Swargate Bus Stand.
                  Please help me.

                    In the morning at 7:30 am me and my father go from the amalner to dhule in msrtc bus amalner to aurangabad, bus started and after some time we say to counductor tell driver to drive properly bus on speed breaker, counductor say driver is unable to see breaker so he drive as he want. After that when we reach in dhule both bus driver and conductor came on road and rise him voice and use very bad words.
                    Sir,
                    I have reservation of seat no 15 & 16 of kolhapur to beed bus timing 8 pm from kolhapur.
                    But bus haven't departed yet . It is alost 3 hour late now. Msrctc should pay for this time next mental suffering.

                    We require Vithalwadi to Islampur ST bypass.currently it's routed to Pune & it's difficult to travel because it's taking almost 2 to 3 hours in pune.when we are traveling it's pain.so kindly take action of this.stop the Pune & transfer to Bypass this.

                      I had bought ticket from umbraj to swargate (Pune). I got down the bus at satara to get water and informed conductor about the same, but there was parking crisis at bus stop, due to which i couldn't find my bus. When i talked to station manager mr. Kodi, about the same, he was very rude and uncivilized. He denied me alternative arrangement till pune and told me to complain anywhere, he doesn't care. Pathetic experience of state transport

                        I have booked ticket for two person (Me & my wife) from pune to nasik journey on date 25.01.2018 with ticket number[protected]Trip number nsk[protected]. My boarding time was 20.15pm hours at bhosari location however we have waited for 3 hours for our reserved bus but it didn't came. We tried to inquired buses that passed through bhosari but no one allow us to seat. Also, we tried to contact your helpline number (+[protected] / [protected]) but no response was there from msrtc side. At around 23.20pm hours, we connected to your helpline number we got horrible and pathetic replies from your msrtc helpline number.

                        Finally at around 24:00 hours, we decided to cancel our journey because of your pathetic treatment. If you want, we will share you the audio recording of your helpline number. What kind of service you are providing to your passenger specially for ladies. It was really bad experience for us and need justice in this regards.

                          Every time this same things happening i am traveling to pune from pathardi ahamadnagar
                          If they are promised to give certain bus so they have to assure that we are providing the same
                          At point of departure bus is different from shiv shahi and people call that bus laal dabba
                          I am so so much upset about msrtc that's is reason people love to travel from private bus
                          The person who is in enquiry counter is totally pathetic his mr. Palwe please do something

                            I got the bus from shrigonda to ahmednagar but bus got problem nd it just got shut down with fire burn in ahmednagar district at shrigonda bustop has very old and worst busses busses got shut down anywhere and nowdays busses got the lot of problems bus conductor also not give us reports for another bus due to this my ticket became waste my ticket money also went in dustbin you have to provide a proper service with quality.
                            I hope next time i will not be face any problem. Improve the busses quality of shrigonda bustop. And last one what the worst mechanics your company posted their chake their worst education quality.

                              As per situation faced today on 23/1/2018 at hadapsar vinanti bus thambha mr. Of bus no - mh 14 bt - 3328 from jeyur to pandharpur departured at 9.30 from swargate bus stand and my friend was travelling through same bus and i have planned to board the bus from hadapsar as i am a residence of hadapsar so i was waiting for 1hr for the bus, though hand was shown for stopping bus at vinanti bus thambha hadapsar, bus have not stopped (Already my friend have informed bus conductor regarding boarding., also bus was found to be empty so what is the use of vinanti bus thambha facility provided if bus is not going to stop so passenger is suffering for the same,
                              What action will msrtc will take on driver and conductor if passenger is suffering from financialy, mentally or physicali due to this kind of attitude of drivers, also ticket booker at vinanti bus thambha is not able to address the problem
                              Low frequency of buses during evening and no proper information is given regarding schedule of buses and frequency of buses.

                                  With above subject the conductor showing the miss behave for passenger
                                  And the displays board of bus is superfast but the bus is like ordernery take tumchi time. I complaint conductor the person miss behave with mi please raise the complaint for the person name mr. P. S wankhede buss no mh 40 y 5578

                                    Dear msrtc,
                                    Complaint in regards to lateness in arrival of bus from swargate pune to other stop in pune bremen chowk.
                                    It is a persistent problem that the bus is never on time whether it be morning afternoon or evening, upon calling the given number for contact[protected] hardly anyone responds, we pay an amount of 450/- but the value for money due to such behavior on your part is 0.
                                    Kindly look into the same or best yet, shut down your services since they aren’t doing well anyway.
                                    With this behavior i don’t believe msrtc can do any business, that being said this is my nth time.

                                      Hello sir/madam,
                                      I travels frequently from pune to nashik or nashik to pune. I always prefer state transport buses to travel. As per the norms, from 08/07/2016, anyone can have basic breakfast + tea in rs.30/-.
                                      But this norm is not followed by some hotels. I personally experienced it at hotel gurudev nearby narayangaon, pune - nashik highway. Here, any breakfast food is at the cost of rs 40/- or greater..!!! Even a lassi is at the cost of rs. 50/-
                                      This is just an example of loot..! And horrifying thing is that i saw a poster by msrtc for awareness of such a loot near to the entrance of the hotel..!
                                      I tried to contact on the given number from the poster[protected], but the call was not answered.
                                      I got few questions in my mind,
                                      1) does it mean, they are permitted to do this by msrtc..?
                                      2) isn't it our right to have affordable breakfast or meal at msrtc's authorised bus stop?
                                      3) whether msrtc will take action on them or not?
                                      As a commom maharashtra citizen, i request msrtc to take some strict action on behalf of every common citizen and stop such a loot..!!!

                                      Tea is rs.20 and breakfast above rs.50 msrtc should work on this issue this is so expensive
                                      As per the norms tea + breakfast is rs.30 then why msrtc does not look up on this issue
                                      Msrtc should think about lowre class people also and how much gst deducted should mention on the ticket, i hope msrtc solve both the issues

                                        I am from nashik and I had booked two tickets from nashik to pune of shivshahi but the lady who was their on ticket counter swiped my card 1st time and while transaction is being processed she removed the card and the transaction was decline she again asked me to swipe the card 2nd so I again swiped and booked my tickets.But the money from my bank account was cutted two times...So 692 +692 altogether 1384. So this is my humble request to msrtc to return my money again this incident took place on 7/1/2018...My phone no. Is [protected] / [protected] Also I am attaching the photo of passbook for proof purpose...
