Due to election counting today on 11 dec 2017, the route of bus from jath to sangli was changed. Upon enquiry with controller the changed route was identified and me along with my mother were waiting for the bus for an hour. Yet no bus came to the stop. After coming to the jath depot we confronted the depot manager mahesh jadhav regarding this issue. We had missed two scheduled buses and medical appointment in sangli. Mr jadhav arrogantly said that it's not his fault that the controller told us the different route. According to him the controller has, in general, no idea about the bus routes. We the travelers must know the change of route time to time. If according to mr jadhav we are responsible for this mess, why is he doing there as a manager? Why he is getting paid from my tax money? And am i giving the ticket fair to listen to stupidity and arrogance? If you're hiring such kind of # for such important posts, no wonder you are in loss.
Kindly look into this issue and get back to me within two days or else i'm bound to knock the consumer court..

I had cancelled my msrtc tickets vide voucher no 30864876.Dated 30/11/2017, till date no news of refund.Although i am following up on tollfree numbers and other numbers of MSRTCno reply i am getting

    Today 7 am bus borivali pune bus was booked for vile parle pick up from ram mandir, vile parle. But the bus didn't come and went from the highway itself. It didn't stop at the ram mandir. We gad already made the reservation in 8 th dec only. So what didn't the bus come to the stop? We were waiting for the bus, we saw it but it went from the flyover only. The stop is at ram mandir which is below the highway.
    Now we have to wait for another bus which will come after 1 hour. What shall we do at that time. We have appointments made in pune according to the bus arrival. Now we have to cancel our appointments. We want to refund for this to be made immediately.

      Arrived this afternoon by bus no. 9784, left pune at 10.45 am this morning. Driver's name h. T. Wagmare, badge no. 9751. Was very often talking on his mobile whilst driving thus putting the lives of passengers at risk. There after arriving at mumbai after crossing over dadar bridge stopped there for his friend for 8-10 minutes who came & got into the bus. When questioned he told me to shut up and to mind my own business. Written complaint lodged with mr. Kamble in charge at dadar booking office
      Hi...this is Yusuf Bhaganagari...from last 2 days m planing to go to Satara. but I don't know why 5.30 am Solapur - wai bus and Solapur - medha buses are getting cancelled. this is very ridiculous service getting from your end...m expecting it should resolve on top priority...if not I have to take further action for the same...thanks

          I booked a ticket pune - latur on 16 oct 2017 (Trip number rtnl0003128) but could not able to travel because of the msrtc employees strike. I mailed them about the refund, they mailed back saying refund of 457 inr was initiated on 24 oct 2017 but still it is not reflecting in my bank statements. I mailed my bank statement and ticket details but not able to gain back my money. Please help.
          I had booked a ST ticket from Pune to Mumbai. The bus was supposed to leave swargate at 10. By 11 it still had not left. There is no single contact number of swargate that one can access. Swargate is inaccessible. The state transport should take note of its pathetic services and be ashamed for literally taking its custoners for a ride.

            I m regularly passenger on aurangabad pune route, all bus driver directed to have stop at lilium park hotel, where price of every good item is more as compared to aurangabad n nagar. Further most of food items not fresh also.
            I learnt if bus not taking stop marto charging fine to employee.
            In short marto earning from hotel owner, and owner from passenger.

              Dear sir having a reservation for malvan seat no 9 & 10 from ratnagiri with one senior citizen aged 75 on board bus no. Mh-20-bl-2766 was parked on platform no.13 at ratnagiri bus stand scheduled at 14:00 hrs today 08/12/17.. With no announcement made by the controller till the time of departure as being unaware we were waiting at other platform hearing the last minute announcement we rushed to the platform with the bus already leaving anyhow we boarded the bus with luggage along with the senior citizen. Inspite of having a reservation no call was given by the conductor when asked retaliated in a rude manner asking the senior citizen of his senses & told that i'm not your worker when told to keep quiet still went on with an argument & opened the doors & told to leave the bus. Is this the way of behaving with an elderly person by your representative how could a new person know where the bus is parked with no prior announcement... Is it not the duty of the conductor to atleast give a call according to the reservation list?. Bus schedule departure was on time and even we were not late either..                 Please look into the area inside the st stand just where the bus stands. There is so much uncleaned garbage area. People are peeing over there. I had to wait for half an hour, it was hell to wait inside the bus due to the smell of the garbage. I asked enquiry counter about the same issue, they told there me it cleans every week but it doesn't seems like it have been cleaned for months. They don't even have complaint register with them, told me that there is one complaint register which is with some officer who haven't arrived till 9.30 am.
                Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                I had an asiad bus scheduled at 3pm for Aurangabad to Pune. I was waiting for the bus at the chandan nagar bus stop but the driver did not stop the bus because of which I missed my bus.

                Chandan Nagar is a stop for MSRTC and its mandatory for the buses to stop at the stand.

                It would be appreciated if any action is taken

                    ♦मी अंतरगाव ला रोज शाळेत जातो। फक्त १२ किमी अंतर आहे। सकाळी ११.०० वाजेपर्यंत अंतरगावला बस पोचायला पाहीजे। पण व्याहाडला किंवा निमगावला जास्त वेळ बस थांबवतात। यामुळे आम्ही वेळेवर पोचू शकत नाही। बसशिवाय दुसरा कुठलाही पर्याय नाही आमच्याकडे।
                    ♦शाळेत बायोमैट्रीक हजेरी लागते। रोज उशीर होतो। लेट मार्क लागते।
                    ♦बसच्या चालक, मालकांना विनंती करतो आम्ही रोज। पण ते नास्ता, चहाचे कारण देतात।
                    👉त्यांनी बस लवकर सोडावी, जेणेकरून आम्ही कर्मचारीवर्ग लवकर पोचू अंतरगावला।

                      i am complaining about failure to avail the seat after online reservation

                      We are daily passenger from barshi to solapur and solapur to barshi . We daily use online reservation facility to book tickets. But when we came to the station before time of departure, we can know that our seat number already alloted to others by conductor. Since we are very tired of this facility.                       Arvi district wardha deapo manager mr rangari to travel rajura arvi bus from wardha at night 7:45 pm on date 05/12/17 i am also travel. After. Kharangana stop the bus tire fitted. And deapo manager run away private vehicle.. He didn't any help or arrange a call for stepney. All passengers wait for help in winter weather..                         I am, dhananjay dhanawade residing at nerul. I decided to travel to my native place murud today, 04th dec., 2017. But the st bus no.3212, departure from mumbai central to murud does not stop at nerul bus stop, where i presently reside. I have collected the details from various source and complained about this st bus at panvel, murud and mumbai central also. Please take action and mobilize the travelling of ordinary citizens. If i could not get any favourable reply, i have no option other than to take this issue into legislature / ministry level. Mrs. Vankhede, the depot manager, mumbai central bus depot, has not attended my phone.

                        If a bus cancelled to particular route, your department mostly don't provide another substitute bus for the same route, how much trouble if a women with her children or any senior citizen travel at evening or night time. Who will take response and compensate of the time they are waiting / wasting at bus stops, and could not reach the destination at proper time.

                          Hello,
                          I jus travelled to nasik from pune shivajinagar in shivshahi bus. I was expected to reach nasik by 10 am as the bus was scheduled to move at 6 am. While checking the specifications of the bus the speed limit was supposed to be of 80 km per hour making an journey of 200 km be completed within 3 hours. But the msrtc site said 4 hours which was perfectly fine. To my horror i reached nasik at 12 in the afternoon. Imagine. 6 hours of travel for a distance of 200 km. Wasted two hours in nothing but sitting. Plus to that the mobile charging ports were not working. I would not recommend shivshahi to anyone. Firstly for the speed. Travellers do need comfort but they also need to reach the destination on time that's why they travel by bus. Other private buses give the same service with faster speed almost at the same rate. Other part is the services mentioned are not working any longer. Bull # service worst speed no value for time and money. Worst msrtc
                          looking to spray attack on dhule senior office by a lady conductor and agitation by official aftermath shows that not only officer but all office colleagues are treating drivers and conductors badly. only two persons are serious to make st in profit but treating them as beggars.

                            Trip no awbs0000369 dated 2/12/17aurangabad-ellora sight seeing volvo.
                            Bus driver was hastily covering sites giving very less time. Eg. Ellora from 11.30 am -1.10 pm. (1 hr 40m) sequence of sites was changed stating that in evening, traffic jam will be there due to urus processions in daulatabad fort. Sequence was bibi ka maqbara, gruneshwar mahadev, ellora, paithani saree centre, daulatabad fort. After lunch we were taken to paithani saree centre. Dont know if this is part of tour. Actually daulatabad fort was purposely kept in end. By time we reached daulatabad fort road was having heavy traffic due to urus procession at same time in fort. Driver asked see to fort from outside. He started convincing everyone we will skip fort or there will be stuck in traffic for 2-3 hrs. He started convincing people that there can huge law and order procession if some thing goes wrong during procession. When i insisted that i want to go inside the fort. He said if you have to go inside come separately by rickshaw afterwards to aurangabad and bus will leave. When i resisted strongly. He asked us to go and come back soon in 15 min. Surprising part was that after we left fort towards aurangabad, there was no traffic at all. Due to such people inspite of the good initiative & resources spent by msrtc & tdc, their reputation gets spoilt. Request msrtc to intervene and stop such manipulative tactics used by such drivers to reduce their own work.

                              I mr. Mayur reserved a tickets for 2 persons for medical emergency with the relatives having ticker no. 30876517 trip no. Thnm0003789 dated 2/12/2017 kalyan to tarakpur for journey betn. Kalyan to ahmednagar.

                              It was scheduled at 8.30 from kalyan - ahmednagar being delayed due to unavailability of conductor. Even though asked for a favour to adjust in some other bus travelling at the same time (Extra trip on weekend) they were behaving unprofessional and not helping. Though it was an issue from msrtc

                              Finally after round of arguments they managed and boarded us in bus no. Mh07c7262 at 8.56am in which conductor were not carrying any reservation chart.

                              Not happy with the areogwnt behaviours with the passengers even with reserved tickets.

                              They caused a delay in our journey amd harressd us even though we had a reservation in advance.

                              Would like the authorities to take the proper action against these kind of arrogant behaviour of staff

                                This is request you to change shivneri halt in lonavala of pune shivneri bus which is stop at center point lonavala this hotel is so dirty. Also wash room for ladies and gents is not secured the smell in wash rooms and no secured door to ladies toilet. Also food quality is so bad. Request you to change the halt position i think khopoli mall.

                                If they don't want go inside in songhad Gujarat bus stand they why they take girl passanger in bus and saying this bus can't go in bus stand and he taken 80 rupees as ticket amount is 77.

                                Kindly do action on this .Hope u can do asap.

                                  I am passanger of bus no mh 14 bt 4876 i am travelling from aurangabad to pune today at 20:00 am bis departure from aurangabad bus stop at newasa phata stand for dinner but there was no lattrin facilities for gents all bathrooms are in lock and key by hotel manager.

                                    On date 24/11/2017 my parents pick borivali inchalkaranji ordinerybus via pune from rabale police station at time 7:30a. M.

                                    My family request to conductor please drop us to nagthane stop beacuse bus route is same & my parents is 85 year old. But he drop my parents in satara bus depot.

                                    Just tell me that your bus is stop anywhere for long route and this situation is again and again then we want to choose any other transport for our route

                                      Msrtc is having very good volvo bus service which is well maintained. Msrtc is required to run the bus service as per time table. But it is observed that many times, there are not even 10 passengers in the bus, which results into heavy financial loss, we suggest you the following option.

                                      Msrtc should provide bus with high end specification like volvo bus, but having a passenger capacity of about 15 to 20, whenever, at the starting point the number of passenger are less than 15, the mini bus should be used. For mini bus the fare can be less by about 10% to normal fare.
                                      Whenever, the passenger is required to travel by mini bus, the refund will be given on the spot in the bus. Though it may look to be a difficult proposal in the beginning, it will go a long way in reducing losses on account of empty bus.
                                      To avoid any legal complication, the bus ticket itself can contain the clause that in case of inadequate passengers, the mini bus will be used and msrtc reserves the right to take decision in such matter.
                                      We hope you will actively consider this proposal and widely discuss about its implication.
