I was waiting on jojeshwari s. T.
Stop to catch 3.30pm borivali satara bus on 19.1.18since 3 pm. The bus came i have shown hand, but driver has not stopped bus and gone. Urgently i wanted go go to satara sine mom is in hospital. After this there is no bus from borivali up to 11pm. The bus was empty. It created great incvnence to me in such critical time. I have spoken to borivali depot person and made complaint. He has given bus no as 4147. Pl take strong action against this driver and concerned conductor. And. Revert on [protected]. Mail [protected]@yahoo.in. Regds. R d pawar ncp secy. Mumbai

    I reserve 3 seat from mahad to aurangabad. For bus mahad to jalgaon. We are stay shri shivaji maharaj chouk mahad. But driver isnt pick up us. And we call to stop bus but driver and conducter rudly talk with us and say u stay at wrong place. When some passengers shouting for us finally we got the bus.
    So my humble request to you sir please care passengers. We are soruce o[censored]r income. Shivaji maharaj statue where passengers are stay at early mornig plz pick up.

        Hello,
        I am regular passenger from yavatmal to amravati and back again everyday.
        But i am facing huge timing problems due to start of your new shivshahi scheme which is way off that i could afford. The timing of ordinary buses are so strategically reduced that it is forced by me to use this costly service.
        Everyday i face problem of getting seats, timings of buses, frequency of buses and quality of buses in ordinary buses.
        You need to understand most of people couldn't afford this costly service. I am trying to understand that msrtc is providing service to whome, for rich or poor?
        Please don't get me wrong, i am not against your costly service. It shows that wet are moving forward from the red bus which was a tradition to new era of white ac buses.
        But at what cost? At cost of suffering of citizens?
        I don't even have a hope that this message will have any impact on system.
        But i am ordinary citizen and my only allies are hope and believe in democracy.
        Here i am writing from my individual perspective but believe me there are 1000 like me who share same problem.
        I don't want to criticize anyone, i know how systems are complicated and how everyone is caught up in loops, but, though slightest, i hope there would be discussion on the problem which i raised.
        Uran Raigad : I am from pen .I am daily travel from pen to Uran yesterday 12/01/2018 on 8 pm I call Uran bus depot for bus time they said bus will come at 8:30 they are lying with me bus come on 10:40 they are not sending bus they are doing timepass I called 30 time they doesn't respond.

          Issue is about :ahmednagar to pune & pune to ahmednagar all the buses.
          There is too shortage of st buses & not coming on proper timing (Scheduled).

          Everytime your peoples are giving different reasons about bus shortage & irregular timings.

          Everytime we have to wait for 2-3 hours. Please take some action on this. Waiting for complaint to be resolved.

            Bus no mh40 aq 6311 is mstrc bus which is came from nagpur to gadchiroli between these porla is the main stop of these bus root but bus driver and conductor not taken seats for these stop from armori. Its been very dis annoying for every passenger so it should not been done.
            It neets to take action on these bus driver and conductor.

Barde khamgaon depot) was not allowing us to sit in the bus as i have pass she was talking me rudely and donot give me entry in bus so please take strict action against her.

                This is not a the first time, but now it has become a height of your bad service. My departure being at 22.30, it's 23.00 now but still my bus shivshai is not ready to depart. The authority is saying that it ll be at 00.00 am. Is it a joke. We want this timings issue resolved with high priority. We want expect good service as we are the taxpayers.

                Worst bus service has been provided by bus depot manager, as per time table buses are not available. Old buses runs on this route. Wai Dept Manager does not have any manners and stupid management skills.
                PL. Change depot manager as soon as possible

                  I am from nashik and I had booked two tickets from nashik to pune of shivshahi but the lady who was their on ticket counter swiped my card 1st time and while transaction is being processed she removed the card and the transaction was decline she again asked me to swipe the card 2nd so I again swiped and booked my tickets.But the money from my bank account was cutted two times...So 692 +692 altogether 1384. So this is my humble request to msrtc to return my money again this incident took place on 7/1/2018...My phone no. Is [protected] / [protected]

                  Just after traveling 30 min . Driver of Bus reported that Bus is over heating. There are some old passenger in Bus for them to change Bus mid way is quite difficult. Delay for passenger by at least 1 hour .
                  This is frequently happening issue. Please kindly look into the matter .

                      Bus no mh-20-d-9621didnt stop at silver park bus stop. I had to run behind the bus and in the sequence of event and i fell down. The display of my mobile phone broke. Seeing this the idiot driver stopped the bus.
                      I got up and got into the bus. I asked the conductor why he didn't ring the bell to stop the bus. The conductor told me he rang the bell to stop the bus that's why the driver stopped or else he would have ran over me..
                      This is how ur conductors and drivers behave.. They are careless, negligent, insensitive and the most inhumane creatures... Wonder how much your company pays them additionally for such irresponsible 1behaviour and misconduct.
                      My mobile is honor 8pro and i want the compensation for it. Also, need to know what action has been taken against the conductor and driver.

                        I regularly use bus service of msrtc from wardha yavatmal wardha and i along with many other regular travellers have been suffering by inordinate delay of buses. I find it sheer lack of responsibility on part of management in managing the time schedule. Sometimes buses don't arrive for more than half n hour and sometimes they arrive one after other, due to which buses go vaccant resulting in losses for msrtc i assume. Today on 06.01.18 aswell all the buses arrived late and the bus staff take breaks as per their convenience without caring for the fact that such casualness in their part cause inconvenience to others and disturb our schedule to reach office on time. Today i reached wardha bus stand on 9:10 but since nagpur - nanded was packed i along with fellow passengers decided to wait for next bus. Nagpur vasmat arrived on 9:15 and the driver didn't come till 9:30 am and the bus reached yavatmal on 11:15 am thereby taking 15 mins more than usual travel time of 1.5 hours. Upon asking the staff to stick to timelines they behave rudely may because it's a government operated service hence they don't bother to assume responsibility for customer inconvenience. This has become a routine now and hence i was compelled to lodge a formal complaint. If this time management issue is not addressed soon i shall write the matter to appropriate ministry including pmo.

                        MSRTC shivshahi as it was cancelled on[protected] due to ac.
                        Officers denied to reimbursement.
                        Gadchiroli Bus Stops Enquiry Contact Number 232950 is alloways in no courage area it is very serious problem for us
                        I have booked a shivshahi for 19.00pm n yet the bus is not arrived, this is the total waste of of time for the consumer and a lot of inconvenience is caused we book tickets for the convince therefore public prefer private services rather than public transport.. kindly look in the issue and please do the needful this is absolutely unprofessionalvso

                          We where about to travel from amravati to nagpur in shivshahi, and we were waiting at panchwati stop but the bus driver was not allowing passenger to enter the bus and was complaining that conductor is not available at the point to provide the ticket.Please consider my complaint so that others doesn't face the same issue.

                          I was trying to book a ticket for DAPOLI-MIRAJ route on 25/12/2017. The ticket was not booked but my account was debited for ₹639. Therefore it is requested that MSRTC should look forward to resolve my complaint.

                            I have booked a ticket of "shivshahi" bus from nasik to pune dated 2nd jan 2018. Since there were disturbances in certain parts and curfew was declare, the trip got canceled.

                            In this regards, an email has been sent to msrtc support group but no response yet.
                            On 01.01.18 bus from Latur to Jintur which arrive at Renapur @ 17:32, number not note down, not stopped at authorized but stop at Renapur Phata even by showing hand.
                            The vehicle was empty, thought it was not concern of transport company. This is regretting action from you.

                                Today I am travelling from Pune to Kolhapur, Swargate at 5:00 PM. I tried to reach out on below numbers to get information on buses due to today's Maharashtra Bandh and none of the calls are getting connected.

                                  Sinnar nashik local transport is under the sinnar bus depot.
                                  There are many students including me travel everyday from sinnar - nashik and also nashik - sinnar.
                                  The main issue is we not get bus at regular time. There are many students and travellers also facing same problems.
                                  We have registered as msrtc student pass, we given money of monthly pass from starting day.. Then it's the responsibility of depot to give us transport service at regular time.
                                  This is not over yet, also at the time of exam the student faces same problem.
                                  We complained again this at the depot many time; but we not get any response.
                                  So i registered the complainant here.. Now we want some change.
                                  The senior officer take some action.
                                  We say thanks after getting required solution of our problem.

                                    We had booked our seats in front row 3 days in advance for a journey from pune to mumbai by shivneri msrtc bus service.

                                    We visited the bus stand about 10 minutes before the departure. Despite it was time of departure the bus did not come. Another 20 - 25 minutes gone still there was no sign of the bus. We talked to the conductor at the stop, he finally called someone and informed us that your bus has been cancelled due to less number of reservations and the next bus is clubbed with this timing.

                                    So if you have booked your ticket at say 7 am bus and there are not enough reservations they simply cancelled the bus and clubbed 7 & 7:30 together and sent the next bus only that too late after 7:30.

                                    We not only wasted over 45 minutes in just waiting for the bus but also when the next bus arrived it did not have good place to seat. Conductor asked us to go and occupy the very last seats. Despite booking front row in advance what we ended up with seating at the very last row that's quite bumpy. The whole process of sorting out the reservation issue took another 15 - 20 minutes and we were considerably late by over an hour

                                    Mumbai pune track is usually crowded and msrtc should not have any issues getting on the spot bookings at the subsequent stops. Msrtc should stop such bad practices of cancelling and clubbing reservations.

                                      I am really disappointed with shivneri delays. These days it has become a habit for them. I booked a bus from swargate to thane at 7.00 pm. To the shock the bus arrived at swargate at 8.00pm. Is this much delay accepted.? Secondly when we reach kothrud conductors were telling passengers that bus is full so on the spot booking is not entertained... But when we reach wakad i saw them selling same ticksts to passengers that were denied to kothrud passengers. At around 9.30 our bus has not even entered the express highway.. Our bus will aprox reach thane at 1.00am.. So whats the use of booking the bus for 7.00pm.. This is not acceptable
                                      At uran depo daily bus time uran to karjat bus 9:45 departed at 10:05 daily... Conductor and driver are saying they are human they won't rest.. so they not leave bus on time. So what should passenger do??????? Plz have some concerns about passenger n work on it

                                        एसटी बस vehicle mh 07 can 9206, driver driving the vehicle at the speed of 40 from अहमदनगर till शिक्रापूर when the road is empty. Traffic started शिक्रापूर onwards to pune. Took diversion from शिक्रापूर to चाकण, this is fine. The distance was needed to be covered with less time. Driver was not ready to go with moderate regular speed. Bus problem than not to be on road. So much time is wasted. Three hours to come from अहमदनगर to शिक्रापूर. When there is no traffic.

                                        If three was a issue with the bus MH07 C 9206, had gear problem. Should have not got out on the road and cause passengers inconvinences. Delay in traffic. Traffic after शिक्रापूर is understood but till शिक्रापूर driving was hopeless. From अहमदनगर till शिक्रापूर it took three hours. Driving at low speed when there is no traffic till शिक्रापूर. Real inconvenience to all the passengers
