Kolhapur divisions all ordinary and semi luxury and shivshahi buses are not coming to karad bus stand. It includes all buses of kolhapur, kagal, chandgad, malkapur, ajara, gargoti and gadhinglaj depot (Excluding kurundwad, gaganbawada and ichalkaranji depots). More than 100 buses of kolhapur division are not taking karad passengers. From mumbai, nasik, hubali, belgaum, pune, aurangabad, shirdi direct passengers of karad bus stand are not taken. These buses are running empty.in maharashtra, shivshahi buses are taking small city stops like khamgaon, chikhli, murtijapur, mahad, chiplun, pusad, digraj, darvah, indapur, barshi etc. But, here kolhapur divisions ordinary buses are not taking karad stand bus stop. Ksrtc buses are getting good response from karad passengers

    The contact numbers provided on website are busy all the time and never received. I am really not satisfied with maharashtra state transport corporation. I am going to escalate this to transport ministry and on social media as well. I have necessary contacts.

      This is really regretful that when trains are trying to meet the timings bus services are running as per their own schedule. I had a bus at 9:15 of msrtc and still there is no customer care who can tell me at what time my bus where i am having reservation will come...in today's scenario this is really worst... I don't know any one listen this complaint but with hope i am posting that someone will take interest to improve the services and take action against who are responsible to damage the state repodation

        Please increase frequency to tasgaon route. Firstly there are no any express buses to this route from pune.. That is still accepted but at least have more number of buses on long weekends or vacations. I dont know whats wrong with online reservation system. Sometimes i can see all buses for reservation sometimes no any bus is shown on online portal. One bus comes in 2-3 hrs and that too comes from chinchawad or other station to swargate which is full.. What are citizens supposed to do.. Please take this req forward and help common people to get smooth service.

          Pune to thane shivneri buses which starts from swargate is always late specially the 5pm and 5:30pm bus. Today the limits have crossed when the 5:27 pm bus has arrived at 8:20 at hinjewadi phata stop. This is mental torture to passengers! This is not the first time when the bus has arrived late. Since 2 years i am facing this problem and now the situation has aggrevated. Please improve the services.

            The bus from mumbai central to satara (Timing -12.30), date 22/12/2017 was cancelled. I didn't get informed till 16:00.

            I came to know that bus was cancelled when i called to the depot at 16:00. The concern officer of central depot said to me that the adjusted my seat in the bus departured at 14:30 from mumbai central depot.
            I was waiting 4 hours for the bus. There is huge lost of my time and money. Who is responsible for this.?? They should to call and inform me about the cancellation of bus. But they didn't. I want action against concerned officer at that time. Why they didn't informed me? This should not happen with others in future.

              I made the transaction successful but M-ticket confirmation not yet received from them

                  I had booked shiv shahi bus ticket on line for bus from kolhapur to thane the boarding time was 12.15 pm. We waited upto 1pm the enquiry counter person was telling us that bus will come in 10 min as bus is available however driver is not available and these drivers are on contract basis and are very rude they don't bother.. After arguments for 30 min we could board the bus by 1.30 pm bus number 537 the driver was very rude in between after leaving kolhapur city one more person his friend joined him they stopped the bus in between for more than 4 occasions at panchlag the other driver took over journey was on time and peaceful.. The driver was very rude to all customers. Here please ensure that buses are on time and as per time mentioned in the time table.. As our time is precious we reached thane at 10pm exactly bus was delayed by 2 hours... Please make your drivers responsible and accountable
                  I am from vengurla city(pin 416516). There is no bus from vengurla to Pune or vise versa at evening time. It is very difficult for us to go other city every time to travel Pune.
                  Hello, I am passenger travelling Shivshahi bus.kopargaon Pune bus no MH09EM 1634, bus has been took almost half an hour at Pune stand. And also took stop at sweet home more than 30 mints. Trying ask resone for stop. Conductor was unable to give answer. And misbehaving with passenger.
                  Trying to connect with customer care it's also not working. [protected] this no really not working. Really sad for the maharastra state travel.

                  Please look in to matter and do the needful.

                    Dear msrtc,
                    Incident at vandana bus depot, thane on 16.12.2017 (2:00 pm)
                    Complain against the conductor and senior staff at vandana bus depot, who denied to give concession on ticket booking from thane to pune for 2 senior citizens, having identity proof as election card.
                    They said concession is valid for the residents of maharastra only..., as the senior citizens (My parents) having election card (Made in yr 2011 when they were residing in some other state,) as identity proof.
                    Its is completely illogical..., election card is a valid identity proof, for your identity as indian citizen, age proof as well as your address proof. Its, nowhere written that msrtc will give concession on ticket bookings to the residents of maharastra only...???

                    In railway reservations also (Irctc) election card is valid proof, irrespective the person is resident of which state...

                    Pls educate your staff to beehive politely with senior citizens and make aware your staff regarding basic rule regulations

                    Conductor give me wrong bus ticket which bus is already departure in their registor that bus is departure at 8.30 and he give me the bus ticket of that bus

                      Msrtc is very poorly managed... Proper bus schedule is not given to passengers buses don't come on time..
                      Even if we ask officials sitting at counter, they are not themselves sure about the time.
                      It's the problem suffered by passengers due to delay in the bus going to vehle village from pune swargate bus station. We wanted to go to trek and come early, we also checked the time to be 6:15am but the bus hasn't come yet and nobody is telling us the right time. It's a huge inconvenience.. I urge the authorities to take strict action against it.

                      Refunding of fund for which reservation not happened but funds got debited (two times). Last time also same cenario happen. Such a worst service of msrtc. Required that refunding also

                        Respected management,
                        I have complaints regarding buses on ozar route of nashik district. There are very few number of buses on this route and passengers are facing lots of problems.
                        Due lack of buses. Passengers have take risk while boarding the bus as there is rush on the bus. Passengers have to waste their lot of time as sometimes there is two hours of gap between buses. Local management say that the route is not profitable. However i do not feel so. Due to this problem people are opting to private transport which will reduce the revenue of government.
                        On behalf of ozar i request to please solve this problem and save life and time of passengers

                          Bus no. Mh 40 y-5124 risod pune bus timing was 8.30 but it was 1.30 hrs late due to not available of driver and when asked to driver then he talk to other peoples very bad. This bus was stopped in between journey for an half hours there is no reason for stopping. It is happening not a single timing risod depo service is too bad peoples are hopeless.
                          Please take strict action to risod bus depo otherwise destroy it.

                          Today i have face many problems due to late bus from risod. Very third class management of risod depo. Today's morning there was a risod - pune bus time was 8.30 as per time table but this bus was started 9.30 from risod and in between journey bus was stopped thrice without any reason. As per schedule bus time in jalna was 12 pm but bus in jalna at 13.45 pm due to this i loss my train which time was 13.23 pm from jalna. I booked confirmed a/c ticket and also loss my today's work in mumbai. This happen regularly in risod depo in last vacation same thing happened.
                          Please take strict action on risod depo employee and manager.

                            We want halt at kamothe.
                            I was travelling by shivneri bus no 9589 left from pune at 17.25.

                            Driver refused to halt at kamothe and inspite of insisting several times, he has made me alight immediately after leaving express highway near kalamboli.
                            For further going ahead there was not rickshaw available. I has to wait for 20 minutes for rickshaw. Above all i had to spend 100 rupees for going to kamothe.

                            Therefore since kamothe is very big and reputed area, shivneri should have stop at kamothe.

                            I want my 100 rs. Back.

                              This is to mention that me and my family faced lot of inconvenience during travelling from nagpur to wardha dt. 14/12/2017 timing 8.25 pm bus number - mh - 40 aq 6385. The issue was regarding ladies reserved seat on which a male passenger was already sitting and when we asked him politely for seat for my sister in law with her small infant he refused in very disrespectful manner and when i brought the same issue to notice of conductor, driver and on duty nagpur depot police with 2 star on his shoulder they did not helped me. Even after continuous effort to make them aware about their role to provide seat of reserved category to the person entitled but from their efforts and their action it was clear that they are not interested in helping passengers to get them their right.
                              As msrtc is an government entity for which as per rules and regulations have to keep some seat reserved for ladies, handicapped and staff but if it's staff is unable to comply with this rule then this needs attention to prevent inxconvenience to public.

                                Due to election counting today on 11 dec 2017, the route of bus from jath to sangli was changed. Upon enquiry with controller the changed route was identified and me along with my mother were waiting for the bus for an hour. Yet no bus came to the stop. After coming to the jath depot we confronted the depot manager mahesh jadhav regarding this issue. We had missed two scheduled buses and medical appointment in sangli. Mr jadhav arrogantly said that it's not his fault that the controller told us the different route. According to him the controller has, in general, no idea about the bus routes. We the travelers must know the change of route time to time. If according to mr jadhav we are responsible for this mess, why is he doing there as a manager? Why he is getting paid from my tax money? And am i giving the ticket fair to listen to stupidity and arrogance? If you're hiring such kind of # for such important posts, no wonder you are in loss.
                                Kindly look into this issue and get back to me within two days or else i'm bound to knock the consumer court..

                                  Today 7 am bus borivali pune bus was booked for vile parle pick up from ram mandir, vile parle. But the bus didn't come and went from the highway itself. It didn't stop at the ram mandir. We gad already made the reservation in 8 th dec only. So what didn't the bus come to the stop? We were waiting for the bus, we saw it but it went from the flyover only. The stop is at ram mandir which is below the highway.
                                  Now we have to wait for another bus which will come after 1 hour. What shall we do at that time. We have appointments made in pune according to the bus arrival. Now we have to cancel our appointments. We want to refund for this to be made immediately.

                                    Arrived this afternoon by bus no. 9784, left pune at 10.45 am this morning. Driver's name h. T. Wagmare, badge no. 9751. Was very often talking on his mobile whilst driving thus putting the lives of passengers at risk. There after arriving at mumbai after crossing over dadar bridge stopped there for his friend for 8-10 minutes who came & got into the bus. When questioned he told me to shut up and to mind my own business. Written complaint lodged with mr. Kamble in charge at dadar booking office
                                    Hi...this is Yusuf Bhaganagari...from last 2 days m planing to go to Satara. but I don't know why 5.30 am Solapur - wai bus and Solapur - medha buses are getting cancelled. this is very ridiculous service getting from your end...m expecting it should resolve on top priority...if not I have to take further action for the same...thanks

                                        I booked a ticket pune - latur on 16 oct 2017 (Trip number rtnl0003128) but could not able to travel because of the msrtc employees strike. I mailed them about the refund, they mailed back saying refund of 457 inr was initiated on 24 oct 2017 but still it is not reflecting in my bank statements. I mailed my bank statement and ticket details but not able to gain back my money. Please help.
                                        I had booked a ST ticket from Pune to Mumbai. The bus was supposed to leave swargate at 10. By 11 it still had not left. There is no single contact number of swargate that one can access. Swargate is inaccessible. The state transport should take note of its pathetic services and be ashamed for literally taking its custoners for a ride.
