The charging port is not working and when i ask to driver for that he told me all charging port not working...
I request you
If you charged us 346/- for the ac bus then please provide us service

    Today I am travelling from Pune to Kolhapur, Swargate at 5:00 PM. I tried to reach out on below numbers to get information on buses due to today's Maharashtra Bandh and none of the calls are getting connected.

    020, 24449980, 24441591, 24442860, 24442968

    I sent mail as well to get information on this still I didn't received any response.

    Hope so I will get response on this ASAP.

      Sinnar nashik local transport is under the sinnar bus depot.
      There are many students including me travel everyday from sinnar - nashik and also nashik - sinnar.
      The main issue is we not get bus at regular time. There are many students and travellers also facing same problems.
      We have registered as msrtc student pass, we given money of monthly pass from starting day.. Then it's the responsibility of depot to give us transport service at regular time.
      This is not over yet, also at the time of exam the student faces same problem.
      We complained again this at the depot many time; but we not get any response.
      So i registered the complainant here.. Now we want some change.
      The senior officer take some action.
      We say thanks after getting required solution of our problem.

        We had booked our seats in front row 3 days in advance for a journey from pune to mumbai by shivneri msrtc bus service.

        We visited the bus stand about 10 minutes before the departure. Despite it was time of departure the bus did not come. Another 20 - 25 minutes gone still there was no sign of the bus. We talked to the conductor at the stop, he finally called someone and informed us that your bus has been cancelled due to less number of reservations and the next bus is clubbed with this timing.

        So if you have booked your ticket at say 7 am bus and there are not enough reservations they simply cancelled the bus and clubbed 7 & 7:30 together and sent the next bus only that too late after 7:30.

        We not only wasted over 45 minutes in just waiting for the bus but also when the next bus arrived it did not have good place to seat. Conductor asked us to go and occupy the very last seats. Despite booking front row in advance what we ended up with seating at the very last row that's quite bumpy. The whole process of sorting out the reservation issue took another 15 - 20 minutes and we were considerably late by over an hour

        Mumbai pune track is usually crowded and msrtc should not have any issues getting on the spot bookings at the subsequent stops. Msrtc should stop such bad practices of cancelling and clubbing reservations.

          I am really disappointed with shivneri delays. These days it has become a habit for them. I booked a bus from swargate to thane at 7.00 pm. To the shock the bus arrived at swargate at 8.00pm. Is this much delay accepted.? Secondly when we reach kothrud conductors were telling passengers that bus is full so on the spot booking is not entertained... But when we reach wakad i saw them selling same ticksts to passengers that were denied to kothrud passengers. At around 9.30 our bus has not even entered the express highway.. Our bus will aprox reach thane at 1.00am.. So whats the use of booking the bus for 7.00pm.. This is not acceptable
          At uran depo daily bus time uran to karjat bus 9:45 departed at 10:05 daily... Conductor and driver are saying they are human they won't rest.. so they not leave bus on time. So what should passenger do??????? Plz have some concerns about passenger n work on it

            एसटी बस vehicle mh 07 can 9206, driver driving the vehicle at the speed of 40 from अहमदनगर till शिक्रापूर when the road is empty. Traffic started शिक्रापूर onwards to pune. Took diversion from शिक्रापूर to चाकण, this is fine. The distance was needed to be covered with less time. Driver was not ready to go with moderate regular speed. Bus problem than not to be on road. So much time is wasted. Three hours to come from अहमदनगर to शिक्रापूर. When there is no traffic.

            If three was a issue with the bus MH07 C 9206, had gear problem. Should have not got out on the road and cause passengers inconvinences. Delay in traffic. Traffic after शिक्रापूर is understood but till शिक्रापूर driving was hopeless. From अहमदनगर till शिक्रापूर it took three hours. Driving at low speed when there is no traffic till शिक्रापूर. Real inconvenience to all the passengers

              I travel solapur to nagpur regularly every month but we facing problem solapur to nagpur journey solapur to nagpur no any bus after 3:00 pm. Then i pick solapur to nagpur. But all driver not allow to travel and said no conductor at bus.
              I request you to take positive action on it and look in to this matter personly. Solve for future.
              So we feel proud on msrtc.

                Shivshahi panjim to pune recently booked by me online. Actual sitting arrangements are not as shown while online seat selection option. Behind driver i selected 2nd right row window seat. It was booked as seat no. 41. However actual that seat is on middle of the last row of the bus. The seat was booked for single lady. Which has made very much discomfort for her. Online booking reference no 31145098.
                Urgently change/update the msrtc software with actual sitting arrangements in shivshahi.
                Request compensation for discomfort caused.

                  I waited for bus with my family and bus didn't came for 2 hrs... After that it came n without stopping left in front o[censored]s... It was so humiliated and disgusting that i can't describe.
                  I had to pay 5 times more money to go in another local bus.

                  It's really shameful for msrtc and i want compensation for all this i went through.

                    Bus no. Mh-06-s-8194 on 30 dec 2017 at about 0940 hrs heading towards panvel at kalamboli junction moving in the wrong lane tried to move to his left despite dense traffic moving bumper to bumper and hit my car badly damaging the rear right door.

                    I captured the photo of rear side of the bus and followed the bus till panvel bus stop.

                    The driver on questioning started misbehaving and refused to give his name and licence details. He also tried to intimidate me by instigating the passengers that he will not take the bus further. He was not wearing either name talley or badge.

                      My sister going to pune from kolhapur at 12.30 pm on 1 january

                      So matter is that msrtc vehicle shivshahi mh09 1979 was going to pune from kolhapur driver stop the bus without parking and open the door people walk into bus and 1 man book 4 seats for his family and conductor support him

                      I tell him i sue you but he can't control crowd

                        Sir,
                        I used to travel from parli - vaijnath to nanded. A beed - nanded bus is convenient to me. Although the bus is empty of seats, the drivers of the bus aren't stopping the bus on the bus stop. It happens many times. Today only on jan 1rst of 2018. Although bus driver had seen us, still he doesn't stop the bus and act like he didn't seen us. Please notice it.

                          I m user from sakri to ahmedabad and booked reservation when. I ask to inquiry operator about bus he told me he don't know about reservation process so pls recommend at least the co-operative person who answer well to the passenger pls.
                          So is there any rule that if we are reserved from gsrtc then msrtc is not provide any answer to the passenger regarding bus information??
                          This is really bad experience at sakri bus stand. @7:45pm on 31/12/2017

                            Yesterday i travelled from akola to khamgaon via bus of ambad depo my ticket cost ₹58 i gave 100 rs note to conductor (I t dalavi) he wrote 42 rs, on back of ticket with pen on reaching khamgaon i forgot to take money on consulting msrtc authority khamgaon they asked me to lodge complaint
                            Sir i hope so that you will help me in getting back my balance money
                            For proof i m sending you the back side photo of ticket

                              मी आज दिनांक 30-12-17 ला जळगाव जामोद-नागपूर बसने प्रवास करीत होते बस नंबर MH14 BT 4306. मी हिवरखेड वरून नागपूरला जाण्यासाठी सकाळी 11.30ला बसमध्ये बसले माझ्या सोबत माझी दोन मुलं वय 15 व वय 5 होती.अमरावतीला बस दुपारी तीन वाजता पोहोचली येथे बस थांबते म्हणून मी माझी पाळी आलेली असल्याने पॅड बदलवण्यासाठी मी टॉयलेटमध्ये गेले.तेथे जाऊन येण्यात मला जास्तीत जास्त 10ते12 मिनिट लागला असेल. माझा मोठा मुलगा ज्याचा उजवा हात तुटलेला आहे आणि हाताला प्लास्टर लागलेलं आहे तो बसमध्ये बसलेला होता छोटा पाच वर्षांचा मुलगा माझ्यासोबत होता पण मी परत येई पर्यंत ड्रायव्हरने माझ्या मोठ्या मुलाला सामान घेऊन खाली उतरवून दिले. मी परत आले तेव्हा माझा मुलगा घाबरून घामाने ओला होऊन अमरावती बस स्टॉप वर उभा होता.माझ्या मुलाने सांगून, विनवणी करूनसुद्धा ड्रायव्हरने बस थांबवली नाही . त्यानंतर मी तक्रार देण्यासाठी गेले तेथे त्यांनी त्याच टिकीटावर नागपूर पर्यंत प्रवासाची अनुमती दिली पण ह्या सर्वामध्ये एक तासाचा उशीर व माझ्या हात तुटलेल्या मुलाला व मला शारिरीक व मानसिक त्रास झाला . तरी माझ्या तक्रारीचा विचार करुन त्यावर योग्य कार्यवाही करण्यात यावी ही माझी आपल्याकडून अपेक्षा आहे.तरी माझ्या तक्रारींवर काय कार्यवाही झाली ते कृपया माझ्या e-mail वर पोहोच द्यावी माझा e mail address पुढील प्रमाणे आहे rajesh [protected]@g mail. com आहे. माझी आपल्यावरची विश्वासहर्ता कायम राहण्यासाठी कार्यवाहिच्या अपेक्षेत .

                                I have booked ticket for today from bhosari to nashik which was supposed to depart by 9:45 am from bhosari. But i am waiting since last two hours at bhosari bus stand. I tried calling to shivaji nagar bus stand for enquiry but couldn't connect i mean they didn't pick my call. So i would suggest you to please have an enquiry on shivaji nagar bus stand about no response/update regarding late departure of the bus to the passengers.

                                    Bus nashik shindkheda bus conductor name s. K. Patil time 14:58 at naahik main bas stop, i want ticket from nashik to umrane. And my mother age is 62 year i have half ticket he wrong way talking nd lost is aafhar and forcefully full take the full ticket, he talking like talk tuj vay 60 aahe ka tujya bapachi gadi aahe ka full ticket che paise de nahi tar ethe gaditun kai marayla firte ka matare aani aadhar card fekun dile baher.
                                    I know govt bus but i m also part of indian country why should conductor bahivour like that plz necessary action otherswise next complain to transport minister office maharastra state.

                                      I have booked online one ticket via redbus app from pune to mumbai on date 22-12-17 with ticket id:[protected] and pnr no:30982321/2158/[protected].
                                      Bus opertaor don't allow me in this bus because i don't carry the hardcopy of the ticket.
                                      So i have again purchage another ticket by counter and travels in different bus.
                                      Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

                                      Is there be any logic behind this for not validate mticket.
                                      All govt. Officials are also advertise the theme; save paper save environement.

                                        We all passengers are travelling towards nagpur from amravati bus stand. But after sometime we fill that air conditioning system it's not working properly while travelling towards amravati to nagpur. Its really not good. We pay 245 rupees for good service and convinience but the real condition is different please check your all shivshahi buses and his air conditioning system whether is it in good condition or not. Please take serious action against this issue. And do the needful.
