Dear sir, madam,
This is to bring to your notice the extreme dust pollution caused due to the incomplete road repair opposite st anne's and st joseph's school at orlem malad west, mumbai.
The interlocking stones have been taken off for the past two days and loose sand has been spread over the road. This has caused loads of dust in the whole area causing cough and bad throat to many school kids.
Could you please help in expediting the repairs of this very busy road.

I am regular customer of msrtc . Kolhapur to Pune and Pune to Kolhapur I observed that always late shivshahi @morning 5.00 o clock buses by 15- 20 min and bus always dusty so I request to you please clean the bus regularly and timely
Today at Pathardi bus stand bus for paithan which is scheduled to depart at 6:15 is still not left as conductor not yet reached at bus stand..

    The ticket was booked on 18 October and through msrtc application. Ticket no is 30256868. From shivaji nagar, pune to mangalwedha.

    I had booked a ticket online from shivaji nagar to mangalwedha n ticket no is 30256868 n it was cancelled but refund is not received by me till date.

    The bus stop on which MSRtC stay for dinner. Its not also hotel owner take or sold food item higher than MRP rate.
    Food quality also not good.

      I was sitting seat beside conductor. I occupied that seat first. After that one person got in with his family and thought that i am seating on the wrong seat. He also thought that conductor will tell me to to move out from that seat as that seat belongs to conductor. That person made his children to seat beside me. And he went to backwards seats as bus was crowded. Then after finishing the tickets conductor approached to that seat no. 1 and asked us 1 question, "who sat here first?" as i sat there first he allowed me to sit and he told 1 of those children to sit with us. But both children were standing. I was not feeling well though i offered my seat to that girl child but she chose to stand. After some time the father of those children came at the front and started abusing me only. I explained the condition but he abused me further and said, "you were sitting on the wrong seat and you should have to stand instead my children"
      That conductor also said nothing to that person as he was in police. But is it a justice to tell a female passenger to stand even though she had occupied the seat first? Shame on such a people. Can you tell me the rules of seats in msrtc?

        I am a regular traveler of st until the recent decline in the service. It is such a trouble and travel full of inconvenience for common people of vasai like many students, workers, hoteliers, teachers and service men who travel daily from, areas like arnala, nirmal, bhuigaon, gass, giriz, rangaon and holi to name a few, to mumbai for their bread and butter every day. The vvmc (Private) buses (Of vasai virar muncipal corporation) are over crowded and are not convenient as their timings are only up to 9:30 pm and also they drop off the passengers at a considerably far distance from the train platforms. Also, the rickshaw fare is unreasonably high as well as rickshaw transport is not suitable due to lack of safety during transport and during rainy season rickshaws are first to shut down.

        I along with thousands other daily st travelers, make a humble request to increase the frequency of st buses from all the areas as it is not just about transport facility but our right to survive which is been at stake.

        Thousands of regular st travelers are carrying out protests and no good action is been taken yet. Me as a responsible tax paying citizen of india is asking for justice and convenience in my transportation.
        Left behind a black bag in Jamkhandi to miraj bus. It has important documents . I[censored] find the name as trupti koli on documents pls contact me [protected]. Urgent. thanks

          I was booked online bus ticket by using redbus site, my journey was 17/10/2017 but unfortunately at the time of my journey date 17/10/2017 all msrtc employees was on strike.
          So i submited my ticket at on 29/10/2017 for refund my ticket fare to the aurangabad sidco bus station mr. Patil sir, my ticket number is :[protected] mr. Patil is commited me my ticket fare will be deposit in my account within 10 days, but yet as on date 23/11/2017 my fare did not deposit in my account, i everyday call to aurangabad bus station for enquiry of my refund status on aurangabad bus station phone number :- [protected] but the employee of mstrc dont talk in proper language, behaviour of them are very bad, and they did not proper answer when will be my ticket fare will be deposit in my account.
          So tell me how i get my ticket fare refund in my account?

            Bus came from ratnagiri bus depo name plate written as ratnagiri - ganpatipile - borivali

            It stopped for 5 second only bus was half empty i asked conductor will it bus go to ganpatipule but he said no it is not going there and within 5 second bus passed out from ther

            We were waiting next bus for next 2 hours but there is no anathor bus from that root we suffered lots of problem deu to ignorance of your employee

              दुपारच्या 2-30 च्या ठाणे ते बोईसर एसटी साठी आईला घेऊन ठाणे एसटी स्थानक गाठले.

              MH-07, C-7260 एसटी लागली होती, बऱ्या पैकी भरली होती पण, एक जागा आईला मिळाली.

              मी (वय-५९ वर्षे ) उभा होतो. दुसऱ्या सीट वरील आजी म्हणाल्या जा ड्रायव्हर च्या बाजूच्या सीटवर बसा, पहिल्या सीटवर जिथे वाहक लिहिले होते त्या भरल्या होत्या.
              आणि ड्रायव्हरच्या बाजुच्या सीटवर एक सतरंजी होती, त्यामुळे मी तेथे जाण्यास तयार नव्हतो.
              परत 4 नं सीट वर बसलेल्या आजी म्हणाल्या, भाऊ बसा त्या जागेवर तेथे कोणी आधी बसलेले नाही, विचार केला ठीक आहे कोणी आले तर उठू.

              2-15 वाजता वाहक (conductor) आले आणि म्हणाले इथून उठा.
              मी म्हणालो - मागे जागा नाही. ते म्हणतात - मी काय करू त्याला, मी इथे सतरंजी ठेवली आहे.

              मी : मागे वाहक लिहिले आहे तिथे तुम्ही बसा, तुम्ही स्टाफ आहात, तुम्ही कशी अशी जागा अडवू शकता, नियमानुसार कोणीच अशी जागा अडवू शकत नाही.
              किंवा मी उठतो तुम्ही मला वाहक लिहिल्या जागी बसवा, जागा दिल्या शिवाय मी उठणार नाही.

              मध्येच अचानक चालक (Driver) बोलू लागले : तुम्ही काय एसटीचे बाप आहात काय, गुमान उठा !
              मी : तुम्ही एसटीचे बाप आहात काय ? मला मागे जागा ध्या मी तेथे बसतो.
              वाहक : ( माझा हात पकडून, एकेरीवर आले ) खाली उत्तर, जास्त बोलायचे काम नाही,

              तेवढ्यात माझी आई रडत उभी राहिली, म्हणते आपण खाली उतरू. पुढील एसटीने जाऊ, कीवा रद्द करू.

              मी: (इतर प्रवाशांना उद्धेशून )
              पहा चालक साहेब म्हणतात आम्ही एसटीचे बाप आहोत .
              चालक : हो आम्ही एसटीचे बाप आहोत.
              आई उठून पुढे येऊ लागली, तसा मी उठलो.
              तो पर्यंत वाहकाच्या जागेवर बसलेली स्त्री उठली व खाली उतरली.

              मागाचची आजी म्हणाल्या : जागा खाली झाली बसा, जाऊद्या !

                I booked ticket on 23rd october 2017 online from ur site and i paid online for the ticket, arungabad to pune. I paid rs.1598.02 online for the ticket for 4 person. Money deducted from my ac. But i didn't get my ticket. I already complaint against this to msrtc. And they assured me that they refund my money in 20 working day's. But i didn't receive my money.

                    Sir, my village chikharde is located on barshi - osmanabd road and is major stop. Population of chikharde village is near abt[protected]. So from our village students, employees farmers always needs to travel to barshi and so on. Our village has a bypass road for heavy vehicles. But osmanabad depo buses avoid our stop and use bypass avoiding passengers with empty or with 10-20 passengers. Becoz of this students employees and peoples are suffering sooo much. We have complained many times to osmanabad bus depo in written also. But they answered that conductors and drivers are not listening them. Is the buses of msrtc buses are to traveling only for conductors and drivers and not for passengers. Becoz of this students are missing their lectures in collages, schools as they taavels with monthly passes. And employees not get their offices in time. All buses of osmanabad depo avoids our stop. So i request you to take action in this case.
                    It has been almost 20 days still I have not received my refund amount.. I have already sent scanned copy of my cancellation of MSRTC ticket.

                      नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील लासलगांव आगार येथील बसेस नेहमीच उशिराने निघतात कमर्चारी (वाहक व् चालक) contorl रूम मधे गप्पा मारत बसतात 10 ते 15 मिनिटे बस उशिराने कढ़तात
                      चालक नाही वाहक नाही म्हणून बस वेळेवर पुकारुंन रद्द करतात हे वर्तन त्यांच्चे रोजचेच् झाले आहे. कंप्लेंट रजिस्टर देत नाही. नेहमी अधिकारी कार्यालयात नसतात.
                      लवकरच आपल्या मार्फत सुचना होऊन योग्य ती चौकशी होऊन करवाई व्हावी.

                        I booked ticket on line from pune to borivali & boarding at chandani chouck on 13thnov 2017. Deatails - tk. No.30712046;jayamala pat;swargate, pu-borivali nan;13/11/17;ac;10:30;chandani c-borivali sat10:45;id-;f:2+h:0+c:0=t:2;s:7, 8;rs1052+conchg
                        We reached chandani chouck at 10.25 am. Asked the lady st helper (She was in st uniform) when will bus come. She replied that it would come any time. At 10.45 am pune - borivali bus came, she told rush immediately. With my wife & 4 bags i rushed to bus. But it turned out to be 10 am bus.
                        I asked that lady you should not have told us to rush to the bus. I am 60 year old person travelling with my wife & luggage.
                        She arrogantly replied that it is not her job to help us. She is there to just give tickets, that is all.
                        I asked her to give me her name & reference number. She arrogantly replied, she would not give. Go to depot to complain.
                        I asked her 2-3 times, she denied.
                        I took her photo to complain against her. To my surprise, she called police that i took her photo!!!
                        In the mean time, bus came (Bus no mh-06/s/9772), we boarded bus.
                        After few minutes i got phone call from police on mobile, which they got from my relative who had come to see of[censored]s.
                        I told them the fact, to which the police asked to apologise her to me to which she did not!!!
                        ‌the driver of our bus after knowing the story told us that lady is arrogant. They also have the past experience.
                        ‌kindly take proper action against her. *her photo is enclosed here.*
                        ‌*such a good service of st is spoiling its name because of such arrogant service provider.*

                          Sir,
                          My name is vimal siyal, a responsible resident of thane. The busses have their highway to highway routes from the bus depots to reach the respective bus stops.

                          In the morning from[protected] where a lot of local residents at ram ganesh gadkari road & ram maruti road take their morning walks, senior citizens being at high risk, and the roads being short in width; there’s a possibility of mishaps.

                          Bus drivers to save their time, drive very rashly and have caused a life in the last 30 days. It shouldn’t repeat itself in the near future which is why i want to bring this to your notice.

                          I request you to issue a strict order with regards to avoiding the mentioned routes for the busses to travel for ease to the local residents.

                            My self bhagwan mote, i start journey from aurangabad to farashi kinhola on[protected] at 4:30am by aurangabad to bhusawal bus, bus no mh-20-bl-2387. I was asking one ticket of farashi kinhola, she doesn't give me a ticket, there is no bus stop at farashi kinhola for these bus, but other route bus give me a ticket of these stop and drop me at that stop.

                            Bus from Shriwardhan to dighi is half hour late...From last one month. There are ladies who want to go home on time...The bus reaches borli at 7 pm. As the area is not safe for ladies the bus comes late.The bus driver and conductor sits in restaurants at dighi for 15 mins everyday at 6 pm. And comes late.

                              I a h patil traveled by s t bus by aurangabad-gulbarga. This bus might have reach osmanabad at 12.00 midnight, as it proceeded from aurangabad at 6.00 p. M. The bus reached at yedsi & stopped for dinner at 12.00 midnight. Its take 50 minutes approx. And then conductor taken over the charge of driver & driver taken charge of conductor & reached at osmanabad at 1.00 midnight. Is it permissible to drive the bus by conductor & whether conductor have driving licence. Who is responsible if any bad incidence happens. Please inquire & reply.

                                I cancelled my ticket from pune to aurangabad, dated:[protected]Cancellation voucher number:[protected], but still i have not received any amount in my bank account.
                                If i receive a cancellation voucher confirmation doesn't that mean i should get a refund within 7 days? It's 15 days now.

                                  Msrtc maharashtra state road transport corporation - msrtc please teach your shivneri drivers to stop the bus at each stop atleast for one minute. I had booked a shivneri from borivali to swargate (Via sion) for 11th nov 2017, timing -5am departure from borivali. My stop was pushpa park malad east (Bus arrival time - 5.15am). Seat booked no. 13 and 14. I was waiting at the stop and waved at the driver when i saw the bus. The driver saw me but did not bother to stop the vehicle. He stopped the bus a little further ahead than where i was standing. I started running towards the bus, but before i reached it he took off again! I had a booking and still the driver did not bother to wait despite seeing me waving my hand and running after the bus! If customer service really matters to you then i hope some action is taken against this driver. I immediately called the mumbai helpline number, but nobody answered the call. I tried to call the number mentioned on this facebook page but it doesn't get connected. Do you actually have any number which works or you just want to avoid getting complaints about the pathetic driving and behaviour of shivneri drivers? Do you realise the trouble caused to the passengers? We followed the bus all the way from pushpa park malad to maitri park chembur but couldn't track it as it had a lead of about 3 to 5 minutes. We had to incur extra cab charges of rs. 350. Finally when we explained our situation to one of the conductors at the maitri park bus stop, he put us in another bus and we could reach pune. It was a very bad experience.. Inspite of waking up at 4am to catch a 5am bus and reaching the stop early, the bus driver conveniently decides to skip picking us up and leave. Why are they let go so easily? Since you do not have a number to register complains, they know nothing can happen to them even if they behave like this with passengers. If there is some bit of willingness in you guys to change the way shivneri is operating, then i hope you will start taking strict action against such drivers. Bus number mh 06 s 9759, time 5am from borivali to swargate (Via sion), date 11th november 2017. I am sure these details are enough to identify the driver on duty. Also i want to know if the conductor was sleeping! He has a record of pre booked passengers and should have known that two seats are booked for pick up from pushpa park.

                                    I was traveling from pune to ahmednagar
                                    In m. S. R. T. C bus at 9/11/2017 thursday in bus number "mh 40 aq 6023" which was a non-stop bus from "pune to shrirampur". The batch number of bus driver was "8340". I got into the bus at 3:25 pm and reached at 6:05. The bus driver was very rash through out the highway. He was constantly using the horn without any reason, even if the road was emty he used horn just for fun which irritated every passenger. The horn also was not the standard one it was different horn & was very irritating. Not only this but he was an danger to the life of other people on highway. Thankfully no one got harmed or injured but i request to take an huge & quick action on this driver & on the conductor of the bus because conductor also encouraged the driver instead of stoping him. Thank you

                                      I am mantu sahoo have canceled a ticket which was booked for travelling on dated.16.10.2017, i was fill the cancelation form and submit the form at latur st stand. The st official inform me that the amount will be credited within 4 to 8 days, but it is about 15 days the amount not credited in my account till date. I contact the st official, he told me it is not our job, it the job if the higher authority. Please resolve the issue.

                                      We are travelling from pune to mumbai in msrtc AC shivneri bus no 9371 right now, here air conditioner is not in working condition .. All passengers are feeling suffocated..we feel that at least they should inform us in advance or take money for a non AC fare. please arrange for a refund asap...customer care number is also not reachable...

                                        I ashish vijay ingle was drive bike from andhera to chikhli. Bus no mh40 aq6208 was trying to overtake me and came to near by. Bus was left just half feet distance. Hence i was show hand to driver but he is neglect the same and tray to divert me left side. After that he was stop at pratik hotel near chikhli. There is no any legal stop. He was stop bus there for lunch. I was ask to diver why he was overtake me whenever i was show hand to him. He was rudely talk and trying to heat me by rod. Please take proper action against driver. Thanking you sir. Incident was happen near berala chikhli
