I am traveling from Parbhani to Gangakhed, at that time I got this worst experience. The conductor kicked my luggage three times, when i asked him reason he give me answer in very Arogantly, "EVDHA ASEL TR DOKYAVAR UCHAL, NAYTR FEK KHALI, . MALA ADCHAN HOTEY"
I argue on that sentence, same time conductor stopped the bus modwayimn remote location and told that, get out from my bus. I didn't understand MY BUS.

I have book bus ticket dated 17th Oct 2017.(ticket no[protected]. But due to MSRTC Strike schedule bus was canceled. cancellation voucher no is 30496709. yet i haven't receive refund amount. please do needful.

I book msrtc ticket using as guest user and book ticket jintur to pune but ticket not generated but my money is loss on my bank account

I Shubham Ugale booked bus ticket for 01 person in name of mr. shubham ugal from shivajinagar(pune) to aurangabad through msrtc web site.Date of journey was 17.10.2017 and boarding time was 10.00 pm, ticket no.30317973. But due to strike buss was cancelled. But till now i have not received my refund amount of rs.396/- to my bank account.

    I sushant nikam booked bus ticket for 01 person in name of mr. Ajay namdev valkunde from nerul to rahimatpur through msrtc web site. Ticket was booked on 16.10.2017 and date of journey was 19.10.2017 and boarding time was 07.59 am, ticket no.30379533. But due to strike of st workers i have cancelled my ticket on 18.10.2017 and ticket cancellation voucher no. Is 30402586. But till now i have not received my refund amount of rs.235/- to my bank account.

    I Balaji Goknoor booked bus ticket for 02 person in name of mr. Balaji Goknoor & lata Goknoor from Shivaji Nagar to Mukhed through msrtc web site. Ticket was booked on 16.10.2017 and date of journey was 18.10.2017 and boarding time was 06.15 am, ticket no.30358434. But due to strike of st workers i have cancelled my ticket on 18.10.2017. But till now i have not received my refund amount of rs.1012/- to my bank account.

      As per the time table the difference between the two bus is 10-15mint but in reality difference between the two bus is 1-2hr no buses on time and no implementation of time table they drive as per their convinces.
      And if you miss any bus then we have to wait for 1-2hr for next bus. No proper time table for bus. Their must be 2-3 bus in hr for ramtek to morbhavan and nagpur but in reality they drive one after another 2-3 buses then there is no bus for 1-2hr
      Mostly in morning no bus for students and so much rush because of less bus and no proper timing.
      Please make it better and increase the quantity of bus and proper time table.
      And one suggestion
      You can add gps on st bus and make app for it by which we can find where is bus and as per this we can go on stop.
      Please accept my complaint and make it better as early as possible.

        Dear Sir, .
        I am frequent traveler from thane- Pune Volvo services, on 27th Oct 2017 while going to Pune, morning 9.30 AM I been to the food mall- left side after after khopoli toll plaza, very next to pertol pump where the MSRTC buses stands.

        I have bought MSRTC coupon, asked him to serve me Idly for which he said it is not available however it was their and were served for others, only Medu Wada is available. After which he offered me very small size medu Wada which was kept aside for MSRTC Coupon holders.

        I was shocked to see the treatment of quality and quantity given to the MSRTC Coupon holder. I have asked him on the same he said complaint on the mentioned no. They dont afraid and care dam of any MSRTC Officers visit.
        The best Part is they give the services to MSRTC customers as they are doing some Upkaar if we by MSRTC Coupon.

        Normally they collect the coupon since my bus was leaving i left from their and tried calling on the Telehone no. provided which was got picked at 10.30 after many trails however the authorities asked me the name of the Food mall without which they can not take complaint.

        MSRTC Authorities must be having some Quality and Quantity parameter in their agreement with the food mall vendor and the same has to be followed by them which is not the case as No MSRTC officer Visit and Check what is happening with their valuable customers.

        We can not deny the possibilities of corruption by the respective authorities as their are no actions or checking on the no. of complaints received against food mall owner and No surprise visit of the responsible authorities to the food Mall- vendors.

        To resolve such issues MSRTC should also mentioned on the Quality and quantity part on the notice boards which should be equal Quality and Quantity offered to the other normal customer offered.
        MH40 9979 bus tavelling to amravati from nagpur not stopped the bus after taking permission for urination at mozari bus stand. Bus timing was around 3.35 pm . Kindly take a neccessary action to provide a good bus service for sick person. If there is any rule for driver to stop the bus for sick person please let me know.

          Thank you ..refund received.
          Conductor not allowed to sit me on my reserved sit, just because of my boarding point is previous stand than my current boarding location. Dhule was my boarding location but I picked bus from malegaon stand. I told that conductor politely to assign my sit to me but he started misbehaving with me.

            I had booked 2pm kopatgon to pune bus from rahuri from msrtc web site. But we received 6pm ticket confirmation. Ticket details are attached.

            I am trying to cancel that 6 pm ticket but it is not able to cancel it. As confirm ticket is not showing in my confirmation tap

              मी दि. 18/10/2017 रोजी ऑनलाईन बुकींग केले होते. परंतु, बसेस चा संप असल्यामुळे मी बुकिंग करून माझा काही उपयोग झाला नाही. तरी st महामंडळाने माझ्या बुकिंग चे सर्व पैसे माझ्या अकाउंट मध्ये लवकरात लवकर refund करावे.st महामंडळाने सांगितले आहे की सर्वांचे पैसे त्यांच्या अकाउंट मध्ये जमा केले जातील. तरी लवकरात लवकर पैसे refund करावे. मी सोबत माझ्या ticket बुकिंग चा फ़ोटो attach केला आहे.

              I have booked a ticket from solapur to Hyderabad . The actual time of bus is 9:30 pm. But the bus came10:20.pm.. this is completely disappointing of time management of msrtc bus. This is not the first time.. this is my 5 th experience Kindly take necessary action towards buses timings..

                Thanks am currently traveling to pune from aurangabad through bus no. Mh 20 bl 4062. The bus started at 1.30 pm and it's 3.00 pm now by this time the buses who overtaken us have been reached nearby ahamadnagar (I know bcoz my friend is traveling in another bus). If msrtc is charging same cost to the people then the issues like speed lock of bus and all should not arise.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have got a refund of rs 770 against my booking @ rs 1025+. The payment id for the same is [protected].

                  I had booked the ticket from pune to malegaon for travel on 19/10/2017 through msrtc online booking services on 07/10/2017. As the strike of msrtc workers started on 16/10/2017 and continued the strike till 21.10.2017, i cancelled the ticket through the same website on 19/10/2017 itself and went for travel by private operators.

                  My concern is, if there is stirke till 21st and your site is not active for booking tickets, then in that case it should not be active for any cancellations too. As the tickets will get cancelled automatically. And if some one like me cancells ticket of a bus which itself get cancelled due to strike and not completed its journey, and you are deducting cancellation charges from this nonexisted trip then it will be totally unfair to those people who have cancelled the tickets.

                  So i request you to refund my whole amount i. E. Rs 1025.

                    Bus no. Mh-14 bt-4025 surat to chopada on dated[protected] in the morning around 4:30am i am going to vyara. When the bus arrived i asked the conductor to vyara that time conductor and driver told me that the bus is not entered in city vyara it's going by pass the city. But the board on the bus displayed route bardoli, vyara. Many times i am faces the same problem.

                      I had booked msrtc bus to travel from pune to nasik for journey date : 19th october 2017 (5:15 am)

                      I had to cancel my ticket due to bus strike as there was no other option left for me. I have just received refund of 358 rupees by now and would request you to please refund the complete amount of rs 728.

                            Hello sir/madam,

                            Hope you are doing well.

                            I wanted to raise a complaint against the conductor of kurla-mangalvedha bus who was not allowing passengers who wish to alight at lonavala st depot, stating that bus doesn't go that way but in actual it took 20 min. Break at lonavala depot. Unfortunately i had to take next stop ticket i. E. Vallabh nagar instead of lonavala.

                              I am ur regular customer o[censored]r bus which is from ahmednagar to indapur n time if the bus is 6:15am daily..
                              It has became a major problem to all passengers as the bus is irregular n only comes for any 10day in the whole month due to which all the passengers r suffering from this... We dont understand whats the reason as the bus is full on its profit so why???

                              But because of msrtc strike I could not travel by that bus.MSRTC App was not working at that time.

                                I had booked ticket on 11th oct 2017 from swargate to ichalkaranji for 2 tickets amonting of total 568 rs. Since due to strike we were not be able to get the said facility nor the refund has been done. So you are requeted to refund the money for which service has not been provided. Sice the customer has not given the service for the paid money it has to get reimburse the same amount to the customer prior to complaint. Kindly do the needful.

But some few days due to the strike of bus, i have to go by personal bus every day due to the strike my financial loss & mental discomfort. And bombay high court and the government also said that the strike is illegal, for this i have the right to get financial loss

                                    Dear sir, i cancelled my online journey ticket, as per the message by msrtc online reservation system, my cancellation proposal number is 30903637 and even after around 14 working days from ticket cancellation date i did not receive the refund amount. Where as per message of msrtc i should receive my amount within 10 working days after cancellation. Please check and let me know about it asap. Thank you.

                                        I booked one online ticket of semi-luxury bus; shivajinagar to mahabaleshwar for the date 15th oct-17 at 07:45 hrs; my boarding point was swargate stand & boarding time was 08:05hrs. I was waiting for bus from 07:30hrs till 09:45hrs but bus didn’t came.

                                        I requested swargate depot controller to kindly transfer my tickect either in extra buses which were starting from swargate to mahabaleshwar considering diwali rush or in any other ordinary bus going to mahabaleshwar, but controller was not ready to do so. Controller asked me to take new tickect from swargate to mahabaleshwar and travel, as i was having some important work and return back to pune on same day i travelled by another ordinary bus by taking new ticket.

                                        One thing i would like to bring into notice that, if passanger don’t come on schedule time then bus will not wait for the passanger will go as per schedule, same is the case here, still i waited almost 1 hour 45 minutes. It is my humble request to repay my ticket amount of rs.206. I am herewith attaching my online booked ticket as well as tickets which obtained for second time.
