    Dear sir/mam
    I am gaurav mule trying to book the ticket for 5 people from majalgaon to kolhapur for the date of 21 10 2017.
    I receive the otp for secure transaction, when i entered otp on msrtc site the page is redirected for a couple of second and i got error msg page can not be complited.
    Amount 2300 is dudected from my account but not get any massage or mail for booking confirmation
    Please do needful

    The ordinary buses are not taking passenger from wagholi to travel shivajinagar. I am very inconvenient to travel shivajinagar. Please kindly consider my application. They are not taking any passenger who wants to go Shivajinagar.

      Respected sir/madam,
      Yesterday 21/10/2017 me and my wife was travelling to shiroli, kolhapur, maharashtra to ujalaiwadi. At the tawade hotel bridge st bus no mh 07 c 7973 (Travelling from ichalkaranji to kolhapur) collide from back side and run away at 7.20 pm. After an half hour we went to kolhapur bus depo. Bus mh 07 c 7973 stood at bus depo but driver didnot registered his name. We are greatfull that we are still alive. Bus drivers frequently having bus accidents and killing common people like us. No one take strong action against them. Please take precautions driving bus and please take action against bus driver of mh 07 c 7973.

        मी आपल्या अधिकृत वेब साईटवर माझ account create करुन बस तिकीट booking केली. Booking केलेली टिकिट नेरुल फाटा ते खेड अशी होती. नेहमी या मार्गावरून जाणारी प्रत्येक बस ही bridge वरून जाते. त्यामुळे प्रवाशांना खूप त्रास सहन करावा लागतो. जर टिकिट booking केली असेल तरच बस bridge खालून जाते.
        दिनांक 14/10/2017 ला मी तिकीट booking केली होती, बस ची बोरीवली वरुण सुटण्याची वेळ 8:45 PM ची होती. मात्र बस bridge खालुन न येता bridge वरून गेली. त्यामुळे मला खूप त्रास सहन करावा लागला. पण तेवढ्यात ठीक 9: 30 PM ची बस आली. नशीबाने आली असावी. कारण bridge खालुन बस जाने हे खूप दुर्मिळ आहे. मी booking केलेली तिकीट खाली देत आहे. या तिकीट वरून पन थोडी समस्या निर्माण केली ते पण 9:30 PM च्या वाहकाच्या गैरसमजीमुळे. महामंडळ मधे असे खुप वाहक असतील की ज्याना अजुन online तिकीट booking चा massage कळत नसेल.
        कृपया करून आपण माज्या complent चा विचार करून बस bridge खालुन नेहमी जान्यात यावी ही विनंती।।

          Respected sir/madam,
          I was travelling from dadar to swargate. I was in need of charging port as my mobile battery was very low and i find that charging port was not working instead of having too many ports. I told driver about this, he replied that i had switch on button now you have to look after this it's not my problem. Every one was facing this problem. Details of ticket and bus no attached in photo.

          As we are paying we should get this basic need. Bus company scania, as this bus should have this type of facilities.

            Our bus is shivshahi which is to be departed from pune to nagpur on 16/10/2017 at 6:00pm from shivajinagar bus stand and as they said it is to be reach nagpur by 6am but shtill we can consider as the bus depart 2hrs late from shivajinagar bus stand due to technical issue, but that time we consider it that we will reach by 9-10am tomorrow but as of now its 9:30am and we reach akola the bus driver is that unprofessional he is not able to manage the speed and proper driving all the passangers are head up of it
            Dear sir/madam,
            I booked tickit from Mumbai Central (Vashi) to Baramati dated 18 October 2017. Rs. 474 deducted from my account but I don't get etickit or any confirmation. Kindly give me booking confirmation or refund.

              Today i was trying to book the tickets from pune to hyderabad. While doing the transction from my axis bank account money transfered from my account but i didnt get any message from the msrtc regarding the ticket. And money is showing in the msrtc site. I am requesting you to please let me know how you are going to take care about the action.

                Dear sir, i cancelled my online journey ticket, as per message on msrtc online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 30345018. Even after around 1days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. As per message of msrtc i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount. Thank you.                   My name is kunal ashtekar from kolhapur i had booked a ticket through red bus from pune to kolhapur on 10am at katraj boarding point i tried to stop the bus at katraj but driver didnt stop and i had loss of 437 with ticket number 30368552 that too of shivshahi bus i had already complaint this in pune swarget bus stand and i dont hope they look into this issue please look into this issue as 437 is not a small amount and you need to refund this amount hope you do the needful or else i need to take this issue to consumer court...

                    Yesterday on 14 october at 1pm, i have booked ticket reservation online from msrtc site from pune swargate to ashta for 3:00pm bus. Rs 356 were deducted from my account but i had not received any sms or email regarding confirmation of ticket reservation. So i booked ticket by standing in a que. So i request msrtc to refund my money on earliest basis or l will go against you legally.

                      I am going to karmala to pune by bus no mh 14 bt 0945 on 15/10/2017
                      And this hus stop to the near bhigvan hotel parijat and this hotel not provided breakfast in 30 rupees so why the bus stay to this hotel and why money waste extra from passenger
                      Sir please take action on this and bus stop for breakfast only on this hotel which provide breakfast and tea at 30 rupees

                          My name is somaj bhatale from kolhapur i had booked a ticket from pune to kolhapur on 3 pm at katraj boarding point we tried to stop the bus at katraj but driver didnt stop and i had loss of 874 with ticket number 30254146 that too of shivshahi bus i had already complaint this in pune swarget bus stand and i dont hope they look into this issue please look into this issue as 874 is not a small amount and you need to refund this amount hope...

                          Hi sir/madam,

                          This is lalit pathak. I booked ticket from pune to buldhana on date 13/10/17 (Ticket no:[protected] my onboarding is shivajinagar because, in online booking u can't see shirur to buldhana msrtc bus service. So i used shivaji nagar as onboarding and my actual onboarding is shirur. I was waited till 3am almost 6 hr in night for bus in shirur bus station but bus didn't arrived.
                          There is no entry of bus number in shirur bus station. Bus no was 4168.

                          Please investigate this issue
                          Please let me know i[censored] need more information from my side

                            The 4.45pm shivneri bus from pune to mumbai dadar east on friday 13th october 2017 arrived at bremen chowk at 18.15pm and then went off towards bangalore till it could find a u-turn near satara. It came to wakad at 20.19 pm.
                            My husband is a senior citizen on this bus and it is to be seen when it reaches dadar. Tried several msrtc numbers to get an update and only heard nice music for sometime...
                            What could be the problem? Passengers in bus told him chalta hai its a everyday thing!

                              I've been waiting at the bus platform since two hours now, the bus which was scheduled got late by half an hour, the seats were full and very few people got seats. Later i booked a ticket online for the bus scheduled at 18:30 hours. 30 mins have passed since the scheduled time and the bus hasn't arrived yet. The passengers are not properly informed of the reasons why the bus is late. The number of seats in the next scheduled bus is not available, people wait for hours in the queue and in the end get to know that only few seats are available. Later they have to regret waiting for so long as no seats are available. Please kindly look into this matter. Buses are a major source of transportation of the public in these cities. And people would be very thankful if their grievances are solved and they are correctly informed.

Is making aadhar card compulsory for every thing but conductors in st bus are not accepting aadhar card for half ticket and many times they behave rudely so its not right way please do needful. We traveled from beed to aurangabad and shown them aadhar card as age proof but he denied and behaive rudely journey took place on 12 oct 2017.
                                Can you specify the reason for not accepting aadhar card

                                    I came to swargate pune today 11 october 2017 to catch a 5 am bus shivneri to mumbai. The bus never came for that time and the next bus for a different route came late and left half an hour late. This standard of service is not expected being the costliest service provider on the circuit. Please address these issues. Thanks anurag

                                      I have online reserved my seat on public. Msrtcors.com journey from shivaji nagar, pune to aurangabad with service no. 372125/ semi luxury on date 16/10/2017 at 8:30 am by the name nikita wankhede. The amount of rs.396 is deducted from my account but i have not got any confirmation email or message also there is no e-ticket information is available.

                                      So i kindly request you please confirm my booking else refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      I have booked a ticket on msrtc (maharashtra) website and have made the payment using BHIM app. The amount has been deducted but I did not receive any notification regarding ticket. Either refund my amount or let me know something about the ticket.
