Today while going to my office I met with an accident at the junction of Holycros convent school. The MSRTC driver was driving carelessly without noticing the small vehicles and motorbikes. I stood for a moment so that ai can get a way to cross the lane. When I got the chance I moved along but at the same the bus driver recklessly moved his vehicle without noticing me . Although I was bocked down at the front wheel of the bus but even then he applied brakes lately. However I have taken a photo of his batch bcos lots of crowd has been gathered and they helped me in lifting my bike and myself. Plz record my complaint against the reckless driver and also I am requesting the authority to build speed breakers for a safety reason . Bcos the school is in the vicinity.

It is very unfortunate to feel unsafe in the st bus due to rash driving from the driver while coming from the bangla to hyderabad (Bus no. Mh 14 bt 4987 sholapur to hyderabadstation date 14th sep 2017 time 6:30 from islampur). Me and my wife had sat on the last seats of the bus, we feel many times careless drive from driver
My wife has sufferred stomach pain due to careless driving, even when enter in the pune city same pace and rash were there, bus jump as high, we could not tolarate, severe pain has been started, from last 2 days she is still feeling pain. I hope pain would be stop as early as possible, if it is continues, i would take next steps

We are not expecting anything from msrtc, we just want to highlight unsafe as we feel about st bus.
Same thing should not happen with others

I am mhesh ghatage. Yesterday i was make my reservation from pune to sangli.
Reservation not done but my amount was deducted thats why i was calling to your given number on your official number i. E.[protected].
From yesterday i am calling on this number but still didn't received my call.
This number either engage or either not receive any one, so please kindly take action on that. If you didnt give me any feedback about it i will go to your top management.

Dear sir, greetings of the season. I was travelling on 11.09.2017 on your bus no. Mh 20 bl 1116 of aurangabad - i depot, plying from shirdi to aurangabad. The conductor was seemingly mrs. U b rathod and the driver's name is unavailable. The bus was over crowded, may be with about 30+ standees over and above 46 seats. I hope only 11 standees are permitted. Naturally few passengers occupied the driver cabin too. I have noticed that one person in khaki pull over and military pants leaned over the seat of the driver and having heated discussion all through the travel. The life and safety of about a hundred passengers were in his hands and at risk throughout the journey. As i noticed it for long, i brought it in to the attention of the conductor and requested to correct the driver. She cautioned the driver but for no avail. This type of practices of negligent & rash driving playing with the life of hundreds of passengers is to be controlled and proper explanation is to be sought from the errant driver & conductor.
The general condition of the said bus is very poor. I don't know whether the bus has met with some accident or so. The total body of the bus was shaking with rattling sound especially the middle section on both sides. So please see to that the condition of the bus is properly checked to avoid any splitting or rippling off of the bus en route running.

As per subject, your asiyad bus is taking unnecessarily highest fair ¬ providing any service like speed, minimum stoppage, wifi, time etc. So i hv to ask for what/which service you are taking the higher fair. Or is it only for cushion seats? If you are not able to give service don't take extra fair. You are doing chit with your customer. So in this way you are pushing them to take another mode of conveyance...

I herewith attached ST reservation online booked ticket with ST no. MH - 20 Bl 3725 dated on 03/09/2017

I booked the reservation ticket through onlne last month seat no. 43 and 44,

date of Journey was 03/09/2017, and time was 3.30 from Shrivardhan depot, its cames late on 5.30 pm. at Borli depot.

Situation and Improper Management of ST bus controller was that :

Bus seat is available up to seat no. 42. (my reserved seat no. 43 & 44 not available in Bus)

Me and my wife and my child was not found any our reserved seat, we contact at Borli depot controller, but they could not help us, finally i loses my seat due to improper management of ST Depot at Shrivardhan from controller.

And its travelling up to mumbai from Borli, around required 6-7 hrs., not possible to travelled with standing with family.

please refund the same of reservation amt. due to unavailability of reserved seat and credited to my account.

I'm waiting for bus of jalagon to borkheda. I daily travel in bus. But today i was standoff at nmu gate. But driver was not stopped bus at this point. North maharashtra university at this point bus was stopped daily but today bus was not stopped. I was very inconvenience because of all this. Jalgaon to central school of nmu this bus was daily running through this gate. On this gate many people's are undulation daily.

Was traveling in d morning on 8th sep 2017 from mumbai to pune by hirakani bus mh-20 bl 3292. It was all going well but at vashi bus stops to receive passenger an old lady who is suffering frm paralysis wanted to travel with her daughter but as she entered in the bus the bus conductor insulted her with a harsh words saying that "you should travel by any private vehicle not by public transpotation". Well the point is does he have any right to insult or comment anything about her disability?? Government keep reserved seats for every disable person. Still that conductor disrespect her.

I am student. I am study at baramati. I am traveling in msrtc bus from phaltan to baramati. The bus from phaltan are not coming on time or its not coming only. Because of bus problem the public can't get to there collage school office or any work etc... At time today i am waiting for 1hr in phaltan than also i didn't get the bus we all complain to the msrtc officer then also they not taking any action i hope the will slove as soon as possible

I am traveling from pathardi to ahemadnagar bus no 4147 7sep2017 12:00non it was without conductor bus ahe that driver miss behavis and slept to me also he abouse languvage ahe through me out from bus
I didn't register a police complaint to that driver because i don't know his name also he havent waer proper uniform
He say me this bus is his fathers bus don't go inside or else i will kicked you out

I have been travel through bus number mh20bl3756 on 6.9.2017 from thane to nashik. Bus is from shahada depot. As bus has duty in condition with lot of spitting & bad smell, i have been requested to conductor mr. Tidke to allow me seat near him, but he forcefully denied to seat near him. Is this service type of msrtc? I need of written explanation from msrtc with my money as we as reimbursement of my mentally harassment. Otherwise i will be free for justice from consumer forum for the same.

Msrtc has cancel this bus which was schedule on 31/08/2017. But i have not received money refund till date nor ticket is cancel in system.

This mandar shere, i am traveling from borivali nancy colony depot to deccon pune at morning 7am shivaneri bus m5145, i had paid ₹526/-for travel.

I am regular traveler of shivaneri, today morning when i am traveling i want to take my blood pressure medicine for that usually i asked driver to give complementary water bottle, he refused to give by saying it has been stopped by msrtc.

When i investigate i found complementary water box behind his seat which he is hiding.

Because of that i can't took my schedule medicine and i'd anything happened with me who will be responsible for that.

Today on 4th sep 2017, 2.40pm, a bus number mh20 2496, travelling on state highway left kusumba station and moved towards dhule direction. There is a curved road 1km ahead from kusumba and this bus driver was driving carelessly. I was riding a bike (Mh18 as7656) behind this bus and gave horn as well as light to this bus for pass but instead of giving me side or blowing any indicator, this bus driver moved bus in off lane while i was half crossed the bus. I had to take down my vehicle from road to bushy surface. I was lucky to survive without injury but this driver did not even noticed what happened behind him and continued his journey with full of passengers. This kind of driving lead to serious accidents. So i suggest you to train drivers strictly for following traffic rules as well as they have to think of safety of passengers and bikers on road.
I am alive to mention issue here. Think about those who lost life.

Me & my family traveling shirdi to triyambakeshwar through st bus belongs to kopargaon st bus depot.
The driver behaved very arrogantly after asking for late depature, he said, "i 'll deside when to depart the bus".
Driver was very harsh & rude, he behaves like the state transport belongs to himself,
Such arrogance increases in state transport employee.

I am traveling from panvel to alibag non stop bus no mh14 bt2631 time 13:00 hrs.
The bus driver is busy in gossips with the passenger sitting besides him. He has also kept his right ear busy by keeping earphones in it. He is not giving proper attention on driving. Even after warning from passengers he is not bothering to pay attention on driving..

My name is bhudhan kawale from umred maharashtra, today my family where wating for bus since for 4pm today from bus stand they wanted to travel from umred to bela n near about 30 people where waiting for that bus but bus help box co ordinator says bus is coming n now they r saying bus cancelled. They r not coordinating properly n most of d time bus stand no. Is switched off. This type of things r happing here. Kindly resolve this type of mistakes.

I booked ticket for barshi pune 14.00 ist bus having ticket no.29924363 on 2.9.2017. Barshi enquiry counter didn't announce bus even after 14.45 and even after continuous enquiry, people (Lady on desk) didn't helped. Also she arrogantly told us to get lost. Kindly start action and pay me discomfort allowance for harassment. I'll be looking forward for consumer forum complaint if not resolve ed here.

Dear sir, i cancelled my online journey ticket, as per message on msrtc online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 29756217. Even after around 8 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. As per message of msrtc i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, please guide me to receive my ticket cancellation amount. Thank you.
