I herewith attached ST reservation online booked ticket with ST no. MH - 20 Bl 3725 dated on 03/09/2017
I booked the reservation ticket through onlne last month seat no. 43 and 44,
date of Journey was 03/09/2017, and time was 3.30 from Shrivardhan depot, its cames late on 5.30 pm. at Borli depot.
Situation and Improper Management of ST bus controller was that :
Bus seat is available up to seat no. 42. (my reserved seat no. 43 & 44 not available in Bus)
Me and my wife and my child was not found any our reserved seat, we contact at Borli depot controller, but they could not help us, finally i loses my seat due to improper management of ST Depot at Shrivardhan from controller.
And its travelling up to mumbai from Borli, around required 6-7 hrs., not possible to travelled with standing with family.
please refund the same of reservation amt. due to unavailability of reserved seat and credited to my account.

I'm trying to do reservation @ your chakan depo ( pin code - 410501 ). No one is available in office. Even I'm facing this issue from last 1 year. I never gets any officer @ your office and it always closed. Even I goes there in your office timings.
Also I never gets response on phone and toll free no.
