    Sir, i had seated my maasi (Age 55 plus) in shrirampur bus from ahmednagar maliwada depo. As she requested me to leave i left and went back for office in 15 minuted i received a call from her that the driver of vehicle no mh14 bt 3742 has made her leave the bus as she was suppose to take ticket from depo.. And we thought it is regular bus and ticket to be taken from conductor. Had he had some humanity he would have got ticket for her, she had to move down with two luggage and wait for next bus for another half hour.
    This is not a complain — but a reminder of humanity much needed
    Its very dusty n lot of dust, in entire the bus not washed and bad smails

      I booked shivshahi bus ticket for journey from pune to mahabaleshwar though online booking on 19th nov. The journey was scheduled for 21st nov. Accordingly i and my wife reached pune bus station st stand to catch the bus. I was informed that bus is on time and will reach at 11:30am. We both waited for it. But at 11:30 instead of shivshahi normal non ac bus arrived. When i inspected for it, i was told by the bus conductor that this bus will only go to mahabaleshwar and shivshahi won't come. I confirmed the same at enquiry counter where a lady was assisting others. She asked the bus conductor to make us available the shivshahi at swargate. Conductor confirmed that he will transfer us at swargate and there he would arrange a shivshahi for us as per the booking. Accordingly we reached swargate.. But there the two faced conductor denied from changing our bus. That # deprived from his commitments he made at pune bus stand and defied his duties.

      I just want to know is there any rules left in our system today. If i had to go with this non ac dabba vehicle why would i had booked online well in advance. This was not at all acceptable since we are not a residence of pune. We traveled from nagpur and trip was well planned. I don't have to say any thing to the person reading this. I just wanna say i will never book a government ride again in my life. Because government department stabs like this only and you can't do anything. This is the reason why people no more give values to government stuff. No service, no loyalty, no responsibilities towards duties.

      I update the bus no as MH06 S8418, the bus whose conductor makes false promises and manages everything.

        I was travelling from mantha to aurangabad.in this time the conductor did not come & ask me to give ticket after next stop watul passed away. I asked conductor to draw ticket then conductor behaviour suddenly change he got angry and scolding me infront of people i just said sorry and close matter. He behave like this way to me i am at designation of officer i just thought what conductor should behave to ordinary people.

          The departure time for the semi luxury bus (Shivajinagar to borivali) was 7am. But it left the depot at 8:20. This has caused extreme inconvenience to all the passengers. There was no prior informing. We had to wait at the stop 1 and a half hour without any clue of the time of arrival. Hope this is not repeated again as there were several senior citizens too who suffered.
          Hoping for a reply.

            Why the msrtc app neither the website allows booking for half tickets for children? It shows error as payment mismatch.
            Also why are you asking original aadhar while booking at st stand depot. The ichalkaranji bus depot officers asking original aadhar card for booking at bus depot. They are not at all costs operative. We showed them the xerox of aadhar cards for ticket booking but reluctant to answer the questions.
            I've booked Shivshahi from Akola to Aurangabad 2:30 PM on 12/11/2018. Bus was late and no one was responding or giving information for the bus. I've waited more than 2 hours even cancellation process was too lengthy. This is an extremely ridiculous and pathetic service. Worst experience. Strict action have to be taken against it.

              I was informed that the bus is not available for the day as it was cancelled by msrtc and i was asked to make a complain to get the refund of my ticket.

              Really all side i have seen not full fill this work
              Ambajogai dipo(bus stand) not release time to time buses.
              This dipo was not carefully in customers services and Dipo manager not answers will be currectly hi was not action in this karmchary.
              So please my complaint sortly swoll
              MSRTC Bus no = MH 40 Y 5918
              Has failed due to some problem. The bus's origin leave time was 10:30 am. The bus is moving without any action on accelerator. Our request is you should refund the amount we paid for 4 seats cost 1740.

                I booked semi luxury shivshai from kolhapur to hyderabad on 10 nov 2018... I completed all my procedure and payment is done using nate banking.. I cancelled my ticket... So after 7-8 days i dont get any refund and i also dont got any refunf voucher id.. My cancelation vouncher id is 35271445... So give me my refund asap...

                Have been standing at shivneri counter since 6.20 for booking the tickets for 7 o'clock shivneri but there is no one at booking counter. Even people near by other counters aren't responding or answering my questions.

                I am travelling from kolhapur to Pune.
                The bus I travelled was a AC bus but then to AC wasn't working.

                  I booked semi luxury shivshai from kolhapur to hyderabad on 10 nov 2018...

                  I was book ticket from your official site through my account payment was debit in my account but ticket not conform and i am continuously contact with msrtc & atom service but nobody response now you taken more time but no any response in your side pls check on urgent basic.

                      I am booked on online msrtc app. The booked seat no 40, 41 and 8. Date of journey 15.11.2018. Time 16.30. Ticket no.
                      35429422.
                      The booked seats 40 and 41 shown on app right side 2nd seat. But actually it is in st last seat.
                      It is very bad service to the customer. So please give me compensation for that. Because it is your fault. I am also written complete in ichaljaranji st stand complaint book.

                        I want to draw your kind attention of the irregular bus service (Panvel to Vasheni kelvane via Kharpada) & (Vasheni kelvane to Panvel Via Chirner- Round bus) Time : 07.30 am from panvel. The passengers face hardships since the bus is never punctually.The actual passengers have sometimes to have to wait for hours together to catch a transport.

                          Hotel bashri food quality provided is not good very bad cold idli at higher cost
                          Price.
                          Even the upma was not cooked properly.
                          We traveled from pune to solapur by shivshahi.
                          The bus should stop at good hotels.
                          The hand in gloves of authority with hotel is visible very clearly.
                          Even the public toilet on swargate bus stand is stinking very badly.
                          Msrtc is charging very heavily but services are good.

                            Its not a complain but i just want to give one suggestion regarding to the bus.
                            As we know the fuel price is to much rasing dad by day for our future to make our indian currency valu bigger and to develope our country so why we also not contributing for our country. Today at 11:40 around at nalasopara west bustand on 14 nov 2018. I had noticed one thing if the bus is waiting for the passenger getting filled in it so why the bus driver or controller is wasting our goverment money in fuel by keeoing it on for 20 to 30 minutes even they are not their in that driver cabin although they turned the engine on. I am requesting to you to plz take some kund action towards this topic and save our money and also wastage of fuel.

                            I have two time booked ticket through online and paid payment gateway of Billdesk and Atmos. Amount debited in my account but tickets. Ticket detail Kalyan to Parli time 5.15pm
                            Already bus came late for 1 hour and top of that Tyre puncture.
                            No proper service.
                            Why vehicle not chked earlier.

                            Almost 1 and half hour late.

                            At least alterntae bus to arrange or cancelled msg.

                              I ananta vitthalrao pawar, traveling from ladsawangi (Aurangabad) to cidco (Aurangabad) daily and i purchased general pass and paid ₹1800. Validity of pass is from 24 october to 22 nov 2018. But from 7 nov msrtc doesn't run the bus on particular root. I have travell by private vehicles. I paid money but i have to money for traveling.
                              I want my refund or start the bus.

                              7 baje se hum passenger ravi nagar me
                              Bus ka wait kr rahe But abhi 9:40 ho gayee but bus nahi aayee

                                मेरा नाम अनिरुद्ध जैस्वाल है, मैंने अपनी मां श्रीमती शकुंतला जैस्वाल (उम्र 54 वर्ष) का ऑनलाइन रिजर्वेशन शिवशाही बस से अकोला से नागपुर का करवाया था जिसका टाइम[protected] को सुबह 5.5 मिनट का था। मेरी माँ सुबह 4, 30 बजे से अकोला बस स्टैंड पे पहोंची और बस का इंतेज़ार किया, बस नही आने पर पूछताछ काउंटर पर गयी तो बोला गया 2 घंटे देरी से आएगी, 2 घंटे हो जाने पर दोबारा पूछा गया तो कहते है कि आप प्रिंटेड टिकट ले आओ आपको दूसरी बस में बैठाल देते है, जबकि ऑनलाइन टिकट में कही नही लिखा कि प्रिंटेड टिकट साथ मे लाना ज़रूरी है, इतनी सुबह प्रिंटेड टिकट की व्यवस्था नही हो पाई और यही करते करते 8 बज गया, और पूरे 4 घण्टे इंतेज़ार करवाने के बाद कहते है कि जिस बस में आपका टिकट था वो बस यात्रियों के कम होने की वजह से कैंसिल हो चुकी है, और जब पूछा गया कि आपने क्यो नही बताये पहले तो उनका कहना था कि हम 3 घंटे से पहले नही बता सकते थे, जबकि मेरी माँ के देखते देखते 4 घंटे में 10 से 15 शिवशाही बस खाली गाड़ी नागपुर की ओर रवाना हुई। आखिरकार 8.30 की गाड़ी से उन्हें नागपुर रवाना किया गया।
                                बहोत ही घटिया सर्विस शिवशाही बस की, एक 54 साल की अकेली महिला को सुबह 4.30 से 8.30 बजे तक इंतेज़ार करवाया गया, बहोत उम्मीदों से मैं ये कंप्लेंट आपके सामने रख रहा हु की दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाए ताकि किसी अन्य महिला के साथ ऐसा न हो।
                                बस की ऑनलाइन टिकट मैं इस कंप्लेंट के साथ अटैच कर रहा हु कृपया देखे।

                                There is not a such kind of bus is actually.But online portal gave me ticket and withdraw my money.I had to travel without reservation with lots of harish meant.Bus depot manager said that this bus is not available for a long time.How they gave you a ticket? There for I want my refund immediately.

                                I'hv attached my online ticket with this complaint mr jitubaba...plz avoid this bus service, my mother is eye vitness and a victim of its worst service.

                                We were travelling today by velas to pimpri chinchwad bus dated 03 nov 2018
                                The bus driver was very rude to people and driving very recklessly. My mother fell from seat two times due to fast breaking of bus. He was conatatnly abusing other drivers.
                                Please take action against him.

                                  When i was reached & to be seated on my own reservation seat, then the respective conductor of the bus came & told, seat is not reserved; your name is not displaying in my updated list; so you can pay the full charges of your udgir to aurangabad journey. So i have paid all the fair amount 645/- rs.
                                  I have enclosed all the details: 1) ticket 2) amount deducted sms 3) icici bank details; please go through it.
                                  Need to clear our transaction, as soon as possible amount of ticket will be deposited on transaction account.

                                  There are no display board. No announcements of the buses which are late running. Help center people are not Co-operative. Every year they know there is rush but no proper arrangement. Disgusting service. Rude employees, they are saying that they will announce but playing boaring and irritating ad.

                                    I booked ticket on 12 Nov for Nashik to Pune SHIVSHAHI by payment gateway BillDesk, by Google pay UPI, the money was deducted from my account as it shown on statement of my account but on MSRTC my transaction was not successful and also ticket was not generated . So kindly look into the matter, I had attach my Google pay transaction details . Refund the money back as soon as possible.

                                      This is a responsible citizen of india and regularly travelling from msrtc;but from the conductor from the bus is agressively talking with me about the tickit.
                                      I was busy in my office work in mobile so cant able to here his voice, so he just shouted on me in front of whole bus like i am travelling without tickit.
                                      After that I Told him that this is not the way to speak with passenger you speak politely, still he was arguing with me.
                                      Sir if this scenario is happening in the bus travelling from the any employee then we as you should again teach your employees about MSRTC tagline PASSENGERS ARE GOD
                                      I think employee from msrtc should also follow the same.

                                        I made a reservation two times for sivashahi bus on 10/11/2018 from solapur to pune morning 6 am & travelling date is 11/11/2018, but both time
                                        Bus tickets are not generated but amount is debited from my account and also in ticket history it not showing any booking formation. Please find attachment.
                                        I provided all formation regarding it.

                                        Hereby i request you to kindly look into the issue and please make the refund to my account as soon as possible and please reply me.

                                        But I already paid fare...
