I booked semi luxury shivshai from kolhapur to hyderabad on 10 nov 2018... I completed all my procedure and payment is done using nate banking.. I cancelled my ticket before 2 days on nov 9.. So after 7-8 days i dont get any refund on my bank account.. My cancelation vouncher id is 35271445... I was book ticket from your official site through my account payment was debit in my account but ticket not conform and i am continuously contact with msrtc & atom service but nobody response now you taken more time but no any response in your side pls check on urgent basic.

I booked ticket from MSRTC site as guest user.
Now I am trying to cancel ticket as per instruction provided but didn't work.
Also I tried customer care no but no reply
