I have give my car for first service in mighty mahindra show room near patanjali bahadrabaad distt - haridwar but service was very poor and i have complaint secont time but still i am so tired and disturb to his service and behaviour please do the needful.

Second when he returned my car fromservice centre then also 2 major scratched in my car and i am facing so many problem.
1. Crack ac window slider
2. So volume from dash board
3. Engine not washed
4. Washing from inside is not good

    Good day,
    Well i am not sure if this is the right platform to share my grievances. I bought marazzo for taxi last year in nov 2018 and now its sep 2019. I would like to draw the attention of respected authority for helping me to get all the paper work done. I clearly told the showroom, that i will only start paying my installment once the vechile start operating and the they said okey. Its been almost a year every month i have to pay installment without it operates.

    Just tell me how can i pay the installment without income. Moreover the person who is assign to help me out from the showroom is full of #, you cannot trust this guy anymore. He keeps on giving date for all the paper work, but i am still waiting. Can someone wait almost a year?

    This is my 3rd car from mahindra and earlier plan to get more, but when i think abt present situation i am done. People invest to make money, they dont invest to pay installment without any income. Mahindra need to intervene here. If my car dont operate, on what basis do you think i can able to pay your installment.

      Hi i am atul deshmukh, from durg chhattisgarh, i baught tuv300 t6+ about 1yrs 8 months back, its registration no is cg 07 bk 0982, it is under warranty period.

      It had two issues since the very beginning 1) hand break noise while driving, 2) whistle comes from body when vehicle reaches 0ver 80 km/hr speed.

      I've visited your service center at bhilai chikhali and bhilai showroom 15+times since i baught the vehicle.. But your team is unable to catch the issue and resolve it.

      Due to these malfunctioning of the vehicle has been useless for me ever since i baught it, more it has been a subject of embarrassment when i had u to use the vehicle while being with my peers. This very unit has been subject if mental harassment and time loss and money loss, including the price of vehicle and the investment incured while taking the vehicle for repeated visits to your service center for repair.

      This is the last request i am making for the issue to be resolved. Plz address the issue and resolve it under 7 day that is up to 2nd oct. And i[censored] fail to do so plz refund the price of vehicle and take the unit back.

        Stay away from jubilee motors springs (Lisa's motors) bought mahindra out of the box last week thursday cash from jubilee motors springs. Car was delivered at middelburg which is 125km far but car had only 83km on clock and mechanic came with car sales person. I drove car the next day to work 3km car engine light came on. Took to dealership at middelburg who reset it. Drove further light came on again. Jubilee motors at springs (Dealership) where i bought car told me i can fix it myself as it's only a loose nut of which i refused. I took car back to dealer at middelburg who fixed this problem. Tuesday on way to work car making funny noises again. So i stopped and car needs to be towed in. Dealership at springs told me they can't give me a new car as refund nor can they assist with a courtesy car. And they will show me i will not get a new car as they will keep on fixing this one till its right. This was the second car we bought cash from jubilee motors in one month and we had similar problems with the first one. Mahindra sa states they cannot assist as this is a problem between me and the dealership and its my own expenses how i get to work and back. And they don't care if i don't have a car to travel with whilst they are sorting out the problem on a new car? So if you want continues problems continue towards jubilee motors springs. As mahindra logo says luxury mahindra moments. Only moments i have is continuesly being on the phone phoning workshops to repair my car. I have lost 6 days of work cause i bought a brand new car with endless problems. And mahindra south africa is of no use as the don't assist with complaints. Is this the way mahindra treats a client who is now the owner of her 5th mahindra

            विषय:- शोरूम की व गाड़ियों कंप्लेंट करने वारे पत्र।

            हमारे महिंद्रा की डीलरशिप दाड़लाघाट (शोरूम शिमला) से पिछले अक्टूबर 2018 को अम्बुजा सीमेंट कंपनी दाड़लाघाट के लिए 6 बोलेरो कैंपर खरीदी थी, लेकिन डीलरशिप में पहले बात कुछ और हुई और बाद में हमारी कुछ गाड़ियों के 6000 हजार प्रत्येक गाड़ी के खा गए।
            फिर भी हमने कुछ नहीं किया लेकिन अब तो शोरूम दाड़लाघाट (शोरूम शिमला) हद ही कर दी है हमारी सभी गाड़ियां आज की तारिख में खराब है

            दिक्कत्तें :-
            1 सभी गाड़ियों में बहुत आवाजें आ रही हैं।
            2 सभी गाड़ियों में ग्रीस पीने ब्लॉक हो गयी हैं।
            3 स्टेयरिंग पंप में दिक्कत आ रही है।
            4 शाफ़्ट में आवाज रही है।
            5 दरवाजे अच्छी तरह से बंद नहीं हो रही है।
            6 कुछ गाड़ियों की एलाइनमेंट सही नहीं है।
            7 गाड़ियों की runnig चलते चलते काम हो जाती है।
            8 गाडी स्टार्ट करते समय self में दिक्कत आती है।
            ९ माइलेज जितनी बताई गयी थी उतनी नहीं दे रही है।

            अगर डीलरशिप पर जाते हैं तो वो शिमला शोरूम में ले जाने को बोलते हैं, जो की हमारे माइनिंग अम्बुजा से काम से काम 50 किलोमीटर है और जब हम डीलरशिप पर जाते हैं तो वह हमारे बात सुन ने को तैयार नहीं होते और हमारे साथ अच्छे से बात चीत नहीं की जाती। जब हमें गाड़ियां दी तो हमारे से बात हुई थी कि साड़ी मेन्टेन्स आपकी साइट पर आके की जाएगी, लेकिन आज डीलर हमारी बात सुन ने को तैयार नहीं है और न ही हमारी गाडी कि मेन्टेन्स से हम खुश हैं। क्यूंकि वह गाड़ियों कीअच्छे से जांच नहीं करते हैं और दिन प्रतिदिन हमारी गाड़ियों में दिक्कत बढ़ती जा रही है।

            श्री मान जी हम आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं कि आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप कृपया 10 दिन के अंदर हमें इसका निवारण करें। नहीं तो हम इन सभी गाड़ियों को शोरूम पर खड़ी करके कंस्यूमर अदालत में शिकायत दर्ज करके आप पर मजबूरन कानूनी कार्यवाही करनी पड़ेगी।

After i applied for it they called me today and told me that you will be interviewed on phone, then they send me interview offer then i got a call for interview after that said u r selected and u have too pay 650 rupees refundable deposit for getting job letter for the post if supervisior in Jamshedpur, they are fraud please look after this issue as many are getting fooled and there are many other fraudant posts of jobs of Mahindra on various sites like naukri.com and others please through it

                Mahindra prove yet again in worst quality.
                Mahindra used bad quality tyre in my xuv 500 which the same has been demaged in 12000 kms only after this i had complained the same in mahindra but no response from his side and apollo never claim their bad quality tyres.
                I m very disappointed with the general manager mr chauhan and deepti of sri durga automobile moti nagar. They earlier said ki agar apollo tyre nai karega ton mahindra karega but after rejection from apollo they clearly out of his or her statement. Kindly help me out in this matter. Put the strict action against sri durga automobile moti nagar mahindra cars dealer and apollo tyre for such worst quality tyres.

                  I had booked a xuv 300 w6 diesel giving a sum Of rupes 5000 as booking amount, , afterwards on 6th Sept I bought the same through mahindra finance for which I paid the down payment required in full, , but the advance I had given has not been refunded by the showroom at gangtok sikkim motors, , I enquired abt the same and they gave me the reason, that my advance 5000 has been deducted for the transhipment of my booked vehicle and the insurance for bringing my booked xuv from somewhere else to the showroom in gangtok sikkim motors, , I hv no idea if this is true or not, , in my view bringing n delivering the booked car ie XUV 300 is the sole responsibility of the company before it is handed over to me, , how have I been given the burden of transport cost n insurance cost of the route the xuv took to reach the showroom, , I think I have the right to know everything, , n my advance should be refunded after all I have given the required down payment in full, , and the advance has not been included in the downpayment..or should I bring this to the notice of the media or the consumer forum if I'm on the right, , pl look into this seriously. Thank u

                    I have purchased new kuv 100 on 2017, through tvs mahindra, and exteded my warranty till december 2019, in between 2018 -19 period i have approached tvs before closing of tvs, and applied some parts to replace same they are taken, and get delayed with 2 months and last they are cancelled the order also, they given in proper services to clients due to same my kuv 100 is not longer but the suv car is not a perfect smooth to drive parts are broken in inside so i am planing to the same and looking to buy other brand carsa never buy mahindra because of not geting a satisfaction of driving comfort.

                      We have purchased xuv500 in madurai (Tn 59 bp 0077) 2 years back. Everything was smooth until tvs closed down for mahindra service in madurai. Now we dont know were to do the regular service. After contacting ur help desk, they provided the virudhunagar no. Which when contacted directed me to karaikudi branch. I gave the car to them for regular 40, 000 km service, now after service i av a indication that front brake has some problem

                      Really we are very unhappy on the mahindra service.

                      For future service & problem where am i to approach.

                        Rust is so bad. My car is a rust bucket.. Panels. No repairs can fix the rust running thrue my car. Inside my car.in boot area is. Rusting all. Over. Rust cost more than what the value of the car is already. R112 000 rust. Repair quotes
                        Bonnet was replace already because of rust. Boot panels all around middle panels is rusted all around. 3 doors is rusted bumper panels are rusted.

                        All 7 seats rusting. My question now is. The welding. Is this welding factory welding since I Know that all factory welding must be treated. This is not treated. This is how I bought my car new. With untreded welded seats. Is this SABS STANDARDS? I HAVE CONTACTED AND COMPLAINED AND EVERYTHING WITH SOUTH Africa Mahindra. But no luck on any answers.

                          This is 20 microns limited, hold xuv -500 car - registration number is gj06 jq 9964

                          Car is lying since since 2nd august -2019, our repair number is r020c005037 with m m vora automobiles pvt. Ltd and advised to handover around 29th august 2019 but yet not repaired and lying with service stations with lot many excuses including insurance, service area limitations, man power, parts for repairs etc.

                          Almost every alternate day we are calling up to supervisor and works manager and we have been assured for 2 working days since 30th august.

                          We request to register our serious concern about corporate and inform us about delivery at earliest

                            I'm using mahindra jeeto goods vehicle from kerala. (K l 12 l 1605) problem is my 2 friends vehicle is same jeeto goods vehicle. Above 40000 kilometer two vehicle are stuck engine and intrapted trips and bending loan instalment. Our disyric delear is paid the money to the work. Sir my vehicle killometer is near to 35000 kilometer. I'm totaly tension to the think engine stuck compliant. Plz sir call me your representative to drive my problem. My mobile number is[protected].                               I purchaged kuv 100 nxt k2 disel july 28, 2018 meter reading only 6500 only i observed oil leakage from car. I went to kakinada andhra pradesh service center they told me gear box oil leakage. Oil seal problem. Spare part not available it makes one week. I feel sadly. I complaint to mahindra authority who is the responsible? Mahindra company or dealer mn motors rajahmundry. 6500 kms vehicle reading only totally i hate mahindra.                               not solved 10 days over i suffered so much very bad service mahindra & mahindra im vexed with kuv100 service told me it is small complaint but still not yet completed it is manufactering problem. i want go to complaint for who are making my car . but i dont know how it is im vexed with mahindra some body call me he said CRM from vijayawada. ur complaint will be solved shortly. he say lie everybody saying like this but complaint is not solved. plz solve my problem. plz give suggestion how to file case in consumer court ?

                                Inside the care since 2nd month of buying dec 2018, i had been complaining that there is some manufacturing defect somewhere and even had requested the mahindra direct engineers to look after it since 6 months and 5 subsequent visits to their service centers. Some times they use to keep my car for 2-3 days and return me that it is all done but very next day raw petrol small use to come inside the car if i ride keeping driver side glass open and it become more if there is ant jerk or bumpy road, slow speed or even more of clutch. But petrol smell will definitely come and become unbearable and that in a new car.
                                The service persons in the mahindra service are just playing with me everytime just to keep away from me and my problem.

                                  My car is mahindra scorpio 2008 lx diesel. My vehicle number is tn33aj7477. As my car got crashed into a dustbin and i towed all the way from ooty to erode cai industries. They gave me estimate of 1.7lakhs. I accepted it and gave told to start the work. They replaced bumper, bonnet, radiator, etc. My vehicle just damaged on front only not too hard. Interiors were totally alright. While taking delivery i noticed they unwantedly changed my ac low switch into high. They brilliantly kept both my ac switch high and it just pasted with alardite. They did not even plugged headlight adjust switch properly and also brokened my rear a/c vent. The intresting thing is they stole my new ac motor. And also they just before the accident i changed my a/c motor. After delivery i took that to my friend workshop and checked everything that time we noticed ac is not working and motor has been changed. They are making us fools in name of service. Now these all cost me 15000 that i have to change that with whole kits only... Seperate switch will not be available.. Without knowing my knowledge they did what they think. I need justice

                                  Mahindra contacted me and asked about the problems and they did an inspection and the switch has been replaced and ac blower motor is cleaned up and cleared all my doubts.PROBLEMS RECTIFIED.Thank you to asst.manager and service manager of CAI INDUSTRIES ERODE

                                    I have a car Mahindra KUV 100, - 2016 model. If any complaint for this car, we are not getting spare parts from the Thrissur dealer! What we need to do? It's more than one month now. We also tried with other district dealers, they also don't have! Please look into this matter and make sure dealers are maintaining sufficient stocks of each spares.!!!

                                      Hello we bought marazzo last monday from your derick mahindra showroom tirunelveli branch. The sales manager mr. Karupasamy was in charge of delivery. We didn't get cup for alloy wheel yet. He assured that it will be provided on delivery day but it was not provided. As we opted for home delivery option they delivered to our home on my monday without the cup for alloy wheel saying that we don't have bolt it ll be delivered in few days. But now he is stating that this cup for alloy wheel is not available in our company. It seems like it won't be delivered at all and we're in mental stress
                                      Also the team leader mr. Vel arumugam didn't treat us well while inquiring about bolero and morazzo in the begining. The service by those people are bad.
