Sir i bought a xuv 500 four years ago. I just drived only 30000 kilometers. But now my vehicle has many problems. My vehicle broke down on the way and ihave no service centre at kottayam in kerala. So my vehicle is at alappuzha that is far away from my house. Now three months passed. But my vehichile's problem can't understand them. Today they called me and said that my vehicle has many problems. What is this? They asked me 55000/rupees for some parts change. I can't afford because i bought it with huge amount and high dream. Please solve my problem

    Xuv 500 infotainment system suddenly snags with a bang. You have to switch off the ignition remove the key wait for few seconds and if you switch on the ignition it works again. On complaining this in the service station they told me that it was a common problem i have to go to nippon service centre in koramangala bangalore and get it repaired there. On asking why they are not getting it repaired here they told me that it will take 4-5 weeks on getting it repaired from mahindra service station.
    I have been hearing about the same complaint from many xuv 500 owners. This is a serious problem that the company is neglecting and selling a defective piece to the owners.
    I would like to get it repaired as early as possible without me visiting nippon centre.

      The issue is your executive is mr. Muzzafar not told me about the cancellation charges before booking he is now saying cancellation charges is 7500. This is so high i m not expecting this from mahindra. I m the old customer...

      This is to make every one notice, i purchased xuv 300 (Up-78-fy-6473) last month with the hope mahindra will be good option and also this was my first mahindra vehicle..
      About the incident i found my vehicle is heated up., i have taken my sevcive center for investigation their i got to know my rediator is default..
      This was shocked for me as i use to keep my car of so much care. Same i did for my xuv. But this type of quality,
      Also when i visited to service center i found so much casual approach. I spend here more then 1.5. Hour but no body told me any thing till time

        Today i went for long drive and i found this vehicle is having lack of suspension so many jerk occures. I need proper resolution as soon as possible.

          Respected sirwith reference to vehicle no: kl 64-8282 mahindra jeetho this is to inform you that i am an unsatisfied customer of your product.in just 58000 km the engine damaged but you corrected the complaint in the warranty period itself. But the same complaint occurred just after 20000 kms and they are charging a huge amount of rs11000/-the vehicle is in your thrissur kerala showroom since two months. Meanwhile we missed so many orders and connections as we deal with educational book supply. You will be responsible for all the loss faced in the meantime. this is the only source of income and have no other way to settle the bill. I request you to reverse the amount charged. Am forced to say that i would never recommend a mahindra vehicle to anybody as the complaint is inherited. I would remind you one more thing that we had a periodic service just before one thousand kilometre only. We have never missed a single periodic service during the period which can be clear from our customer records as well. Hope you will do the needful at an earliest date if not we are are ready to forward all legal proceedings towards the company. This is my last resort so as a good dealer you will do the needfull. Thanking you

            My name is krishna a. Trivedi from vapi gujarat. We bought mahindra xuv 500 exclusive model gj15cd7713in april 2015. As from the time of purchase we have oil leakage problem from engine and every time we go to service centre from last six months we sent our car at service centre for three times.. First time it took 15/20 days they told they have changed head gasket but in 1.5 months again the same problem then second time they told they have changed oil seal and after 3 days again leakage started. Till now the problem is not solved...

            I'm facing issue with my Tuv 300 2016 model... engine make loud gurrr gurrr noise during start... after some time vehicle start smoothly... seems similar issue faced by other customers but i dont see any permanent solution...

              I was told that its technical known issue and they dont have solution for this from mahindra, kindly fix issue i know you will never i am having trust on mahindra brand and sure you will not dishearten me as its concerned for safety of driver

                I am writing to express my disappointment with the long time it took your Service department to repair my XUV bearing registration no. HR 12 AC 6736 at Lohchab Motors, Rohtak . The gear was striking and makes discomfort to use it properly. The parts were not available in the service centre and placed the order and it is not available for over since 20 days. Now again they said that your part has been arrived but your car is also having problem in clutch plates and they are not in the warranty and you have to pay for it and my car is in warrant period. If clutches are not covered in the warranty then as all know that Mahindra cars always have fault in their clutch Plates and even then they do not cover the clutch plates in warranty. Earlier they told that everything is covered in the warranty. This is very disappointed from your side.
                I hope you would look into the matter and make sure to comply this in my favour. Your company has been known to provide good services and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon so that I may not take the further step.

                  I have purchased kuv100 - reg. No. Cg07ba4726 on 01.04.2016 from shivnath mahindra, bhilai, dist. Durg, chhattisgarh. After eight months of purchasing i was getting front left wheel problem. Since then several time i have given my vehicle for repairing to the service center. Every time after few months of delivery same problem arises. The service center has changed front shockup two times, and many other things but no proper work has been done so far. On 20.06.19 had been delivered my vehicle after 18 days of repairing period and now on 30.10.19 i have again given the vehicle to the service centre for the same problem. I was supposed to get the delivery of my repaired vehicle today on 6.11.19 as per sms received from service centre but whenever i call there to know the status of my vehicle, i have been told that due to lack of parts or daily new problem it will take few more days to get it ready for delivery. No proper communication and no proper work. I am getting harassed every time for the same issue and unavailability of my vehicle. Either i had been delivered damaged vehicle or duplicate parts / poor servicing i am getting for my vehicle. I request you to take some action on the above mentioned problems from your side. They always keep my vehicle for long time without proper work. I lodged complaint in customer care portal of mahindra and sending mail daily but no proper response and event didnt get revert mail.

                      My mahindra thar give to accidents repair. They committed to replace my vehicle bonnet but they replaced a defective bonnet. I was noticed after two days. Then i informed to service center. They agreed to change the part and give appointment to specific repeat jobs. The hold my vehicle more than 3 week. Today i visited to pothens mahindra service center the are try to convince they changed my jeep bonnet with brand new one. But i had some identification mark on my vehicle old bonnet. I hiddenly placed one sticker on that bonnet. While i inspect the new bonnet (Which service person claim that is new) i saw that sticker on that. This type of thieves are in mahindra. I frankly tell this is not business this is robbery.

                        I purchased xuv 300 last month from raj vehicles mohali and on first service when i went for first to dealer they didn't wash the car and said it can take time today and we will pick tomorrow for washing. Next time when i called then they said out vacuum machine is not working and we will pick in 1-2 days. Again, next time i called then they said we will pick tomorrow for washing. Fourth time they said that today we are on half day and today also its not possible.

                        My question is why they didn't do it at the time of first service when its a part of service and they are not listening after that.

                          I have purchased xuv 300 w4 diesel from koncept mahindra greater noida on 7th nov not received complete bill of accessories which installed of 63000 rs till today. They told to give top gear kit that also they have not provided. If koncept mahindra is not doing fraud why hiding bill with complete breakup from customer.
                          At the name of bill they only provided one simple paper with there stamp. There is no gst no break up of what part installed in which rate provided till date.

                          Worst experience from koncept mahindra sales service.

                          When i ask there showroom people they only say tally machine is not working since 7 nov till 11 nov 5 day tally machine not working they are just making fool

                            And till today I have been not getting any response from the executive's
                            And I'm been following them twice a day about my suvidha loan my executive name is Shankarya mobile no ([protected]) very careless behavior and after few days he is getting irritated to lift the call and today he picked my call and said me that the work which was given to him was done and file moved to Account section go and visit the office for more details and today 11-november-2019 I visited the office again and went to account section he was even more😡 rude and 😏careless and irresponsible about the issue and his name is CHANDRA SHAKER (chandhu)
                            I really got very 😔 upset by that behavior
                            I never thought that to have a suvidha loan a customer should deal all these
                            Embarrassing things
                            I have a suggestion for mahendra and mahendra that place don't call any customer to take loan and don't give false promises to the customers that the whole process will be done in 3 to 4 days 🙏

                              That i purchased my brand new thar crde from eram motors calicut on 2016 oct now its gona run 19999 km i took my cre for paid service when iam going to toom delivery of my thar i got a bill from my advisor around 14 k bill its only for srvice charge no any other complaints done with around 3600 for labour charge i dont know how this amount came each and every parts have its mrp+vat+tax every single product labour charge also have tax such and horrible experince with the team mahindra i have around 5+vechicle from mahindra but i never recoomend any one to buy mahindra vechicle thank you

                                I have handover my vehicle 23 sep 2019 to mahindra service center at auto center bilaspur. They were promised to resolve my problem in one week, since last 15 days they are not responding and abusing word.

                                I have handover my vehicle 23 Sep 2019 to Mahindra Service Center at Auto Center Bilaspur. They were promised to resolve my problem in one week, since last 15 days they are not responding and abusing word.

                                  Please help; we have ended up buying a mahindra tuv 300 t6+ that nearly cost us our live. Due to defect in engine the vehicle broke down while we are on a trip. After thorough investigation, the service centre has informed that the engine has got damaged. Due to the excessive heat generated by the engine we could observe that the tail pipe (Exhaust) has also melted and other parts/ components may have also been affected. Fortunately, we stopped the vehicle for a pee break otherwise we could not imagine the fate we might have met. After that break, when we started the vehicle there was an abnormal sound and lots of smoke could be observe at the back of the vehicle. Further the check engine light (Cel) has not even blinked once during the whole ordeal. Whereas the company profess that the tuv300 is luxuriously crafted, hi-tech quality, trilling power effortless drive performance, safe-inside out vehicle. But in this case the vehicle which has been run for around 1300 km (Approximately) has proved to be intrinsically unsafe and has exposed us to a lot of financial, physical and emotional loss. Keeping in view that the vehicle is in new condition, driven for 1300 km (Approximately) and the financial/physical/emotional losses that we have incurred and that we may continue to incur, also considering that the vehicle has been unsafe, we have requested the customer care to recall and replace the vehicle. However, the best response we have ever got is a call back from two different executive convincing us that we have been at fault as per terms and conditions of warranty and other conditions and that that will only repair the engine. Please help us protect our investment as our request has been pending for more than one month. Early resolution is much essential as we continue to suffer the loss of business opportunities with vehicle still in service center.

                                    I had a problem with my xuv 500 last night with the engine self start. I was not able to start the car. 50% of the time it automatically stops in the middle of the way. We went to gandhinagar service station to resolve the issue as soon aa possible as an emergency case, considering the self start problem as priority. Unfortunately, your staff member dhrasti and asha didn't responded in a positive manner and asked us to come back on saturday. I live in ahmedabad and it is not convenient for me to visit gandhinagar very often. Please look into this matter and reply back as soon as possible.
