On 28 September 2019 I purchased motor vehicle Mahindra Marazzo M6 8 seater from the dealers Schangalaya motors dealership Cuddalore from Tamil Nadu.we settled 80% payment money we have payed full amount on 4 October 2019 left over we applied Mahindra financial loan and that First loan due on 04 November 2019 we have to pay but car still never deliver still now.That dealership say after booked the car within three day we deliver to you. but they still have not eat delivery. . I trust Mahindra customers compliments will take action against of dealership and get faster delivery my booked new car. If not I will try to get back money.     I am a scorpio owner. The company "mahindra" has its own good reputation because of which scorpio is in heavy demand but the quality of products have deteorated which is highly saddening.
    My car has only run 50200 kms and the rear shocker has leaked which is very strange because scorpio shockers should not be changed at 50000 kms. And this part is not covered in the extended warranty which i had purchased. This was not made clear at the time of purchase of the extended warranty. The warranty states that my warranty covers every major part uptiln 120000 kms or december'2019 whichgever is earler.
    First and foremost pls check your quality because shockers leaking in 50000 kms is something which is beyond imagination. And secondly why is not covered in the extended warranty.

      I wanted to tell the carelessness and the mistakes which resulted in a defected delivery of my xuv500 on 7th december 2018 registration no: up17q9999. This car had various defects such as repainted front bumper, fender and doors. All the four shockers of the car were faulty and are making lots of noise during glide through bumps and uneven roads. The hosepipe and coolant pipe is also leaking as result car as consumed around 1 litre of coolant in just 5000kms of running of the and the service department of the mahindra dealership a to z mahindra baraut baghpat u. P. Did the worst job by mixing water instead of pouring coolant in the car. Also the music system quality is very bad and i'm disappointed with the product which hasn't completed a year and there is no response from the mahindra toll free where they arey just giving assurances instead of working on the issue.

        I want to the showroom and asked about the car xuv300 and asked for test drive they said the keys are miss of the test drive car some how they find the keys and they said no petrol in the car so you please come tomorrow. Thats really hurts. The sales girls are laughing by seeing each other when i want for a car. If this is the way you give respect to customers then their will be no sales sir

          I am herewith inform you that I have a Scorpio Car and It was Service on[protected] in your service center called R.D. Automobile, Dibrugarh and Its Job Card No-1073. The Supervisor told me that it has some problem in its Engine Head and they told me that it was not replaced to new one so I am booked it and paid advance Rs. 40, 000/- through our company cheque No-594054 dtd.[protected]. but till date no response from service center. when I called the service center they told me every time day the parts are not available at the moment when it come you will get. I am irritating this type of service from their end. So kindly take necessary action. Otherwise I will bound to take legal action.

            I buy me a s10 karoo adition in gaborone botswana and the manager harry promised me that he will ordered me a canopy from s. A. That its is inportent to him because it is one off the first ones in botswana and it must be advertising for him and the company.
            Now he turn back after a month and say he not say that, but even the the sales person anthony was hear he say it in front off him. Yesterday when i go and see then after several calls and they promised me to come back to me and never phone me back the sales persone tell me sorry mr. Opperman i don't know what to say to you about the canopy but the manager denied now to give you your canopy.
            I cal him to today then he told me that i put now words in his mouth.
            I want the company to please follow this matter up with mahindra botswana and also there service you can not build a relationship with the maintenance crew because the people not work for long then they resign and complain about the management
            This is my second mahindra and every time i must talk to a new person at the workshop
            I would really appreciate it if this problem could be solved

            And my car rain vipers is upset when I purchase then i was complain in workshop then mechanic says wiper was not properly fitted by company
            I’m totally disappointed with mahindra services

              I have a scorpio automatic model, it has been replaced almost all parts except body. Mahindra does not have proper trained technicians, if we sent it for a complaint they make many complaints trail and error change many parts need many weeks to do it. Whole district have only one service garage, where vehicles are pile up. I have another car honda which service and performance is wonderful when it compare with mahindra. One District need min 5 service garage, but unfortunately Mahindra have only one. comparatively mahindra quality is very very poor comparing with Toyota & Honda etc, so need more service centers. Last one week my car is in Trivandrum service center, I have sent it due to starting problem, sometimes i cant start two three or more times to shifts gear then it start. starter not work but make a sound like "tick... tick"

                I yograj sing chudasma purchased mahindra tuv 300t10 chasis no h6l42387 on my wife’s name jyotsnaba chudasma.
                On 22/07/2019 i met with an accident on sanand highwal near sanand toll plaza. I immediately contacted your customer care no & informed about my accident and was very happy the way your company people responded & arranged for car pickup from the accident point.
                But now i am not at all satisfied with the service of your service dealer m/s mahalakshmi automobiles (Mahindra city service) at narol aslali road, ahmedabad.382405.
                As i have the 0 depth insuarance of future general india insurance co – ltd vide policy no
                2019-v6057828-fpv. Insurance company paid 213623.21 to the dealer for my car repairing but car is not repaired properly and there are lots of faults in car.
                . Car is not running free and vibrates at above 80km/hr.
                . Front bumpher color is chipped.
                . Rear seat & back are vibrating & making noice.
                . On passenger side there is always accumulation of water at foot rest portion dont know from where it comes. May be of ac.
                . All door of car are vibrating & making noice.
                .. Also mob phone & tablet lost in accident the proof of which was attached but there is no any rembursement fot that.
                . Mahalaxmi automobiles also charged 9000 from me but work is not done upto the satisfaction. And when again sent for rectification they ask for more rs 2300 & when i refused to pay that amount they sent my car without doing anything through their driver.
                . Cars reverse camera is also not functioning properly & giving wrong indications.
                . The attitude of the you dealer m/s mahalakshmi automobiles was not friendly & treated in very poor manner.
                . Service supervisor of m/s mahalakshmi automobile & servayor of insurance company were not cooperative.
                . Now the dealer is not picking my phone
                . Conclusion is that the car is not in a position to drive or keep with me so i request you to replace my car with new car.

                SUB : - Mahindra TUV 300T10 chasis no H6L42387, CAR NO GJO1HW8686 on the name of Jyotsnaba chudasma .
                Sir/Madam
                I registered a complaint on 15/10/2019 for the above mentioned car which got that met with an accident.But stil my complaint is unattended so I request you to either get it up to date or replace me the car with new one .I don’t want to get it done through Mahalaxmi Automobiles.
                If it is to be replaced I am ready to pay the difference if any.But right now the car is in very worst condition .If it is not done I will have to go to the other complaint alternates.
                In spite of heavy amount taken from Future Generali insurance company the dealer M/S Mahalaxmi Automobile have done very poor work & still the car having lots of major problems.

                  Unfortunately i have to write this and with all faith and trust i am reaching out to you on issue of my repair of scorpio
                  My whole family met with an unfortunate accident on 28th april 2019 in which my father and brother was severely injuerd with head injury and multiple fracture
                  I submitted my car to mahadev auto munger bihar on 9th may 2019 and submitted all document as asked on 14 may 2019
                  Its been 4 month now that i am chasing them everyday to get my car repaired but still there is no positive response from them
                  They keep promising me a new date and every time i return disappointed.
                  My father is on bed from last 4 month and i work in pune and it is becoming unbearable for me to come from pune every month as they don't respond to calls
                  They have only response to all my query that parts has been ordered and we are awaiting for the delivery
                  I am afraid that it may damage my scorpio to large extent as it is in rain and in dust for 6 month
                  With all my hope and faith i am requesting you for your interference and help me in this

                    The company and tolfree service also not listening for it. Many times i had rised complaint for it but no solution done for it. Mahindra company service is so dull and dissatisfactory and cheating with us. My problem is continue but no solution outcome.

                      मेरी महिंद्रा marazzo पलट गई थी उसे 23/24 जुलाई को रायगढ़ शोरूम में फुल बॉडी बनवाने के लिए दे दिए थे पर आज तक नही बन के आई है वहां के स्टाफ के द्वारा आजकल आजकल किया जा रहा है कभी ये समान नही है कभी कोई दूसरा समान नही है कर के 100 दिन निकाल दिए है ऐसे 3rd क्लास सर्विस से बढ़िया है आप मेरी गाड़ी जमा कर ले और मुझे noc दे दे ताकि कम से कम तसल्ली तो रहे यहाँ तो कल बात करने पर बताया गया कि अभी भी समान नही आया है और 25 दिन लगेगा वहां के मैनेजर द्वारा हर बार समान का बहाना किया जा रहा है जबकि insurance से अप्रूवल भी उन्हें मिल गया है और minium डिपॉजिट भी जमा है ऐसी सर्विस से भगवान बचाये

                      Mahindra E2o/P8 vehicle was sold with range of 140 kms, but it is not evening running for 60 kms and becomes dead. Lodged many complaints but no proper response from the Company.

                        I had changed key set of my mahendra xuv-500, vehicle no, ka04 mp 5695.
                        On september month and i drive for 600km and i stocked in andrapradesh arron's 350km from my place and i call to customer care, they send a technical person and charged 2500rs cash, again i drive for 50km again same issue rised, i inform to peenya india garage manager and he pick it to bangalore, and simply parking in garage and return it today evng, i drive for 3km then again switch off, and informed to the garage person mr. Chethan, but there is no valued response from him.. Plz clear the issue early

After training and before joining all the amount will refund to you in your salary account which is provided by us at the time of your joining i said okay.. After 1 day 5th of october 2019 i received a call from man mohan he represented himself as training provider he asking me to pay 4700/- 10500/- 15500/- 20000/- 1500/- 19500/- around totally 72850/- towards laptop, security and training fees.

                            This is r. Ramanganeyulu iam from raichur, i have purchased xuv 300 w8 optional dual tone engine no. Etkzd41125, chassis no. Mainm2et1k2d63363 at bellary motors on 08/05//2019,

                            One month back i faced problem of engine temperature & air bag sensors issue. The same i have intimated to local service center at raichur sha motors, they have came and taken my vechile to showroom at raichur, and they have rectified the temperature sensor issue, but they dont have the air bag deactivate sensor part which is located at steering and they told we are going to order, while receiving the part we will intimate to you,

                            Yesterday i received the call from sha motor raichur, your part is arrived, please come to the showroom for replacement of air bag sensor, as per call today i have visited the showroom and iam surprising to hear the word from showroom people, they told which is chargeable because you have not taken the vehicle from our showroom.

                            Let met know where i have purchase the vehicle the same place i have to go for any rectification.

                            With in four months the vehicle safety performance is poor, how can i believe of further safety of vehicle. And what is the warranty period of parts

                            I need conclusion other wise i go to file case on consumer court.

                              I own a xuv500 from dec2012 (Ap10bc 4247). One of the keys had literally worn out with holes on top and it was unusable. I wanted a replacement key sent it to the service centre in uppal. After my rep waited for an hour, i called mr sandeepat the service centre to say my rep was waiting for over an hour without anyone attending to him, mr sandeep after a long conversation asking for almost details excepting my horoscope took the old key and asked for advance payment of rs3000 which was made agaisnt recieptthis was about three motnhs ago.. After months and several phone calls we were told to collect the key today. When my rep went to collect the key he found the key can only open the door and start the ignition but the autolock or opening system was not functioning.. They wanted the vehicle to be sent later to determine the cause. I said i will send the vehicle again tomorrow, for this check. They insisted on getting full payment for the key before releasing the vehicle. Mr sandeep was most unhelpful and tried to say that the key was not given for checking autolock
                              And said he cannot trust our word that it was functional, i found him to be one of the most unfriendly and unhelpful service personnel
                              My family and i own four cars (Skodas, santro and dzire) we have not come across such an indifferent service person. Pl suggest some other service centre in hyderabad where i can get this checked. I do not wish to go to the uppal centre again

                              UPPAL MAHINDRA SERVICE CENTER SUCKS..!!

                              Some one should lookin the quality of people and workers at regular intervals..

                              i went to the service center to get the cruze control, air bag and hillup aystem light fix
                              rhey have charged 12, 000 and performed 75 checks and foolish and low skilled workers were unable to fix any of those

                                This is not at all acceptable, because we have done the service recently with you at the cost of 45k billing. Which is in running condition. After your service vehicle got break down. With in two days the efficiency of checking vehicle and service of vehicle really worst condition. This breakdown why not anticipated before when you are checking a vehicle with high quality of service. Which you are saying spare part of the vehicle really surprised...

                                Am having a xuv 500, 2015 model car, after almost 4 years o[censored]sage both the keys 2 set of remote lost the rubber portion, so i ordered a replacement for the same, (Front portion of the remote with 3 switches)
                                They charged me 2400/- for just replacing the front plastic panel of 2 remotes, additional for the aforesaid situation they even didnt give me a gst bill. So am sure that they cheated me, and i just want to make sure that they dont do it with anybody else.

                                  I got contacted by ijobscareer and informed me about mnm job. They asked to pay 3000 rs as service charges which i paid and later the guy (As he claimed) atul joshi took my telephonic interview and told me to pay 15000 for police verification (Which i did). After payment, he sent me a letter of intent and appointment letter and later that thet he asked me to pay 40000 as deposit for training. At this point, i got some suspicions and told them to cancel the process. I was told that the total amount of 18000 will be refunded within 45 days, it's been 20 days. I request mnm to verify appointment letters.

                                    Parts are damage frequently total km running is only 18000. My driving performance is 90% as per your mahindra screen inbuilt.in spite of that clutch set completely burnt out. Due to that fly wheels also damaged. Earlier also there was replacement of part in warranty.

This dealer says that we can not communicated to mahindra company. Means dealer does not co operate.
                                    Please look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as early. At present my said car is at workshop of this dealer.

                                      With much disappointment and anger, i would like to highlight the plight of service provided by apex motors, dimapur, nagaland (The authorized dealer and service center of m&m). I own two mahindra vehicles (Scorpio & tuv 300) and the only authorized service center in dimapur city is "apex motors".
                                      I have had many disappointed incidence of vehicle servicing (Both free and paid) at apex motors.in one instance, i even called up the corporate office for complaint. But, of all these many incidences, the recent one on 4th october 2019 was really unbearable. With these experience, i have decided never ever to purchase of mahindra vehicle or refer anyone.
                                      Apex motors is running totally in a mess, which needs serious attention by the company, if it intends to get new customers and sustain the existing.

                                      I booked my appointment, 2 weeks in advance on 4th october 2019 (You will never ever get an appointment within a week at apex motors). While booking the appointment have clearly mentioned the issue with my vehicle (Power steering pump, front wheel hub bearing - both sides). So, on the scheduled time and date (10:am, 4th october) went for the servicing at apex motors. My vehicle in 3 years and 10 months old with extended warranty (Shield).
                                      After all necessary documentation, a mechanic was slotted for my vehicle and he checked and diagnosed the issue. It was exactly the same issue that i had mentioned during the appointment. So before the mechanic starts the replacement process, i approached the executive at the service center about the warranty coverage of the mentioned spares. To my utter surprise, i was told that the part (Power steering pump) was not under warranty. The warranty is only till 3rd year (Manufacturer warranty). But i said that since i have done the extended warranty, it should have been covered as well. But i was told that it is not. This is my third incident about warranty issue. Earlier i had the issue with the warranty coverage of "center bearing" which was flatly refused due to which i had to purchase.

                                      Now my big question is, unlike other vehicle companies like toyota, hyundai (I also have a toyota vehicle), why is the extended warranty meaningless for mahindra??? I was clearly told during the purchase of the extended warranty that whatever is covered in the manufacturer warranty, the extended warranty (Shield) covers as well. This was really a disappoint and cheat. Now, as if all this was not enough, to my utter shock and surprise, i was told that none of the spares required for my vehicle were available in stock.

                                      I can understand the situation of stock un-availability, if my appointment was sudden (Within a day or two). But hey, my appointment was confirmed 2 weeks before with detailed description of the issue. What was the company/dealer doing all this while???
                                      This is a fact that "apex motors" stock inventory management is pathetic. How the hell did it become the only authorized dealer and service center in dimapur??? This im not saying based on just one incident. This is a regular occurance.

                                      And the best part of the day was that every genuine mahindra spare parts shops in the market has sufficient stock of it.
                                      With a disappointing day to forget at the apex motors, i went and bought from outside and repaired my vehicle.

                                      The mahindra company should take serious note of it and take immediate action less you will lose out on many mahindra loyal customers like me and potential customers as well.
