I purchased xuv 300 last month from raj vehicles mohali and on first service when i went for first to dealer they didn't wash the car and said it can take time today and we will pick tomorrow for washing. Next time when i called then they said out vacuum machine is not working and we will pick in 1-2 days. Again, next time i called then they said we will pick tomorrow for washing. Fourth time they said that today we are on half day and today also its not possible.

My question is why they didn't do it at the time of first service when its a part of service and they are not listening after that.

    I have purchased xuv 300 w4 diesel from koncept mahindra greater noida on 7th nov not received complete bill of accessories which installed of 63000 rs till today. They told to give top gear kit that also they have not provided. If koncept mahindra is not doing fraud why hiding bill with complete breakup from customer.
    At the name of bill they only provided one simple paper with there stamp. There is no gst no break up of what part installed in which rate provided till date.

    Worst experience from koncept mahindra sales service.

    When i ask there showroom people they only say tally machine is not working since 7 nov till 11 nov 5 day tally machine not working they are just making fool

      roof and driver side leakage during rain

      Roof leaking inside the car during rain

      I am owning a XUV500 W10 (with sunroof) 2015 model . When driven in rain there is water leakage inside the car through the sun glass holder, LED light panel (above the driver seat )and the driver side door.       And till today I have been not getting any response from the executive's
      And I'm been following them twice a day about my suvidha loan my executive name is Shankarya mobile no ([protected]) very careless behavior and after few days he is getting irritated to lift the call and today he picked my call and said me that the work which was given to him was done and file moved to Account section go and visit the office for more details and today 11-november-2019 I visited the office again and went to account section he was even more😡 rude and 😏careless and irresponsible about the issue and his name is CHANDRA SHAKER (chandhu)
      I really got very 😔 upset by that behavior
      I never thought that to have a suvidha loan a customer should deal all these
      Embarrassing things
      I have a suggestion for mahendra and mahendra that place don't call any customer to take loan and don't give false promises to the customers that the whole process will be done in 3 to 4 days 🙏

        That i purchased my brand new thar crde from eram motors calicut on 2016 oct now its gona run 19999 km i took my cre for paid service when iam going to toom delivery of my thar i got a bill from my advisor around 14 k bill its only for srvice charge no any other complaints done with around 3600 for labour charge i dont know how this amount came each and every parts have its mrp+vat+tax every single product labour charge also have tax such and horrible experince with the team mahindra i have around 5+vechicle from mahindra but i never recoomend any one to buy mahindra vechicle thank you

            Please help; we have ended up buying a mahindra tuv 300 t6+ that nearly cost us our live. Due to defect in engine the vehicle broke down while we are on a trip. After thorough investigation, the service centre has informed that the engine has got damaged. Due to the excessive heat generated by the engine we could observe that the tail pipe (Exhaust) has also melted and other parts/ components may have also been affected. Fortunately, we stopped the vehicle for a pee break otherwise we could not imagine the fate we might have met. After that break, when we started the vehicle there was an abnormal sound and lots of smoke could be observe at the back of the vehicle. Further the check engine light (Cel) has not even blinked once during the whole ordeal. Whereas the company profess that the tuv300 is luxuriously crafted, hi-tech quality, trilling power effortless drive performance, safe-inside out vehicle. But in this case the vehicle which has been run for around 1300 km (Approximately) has proved to be intrinsically unsafe and has exposed us to a lot of financial, physical and emotional loss. Keeping in view that the vehicle is in new condition, driven for 1300 km (Approximately) and the financial/physical/emotional losses that we have incurred and that we may continue to incur, also considering that the vehicle has been unsafe, we have requested the customer care to recall and replace the vehicle. However, the best response we have ever got is a call back from two different executive convincing us that we have been at fault as per terms and conditions of warranty and other conditions and that that will only repair the engine. Please help us protect our investment as our request has been pending for more than one month. Early resolution is much essential as we continue to suffer the loss of business opportunities with vehicle still in service center.

              I had a problem with my xuv 500 last night with the engine self start. I was not able to start the car. 50% of the time it automatically stops in the middle of the way. We went to gandhinagar service station to resolve the issue as soon aa possible as an emergency case, considering the self start problem as priority. Unfortunately, your staff member dhrasti and asha didn't responded in a positive manner and asked us to come back on saturday. I live in ahmedabad and it is not convenient for me to visit gandhinagar very often. Please look into this matter and reply back as soon as possible.

                This is to bring to your notice that we bought two bolero pickup trucks from Raj Automobiles, in Ghazipur district (U.P.)
                One truck no. UP61AT/4206 in the name of Mohd. HARIS got stuck in the way due to electrical problem. The problem was such that no mechanic or the driver could do anything withit, since the engine was electrically locked. The road side assistance could not reach since it was late night. They arrived in the morning but could not mend it at the spot. It could only be done with the help of a computer at the showroom’s workshop.
                This system doesn’t seem to be fool froof. The agency says they are going to charge for it for a tune of 15000. Where the truck is insured and is under warranty with a RSA for three years. What could we expect from Mahindra. Driver gets stuck with labourers in an isolated place helplessly. The earlier version of the trucks could at least be started by other methods.
                Kindly see to it. So that this kind of short comings do not make our trucks land into trouble and have to pay for manufacturing defects.

                  We have a bolero in the name of our institution which is serviced at dehradun premier motors pvt ltd. Everytime the vehicle is sent for servicing the bill is always enormous and service unsatisfactory. Sometime back also when the vehicle was serviced for a particular complaint, a part costing 22000/- was changed to our astonishment that the complaint remained unaddressed. Today also when the vehicle was taken for services, the mobile oil has not been changed and it is as black and dirty as it was before the service. Talking to any of the persons at the service centre is useless and they refuse to give the number of the owner of the agency. As such we are never able to reach out to him.

                    I am writing this complaint with full of dissatisfaction and disappointment.
                    Choosing xuv over innova during my recent car buy was a great mistake!
                    It is just 1+ year and 8+k hardly run with single man handling - today on nh 75, clutch got into issue and car broke over leaving whole family on the road

                    I used local towing and left my car at mahindra karnataka services, hassan
                    I want this mail to be considered as a complaint and investigation request to understand what happened.
                    It's 20 years we have been driving toyota and ford cars. This time, had a horrible time with mahindra

                    When i consulted couple of my other friends who have xuv, i see the same kind of concern coming out! Looks to be genuine issue in this regards

                        I have been using xuv 500 for past 5 years. I have driven the car for about 85000 km. Suddenly one day, the xuv brakes failed while i had almost slowed down and hence major accident was avoided.
                        My vehicle no ts08ee 8286, undergoes regular servicing at your suchitra centre in hyderbad which u can verify.
                        I wish to know how such major incident was caused even after the vehicle was being serviced regularly for every 10000 km.
                        The vehicle is still under warranty, i am purple club member and still i had to pay 3500 for towing the vehicle from hitech city to suchitra service centre and i had to foot a bill of 42000 for brake pads etc etc. Is this negligence from ur staff that they did not notice the wear and tear or is there a manufacturing defect which mahindra is trying to cover up.
                        I request an early response and resolution.
                        A noteworthy point here is that there has been no feedback call on this as i had mentioned to the driver of the vehicle that i will give a feedback of only 1 point to mr suvith, mr ravi and the technician who handled my vehicle. I also dont know how these people have managed not giving me a feedback call from mahindra.
                        I hope mahindra does not want to loose its place in the automotive industry for such cheap tricks played by some members of the organization.

                          The vehicle no up16 bf6253 was purchased 3 years back
                          Used regularly and servicing always done regularly at authorized service centre you can check from records
                          Within 3 years the vehicle has stopped 4 times on road due to various reasons battery has been changed twice, fuel motor charged twice n many other issues you can get details from service records dont understand is this is the problem with this particular model or specifically with my car
                          Battery has been changed twice in 3 years (All expenses paid from my pocket) is not at all expected
                          I have used other cars also like vw vento diesel but never faced such issues that to in the very beginning atleast for 4-5 years vehicle doesn't trouble much
                          Pls escalate the issue

                              Sir,

                              My name is sreejesh kumar. I am a jeeto mini van owner from pathanamthitta in kerala. My vehicle number is kl 27 j2198. With great expectations and taking into account mahindra and mahindra's goodwill and reputation worldwide, i purchased jeeto mini van, diesel variant from tvs iyenger & son's pvt ltd, kumbzha, pathanamthitta, kerala, the authorised dealer of mahindra and mahindra. Before purchasing the vehicle, the dealer had promised me and assured me of full support and cooperation in the future regarding after sales periodic services and redressal of grivences if any. Trusting mahindra and mahindra company and the dealer, i purchased a jeeto mini van from them in april 2019. But within a month of the purchase, tvs & sons intimated me that they have cancelled their dealership with mahindra and mahindra and that they won't be providing any kind of post sales services to the owners of jeeto mini van who had purchased the vehicle from their showroom. Since then they have not cooperated with me. My repeated enquiries and calls went unanswered. I felt totally humiliated. This is breach of contract and failure to fulfill contractual obligations is to be dealt seriously. As a customer, i have been cheated by them. Now i have to travel very long distances to get my vehicle serviced at mahindra workshops which is causing me great trouble in the form of time, energy and money. Moreover services are not done in time in mahindra's workshops and vehicles are kept on hold for many days in their workshops without any justification. Moreover they are even charging big amount of money for repairing vehicles which are in the guarantee period.

                              The major issue with jeeto mini van is the failure of its engine all of sudden while the vehicle is on move. This is a clear indication of serious manufacturing
                              Defect. The point to be noted here is that this vehicle's engine's are failing even before running the guaranteed 40, 000 kilometres. There are many other mechanical issues too with this vehicle. The tyres fitted in this vehicle are also of very inferior quality. Doesn't even run 20, 000 kilometres properly. What the hell is this? Is this a toy car meant for the children to play with? With 4 lakh rupees plus that i had paid for buying jeeto i could have easily purchased a very good car with all sophisticated amenities and luxury. Many of my friend's who own a jeeto are feeling that they have been cheated too. Their vehicles are in workshop for engine repairs. God forbid, i am just wondering when my vehicle will get stuck in the middle of the road one day
                              Like others? Jeeto mini van is a substandard product. We have been cheated of our hard earned money. There are lot of agitations going on everywhere in kerala against mahindra and mahindra company. Your goodwill and reputation is being questioned by everyone. All jeeto owners are planning to go to the court to seek justice. Take your vehicle back and return us our money or give us a new vehicle with zero defect. Or recall all the jeeto mini vans which have been sold out in the market with immediate effect and fix all the issues permanently and pay us compensation.

                              Please take this complaint seriously and take necessary action to fix all the issues without delay.

                                I have given my car for 40k servicing and ac not working on 27th oct, yesterday evening i have taken my car they charged 600 rupees for car wash and i am not at all happy, the value of mo ey was not seen. I will provide u the pic of car bottom. Executive said bottom was cleaned and it has not been done. I am not at all satisfied, i have spoken to executive he didnt gave any response. Given in nellore. My car num is ap26br6757.

                                  What we had noted at work there is not even complete. When we paid through the card payment, they have taken 2 % extra charge. When i wanted to talk on this matter, he did not give any response to me this information for you.

                                    I purchased xuv 300 at sawai madhopur mahindra auto world. After some months, engine fan not worked. Then i serviced my vehicle at sawai madhopur mahindra auto world, service staff okk but service provide by him very poor, they woudnt service the fan and they replaced the fan, and after servicing my front and rear parking sensor also not worked. Then i told about my problem to the service provider at sawai madhopur mahindra auto world, then they will not jntrested about my problem and said the sensor not worked it would damaged. So please resolve this problem and work for better service to the customer.

                                      Sir, i am resident of warangal in telengana state. My vehicle registered number ap 36 ax 8634 verito d6 developed loose clutch pedal problem for which i took my vehicle to your workshop on 12-10-19. After two days i was informed that clutch master and csc need to be replaced. Since the spares were not available locally, i was informed that order for the same will be placed and i need to wait. After a week i visited workshop to confirm about position my vehicle, was informed that will take another week or so. Since i was desperate to get my vehicle at the earliest, i request them to provide me part number so that i will personally go and procure the item from hyderabad. I procured the items on 25th and handed over to them. On 26th i was informed that one of the cylinder does not match the specification, i found that wrong part number was given to me, again i rushed and brought the correct item and handed over to them. On 27th the service adviser mr pradeep informed me that my radiator need to be changed as it has developed leakage due to rusting, i was taken by surprise as no such problem existed at the time of handing over of my vehicle. I visited the workshop and found that it was not case of rusting but it was hit hard by some blunt object. After keeping the vehicle for 15 days it was leaking on 15th day and it was not noticed all this while by technical staff. I brought this to knowledge of general manager, he pulled up the service manager and service adviser and my radiator i took it personally to repair shop in auto nagar in warangal as supporting staff people were reluctant to go and get it done immediately. I was handed over my vehicle on 28th 0ct 19. All this while the behaviour of the techinical staff was very lethargic unresponsive and unprofessional, they gave me wrong part number for which caused me two trips to hyderabad and wastage of two days plus extra expenditure. I also came to know that all these days the order for parts was not even placed, and they did not have courtesy to inform me the reason, when i confronted general manager he informed me that for this vehicle they have funds problem, had they informed me on first day itself i would have brought the items much earlier. When damage down by technical staff to my radiator was pointed out, they were rude to me and on intervention of general manager only they accepted the mistake. Now the damage done to my perfectly good and serviceable radiator by the incompetent mechanics is no fault of mine. The constant fear of breakdown of vehicle any day any where is lurking in my mind.in keeping in view of very high professional values between you and your customer, i request your esteemed organisation to come to my help and replace my radiator immediately and do justice to me. So that the faith and respect for your product which encouraged people like me to buy your product remains for ever. Thank you.

                                      The vehicle is registered in the name of mrs k sunitha kumari. Two pictures are attached here with in one picture damage to radiator is indicated where three ribs had to be cut and sealed and in second picture two parts are show, the part number given to me was of that part with green tip, and the actual part required is other one and have different part number.
