4 days ago i had submitted my complaint to your this biased one way channel of complaint. Where you failed to give acknowledgement of the same. It was your unfair intentions at the very onset. I had duly mentioned my email id but there is no official recognition of the same thereby making all your process of complaint receiving questionable.
I am in need of subject car that was only reason that quotation from your company was requisite by me and i gave instrument of payment as demanded by your agent and further your agent gave acceptance of the said instrument on the quotation thereby making it legally valid contract. Now your company has become dead silent. To the extent that you are not giving acknowledgement of my complaints nor your company is giving any schedule of delivery of my booked car. Your above said behaviour is giving me all the inherent pains for an honest deal, at least from my side. Please respond immediately through your official mail

    Xylo, 2015 model was taken to eram motors kannur, to replace fuel pump. Vehicle was with service centre for 1 week. Upon getting the vehicle back, noticed malfunction with air conditioning unit. Noticed that original high pressure valve was replaced. Now the eram motors is asking to pay again for fixing a part that was working perfectly fine before the service. Very disappointed and i sincerely hope someone can help me out.

    Today I took Xylo to the ERAM Motors Kannur and they want me to pay for the part again(????). This vehicle was never serviced anywhere else other than ERAM Motors Kannur. Suspicion is that the part was removed to get some other vehicle serviced faster and then later replaced before my vehicle was given back after a week of maintenance service.

    I am attaching the picture of the valve that is there now, which is not the original OEM part.

      I bhirguraj singh want to inform you i bought scorpio in dec, 2016 and after that i did all my services from official service centre in service they didn’t did wheel alignment in last 3yrs due to which my tyres are at worst condition only at 45000 km ride and i complained service centre officials but they are not replying and behaving rudely please do something in my case

          I had given advance 3000/- fpr the parts steering rod but passing one month neither update nor parts is being delivered. This is very strange and panic system that i am feeling by your servicing centre star automobile ambikapur chhattishgarh. More over whenever i ask about it ;the customer service executive. No-[protected] she never reply. I have already mentioned in detail [protected]@mahendra.com but it has not seen yet. Salute mahendra company and related employee for tremendous dedication for customer.

            Sir,
            I purchased a mahindra vehicle xuv 500 w11 reg no. Ga08r1806 on 08/05/2019 at muktar automobiles verna goa. As per the mahindra customer docket it was told to me that on purchase of mahindra accessories worth rupees twenty thousand i'll be registered for the purple club plus programme and i'll be receiving a kit for the same. Till date i have not received any correspondance. When i called the purple club customer care i was told my car is still not registered under the above programme. I had purchased a side step costing rs.15000/-, a rear bumper guard worth rs. 6000/-, and under costing of rs. 3000/- was done and as said that il be receiving warranty card for all the above purchases but in vain i have not received anything nor a seperate bill for the above purchases.
            I kindly request you to take note and take necessary action on the negligence of the above car dealer as soon as possible.

              On 2016th february 25th i had brought a mahindra xuv500 rw, registration no: kl 22 h 7999
              One of my problems is spreading of rust all over the vehicle and bulging paints. And also i am attaching the images with this mail. Few months before an your authorized service centre tvs, karamana tvpm, kerala had replaced my boot space door on the same problem without any cost. Now by the information from your another authorized servicing centre s&s mahindra, tvpm, kerala that i had to pay the amount for repairing the same reason and it’s still occurring the whole body of my vehicle
              The age of vehicle is only four year. What type of guarantee did you have towards this type of your premium vehicle. This complaint is not occurred due to the running of vehicle and its only caused from technical or manufacturing mistake?
              Mahindra will never compromise on their good will and product quality this leads me to buy your premium vehicle. Then why it is so? See you can search my vehicle history from your online that how i am maintaining this vehicle and what type of customer i am.
              Kindly please solve my problem on this vehicle as a good customer of mahindra

And they told me to pay for security. I done that too.. But after that there is no response of joining yet. I have all the details regarding this. Each and every no. I tried but no response. Every no. Is going out of service. Why the hell quiker out these fake company into the app.

                  For subject deal i received quotation and given cheque for rupees 50000 by duly getting it received on the same quotation. Hence i completed my part of formalities and duly become eligible to get the deal and avail offered december 2019 discount on subject vehicle. Now the amritsar dealer worldwide autozone pvt ltd. Is indicating of stepping back from the deal. First if the dealer was not enabled he shouldn't have offered the deal by giving me quotation second the dealer by accepting booking amount instrument formally accepted and bound itself with the subject deal legally.. This is unfair practice and emotional blackmailing to me. As master is liable for the acts of his agents. Hence your above said agent and your company are jointly and severally liable to suitably compensate me. Please respond immediately to mend the damage.

                    It been 11 months i took car...2 tyres have been damaged (One tyre within 3 month of car we bought and other 5 months) when approached mahindra office in uppal, hyderabad there didn't replace the tyre upon that showroom people have busted one of our tyre in front o[censored]s. We have been following up with managers and all related people even then we find no proper response.
                    It has also been observed by us privately by us that our car has been noted in the showroom for not providing proper services.

                    Only option i'm left with is dropping complaint here. Please help else we need to go legally for this as we have all proofs against this.

                        My mother in law purchased a scorpio s5 model car from tekriwal motors pakur, jharkhand.

                        As she is not much aware of cars so the showroom people helped in delivery of the car.

                        I reached my home to check the new car and found a burning smell immediately inside the car. I also see that the car has been delivered to customer after driving 300 + kms.

                        When i reached the showroom to complain, showroom clearly denied any help on the issue.

                        I tried calling mahindra customer care several times to lodge the complain but received no responses on any toll free phone number.

                        I am complaining about mahindra for a defective car being sold to a customer. This car has been purchased with hard earned money and this is the result you get "defective mahindra scorpio s5 car".

                          I gave my car for service at your service station and took after 6 days on 11 dec 2019. After car service ist time i need to go ghaziabad but unfortunately in the middle at modinagar i came to know about oil leakage of gear box. Whenever your agency service provider told me that all parts have been changed even seal of the gearbox. Now what can i do...in the middle i have to take private taxy. Please take action against agency.

                            I have purchased a mahindra thar crde on 21st september 2019 from m/s aditya motors, mirza pur, jajpur, odisha. The said dealership made the delivered putting on the number plate bearing registration number od34k3510. I was being promised by the dealership that the rc will be reach at my residence address within 3 week of delivery. But i've not yet rerceived the same. During these days i'm facing so many problems like
                            1. I was being charged for not able to show my rc in a traffic check
                            2. I m unable to have a fastag.

                            After so many reminder and request dealer is not responding my complain. Now a days i'm under serious moral pressure and also i'm not able to drive my car due these above said reason. Please look after this matter and provide me the solution earliest.

                              I bought tuv 300 from india garage mount road on sept 2019 and driven only 3800 kms till the date... From the day 1... I was having problem,,,, first was the door glass which was making tuk tuk, and second was the bonnet which was not closing from one side, i took back the car to the dealer and he told that he will get it corrected in the first service... Fine the above problems were solved and after some date that is on 13.12.2019 i was driving with my family and kids all of sudden some rubber burning smell with smoke came from ac unit of the car, (It was horrible that it could have choked us and killed us inside the car) i sided the car and open the bonnet and checked, it was full of smoke and smell,, i called the rsa team and they came and checked and they told that this model all cars have the common problem that the clutch plate is burned out or ac could be burned out,, so they left the with my car to nearest service centre of my dealer,, in rsa it was written that taxi would be arrange if the car was picked up, no taxi was arranged and i myself arranged for the taxi and came home,, i was really humiliated by this,, next following day i received the call from the service center,, service advisor also told that this car has a common of clutch plate burning,, so it might be the problem,, and also said that he checked and the clutch has been burned half the way and it can be faulty in any time,, i asked how could be possible and he blamed me that i am not driving the car properly so it was resulted,,, this was really bad thing by the sa,,, he told me to spend me rs.20000 for new clutch plate.. With this dissatisfaction i bought the car back,, i have made very grave mistake of believing mahindra blindly as a indian brand,,,

                              Even today when i start my car ac the burning smell is coming and mahindra highly experienced skilled service advisor unable to find the fault,,, i feel like some one has looted me...

                                I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had at cai industries pollachi on 11/12/2019. I have been a loyal customer for many years and feel that incomplete service was done on my scorpio at that time. For the last 3 months there were a problem on cluster check lamp blinking. I brought car at service centre and informed representatives that alternator not working. After one day the repair were finished and left from workshop. On the way to my home the engine turned off.

                                  There is a minor sound in my car's dashboard and i went to the centre for 4 to 5 times for the same reason but it's still the same. It's so frustrating they are not solving the issue... It's my new car

                                    I have purchased xuv500 from maharajganj and gorakhpur dealers on 29 nov 2019. From beginning no person in showroom behave in a manner. Even not providing the any papers till now except insurance despite of submitting whole amounts for vehicle, rto, vip number, insurance, extended warranty and help on site. Still they behave in bad manner for demanding service.

                                      During first week of july, it is noticed that a caution signal (Engine) in yellow colour in the dash board. Immediately i visited new authorised dealer in trivandrrum m/s. Sleeba & sons automotive (P) ltd., since m/s. Tvs sundaram iyengar & sons refused to attend the complaint. But, your new dealer sleeba & sons automotive (P) ltd. Was on the initial stage of arrange the dealer ship they requested us to come later. As such from[protected]Vehicle was with your dealer for almost two weeks) and i visited the dealer 5 times as detailed above to rectify the same. Every time they are making some gimmicks and returning back the vehicle without rectifying the original complaint. On[protected] they refused accept the vehicle for repair.
                                      Now i like register my complaint/protest with you. It is your duty to keep the customer satisfied and hence i request you advise/give instruction to your dealer to rectify the same as permanent.
                                      It may also be noted that if it is nor permanently rectified the matter will lead to legal issues.

                                        We own a tuv 300 for the last 4 years, after 20k the vehicle is acting weird to an extent that we feel unsafe driving it. One service aas completed and they charged us 14k for the same post which within a week we returned the vehicle because there was a pick up issue, they said the filter is gone and again asked us to pay 5k and which we did and within a week we identified there is a problem with the breaking system to an extent that we were dependent on the handbreaks and somehow reached home. This is insane and i would like to really ask if you guys make safe vehicles
