Sir, regarding my thar crde registration number kl. 68.7117. I have an extension warranty till 2020 april. My vehicle had a complaint on road last friday regarding complaint from diesel pump to tank connection tube. Mean time i contacted local dealers to get the part but it wasn't available. All your service centres have recently stopped here in idukki district. So i contacted your online toll free number. As per their guidance they reffered pothens mahindra aluva. I went their and enquired about availability of the part to be replaced. None of the staff were good enough to recognise which part iam talking about. I even showed them the picture of part to be replaced, for which they asked me for part number, as a customer it's not my duty to know about the part number or code, that's why they are paid for. And yet after hours of struggle we got the part number for which they said it would take another 2 weeks to get the stock. Even today when i spoke with one of the person there they are still confused with which part it is if it's the tube from tank to pump or if it's the tube from pump to tank. Henceforth i send him a detailed video and also marked the part in the video and photo. But still iam not sure if they understood what it is. Also my canopy is damaged please do the needful for replacement. Even though i took this extension warrenty till 2020 april i haven't got any benefit from it due to mahindra service centres. Hope you'l look into the matter

    I am the owner of the alturas g4, i met with an minor accident and given the vehicle for service to india garage peenya bangalore for replacement of my back bumper, they had kept for 4 days and delivered the vehicle with replacement of my bumper, later i noticed that my entire car was ruined with white paint spots due to negligence by bodyshop. I had give the car back due to this reason. 1 day later they gave me back the car. But even after polishing majority of the marks still remain. I'm afraid that any more polishing will lead to deterioration of the paint work as now already me new car looks dull. This sort of sloppy work from mahindra's service centre is not acceptable. Now i am stuck because even a complete repaint of the car will lead to drastic reduction in the resale price of the car which i'm not ready to bare as the negligence was on mahindra's part. Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest as this car is my means of transport and now for almost a week it has been going to the service centre

        My car broke within a month of purchase dealership is ready to repair but my concerns are
        1 it was due to much use of self start but i have to because it has a starting issue
        2 it will breakdown again and again
        3 within a month there is a issue with engine what will happen after a year
        4 it’s with all the diesel engine here in ladakh not with just me
        5 xuv 300 is a new car and shouldn’t be this bad
        6 need a replacement of car not get it repaired

            I have a reva i ac car. On 19th october 2019, hand brake cable got damaged as it got stuck in one pit on a bad road. Smoke also came from one tyre. And i gave the car to sireesh auto hsr service centre on the same day.. Until now they didnt get back to me c ould not replace the part. They are not even sure when the part will come. I request you to provide them the spare part asap.

              1. I purchased xuv-500 at (W-11) top end automatic model of latest xuv-500 in july-2018. My car chassis serial no j6e 16280. The vehicle has just driven 9979 kms till sep 2019 which is just one year crossed from date of purchase.

              2. I faced battery drain out problem on vehicle which was not started for just 5 days. Vehicle was parked under shade with all switches off and no services under operation for these 5 days. My vehicle didn't crank on 6th day morning and i have to seek vehicle on-road support.

              3. Vehicle repair order was opened by service centre vide ro20a004612 on 24 sep 19. Battery was suspected of being faulty and service centre dealer replaced with service battery to keep vehicle road worthy till final report of checking comes from exide.

              4. Today after one month i am still driving with service battery and mahindra is not taking any responsibility of faulty battery or problem of leakage current in vehicle "when it is parked without starting".

              5. I had visited twice mahindra service centre but they are not able to isolate the leakage current problem.

              6. After purchase of top end model from such a reputed company mahindra, harrassment for such trivial issues forces one divert for other options available in market.

              7. It is requested that matter to be checked:

              (A) why battery drained out while it was parked for 5 days without any services or switches on in vehicle.
              (B) why such a long period of one month to resolve the battery status.

              8. Prompt reply and early action on subject will definitely help in continuing my patronage with mahindra.

They called me on 16 and said so and so part will be replaced and told total amount i have given them permission to replace d parts. Now on 22/10/19 still i have not received any updates regarding my car. If i call they hardly pick up my phone. I have given my car at raj mahindra phase 1 chandigarh. Their head is sanjay kaushal he also talks very nicely but not giving any update regarding my cars receiving. Please help me..

                  Hi sir, i'm facing tuv 300 starting problem like many other in this forum. Whenever i start the engine it vibrates with loud noise and fails to start. I have visited pahala service center in bhubaneswar twice but they were unable to solve the problem. First time they asked me to change the battery which i did but after 1 month same problem persists. I visited last september and they said its self starter problem as per mahindras new tech service letter. They are saying still awaiting for new spares. For past 3 months i'm facing same problem. Please do the needful otherwise people will lose faith in mahindra and move to other foreign brands. My tuv 300 t8 has clocked just 50, 000 km. My vehicle no od33j 1322.

                  I have the same problem with my TUV 300 AMT 10. Its not starting after driving for some time and stopping . I had taken to the service Centre Vayalat Kochi two months back but they couldnt solve it as usual! Now I have to try with another service centre. It happened even in Petrol pumps at times where I stopped for fuelling! I'm scared to use this vehicle now. The service centres say battery looks okay - but still try changing it! what kind of solution they provide?

                    Sir, i m also facing the same problem
                    I m having a mahindra tuv 300, its only completed 12000 kms
                    Problems which i m facing are
                    1. At night on highway while i was driving, the fuel pump suddenly came out and then i took it to the service center the next morning.
                    2. After running only 11000 miles my clutch plate, pressure plate and full clutch assembly which costed me around 45000
                    3. Now when i m going out and driving for a distance, like 1 km then after taking a break it doesnt get start for around 30 minutes
                    So i m really getting irritated.☹️☹️

                    As I have not intimidated about extended warranty now they are denying to provide extended warranty now iam facing lot of issues why should I spend lot of money .

                    Each and every service I have made in Mahindra service center only when ever I visit these people haven't intimated me for extended warranty.

                    We have also ended up buying a Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ that nearly cost us our live. Due to defect in engine the vehicle broke down while we are on a trip. After thorough investigation, the Service centre has informed that the engine has got damaged. Due to the excessive heat generated by the engine we could observe that the tail pipe (exhaust) has also melted and other parts/ components may have also been affected. Fortunately, we stopped the vehicle for a pee break otherwise we could not imagine the fate we might have met. After that break, when we started the vehicle there was an abnormal sound and lots of smoke could be observe at the back of the vehicle. Further the Check Engine Light (CEL) has not even blinked once during the whole ordeal. Whereas the company profess that the TUV300 is luxuriously crafted, Hi-Tech quality, trilling power effortless drive performance, safe-inside out vehicle. But in this case the Vehicle which has been run for around 1300 KM (Approximately) has proved to be intrinsically unsafe and has exposed us to a lot of financial, physical and emotional loss. Keeping in view that the vehicle is in new condition, driven for 1300 KM (Approximately) and the financial/physical/emotional losses that we have incurred and that we may continue to incur, also considering that the vehicle has been unsafe, we have requested the company to recall and replace the vehicle. However the best response we have ever got is a call back from two different executive convincing us that we have been at fault as per terms and conditions of warranty and other conditions and that that will only repair the engine. Any one may please advise how and where to take up the issue as our request has been pending for more than one month. Early resolution is much essential as we continue to suffer the loss of business opportunities with vehicle still in service center.

                      I have mahindra marazzo car mh-15gr-0018 bought on 27.10.2018 from bhavin wheels, nashik. At the time of second servicing the service center change the engine oil but from where the engine oil drains they didnt tight that nut properly hence while i was drving the car from beed to nashik the nut fall somewhere on the road and engine oil drain out completely.in the night time i have to suffered a lot and could not get that nut there so i have to bring my vehicle to nashik by sealing that hole with mseal.                         I have mahindra marazzo car mh-15gr-0018 bought on 27.10.2018 from bhavin wheels, nashik.                             I am a scorpio owner. The company "mahindra" has its own good reputation because of which scorpio is in heavy demand but the quality of products have deteorated which is highly saddening.
                            My car has only run 50200 kms and the rear shocker has leaked which is very strange because scorpio shockers should not be changed at 50000 kms. And this part is not covered in the extended warranty which i had purchased. This was not made clear at the time of purchase of the extended warranty. The warranty states that my warranty covers every major part uptiln 120000 kms or december'2019 whichgever is earler.
                            First and foremost pls check your quality because shockers leaking in 50000 kms is something which is beyond imagination. And secondly why is not covered in the extended warranty.

                              I wanted to tell the carelessness and the mistakes which resulted in a defected delivery of my xuv500 on 7th december 2018 registration no: up17q9999. This car had various defects such as repainted front bumper, fender and doors. All the four shockers of the car were faulty and are making lots of noise during glide through bumps and uneven roads. The hosepipe and coolant pipe is also leaking as result car as consumed around 1 litre of coolant in just 5000kms of running of the and the service department of the mahindra dealership a to z mahindra baraut baghpat u. P. Did the worst job by mixing water instead of pouring coolant in the car. Also the music system quality is very bad and i'm disappointed with the product which hasn't completed a year and there is no response from the mahindra toll free where they arey just giving assurances instead of working on the issue.

                                  I am herewith inform you that I have a Scorpio Car and It was Service on[protected] in your service center called R.D. Automobile, Dibrugarh and Its Job Card No-1073. The Supervisor told me that it has some problem in its Engine Head and they told me that it was not replaced to new one so I am booked it and paid advance Rs. 40, 000/- through our company cheque No-594054 dtd.[protected]. but till date no response from service center. when I called the service center they told me every time day the parts are not available at the moment when it come you will get. I am irritating this type of service from their end. So kindly take necessary action. Otherwise I will bound to take legal action.

                                    I buy me a s10 karoo adition in gaborone botswana and the manager harry promised me that he will ordered me a canopy from s. A. That its is inportent to him because it is one off the first ones in botswana and it must be advertising for him and the company.
                                    Now he turn back after a month and say he not say that, but even the the sales person anthony was hear he say it in front off him. Yesterday when i go and see then after several calls and they promised me to come back to me and never phone me back the sales persone tell me sorry mr. Opperman i don't know what to say to you about the canopy but the manager denied now to give you your canopy.
                                    I cal him to today then he told me that i put now words in his mouth.
                                    I want the company to please follow this matter up with mahindra botswana and also there service you can not build a relationship with the maintenance crew because the people not work for long then they resign and complain about the management
                                    This is my second mahindra and every time i must talk to a new person at the workshop
                                    I would really appreciate it if this problem could be solved

                                    And my car rain vipers is upset when I purchase then i was complain in workshop then mechanic says wiper was not properly fitted by company
                                    I’m totally disappointed with mahindra services

                                      I have a scorpio automatic model, it has been replaced almost all parts except body. Mahindra does not have proper trained technicians, if we sent it for a complaint they make many complaints trail and error change many parts need many weeks to do it. Whole district have only one service garage, where vehicles are pile up. I have another car honda which service and performance is wonderful when it compare with mahindra. One District need min 5 service garage, but unfortunately Mahindra have only one. comparatively mahindra quality is very very poor comparing with Toyota & Honda etc, so need more service centers. Last one week my car is in Trivandrum service center, I have sent it due to starting problem, sometimes i cant start two three or more times to shifts gear then it start. starter not work but make a sound like "tick... tick"

                                        To whoom so ever it may concern
                                        I yograj sing chudasma purchased mahindra tuv 300t10 chasis no h6l42387 on my wife’s name jyotsnaba chudasma.
                                        On 22/07/2019 i met with an accident on sanand highwal near sanand toll plaza. I immediately contacted your customer care no & informed about my accident and was very happy the way your company people responded & arranged for car pickup from the accident point.
                                        But now i am not at all satisfied with the service of your service dealer m/s mahalakshmi automobiles (Mahindra city service) at narol aslali road, ahmedabad.382405.
                                        As i have the 0 depth insuarance of future general india insurance co – ltd vide policy no
                                        2019-v6057828-fpv. Insurance company paid 213623.21 to the dealer for my car repairing but car is not repaired properly and there are lots of faults in car.
                                        . Car is not running free and vibrates at above 80km/hr.
                                        . Front bumpher color is chipped.
                                        . Rear seat & back are vibrating & making noice.
                                        . On passenger side there is always accumulation of water at foot rest portion dont know from where it comes. May be of ac.
                                        . All door of car are vibrating & making noice.
                                        .. Also mob phone & tablet lost in accident the proof of which was attached but there is no any rembursement fot that.
                                        . Mahalaxmi automobiles also charged 9000 from me but work is not done upto the satisfaction. And when again sent for rectification they ask for more rs 2300 & when i refused to pay that amount they sent my car without doing anything through their driver.
                                        . Cars reverse camera is also not functioning properly & giving wrong indications.
                                        . The attitude of the you dealer m/s mahalakshmi automobiles was not friendly & treated in very poor manner.
                                        . Service supervisor of m/s mahalakshmi automobile & servayor of insurance company were not cooperative.
                                        . Now the dealer is not picking my phone
                                        . Conclusion is that the car is not in a position to drive or keep with me so i request you to replace my car with new car.

                                        SUB : - Mahindra TUV 300T10 chasis no H6L42387, CAR NO GJO1HW8686 on the name of Jyotsnaba chudasma .
                                        Sir/Madam
                                        I registered a complaint on 15/10/2019 for the above mentioned car which got that met with an accident.But stil my complaint is unattended so I request you to either get it up to date or replace me the car with new one .I don’t want to get it done through Mahalaxmi Automobiles.
                                        If it is to be replaced I am ready to pay the difference if any.But right now the car is in very worst condition .If it is not done I will have to go to the other complaint alternates.
                                        In spite of heavy amount taken from Future Generali insurance company the dealer M/S Mahalaxmi Automobile have done very poor work & still the car having lots of major problems.
                                        Kindly do the needfull
