Hi,

This is r. Ramanganeyulu iam from raichur, i have purchased xuv 300 w8 optional dual tone engine no. Etkzd41125, chassis no. Mainm2et1k2d63363 at bellary motors on 08/05//2019,

One month back i faced problem of engine temperature & air bag sensors issue. The same i have intimated to local service center at raichur sha motors, they have came and taken my vechile to showroom at raichur, and they have rectified the temperature sensor issue, but they dont have the air bag deactivate sensor part which is located at steering and they told we are going to order, while receiving the part we will intimate to you,

Yesterday i received the call from sha motor raichur, your part is arrived, please come to the showroom for replacement of air bag sensor, as per call today i have visited the showroom and iam surprising to hear the word from showroom people, they told which is chargeable because you have not taken the vehicle from our showroom.

Let met know where i have purchase the vehicle the same place i have to go for any rectification.

With in four months the vehicle safety performance is poor, how can i believe of further safety of vehicle. And what is the warranty period of parts

I need conclusion other wise i go to file case on consumer court.

    I own a xuv500 from dec2012 (Ap10bc 4247). One of the keys had literally worn out with holes on top and it was unusable. I wanted a replacement key sent it to the service centre in uppal. After my rep waited for an hour, i called mr sandeepat the service centre to say my rep was waiting for over an hour without anyone attending to him, mr sandeep after a long conversation asking for almost details excepting my horoscope took the old key and asked for advance payment of rs3000 which was made agaisnt recieptthis was about three motnhs ago.. After months and several phone calls we were told to collect the key today. When my rep went to collect the key he found the key can only open the door and start the ignition but the autolock or opening system was not functioning.. They wanted the vehicle to be sent later to determine the cause. I said i will send the vehicle again tomorrow, for this check. They insisted on getting full payment for the key before releasing the vehicle. Mr sandeep was most unhelpful and tried to say that the key was not given for checking autolock
    And said he cannot trust our word that it was functional, i found him to be one of the most unfriendly and unhelpful service personnel
    My family and i own four cars (Skodas, santro and dzire) we have not come across such an indifferent service person. Pl suggest some other service centre in hyderabad where i can get this checked. I do not wish to go to the uppal centre again

    UPPAL MAHINDRA SERVICE CENTER SUCKS..!!

    Some one should lookin the quality of people and workers at regular intervals..

    i went to the service center to get the cruze control, air bag and hillup aystem light fix
    rhey have charged 12, 000 and performed 75 checks and foolish and low skilled workers were unable to fix any of those

      This is not at all acceptable, because we have done the service recently with you at the cost of 45k billing. Which is in running condition. After your service vehicle got break down. With in two days the efficiency of checking vehicle and service of vehicle really worst condition. This breakdown why not anticipated before when you are checking a vehicle with high quality of service. Which you are saying spare part of the vehicle really surprised why not checked the condition of engine and diesel flow of vehicle when it was admitted with you for 1, 00, 000 km service. I hope the clear sop of mahendra written that need to check all functionality of engine when it comes for service. I hope which is not done.

        Am having a xuv 500, 2015 model car, after almost 4 years o[censored]sage both the keys 2 set of remote lost the rubber portion, so i ordered a replacement for the same, (Front portion of the remote with 3 switches)
        They charged me 2400/- for just replacing the front plastic panel of 2 remotes, additional for the aforesaid situation they even didnt give me a gst bill. So am sure that they cheated me, and i just want to make sure that they dont do it with anybody else.

          I got contacted by ijobscareer and informed me about mnm job. They asked to pay 3000 rs as service charges which i paid and later the guy (As he claimed) atul joshi took my telephonic interview and told me to pay 15000 for police verification (Which i did). After payment, he sent me a letter of intent and appointment letter and later that thet he asked me to pay 40000 as deposit for training. At this point, i got some suspicions and told them to cancel the process. I was told that the total amount of 18000 will be refunded within 45 days, it's been 20 days. I request mnm to verify appointment letters.

            Parts are damage frequently total km running is only 18000. My driving performance is 90% as per your mahindra screen inbuilt.in spite of that clutch set completely burnt out. Due to that fly wheels also damaged. Earlier also there was replacement of part in warranty.
            My car is run by me only. As each family member is having separate car. Earlier i was using honda amaz from 2013. No such problems were found in that car. This dealer says that we can not communicated to mahindra company. Means dealer does not co operate.
            Please look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as early. At present my said car is at workshop of this dealer.

              With much disappointment and anger, i would like to highlight the plight of service provided by apex motors, dimapur, nagaland (The authorized dealer and service center of m&m). I own two mahindra vehicles (Scorpio & tuv 300) and the only authorized service center in dimapur city is "apex motors".
              I have had many disappointed incidence of vehicle servicing (Both free and paid) at apex motors.in one instance, i even called up the corporate office for complaint. But, of all these many incidences, the recent one on 4th october 2019 was really unbearable. With these experience, i have decided never ever to purchase of mahindra vehicle or refer anyone.
              Apex motors is running totally in a mess, which needs serious attention by the company, if it intends to get new customers and sustain the existing.

              I booked my appointment, 2 weeks in advance on 4th october 2019 (You will never ever get an appointment within a week at apex motors). While booking the appointment have clearly mentioned the issue with my vehicle (Power steering pump, front wheel hub bearing - both sides). So, on the scheduled time and date (10:am, 4th october) went for the servicing at apex motors. My vehicle in 3 years and 10 months old with extended warranty (Shield).
              After all necessary documentation, a mechanic was slotted for my vehicle and he checked and diagnosed the issue. It was exactly the same issue that i had mentioned during the appointment. So before the mechanic starts the replacement process, i approached the executive at the service center about the warranty coverage of the mentioned spares. To my utter surprise, i was told that the part (Power steering pump) was not under warranty. The warranty is only till 3rd year (Manufacturer warranty). But i said that since i have done the extended warranty, it should have been covered as well. But i was told that it is not. This is my third incident about warranty issue. Earlier i had the issue with the warranty coverage of "center bearing" which was flatly refused due to which i had to purchase.

              Now my big question is, unlike other vehicle companies like toyota, hyundai (I also have a toyota vehicle), why is the extended warranty meaningless for mahindra??? I was clearly told during the purchase of the extended warranty that whatever is covered in the manufacturer warranty, the extended warranty (Shield) covers as well. This was really a disappoint and cheat. Now, as if all this was not enough, to my utter shock and surprise, i was told that none of the spares required for my vehicle were available in stock.

              I can understand the situation of stock un-availability, if my appointment was sudden (Within a day or two). But hey, my appointment was confirmed 2 weeks before with detailed description of the issue. What was the company/dealer doing all this while???
              This is a fact that "apex motors" stock inventory management is pathetic. How the hell did it become the only authorized dealer and service center in dimapur??? This im not saying based on just one incident. This is a regular occurance.

              And the best part of the day was that every genuine mahindra spare parts shops in the market has sufficient stock of it.
              With a disappointing day to forget at the apex motors, i went and bought from outside and repaired my vehicle.

              The mahindra company should take serious note of it and take immediate action less you will lose out on many mahindra loyal customers like me and potential customers as well.

                I gave my quanto to your service station and clearly told them the problems and wanted to make a whole car checkup, but when i got my car back there were more issues than what i had previously. Then i told them this is not done, they took our car again and as per their sayings they are saying they did whatever they found. But again the same things are here, black smoke is still here and many more new problems are here.
                I don’t know what are you guys doing. I have given almost 30k for this, this is a lot of money in my point of view.
                And at least i was expecting genuine help from mahindra but you guys did not do anything, very bad.
                I will drop a mail and i will launch a complain in consumer court regarding this if my problem will not going to solve.
                This is the last time i’m having service with mahindra, you did not even washed my car properly.
                I want a quick action on this.

                    A less than 2 year old mahindra loader frame cracked without any reason there was no extreme weight on the loader it's a snapped into took it to a specialist they said that mahindra used cast iron and welded it to steal anybody who else knows this is a recipe for disaster. So now i have to order a new frame. I've been told it's going to be over a month before they can ship because they are backed up. I'm guessing maybe i need to buy a new tractor.

Till date i had spent rupees 1 lack for maintenance, still now the vehicle is in under maintenance at smrat cars pvt ltd were the expected amount is rs 36000. Now tell me why i had purchased the car to bear the maintenance cost only. We as a reputed company we had different companies car but we showed our faith on mahindra but now i think i have made the mistake.

                        My car no mh01cd0601 has been sent to nbs workshop at sewri on 27/09/2019, as car was not starting due to some problem in ecu, which controls the engine system, on serve i was informed that water has entered the ecu so its not working, and the engine starting is not responding, they have placed the order to replace the ecu, till date they are just wasting time informing us that work is going on, i presume if a replacement of part has to be done it should not take such long time. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

                            With regards to above, kindly take immediate action as per proof given by me., i have not been issued a promised courier when i called them on saturday 28september they raised demand for ₹6000 for issuing joining letter especially manmohan prasad.

Mahindra and mahindra complaint status update [id: 2467300], i need courier as promised by manmohan of which payment is already made and after that he demanded rs6000 for joining letter, why should i keep on paying in your name, all details are attached in photo, kindly bring thisissueto conclusion else your goodwill is in danger, my phone number is [protected], waiting for an accurate solution preserving my claim upon the supervisor's post and ensure issue of joining letter without waiting for my ₹6000 which i am committed to pay once i get something in hand ie courier containing laptop, dress, mobile, passbook of hdfc etc as soon as possible.

Please tell me if the recruitment process is believable?

                              I had purchased mahindra xuv 500 w8 model in 2015. The vehicle is single hand driven and has been serviced regularly. However, in just 04 years with about 31, 000 kms driven, the vehicle has started giving various troubles. Initially, the new vehicle was delivered to me with defective driver seat adjust mechanism. This warranty defect has not been rectified by mahindra till date due to non-availability of the mechanism with service centers.in just 04 years, the rear doors sensors became defective and side rear view mirror auto opening/ closing mechanism is malfunctioning. Recently, while driving, the clutch suddenly became hard and gear could not be shifted. The car was towed to mahindra nbs service centre at sewri, mumbai. The service engineer informed me that the complete clutch plates and master hydraulic cylinder have gone defective and requires replacement at a cost of about rs 28, 000/-. Further, he also told me that brake plates of all four wheels are damaged and also requires replacement, which would cost about rs 22, 000/-.
                              I fail to understand that how the vehicle was initially cleared by mahindra for delivery to the customer with defect. Subsequently, in just 04 years and 31, 000 kms, complete clutch plate assembly, hydraulic cylinder and brake plates of all 04 wheels have gone defective. Old issues regarding defective door sensors and malfunctioning of side rear view mirror auto opening/ closing mechanism are still outstanding.
                              It raises the serious question about the company’s quality system and reliability of the product. How can i be sure that the vehicle will not give any problems in future? If the failure rate is so high, how can the vehicle be safe while driving as any defect/malfunction can occur on road, which may lead to catastrophic damage to man and material. These frequent failures have become a mental stress and financial burden. Vehicle with such a high purchase cost with poor reliability has shaken my trust on mahindra vehicles.
                              I would therefore request mahindra to resolve issues, as mentioned above, on urgent basis.

                              I have told Mahindra tuv 300 T10 model available micro hybrid technology but not there when purchased a car..before i purchase car i will also check company website and broucher youtube and others wedsite there is show this technology

                                I have give my car for first service in mighty mahindra show room near patanjali bahadrabaad distt - haridwar but service was very poor and i have complaint secont time but still i am so tired and disturb to his service and behaviour please do the needful.

                                Second when he returned my car fromservice centre then also 2 major scratched in my car and i am facing so many problem.
                                1. Crack ac window slider
                                2. So volume from dash board
                                3. Engine not washed
                                4. Washing from inside is not good

                                  Good day,
                                  Well i am not sure if this is the right platform to share my grievances. I bought marazzo for taxi last year in nov 2018 and now its sep 2019. I would like to draw the attention of respected authority for helping me to get all the paper work done. I clearly told the showroom, that i will only start paying my installment once the vechile start operating and the they said okey. Its been almost a year every month i have to pay installment without it operates.

                                  Just tell me how can i pay the installment without income. Moreover the person who is assign to help me out from the showroom is full of #, you cannot trust this guy anymore. He keeps on giving date for all the paper work, but i am still waiting. Can someone wait almost a year?

                                  This is my 3rd car from mahindra and earlier plan to get more, but when i think abt present situation i am done. People invest to make money, they dont invest to pay installment without any income. Mahindra need to intervene here. If my car dont operate, on what basis do you think i can able to pay your installment.

                                    Hi i am atul deshmukh, from durg chhattisgarh, i baught tuv300 t6+ about 1yrs 8 months back, its registration no is cg 07 bk 0982, it is under warranty period.

                                    It had two issues since the very beginning 1) hand break noise while driving, 2) whistle comes from body when vehicle reaches 0ver 80 km/hr speed.

                                    I've visited your service center at bhilai chikhali and bhilai showroom 15+times since i baught the vehicle.. But your team is unable to catch the issue and resolve it.

                                    Due to these malfunctioning of the vehicle has been useless for me ever since i baught it, more it has been a subject of embarrassment when i had u to use the vehicle while being with my peers. This very unit has been subject if mental harassment and time loss and money loss, including the price of vehicle and the investment incured while taking the vehicle for repeated visits to your service center for repair.

                                    This is the last request i am making for the issue to be resolved. Plz address the issue and resolve it under 7 day that is up to 2nd oct. And i[censored] fail to do so plz refund the price of vehicle and take the unit back.

                                      Stay away from jubilee motors springs (Lisa's motors) bought mahindra out of the box last week thursday cash from jubilee motors springs. Car was delivered at middelburg which is 125km far but car had only 83km on clock and mechanic came with car sales person. I drove car the next day to work 3km car engine light came on. Took to dealership at middelburg who reset it. Drove further light came on again. Jubilee motors at springs (Dealership) where i bought car told me i can fix it myself as it's only a loose nut of which i refused. I took car back to dealer at middelburg who fixed this problem. Tuesday on way to work car making funny noises again. So i stopped and car needs to be towed in. Dealership at springs told me they can't give me a new car as refund nor can they assist with a courtesy car. And they will show me i will not get a new car as they will keep on fixing this one till its right. This was the second car we bought cash from jubilee motors in one month and we had similar problems with the first one. Mahindra sa states they cannot assist as this is a problem between me and the dealership and its my own expenses how i get to work and back. And they don't care if i don't have a car to travel with whilst they are sorting out the problem on a new car? So if you want continues problems continue towards jubilee motors springs. As mahindra logo says luxury mahindra moments. Only moments i have is continuesly being on the phone phoning workshops to repair my car. I have lost 6 days of work cause i bought a brand new car with endless problems. And mahindra south africa is of no use as the don't assist with complaints. Is this the way mahindra treats a client who is now the owner of her 5th mahindra
