    My car mahindra kuv 100 car registration number is gj 18 be 9058 had accident on july 12 2019. I took it to shreeji motors mehsana gujarat for repairing. After two week they call me to pick up my car and told me to pay rs 5050 for the ac gas and coolent which they dont put in. Also they steal my antenna. I asked them to check their cc tv footage they refused to provide it.in short they cheat me so kindly take action against shreeji motors mehsana gujarat

    Mahindra alfa vehicle no wb61a7595 visited on 27.07.19 for accelator cable, instead of changing the whole cable they only change one part of the cable from the cable, they billed the whole cable and the problem was not solved.
    Previosly they done same thing in the second last work of gear box.We completely not satisfied of the service center.

      Dear mahindra team,

      Sir in may month i purchased an xuv300 on exchanged my old skoda laura.
      But i am very disappointed with the performance of xuv 300,
      1. High sound on front right suspension while drive the car it really make irritate during drining.

      2. Vibration sound on middle rear mirror.
      3. High irritating sound in the middle of the dashboard.
      And i kept in notice with the company and service center manager more then 20 times but i have not recieved any satisfactory help and answer from them after four months.
      And one person who sitting on a high post says that if the same problam occers in more then one car then its not a problam, it means it a manufacturing defect.
      So please suggest me what should i do now while its a company fault manufacturing defect.

        Dear sir

        I have purchased one xuv 500 mahindra car on 10/04/2019 with engine no. And chasis number wtk4b24188 & ma1yu2wtuk6c15975 from your tvs agency kottayam. I had my first service which is due on 1000km from the kottayam agency at thellakom. When the vehicle is due for its second service at 5000 km i tried to contact in all the phone numbers which is provided to at the time of delivery of my vehicle. But in calling in these numbers some numbers are found in switched off status and some are ringing but nobody is talking the phone. I am working in state bank of india and i took one day leave to visit the showroom where i got the delivery of my vehicle. On visiting the showroom i came to know that that dealership with mehindra have been stopped and they are no more having any tie with mehindra and for the servicing of the vehicle i am told that i have to visit another agency. They give me the phone number of one of your agency at alappuzha, kerala. When i contacted the agency over phone in the first week of july 2019 they told me that they could give me an appointment only after 25th july 2019. Accordingly i booked my appointment for servicing my vehicle on 27.07.2019 saturday. I confirmed my 27th july appointment on 25 the july 2019 with the agency which they confirmed me. I planned my schedule accordingly but on friday 26th july 2019 at 5 o’clock i got a call from the agency that they are not able do the servicing of my vehicle on 27th and they cancelled my appointment. I am totally dissatisfied with the response i got from that agency. Now i don’t to whom i have to contact for solving my grievances. Even i could not contact any official of your company for escalating my problems. Now i am afraid where i have to take up if any mechanical problem arises on driving the vehicle on the road. I am very much sorry to inform you the poor customer services of your company. I am thinking that i have made mistake by purchasing a mehindra vechicle. As i am an official working at state bank of india, kottayam many of colleagues are enquiring with me the performance of your vehicle for which i could not give a recommendation due to the poor customer service of your agencies. Hope that you will give a positive answer to my queries and my problems will be solved at the earliest.

          A week ago my alternator stoped working. I went to mahindra service station jasoor kangra hp. They were not able to give me any replacement. I went to dealer in near chowk. They said we dont have the part as well. I am not able to find any part in market

          Due to this my business is on hold if i dont get this fixed asap. Mahindra co-operation will be responsible to compensate for all the loss.

              This has gone too far in harassing a customer. A car that was promised to be given on july 7, 2019 got postponed to july 10, 2019. On finding out no work was done and numerous complaints to mahindra company. We ultimately got a new date of july 25, 2019. Now the car is ready and the surveyor has not come to check on july 26, 2019.
              The car will now be released after the insurance company makes the payment. And after all the trouble we have faced we still have to make some payment after already making a payment of rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand) even with a zero debt bumper to bumper insurance.
              People buy a insurance so they don't need to face any problems. But if we still have to face problems with a insurance.

                We had sent the vehicle nos to this workshop for normal periodic service but he started asking charges of inr 3040/- to start the service and when we got the invoice with a little higher price 67000/- then we requested for some labor discount for which he bluntly refused and started misbehaving with us. We have around 21vehicles with us but if we get the same kind of treatment then i don't think we would be able to provide nbs international ltd a single business.                   Regarding for above complaint i received call from mr prasath general manager ashishta motors karaikudi but he is not cooperating fully for me he is not ready to take necessary action against that sales man mr bhaskar am not satisfied with mahindra & mahindra group, if any one on there for justice please force them to take action against that sales man and i need to know which action they are taken, m&m is a very reputed group, like this type of people may collapse the brand name

                    I have booked xuv300 w6 (Diesel) red color on 5th april 2019 with assurance from dealer (Anant cars, bhannetghatta road, bangalore) of delivering in 2months of time.

                    Still (Almost 4months) i am waiting for the car delivery. On top of that the price is hiked from july 1st 2019 and since delay in delivery date (No mistake from my side) i have to even pay extra price.

                    It is not even clear on what is the reason for price hike? If it is bcz of ais 145 safety law then i should expect ais safety features in w6 diesel variant request to confirm o this.

                    Expecting my car delivery asap and keep the customer happy, as multiple commitment dates from dealer has crossed

                      I was going through a running repair of my mahindra car kuv trip. At entry level service supervisor made the job sheet and mentioned all the dents and scratches on my car. When i received the car after the job done approximately 4 hours, i saw a deep scratch on the wind screen which was not there earlier. People at service center says that it was already there but they never mentioed it on job card. I want this wind screen to be changed immediately because this scratch may increase in size and depth.

                        Hello team,
                        I have purchased mahindra marazzo - rj14-ug-1024 in feb 2019 from mahindra auto world, sitapura jaipur. But within 15 days of purchasing a new car i was facing a problem called - low oil pressure. I went to mahindra showroom. I gave my car to mahindra workshop thrice in a month for servicing and to solve that low oil pressure problem too.
                        They accepted that problem is there in the car but they was not able to resolve it. Mr. Ritesh sharma agreed with my problem and said that we will replace yout car. But they delayed 4 month. I was highly disappoint with mahindra. But after my so many humble request they were ready to replace my car in july from mahindra marazzo rj14-ug-1024 to new car. But there were so many hidden things. They denied to gave me acceptance letter of replacing my car. They also denied to continue my installments which i have already paid. According to ritesh ji my installments of 17870/- (17870*3 = 53610) has bad debts.
                        I have that mail of mr. Ritesh sharma for accepting that issue with my car and he said to replace it but now he denied to gave that acceptance letter. I have also a video of my car's problem with date and time.
                        Now i m facing this problem in my new car also and have the video recording with date & time.
                        I am highly disappoint with mahindra and if my problem is not resolved by you with in a certain period of time. I will take legal action.

                          Purchased on 30 oct 2017



                          The above mentioned vehicles having problems in auto transmission problem, clutch plate problem and brake pad,

                          We have found the auto transmission problem in mh14 gn 9911, since vehicle completed its running 3000 kms. So we have submitted our car to your solapur dealer "gandhi motors solapur", then they repalce the auto transmission sensor in warrenty period, then vehicle runs continuously to around 20, 000/- to 22, 000/- then also we have observed auto transmission sensor proble then also gandhi motors solapur", then they repalce the auto transmission sensor but not included in warranty so we paid the charges, then problem forwards to 40, 000 kms and then for 60, 000 kms so the sensor problems repeated for 4 times, and till now vehicle running is around 68, 000 kms with same problem

                          We also observed clutch plate problem for our two car at 60, 000 kms the vehicles stop at exactly 60, 000 to 64, 000 kms

                          Regarding this comlpaint we have visited lots of times to your solapur dealer"gandhi motors solapur" but we have not getting complete solution yet, we are having more than 200 cars in our organization of various brand, but till date we have not experienced such a worst customer service.

                          The vehicle number mh14gn 9911 is submitted at gandhi motors solapur dated 23 july 2019, we are requesting you to give us the plan of action in writing and assured us that it will never repeats in future other wise we take legal action against you.

                          Kindly take it on serious note and take action within 2 days.

                            Dr manufacturer I have an issue about the ignition of the Mahindra maxitruck plus bs3 model which can't be resolved in ur service center for more than one month.

                            The problem can't be analysed by ur operators at the service center we have a lot of problems facing regarding this for a month to resolve it.

                            I.e that it starts at a time and when it is turned off it takes more time to restart it(all the way they have been checking it @ raichur)

                              My name is john jeba. I’ve raised my complaint here about derik car service which is located at tuckerammalpuram, tirunelveli, regarding based on my bad experience with derik company’s staff
                              I have scorpio car and number is... When i give the car for service, i have written everything in service order form in order to service the car. When i take back the car after serviced, i have realized that nothing was done.
                              When i asked staffs, they are not providing proper explain and ignoring our queries. This is not a first time and this happened always. When i a book the appointment, they are also not giving the proper date and time. If we come on the booking date, they asked us to come another day which is totally not acceptable. I’m really disappointed with this service provider and really they spoiling mahindra company name. Can you please escalate this issues with your manger who worked in tukerammalpuram branch and update the status.

                                    I Purchased xylo H4 airbag abs model vehicle on 7 June 2019 at karaikudi showroom but now It self from showroom side they're not given RC book, insurance, permit ( t board) anything I was trying to get how much I can but they are not ready to give 1 month I paid my due without vehicle running I loose my confidence here after I cannot get that certificates from ashishta motors side and I got worst and very very careless behaviour from sales man bhaskar (karaikudi) side he was very supportive before purchasing the vehicle but after that I realised about himself real face he is not done anything for us am really disappointed and face lot of Problem because of them

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I had bought xuv 500 w8 in 2013 July and within 6 years the car's body is badly corroded at multiple places. The rain water is leaking through the roof !!. I am really disappointed with the quality of steel that has been used in making of this car, as this does not happen to. 5-6 year old car costing 18 lacs!!. If this is the quality that is been offered by you then the customers hard earned money simply goes down the drain. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

                                        My name is Hemant Rathore. My car number is MP 10 G 1796. I bought the car from Mahindra showroom Central Motors Kharagone MP in November 2016. Only 1 month after the car, I used to smoke black smoke and low average problems, which I immediately told information to Central Motors Khargone. About four to five times till the time of warranty I was complained there but due to the negligence of the employees and the workers there, they did not do any work waiting for the vehicle warranty to expire and I was misled. After some time after the trouble began to increase and the warranty's deadline was over, I was told on the showroom of Khandwa city of the same company that the smoke in the car is giving the reason for the damage in the pump and nozzle. To fix this, you have to drink a beverage. While Khargone's company showroom negligence was carried out and the deadline for my warranty was withdrawn. The only responsible and responsible for this negligence is the officials and employees of Khargone Central Motors.
