I bought new car for 13 lak i when bought time i getting problem with day they are service center people say esayly not big problem we can fix it but i given service for car not at all solved with in a days i getting problem and service center spoiled my car not even 3 months lost 13 laks i totally worst mahindra car and there. Service everything werst..., hey people don't buy mahindra car don't waste money
They are not even helped... Any body don't buy mahindra car

    She said that my cv is shortlisted for a job and u have complete a training, in a training u should to wear a company uniform and for that pay 1650 rs i was paid after she transfer my call to he ajay agrawal - [protected].

    He said that your profile is for supervisor in the company for that u should take a laptop and phone from company for that -5800 rs but the amount paid is 7500 rs and said that remaining 1700 rs given in and after that they both getting phone switched off, i was gain in a kamothe police station they also tryed but not connecte

      Today i entered with my xylo car into the workshop of ashok motors, tezpur (Assam) for some problem at 11 a. M. And the workshop manager gave me a time of 2 hours to wait, so i gave the permission to do the work as because i came from far i. E. 350 km away and i have to go back today itself. The problem was about the wiper, airbag and fuel lid motor. By 2 hours since they couldn't recognize the problem then again they gave me the time of delivery by 4 p. M. During the time they gave me many excuses (No correct solution of the problems i. E., for one problem different useless reasons) that they couldn't solve a single problem and at last the technician damaged the fuel lid that, now the lid is not working as earlier. Now the time is 6.30 p. M. And they are telling me to keep the vehicle at the workshop, but i cannot keep it as it was told them in the morning that i would go back home today itself. If there was some doubt or the technicians are not expert (Interstingly the technician of the workshop don't know how to open the seats which i taught them to open) then they could have call me another day when there would be available good technician. Is it the type of service of a workshop?? How ridiculous! Please answer me what to do for this type of horrible and foolish service. Now who will recover my today’s wastage of time, waiting for whole day and coming out with no solution and who has given the right to this type of meaningless workshop to waste my time and money together???. At last i didn’t get any responds either from manager or from any of the staff... Such a big dealer should know how to handle the customer’s issues/problem but, i think mahindra don’t care the customer. Now i am forced to think that i did a great mistake to buy a car from mahindra as there was also an issue at the time of purchase of this vehicle which was not solved correctly.
      I shall not leave this matter only by mailing, hence, i shall use the social media and further more...in order to disclose the ill service of workshop of ashok motors that how they make the customer fool!
      N. B. I was thinking to buy an alturas with the exchange of my xylo, but, because of this type of poor service i shall never buy a mahindra car in future and i shall also advice my family member, colleagues, friends not to buy any vehicle from mahindra & mahindra.

        Sir, i, aman agarwal, from pune have got in a deal with one of your employe, mr. Gitesh manchekar, from kandivali branch for new mahindra marranzo. We got in touch with a common friend swapnil barge.
        Gitesh confirmed two cars with me and also took the payment for the same a month
        Back. But till today he is fooling me around for the delivery. He being a mahindra employ i trusted on him and made the deal. Later after pressuring i got to know that the cars have not been confirmed by mahindra to be sold. He even sent me a fake e-way bill for the same, the copy are attached below.
        Also he took ample of concision from me for the same. I have done all the transactions to his personal account after seeing the e - way bills.
        Now he is not ready to respond to us and also making false statements like the cars ll be delivered to you in few days etc etc.

        I am confirming this first with your company, so that this issue is resolved as soon as possible.

        Kindly look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.

          I have specifically asked to see the issue related to driving discomfort of my Vehicle CH01-BS0029, but they have responded back there may be multiple reasons, disk, alloys or tyre and returned the vehicle as is. After receiving my Vehicle and 2-3 days drive I again found that some new kind of voice is coming of engine, which I informed the service engineer Mr. Yogesh on 25/06/19 as well, but he didn't send anyone to inspect vehicle despite of confirming on call that he will send someone to see.

          I am really fed-up of the quality of product/service, kindly take necessary action or I may have to seek the interference of consumer court.

            I sent mail to customer care (M&m) as under but regretfully that even after lapse of 24 days my car has not been repaired yet and it is still in breakdown condition at authorized workshop of mahindra & mahindra i. E m/s kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd, panta (Bihar).
            On 29th may 20019 i asked you for an appointment to service my vehicle (Xylo e4, vehicle no. Br 01 pc 6891) as the quality of driving/riding was not comfortable but due to huge rush in your authorized workshop m/s kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd. - mahindra dealer, i got appointment for 3rd june-2019. All the problems related to my vehicle were told to your service manager, as much as i could understand (Disc break, clutch plate, hand break, over-heating etc.), and for the rest of the problem i requested for the test drive. After the completion of test drive by your specialist, in my absence, i have been suggested to change the “cross & center bearing” to control the vibration of vehicle at the speed of 110-120 km/h. And due to these additional major works, the vehicle can be delivered after 1-2 days, accordingly the vehicle got repaired on 5th june-2019. I was told that you had carried out a “full service”, had diagnosed overheating and vibration of vehicle in high speed and had put these right by the charge of rs. 32, 169/-.

            After this, it has been observed that in order to achieve the speed of 100 km /h, i had to use the accelerator 100% which may direct cause overheating of vehicle as indicated in digital meter/dash board.

            The kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd. - mahindra dealer whom i called out confirmed that in their opinion the fault (Overheating & vibration) which you had originally diagnosed and was supposed to have been put right, when my car was being serviced by you, was the direct cause of the vehicle breaking down.

            As usual, i received a feedback call from your workshop in which i raised my un-satisfaction of vehicle servicing as many of the works were not tackled a mentioned under jobcard, copy attached. Again i have been informed to visit workshop/garage to reexamine the vehicle but it was not possible as i was out of station. But it is important to ask you that why the vehicle was not tested after the servicing and before releasing on road.??

            On 15th june 2019, i was coming patna from jamui (Self driving) it has been observed that the vehicle was getting heated every 30-40 kilometers, due to which i had to sprinkle water to cool the engine every time. The problem of overheating was increased after servicing of vehicle, i informed the same to your workshop but i got appointment only for 17th june-2019.

            Thereafter i filed a complaint on toll free number dated 16th june 2019, 8:23 am and gave information about all the above incidents.

            But unfortunately the vehicle met with an accident in the evening of complaint date i. E 16th june 2019, 6:50 pm and was transported by the crane services to your another authorized workshop m/s kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd. - mahindra dealer situated at zero mile, nh-30

            In a nutshell, the whole thing of fetching the overall details as well as the damages of my car is only due to negligence of your service team.in within few days after the service, the vehicle developed serious faults [overheating], rendering the vehicle unfit to drive and an accident due to sudden off of engine.

            Considering the facts stated above, i humbly request you to look into the matter minutely and get my problem solved at the earliest. The repair of damages is not attributable to me.

                This is inform you that my vehicle jh-01-bl 3086 xuv was sent to your service station on dated 22nd may-19 bill no rbc[protected] against some minor complaints, after that all complaints was attended and finally released, but sorry to say that their was one complaint against ac blower.in this subject as per your mechanic advice and suggested from your service station to replace ac blower motor and this will be work properly thereafter i have given permission go-ahead and your service has to replaced the new motor but the next day immediately my driver was intimated to your service station the during running of ac the one new type of sound is generated which is purely not acceptable during driving and also against that what ever you have charged which was paid and problems is remain continue. Again they called my vehicle for re-check up nut still problem is continue. Therefore i request kindly look in to the matter seriously and resolve the complaint.

Sir i many time face the complain in your jamnagar service station but not proper response from your out late atul mahindra jamnagar rajkot high way.in 01/06/2019 i give my xuv 500 w8 for service and some repairing i told to mr. Jaipal barot about my complain and service. He give my car evening after 6:47pm 1 june 2019. After some day i go on 4 june 2019 go to mumbai. My brother say to me your tyre so old. Which date you change the tyre? I surprise my bacj wheel tyre totally change. My new wheel tyre purchase on moth of may 2019. Your service station change my tyre yesterday i go on your service mr. Jaipal barot & your crm not agree with me and wrong argue with me.

                  Sir, this is to much for me how i next purchase your next new car to my son. Your service station not proper guide to customer. I write already 2 complain against this service station but not satisfactory or not good response.

                  Give me justice or go to consumer court or gujarat high court.

Your CRM not proper support me he say i give you feedback in one hour but after 48 hours not respnse from him.. Your Jamnagar Showroom after sales service so bad and unhappy. every free service attend or pay service attend not satisfied. give me answer. How i suffered with your service station?                     Respected sir.
                    Hello sir this is dilip tupkar one of your harassed costumer.
                    The reasons for harrasment are as follows:-
                    When last my mahindra thar was serviced the noted issues reguarding service were not resolved.
                    The very next day of the service i conveyed the issues and problems to one of the service assistant in unnati motors kamptee road namely kunal, but giving fake promises no action was taken on it.
                    After contacting him twice thrice within a period of a month then i contacted to manager mr. Naidu. After talking to him the the same thing repeated - fake promises, delay dates, 2-3 call in a month and no action.
                    Recently unnati motors gave the excuse of high rush in the service center and thats why they are unable to attend us and asssured me to take action by 1st of july.
                    And today it is 9th and i have also contacted in between but still no action.
                    Are they waiting for more damage to my vehicle or my life or what?
                    Are there no technicians in mahindra to resolve the technical problems in the vehicle if it is like that i will you gift my vehicle to you either sell it to a loha-lokand wala.
                    Please update me what should i do.

                      Diesel autos with 7 seater capacity and transport autos of various make are making huge noise pollution which is making a terrible nuisance to the public. How the police and ministry of environment are permitting such type of vehicles?
                      Why the government is not serious about sound pollution and air pollution. I feel these vehicles are emitting more carbon too. When you are on the road side we can see the thick dark smoke from these slow moving vehicles.

                        I am really annoyed by the mis information given to me inspite of zero dept bumper to bumper insurance. Rs 10000 has been taken.
                        And on the managers say so i sent my car to the bodyshop on may 15, 2019 and were supposed to deliver my car on July 7, 2019 then July 10, 2019 and now they are saying July 25, 2019.
                        And after seeing the pictures they have not even touched the car.

                        My next step with such horrible repair service at mahindra. I am going to the media and court with all the proof.

The company hasnt given my car back yet and they have an excuse stating their management is having some problem. Why shud i be bothered about that??? I need my car back plus ill be payong a bill close to 1.5 lakh!!! Then why such a delay i have to siffer. Please deal with this

                            Let me introduce myself. I am g. Gopalakrishnan, 47-a, perumal koil street, vijayapuri, kovilpatti, tuticorin district. I have been a loyal and fanatic customer of mahindra & mahindra suv bandwagon of marshall (During[protected] bolero (During[protected] and scorpio (Since[protected] & 2016-till now new scorpio). I was one of the happiest customer till recently.

                            Besides this, upon my recommendation, three of my friends bought bolero and 2 of them bought xuv 500. On[protected], while driving my scorpio, i heard some unusual noise around universal joint at around 6:00 pm.in order to ascertain the exact root cause of this noise, i was running from pillar to post. All the nearby m&m service centres and 24x7 road assistance units are either closed or non - functional and i was stranded in the middle of the road.

                            Somehow through my friends, i got hold of a mechanic from a nearby workshop and drove the vehicle to his workshop. To my luck, this mechanic had earlier worked in m&m service centre.
                            Next day by 11:30 am, the local mechanic was able to locate the problematic spare part as, "torsional vibration damper"

                            Actual pain started from then onwards. We ran again from pillar to post to buy that spare part for two days. None of your service centres, tirunelveli, madurai, karur, pudukotrai, salem, trichy, and trivandrum had that spare part. Reasons are only known to m&m.

                            After three days of search, we could trace out that the spare part was available (That too only one last piece spare) at tvs sons pvt ltd, saligramam, chennai.

                            (For your reference, torsional vibration damper product serial number 0005dag00051n.)

                            Our pain still continues. Many of the nearby m&m service centres are either non functional or closed.

                            My vehicle is still under warranty and i feel this warranty is of no use at all due to non availability of functional service centres in proximity.

                            The application of torsion dampers with two degrees of freedom, at optimum torque values of both parts and the torsional stiffness of both springs, a significantly greater damping effect can be achieved over the entire operating range of the engine, even with minimal hysteresis damping values. But i doubt whether this aspect has been tested by m& m or not.

                            I think m&m team, while testing the new scorpio, did not give weigtage to the very fact that "torsional dampers are crucial to the health of the engine."

                            To my understanding, these are the key points which highlight the necessity of torsional dampers:

                            There’s no denying the fact that piston engines shake, some more than others. The vibration that is created by an engine has to be controlled somehow, and this is why torsional dampers exist.

                            On high-performance engines, every bit of weight counts.
                            While we recognize the damage such vibrations do directly to crankshafts, these vibes can also degrade components like distributors or accessories like your alternator, oil pump, etc. Not to mention if the crankshaft flexes too much, it can throw off your cam timing and rob you of power.

                            Crankshaft vibration is inherent in any internal combustion engine because of the powerful yet uneven forces that act directly on the crankshaft. Understand, a damper will not add horsepower, but crankshaft vibration will handicap the engine’s horse power potential.
                            Apart from this issue, i faced 2 more issues:
                            A/c coil issue twice during april 2018 and april 2019
                            Clutch assembly issue twice 2018.

                            Is it the right time to escalate the matter through consumers forum? I need a firm response from m&m.

                              Hi mahindra,
                              I drive a mahindra thar, very much satisfied with the car.

                              But from last 3-4 time i am facing a lot of issues regarding your service, everytime i send my car for service or some othewr work, i am loosing my trust over the company.
                              Today only i had sent my car (Dl8caq6479) in vazirpur service station, delhi, for some issues, after that i asked then to just wash the car before sending it back to me, the service person said that washing is on chargeble basis and i said ok.
                              Now, the moment i recieved the car, it was totally dirty. I imideatly called the service person and also sent him the photograph of the car.
                              I just asked a single thing fron the service person that should i pay for the washing that you have added in the bill, after a long discussion he said that according to him the car is totally clean and i have to pay for it.
                              I just paid for the service but i am really dissatisfied with your service, i am attaching the photographs which i sent to the service person, now rest is on you to decide weather the service was appropriate or not.

The conduct of the general manager is also like an illiterate he is tricking us by delaying the things so that we may loose our patience and do something awkward and they may have new reason to hide their mischievous deeds and cheat us.

                                  I am sriram living in coimbatore, i have purchased one mahindra jeeto bs3 vehicle (Tn 37 cm 5925) three years back and again i purchased the same bs4 vehicle two years back. The bs3 vehicle is the problem. I met engine oil dry problem. After 70, 000 kms service i driven only 230kms the oil was dry then the engine is "cheesed" (Tn 37 cm 5925). I asked the cai service center they told they are not responsible. So pended the money of 55, 000/-. And now serviced the same vehicle (Tn 37 cm 5925) and this time regular service and i tolled them to change the coolant tank, they changed, after service my vehicle ran only 360kms the coolant oil is dry and the engine cheesed. Cai service center person told me you have to change the engine assembly the cost is 58, 000/- with labor charge. I am sure there is no mistake form my side for above two times issue for the vehicle tn 37 cm 5925.
                                  What can i do. Please do favour for me.

                                  Today i have been in yours MAHINDRA AGENCY. when i asked for test drive ALTRUS G4 they replyed me back that there is sensor problem in DEMO CAR, but actuel there is no problem atall. Also they dont have complaint register n feedback form and then they replied we dont have anything, do whatever you want to do and also abuse laguage used.

                                    I am having a scorpio (WB68P7654), wish to exchange it.As i faced an accident earlier and there was a chasis change through the showroom, the department is saying we can't exchange. Is that a crime to have a personal car and face an accident. As a customer i cant know all the policies, the showroom provided an authentication letter, but they do same.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I regret to bring the callous attitude of your authorized service center m/s krishna mahindra of bargarh, odisha to your notice.

                                      I owned a xuv-500 in the month of aug-2018.in the month of apr-19, the vehicle met with an accident on the way to bargarh due to tyre brust. The mileage at that time was around 21000 km,. The vehicle was handed over to m/s krishna mahindra at bargarh on 26th april2018 for accident repair under "zero" dep insurance. At that time i was assured to get my vehicle back within 15 days i. E. By 10th may2019. After a lot of follow up the vehicle was delivered to me on 10th june 2019, overdue by about 45 days.

                                      After taking the vehicle, i found that the repair work was not attended fully. The rear right wheel was not aligned and the front suspension was noisy. The executive of m/s krishna mahindra of bargarh, instead of taking responsibility, advised me to take the vehicle to another workshop at beldihi near rourkela. Accordingly, the vehicle shuttled 4 times from 11th june to beldihi workshop, but the problem persisted. After all these ordeal, i sent the vehicle back to krishna mahindra showroom at rourkela on 29th june'19. Upon thorough check up, they again assured me to resolve the issue within a day.

                                      Painfully, the vehicle is still lying at krishna mahindra showroom at rourkela without any committed date of releasing it.

                                      This is very unfortunate that a premium segment vehicle of mahindra & mahindra do not get proper and in time service and the customer has to run from pillar to post to repair his vehicle. While writing this mail, i expect you to intervene in this matter and take prompt action.

                                      I sincerely hope that mahindra & mahindra will not let down a loyal customer.
