I bought a mahindra pickup in december 2018 and one part of pickup was faulted. I filed a complaint in kaithal lr mahindra branch. But part of my pickup is still unrecovered. Please change the part of my pickup. Company workers dont talk properly and dont satisfy customers. I am old customer of company i have 3 pickups. Ill b thankful to u i[censored] resolve my problem

    I have purchased rexton. I have sent it to the service center and there was an issue regarding the music system and the watch inside. This issue had ocuured previously as well. This issue was resolved by them previously. This time they say they cannot resolve it. You have to go to music system company. This is sent to silver jubilee pune. The response for servicing is so poor each time that you don’t wish to buy a mahindra again.in fact they are even spooling the name of ssangyong. And there is no higher official contact number or person available. I am going to receive my vehicle tomorrow and i promise will never buy mahindra again nor i would suggest anyone

      My car xuv 500 got accident in 2018 from driver door side i got it repaired from ur bijnore service station costed me neraly 45000 but that paint got fade and some white spot spotted on the door then again i visited then they again painted and this time my car gate again looking wid fadeed color wid some white shade. I want to ask how many times mahindra want it's costomers to visited again n again for the same problem i m from najibabad and don't have time to visit again and again for the same problem. This is very depressing and this really putting question on companies sevice part.

        Hello,
        I bought my mahindra kuv 6 months ago and was running good so far.
        After running 9400 kms, it makes a weird sound in the back which you can hear inside the car and is very much irritating. When asked the technicians, they are not ready to fix rather they say that's how the sound comes and stuff.
        Also they are saying it might be the motor running behind or other issue.
        My question is why it was not coming till 9k kms and then it starts. So there might be some issue with the motor manufacturing or something which mahindra has to take care and they can't put such low level materials.
        I am surprised by now so many customers would have complained but is not been taken care so far. Hope this issue get resolved.

          Mahindra astro service station at baribrahmna, jammu lacks professionalism in their approach to service of cars. I had given my xuv500 for service at 60000 km and they had informed me that there is no major issues with the car.. For routine check up and maintenance i was charged around rs 14000. After three months i got my car checked in another mahindra service station in maharashtra and there was issues costing rs 70000 that was detected including damaged front strut assembly, brake pads and disc brakes, vacuum modulators and many more, none of which could be detected by astro mahindra technicians

            marazzo m 6 ac issue

            Twice my mahindra marazzo m6 was picked by koncept mahindra / mathura road by mr. Raghav / mr. Gurmeet ref,

            To solve ac issue, as since i purchased this marazzo m6 its not working properly, in every 5 minutes it's gets trip for 2 second and restart and smells really bad,

            Koncept mahindra technician drove my car almost 300 km but didn't able to fix this problem,

            I have been chasing synergy car...

            Subject: Service Fraud of Shiva Mahindra, Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Ghaziabad - 201010

            Sir,
            My Car Mahindra Marazzo (DL 7 CQ 9510) which I bought on 23 March 2019, fuel pipes were damaged due to some reason (fault was mine). I sent the car to Service center Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Ghaziabad - 201010,
            for replacing the fuel pipes (in May 2019). Service Centre told me that they do not have the said parts due to the new model of Car & they will arrange the part from Nasik & fit to the car. My Car was at service centre for long time but & I required the car earliest, so I daily requested to deliver the car earliest after changing the fuel pipes. After 5 days, Service Supervisor (Mr Rahul) told me that part has come & they will fit it to the car. He also told me that but they are unable to provide the billing this time due to parts not updated in spare list because of new model (Marazzo). I accepted the same.

            Car delivered to my home stating that fuel pipes has been changed. I handed over the payment. I was using car but after one month I faced the problem. Today (21 June 2019) when my family travelling to Nainital, found fuel leakage from car. When my family took the car to the nearest car service centre in Bajpur on the way to Nainital, they checked the car & found that the fuel pipes were not the new one (it is the damaged one as before going to Service center of Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Ghaziabad - 201010). It can be physically seen that the pipe was repaired not changed to new. I asked the Service Centre Sahibabad regarding it, but they did not give me the satisfactory answer.

            Please take the necessary action against the Service fraud, so that it will not happen in future for other customers. Also arrange the said parts in workshop so that I can get the proper part of car.

            Marazzo car is very good but I am loosing the faith in Mahindra Services. After the service offered from Mahindra I am forced to think for other Company car in future.

                I bought a new vehicle mahindra tuv 300 on 2016 my vehicle trevelled around only 65000kms but all of a sudden it have problem in fly wheel and i went to company for repairing they are telling that fly wheel was damaged so we want to change so we need 34000 for repairing i think that there is a warranty for this if ther e is a warranty please rectify as soon as possible My vehicle is in thirunelveli mahindra service centre so i kindly request you that i need this from the warranty basis it self its an humble request from my end as an valuable customer for Mahindra i will be waiting for your valuable and positive response ASAP from Mahindra Team or India Garage Service Team,

                  I brought mahindra balero, since begniing, there was belt noise and upon first and second service and one time visit for this, temperaory solution only given. The noise strtred comong after few days. While giving service, mentioned repeatdly that noise is coming, buth they didnt look into this. Now if I go they says warranty is over, need to chagred.

                  Can i get permaanet soution for this..

                    I bought Mahindra m2 few months back and ac is a big problem in same. It keeps tripping every 5 minutes and its really bad sweating in a new car. I told service centre and according to them it will take few days and I will be left without a car. I wish I didn't go for Mahindra as adviced by many as they don't have staff to even fix such a small problem .

                        I have booked one Mahendra Marazzo M-6(white) at V. C. Motors, Rooma, G. T. Road Kanpur and deposited Rs. 5000 as booking amount.Since I am a paramilitary personnel hence I told the sales consultant Mr. Nikhil that I would avail the discount offered to paramilitary personnel through CPC.Accordingly he asked me to submit my service I'd, Service certificate, A letter from Chairman CPC of my unit to provide discounted rate at Par CSD, and all other req documents which I submitted immediately .Accordingly order taking form(OTF) was given to me in which complete price details were mentioned.Sales consultant Mr. Nikhil promised me to deliver vehicle on Tuesday or Wednesday (19.06.2019) without fail. Yesterday when I called him regarding delivery then he started mentioning problem regarding GST. I told him that it is completely unprofessional attitude and he must b cleared about all things before finalising price to costumer and filling OTF. Since yesterday I made several calls to him but he is making excuses and not telling anything about delivery of vehicle.As a soldier of this country how much embarrassment I ll face from MAHENDRA.I am posted in Arunachal Pradesh and wanted to gift my old parents before leaving for borders on 20.0619.
                        Hope Mahendra will own it's words regarding price and delivery.

                          I Rahul baghel bought Mahindra Marazzo (model 8 seater M 2) from one of your dealer C I autmotors (p) Jinsi Jehngirabad, Bhopal on 12.04.2019.

                          I have made payment of Rs. 1007119/- against cost of vehicle and Rs. 94983/- as road tax on 12.04.19(receipt attached).

                          But I got shock of my life after knowing that Your dealer did not paid road tax on 12th April and delivered Car to me on 12.04.19 and misused my road tax amount somewhere else.

                          Unfortunately vehicle met with an accident on 15.04.2019 and due to delay in road tax payment I was denied Insurance claim from Liberty general insurance ltd.

                          We have also made complaint in his office at jinsi jehngirabad Bhopal but received no response.

                          Kindly please intervene in this matter and we request your office to cancel the dealership of such careless dealers and please direct your Dealer C.I automotors Bhopal to immediately pay my compensation (Rs. 95000/-) within 10 days.

                          I have done enough of communication with your careless and irresponsible dealer and insurance company but no resolution and this is my last communication, after this I will complain same matter to Transport ministry of India against your dealer for delivering vehicles to customers without paying road tax.

                          I have already discussed the matter with my lawyer and after 10 days I will pursue my matter in Consumer court, Bhopal and will get the compensation through court.

                          So please timely intervene in this matter before it reaches in the consumer court.I will also share my worst experience in all social media sites(Facebook, twitter) so hat no other customer can be cheated in future.

                              Hai, I had a terrible experience with TVS Mahindra kaloor kochi, I own a Mahindra Thar crde, from the first free service I was visiting thise dealer and the executive named Manoj was attending me.apart from service and checkup’s last year MR Manoj suggested me to do my underbody coating and 3m wax coating for body which he told me that wax coating also have a 3 service and I have spended more than 10k.. couple of months after I was to a water service station and I realized my vehicle didn’t have any underbody coating done and there was rusted in some area. I took my vehicle to TVS Mahindra and the guy Manoj told me that they are under renovation and it will take one to two months to complete and I have to wait, I was worried about rust and took my vehicle to Pothens Mahindra Aluva kochi and They done the work excellently but I had to pay the entire charges as beacause they was not responsible for the work done by TVS Mahindra.yesterday[protected] I went to TVS Mahindra by making a service appointment and to fix water leakage through dashboard which I was mentioning to Manoj from the very first month I purchased the vehicle he was always telling that they want more time to fix thise as they were very much busy with other vehicles...yesterday i met him and he was like get lost to some other dealer he told TVS stopped all connections and dealership with Mahindra and Mahindra and they are not responsible for things happened to me from them..he was very much rude and improper as if I had done a crime purchasing Mahindra vehicle, I was very much disappointed and left from there and booked an appointment from Pothens Mahindra aluva and I hope they will fix the leaking issue...executive like Manoj will spoil the brand Mahindra.He should be corrected as customers may Slap him

                                It is informed that i have bought a scorpio Vehicle from Deoria UP dealer in between this a minor accident took place and i have submitted the vehicles to the dealer at Deoria UP.
                                As informed by them they will repair the vehicle in the month of after 26th July 2019.
                                Is this the way they should do.
                                I dont think a vehicle should be repaired in 30 days for minor accidents which requires only repair.
                                I am smelling some foul. How can i wait for 30 days.
                                Please look into the matter I need your Help

                                  I have made the booking of W6 XUV300 (Sunburst Orange) from Anant Cars Dealership (Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore). The booking was done in Mid March 2019 and I was given the date of 16th May as delivery date, however I still haven't received the vehicle till today (18th June) and they're still unable to commit on a concrete date of delivery.

                                  At first the delivery (or dispatch date) was 16th May.. then they pushed it to 23rd May.. then 6th of June.. Then 14th of June.. Then 16th June.. NOW the area manager Mr. Rajesh of Anant Cars is telling the new date of dispatch from Mahindra factory is on 24th June.. And they are not even confirming if that date would be final (They still mention this new date provided today is a tentative DISPATCH date and delivery would be again some 6-10 days later).

                                  I don't understand how a company like Mahindra can make such goofups and keep making their customers wait? If the demand is more also, how can someone's delivery date be pushed soo indefinitely?

                                  Its been a week since I posted this and escalated the matter to every possible avenue within Mahindra, but these jokers seems to be least bothered about delivering the vehicle.

                                  The vehicle which was supposed to be dispatched yesterday, is supposedly still not dispatched and the dealership and Mahindra has no clue when I will be receiving the vehicle.

                                    With the ref of Mr.Gurmeet / synergy cars Mahindra SDF / Delhi

                                    My Mahindra # 0319 MARAZZO M 6 was picked from my residence to fix the AC issue and got delivered back to me after two days and mentioned that problem have been fixed, and Mahindra team drove my car approx 200 km to get this check??

                                    Also did mentioned to sales team that car has some heating issues and sent few pictures and videos to Mr.Vineet on his what's app no, which as on today is still there,

                                    Mr. Gurmeet told that nothing to worry with heat issue because it's not major, , but I fail to understand why this is happening ??? It's really new car and should not happen at all,

                                    On very first day I did mentioned about this issue to Mr.Vineet and he mentioned that I should put rear ON so it won't happen, , what ???

                                    Since I bought this car facing this problem and not happy with Mahindra sales / repair team at all,

                                    Still, as on today AC has same problem and it get trip in every 5 minutes and smells bad, can feel easily while driving ... ???

                                    I already have another Mahindra cars but never faced these kind of issue,

                                    However, would be really appreciate if you look into this matter and fix this issue on priority basis to avoid any further appropriate action,

                                      I buyed xuv300 in March this year the showroom promised me of giving zero debt insurance but at the time of purchase they give me comprehensive insurance and now my cars front glass got broke and they said it is not cover in comprehensive insurance I have all the documents I m calling to showroom from last 8 day's said it company's policy who purchased car in March month we provided comprehensive insurance and who purchased car in April month company provided zero debt insurance this can be a policy of any company plz solve my issue

                                      the company accepted their mistake and resolve my issue now they are are giving me new policy
