I am having kuv 100. Its in mahindra auto world sawai madhopur service center for last 10 days. They told initially that it will be done on 17 june. When called on 17 they told parts has not come yet.
Last time also it happend and they took over one month to return car back.
Attitude of people at service center toward customer is like they are doing a great favour for us. While customer is asking something he will be looking into register just to show off. And will listen in three times then give some rude answer.
As a customer i demand that timeline for product service should be specified to me correctly not just some random date.
Kindly do the needfull.

    सविनय निवदेन यह है कि मैंने अपनी गाड़ी स्कोर्पियो की सर्विस DL11ca9978 दिनांक 4 अप्रैल 2019 को करवाई थी। मेरा बिल 7090/- का था । मैंने अपनी गाड़ी की सर्विस TROB AUTO INDIA PVT LTD. Gurgaon से अमित कुमार चौहान के द्वारा करवाई थी । जब गाड़ी सर्विस करवाने गया तो मेरी गाड़ी 50320 km चली हुई थी और 55080 kms पर ये सुब हो गया। ओर मैंने बोला था कि गाड़ी मैं जो भी कमी हैआप सब करदो।

    मेरी गाड़ी सर्विस होने के बाद जो मेरी गाड़ी का इन्सपेक्शन हुआ । उन्होंने बोला आप की गाड़ी बिल्कुल सही है कही भी ले जाओ। मैं अपनी फ़ैमिली को लेके काज़ा हिमाचल प्रदेश जा रहा था अचानक मेरी गाड़ी कास्टेरिंग टाइट हो गया और गाड़ी बन्द हो गई । मैंने बोनट खोल के देखा तो उसकी सारी बेल्ट टूटी हुई थी। ओर इंजिन मैं से आयल लीक हो रहा था। वहां पर न तो नेटवर्क था । वहां से मैं बस मैं 150 km दूर रिकांग पीओजाके वहां से 2 महिंद्रा के वर्कर्स को लेके आया। मेरी फैमिली 2 दिन वहां गाड़ी के पास रही जिनसे मेरा कोई संपर्क नही था क्योकि वहां नेटवर्क नही थे मैं बहुत परेशान हुआ। मैं आज तक इतना परेशान नही हुआ । मैनेगाड़ी की सर्विस कराते समय अमित जी को बोला था कि जो भी कमी है सब ठीक करदो । उन्होंने बोला था कि आप अब गाड़ी को कही भी लेजा सकते हो । मेरा महिंद्रा से अब भरोसा उठ गया है । और मैं किसी कोसलाह नही दूँगा की कोई भी इस गाड़ी को ले। और आज तक मैने जो भी काम करवाया है सारा शोरुम से करवाया है । तो मेरे साथ जो भी हुआ ये सब TROB AUTO INDIA PVT LTD से हुआ है । आज के बाद मैं कभीयहाँ से सर्विस नही कराऊगा।

    ओर TROB AUTO INDIA PVT LTD. Gurgaon ने मुझसे खाली फीडबैक फॉर्म पर signature करवाए।

    मैं बहुत दुखी हूं क्रप्या मेरी complaint पर एक्शन लिया जाए।

      My vehicle no KL-41-M-1233 Mahindra Thar.Water flowing through dashboard... made complaint with TVS Mahindra kaloor kochi and Pothens Mahindra Aluva... but they didn’t fix... Pothens Mahindra told me that it’s common issue in majority of thar and need more than a month to repair it... kindly do the needful..

        I bought a car on 16.08.2018 from khokan Motors Siliguri model : Mahindra Tuv300 plus.
        And I had an accident on 26.01.2019 from the time till now my car is with Mahindra Khokan motors and they are still giving me times, that I will be receiving my car very soon
        More than 20 dates I received from them
        And now they are asking Rs.80, 000 also
        As my car is less than a year old and my insurance is also there, but still they are asking for the money as I have insurance called bumper to bumper
        And the excuses is " I started my car after the accident that's why I need to pay the parts price"

        But still no solutions only dates I am receiving again and again
        Anyway now I got 1 more updates from Mahindra's employer 
        "Kuch aap kharch kijiye kuch hum karta hai, aap Rs.20, 000 pay kijiye rest humlog Dekh lenge"

        Poor service response. Waiting time more than 3 hrs to start the job. Even with advance booking. It is at Royal motor Kolkata. Washing facility not working which is the 1st requirement.

          We have booked xuv300 on may 19 so that we can get delivery on jun 19 but the compamy related executives due ther lazinees havent booked the car on may 19 but booked on jun 15 and they say it now it will be delivered after one month and when made a compalinet regrading it they are not responding correctly. and there customer services is answering carelessly to me by not solving the pbm

          Sir, i just bought mahendra bolero maxi truck
          Few months before..And my servicing date is coming..Prev they used to have servicing area but suddenly they stooped and reffering to another area which is quite distance from us...I would like to have our problm solved

          I have a XUV500. I send my car to your Baddi service station for service and gear problem.
          my driver visit 4-5 time to your service station and they charge 3 time . every time they say a new problem and I pay for that and problem still not solved .

            This is murali .my vehicle number AP31TV 2903. I have given for full body painting and the person told me that it will tack 1week. Till this date 20days till the process not done.they are saying all reasons. They are very irresponsible persons . This showroom located in vishakapatnam, andhra Pradesh, madhurawada area. I Never see this type of response and I never expected from Mahindra service .

            6 times I have repaired my vehicle at Himalayan Mahindra service center tangpora Srinagar.but same problem existing.also they r not behaving customer well. I am going to sell my Mahindra vehicle becoz of poor service

              Hi, i accidently purchased the Thar Crde from. TVS Mahindra. The worst dealership on earth to my experience.from the 6th month onwards the fuel gauge was not showing correct level of fuel. 4-5 times i reported the same complaint because it was a manufacturing defect. At last now they said that TVS is going to leave Mahindra and Mahindra and no fix will be done for my vehicle. I didn’t said a word i left the stupid dealership in Pathanamthitta, Kerala. No more Mahindra Vehicles in my life.

                I bought car in july 2018, after 5 days i realized that water is dropping from AC vent ineerside, and tyre pressure is leaked, when i contect with rajendra auto wheels kannauj branch from where i bought carbut they misbehave and then i complaint to rajendra auto wheel Etawah main branch but still i am suffering with these issue.
                so i request to change my tyre and damaged air conditioner .

                  I have bought an XUV W6 in sept 2014.from TVS kochi dealership(KL07 CB 1513).
                  AC failed in 25, 000 kms and repaired by spending from my pocket as extended warranty info was not informed on time..
                  Vehicle showed engine complaint from the service of 40000 kms.The engine logo in the dash board is always on.TVS claimed to send emails to Mahindra but no reply was given to me so far.
                  @50000 kms, AC cooling coil is found to be defective and TVs not had spare part.I had paid advance for the same at Pothen Mahindra and waited for last 2 weeks.After the vehicle is taken for repair they say expansion valve is also found to be defective.They have no spares and do not know when that will come.Now the vehicle is brought back and parked idle at home.
                  I am not at all satisfied with the quality of vehicle and service. I couldn't use the vehicle for last one month.

                    I ordered 2 remote keys for my m2 marazzo on february this year.
                    I was charged for the keys and installation. After taking the vehicle all the way to hubli (155 kms) they refused to install unless i pay gor it.
                    When i called m2all they asked me to pay for installation at the mahindra service center of my choice, and promised to refund the installation charges collected from me, which they are yet to do.

                      Sir my veichle was given to Pratik Automobiles Ranchi for service on 31/12/2018 and they promised to deliver the vehicle within one month but in-spite of several remainders and follow ups they did not deliverd my vehicle as it is a commercial veichle i am facing very much issues as i have to pay emi and insurance and this vehicle was only source of my income.

                          We start with our MARAZZO- M4 Car on 8th MH15GL6848 ...from shahada for MY son exam. on monday AT DHELI, The car buyed dated 25/10/2018 and seivesed on 7 /6/2019 @dhule sevice center of company for 20k-km ...around 7pm we reach to ajmer ahead 40 to 50 km and car all of suden over sounding and speed down and too much smocking...so called road side assitantant he pick up car and drop at wrong serice center then we rearrange to write serive center... we reach saturday night SO just waite for morning ...in moring we know that its close normally on sunday...we Stack up there so we take help and calledJaypur srvice center K.S.MOTOR JAIPUR Mr. Mohan Saini serivce manager ([protected]) just given confident to help us and he arrange team of tenician whowas join marrage party they come on same marrige attending dress and check viecle and they found turbo fail ...so they dont have spares in shop so they removed from car standing new in show room and fix it .we very much thx Mr. Mohan saini...he help out of circle and without any relation ...they should get appriciation latter for his out of circle help and the tecinician left marrige party and work for it alos suppose consider... becuse of them only we atten exam. of my son ...

                            2. Second purchase 29th January 2011 Chassis number HFNA2M30284, Engine No HFA4M46808. from president Motors udhana magdalla road surat gujarat

                            By satisfying last 2 purchases . we have purchased Mahindra Scorpio S11 7STR on 20 March 2019 from President Motors, Dumas road, surat. but in this time it has not been a good experience so far.
                            the vehicle started having problems from day 1st.

                            As per showroom commitment accessories fittings & black rubber colour and body coating done in car on 22nd March 2019 showroom didn't deliver car on 22nd March, and on 23rd march car was delivered at our home but the car condition was very bad photos attached for reference we didn't accept the car we complaint salesman mr Monty Patel and showroom manager mr Anand lakdawala and also complaint M&M mumbai Mr. NK Satpati complaint number CF[protected]. Showroom manager mr Anand lakdawala came at our home and discussed to complete the remaining work of car. After long discussion we accepted the car.
                            this was our big mistake and the real problem started. I first draw car 4 -5 kilometres on 24th March at 4:30 pm and found following problems in car.
                            1 door not installed correctly
                            2 mirror switch setting not properly
                            3 car vibrates when griven into Fifth Gear
                            4 crossing speed of 130 kmph car vibrates a lot
                            5 headlight setting is not properly aligned

                            I informed above problems to Mr Monty Patel and Mr. anand lakdawala. and was informed that today is Sunday. We will rectify the same tomorrow.

                            Then we had to go on our planed trip and returned on 31st March 2019 car has many issue. We literally survived 3 time from accident.
                            Next day on demand of salesman and showroom manager I went to workshop on 1st April 2019 at 9 a.m. Workshop forced me to new car repairing. workshop make a job card, job card number RO20 B000011, workshop engineer start repair car tyre balancing and go to test drive with 50-100 kilometres. But problem not solved. Again engineer did some repair work. again take 50 km trial. Full day engineer took 5-6 trials and replaced many parts. But the problem was not resolved. When till 9 p.m. our car
                            Was not handed to us. We inspect with the workshop. Workshop manager responded that there is manufacturing defect in car.
                            Went to showroom on 2nd April 2019 and I met Mr Anand lakdawala but staff replied sir is not available, he is in meeting. I waited 4 hours outside showroom, I also called mr NK satpati ask for India level officer contact number but no any response from him.then finally I could meet Mr lakdawala. We informed what we were told from workshop this car has manufacturing defect. We demanded for replacement of car, but after long discussion mr lakdawala convinced that please give us one Last Chance we will rectify all your car, and in future no problems will come for same. (we did not have any option so we agreed and also recorded the same in camera video recording available of same)
                            We have also made complaint on [protected]@mahindra.com from [protected]@gmail.com on 2nd April 2019 but no any response from company.

                            On 3rd March mr Monty Patel came at our home we went to workshop. Engineer / technician repair my car after going on test drive with Mr lakdawala no issue observed but asked to give confirmation after long trip to Rajasthan on 23rd April 2019.

                            On 23rd April during our journey we found similar problems
                            1.car vibrates at high speed
                            2. AC not working properly
                            3. Headlamp setting not correct
                            4. diesel sensor not showing correctly. We filled full tank diesel but indication not showing full.
                            5. Tyre sensor not working correct, tire pressure is correct but sensor showing minus.

                            All this issue again escalated to Mr lakdawala, he again asked for car repairing. But refused to repair the car. What is meaning of new car repairing again and again. And if after warranty same issue happened who will be responsible. We are demanding for replacement or refund of this car since this issue we are facing from day first and we are not able to use the vehicle.

                            We expect good strict action from You sir.

                              I’m very disappointed form service o[censored]nnati Moters- Wagholi Center, Tal Haveli, Dist Pune.
                              Service center not provide proper information while service estimation and workmanship quality is very poor. I experiences that in current servicing, wiper bled not changed but its claim that bed was changes and charged in bill, Clutch setting was done properly. It’s resulted that my vehicle again drops for more 3 days in center for the work thus I’ve to postpone my tour plan for the business purpose. Vehicle delivered without trail testing by service center representative and center representative not responding properly, not taking responsibility of such kind of work done. in previous servicing I’ve done denting and painting work on front bumper at this stage painting work found honey combing at surface, fog lamp also not fitting properly its again remove from one side.

                              I have xuv 500 but i am puzzeled from mahindra service department
                              Last 26th april I serviced my vehicle at kaka ji automotive neemuch(mp), till today
                              They can't resolve TPMS probleme. For this issue i already visit workshop 4 times

                              I buy a Mahindra Jeetho Vehicle in last year and starting onwards vehicle came many problems, every time service centers doing temporary solution every month 4 to 5 time's we visit the service centers for vehicle problem

                              Now vehicle engine has stopped and fress service time also completed

                                I booked for xuv300 w8 diesel Napoli black from apex mahindra showroom dimapur nagaland 797112 on 20th march 2019.
                                And still now my vehicle hasent been delivered neither am i getting any feedback from the dealer. All they say is that it isnt billed yet.
                                My goodness. Its been like almost 2and a half month already...
                                Please help and deliver the said car as soon as possible

                                  I did not get any feedback from param auto gandhinagar for my last complaint.have not heard from sales manager chetan patel.he is not cooperating.i will not recomend mahindra motors to anybody in future.worst experience and i have not got my vehicle number till date. I really like marazzo but the behaviour of sales manager chetan patel is so upsetting.

                                    This is to inform you that as am buy a "slave cylinder m hauk" kit from mahindra authorized show room on 101.2019 and replace it.After two weeks the vehicle shows the same compliant, if am going to the workshop the mechanic says that your clutch again damaged due the bad quality of the cylinder kit, when i am gong to the dealer he said if its happens the manufacturing defect of the product we send the cylinder kit to the company the feedback informing to you, so am again buy a new clutch cylinder kit.There are so many days passes there is no response from the dealer so asking them they said after election result we will inform you, so please give me solution about my complaint. Please find the attachment for your reference.

                                      My name is madhukar patil.I have booked marrazzo m6 8str whitecolour vehicle at sahyadri showroom baner on9/2/2019.but yet vehicle has been not made available.your sells executive had not made order till 3rd june 2019.He has ordered on 3rd june.I have transferred amount & first instalment of the bank has been paid.I m paying interest without taking delivery & beared loss.if the vehicle is not delivered within two days, i m cancelling the transaction & will file comlaint for loss & cheating against ur company as wellas showroom
