महोदय,

सविनय निवदेन यह है कि मैंने अपनी गाड़ी स्कोर्पियो की सर्विस DL11ca9978 दिनांक 4 अप्रैल 2019 को करवाई थी। मेरा बिल 7090/- का था । मैंने अपनी गाड़ी की सर्विस TROB AUTO INDIA PVT LTD. Gurgaon से अमित कुमार चौहान के द्वारा करवाई थी । जब गाड़ी सर्विस करवाने गया तो मेरी गाड़ी 50320 km चली हुई थी और 55080 kms पर ये सुब हो गया। ओर मैंने बोला था कि गाड़ी मैं जो भी कमी है आप सब करदो।
मेरी गाड़ी सर्विस होने के बाद जो मेरी गाड़ी का इन्सपेक्शन हुआ । उन्होंने बोला आप की गाड़ी बिल्कुल सही है कही भी ले जाओ। मैं अपनी फ़ैमिली को लेके काज़ा हिमाचल प्रदेश जा रहा था अचानक मेरी गाड़ी का स्टेरिंग टाइट हो गया और गाड़ी बन्द हो गई । मैंने बोनट खोल के देखा तो उसकी सारी बेल्ट टूटी हुई थी। ओर इंजिन मैं से आयल लीक हो रहा था। वहां पर न तो नेटवर्क था । वहां से मैं बस मैं 150 km दूर रिकांग पीओ जाके वहां से 2 महिंद्रा के वर्कर्स को लेके आया। मेरी फैमिली 2 दिन वहां गाड़ी के पास रही जिनसे मेरा कोई संपर्क नही था क्योकि वहां नेटवर्क नही थे मैं बहुत परेशान हुआ। मैं आज तक इतना परेशान नही हुआ । मैने गाड़ी की सर्विस कराते समय अमित जी को बोला था कि जो भी कमी है सब ठीक करदो । उन्होंने बोला था कि आप अब गाड़ी को कही भी लेजा सकते हो । मेरा महिंद्रा से अब भरोसा उठ गया है । और मैं किसी को सलाह नही दूँगा की कोई भी इस गाड़ी को ले। और आज तक मैने जो भी काम करवाया है सारा शोरुम से करवाया है । तो मेरे साथ जो भी हुआ ये सब TROB AUTO INDIA PVT LTD से हुआ है । आज के बाद मैं कभी यहाँ से सर्विस नही कराऊगा।

ओर TROB AUTO INDIA PVT LTD. Gurgaon ने मुझसे खाली फीडबैक फॉर्म पर signature करवाए।

मैं बहुत दुखी हूं क्रप्या मेरी complaint पर एक्शन लिया जाए।

    We start with our MARAZZO- M4 Car on 8th MH15GL6848 ...from shahada for MY son exam. on monday AT DHELI, The car buyed dated 25/10/2018 and seivesed on 7 /6/2019 @dhule sevice center of company for 20k-km ...around 7pm we reach to ajmer ahead 40 to 50 km and car all of suden over sounding and speed down and too much smocking...so called road side assitantant he pick up car and drop at wrong serice center then we rearrange to write serive center... we reach saturday night SO just waite for morning ...in moring we know that its close normally on sunday...we Stack up there so we take help and calledJaypur srvice center K.S.MOTOR JAIPUR Mr. Mohan Saini serivce manager ([protected]) just given confident to help us and he arrange team of tenician whowas join marrage party they come on same marrige attending dress and check viecle and they found turbo fail ...so they dont have spares in shop so they removed from car standing new in show room and fix it .we very much thx Mr. Mohan saini...he help out of circle and without any relation ...they should get appriciation latter for his out of circle help and the tecinician left marrige party and work for it alos suppose consider... becuse of them only we atten exam. of my son ...

      Dear Sir,
      It is unfortunate to write this but we are highly dissatisfied with the services of Mahindra. we have to escalate this matter at this level.

      first please note that we had already purchased 2 nos scorpio earlier.
      1. First purchase 13th September 2004 coma chasis number BFC 32 J 89198, engine number bF 34 j 57326.
      2. Second purchase 29th January 2011 Chassis number HFNA2M30284, Engine No HFA4M46808. from president Motors udhana magdalla road surat gujarat

      By satisfying last 2 purchases . we have purchased Mahindra Scorpio S11 7STR on 20 March 2019 from President Motors, Dumas road, surat. but in this time it has not been a good experience so far.
      the vehicle started having problems from day 1st.

      As per showroom commitment accessories fittings & black rubber colour and body coating done in car on 22nd March 2019 showroom didn't deliver car on 22nd March, and on 23rd march car was delivered at our home but the car condition was very bad photos attached for reference we didn't accept the car we complaint salesman mr Monty Patel and showroom manager mr Anand lakdawala and also complaint M&M mumbai Mr. NK Satpati complaint number CF[protected]. Showroom manager mr Anand lakdawala came at our home and discussed to complete the remaining work of car. After long discussion we accepted the car.
      this was our big mistake and the real problem started. I first draw car 4 -5 kilometres on 24th March at 4:30 pm and found following problems in car.
      1 door not installed correctly
      2 mirror switch setting not properly
      3 car vibrates when griven into Fifth Gear
      4 crossing speed of 130 kmph car vibrates a lot
      5 headlight setting is not properly aligned

      I informed above problems to Mr Monty Patel and Mr. anand lakdawala. and was informed that today is Sunday. We will rectify the same tomorrow.

      Then we had to go on our planed trip and returned on 31st March 2019 car has many issue. We literally survived 3 time from accident.
      Next day on demand of salesman and showroom manager I went to workshop on 1st April 2019 at 9 a.m. Workshop forced me to new car repairing. workshop make a job card, job card number RO20 B000011, workshop engineer start repair car tyre balancing and go to test drive with 50-100 kilometres. But problem not solved. Again engineer did some repair work. again take 50 km trial. Full day engineer took 5-6 trials and replaced many parts. But the problem was not resolved. When till 9 p.m. our car
      Was not handed to us. We inspect with the workshop. Workshop manager responded that there is manufacturing defect in car.
      Went to showroom on 2nd April 2019 and I met Mr Anand lakdawala but staff replied sir is not available, he is in meeting. I waited 4 hours outside showroom, I also called mr NK satpati ask for India level officer contact number but no any response from him.then finally I could meet Mr lakdawala. We informed what we were told from workshop this car has manufacturing defect. We demanded for replacement of car, but after long discussion mr lakdawala convinced that please give us one Last Chance we will rectify all your car, and in future no problems will come for same. (we did not have any option so we agreed and also recorded the same in camera video recording available of same)
      We have also made complaint on [protected]@mahindra.com from [protected]@gmail.com on 2nd April 2019 but no any response from company.

      On 3rd March mr Monty Patel came at our home we went to workshop. Engineer / technician repair my car after going on test drive with Mr lakdawala no issue observed but asked to give confirmation after long trip to Rajasthan on 23rd April 2019.

      On 23rd April during our journey we found similar problems
      1.car vibrates at high speed
      2. AC not working properly
      3. Headlamp setting not correct
      4. diesel sensor not showing correctly. We filled full tank diesel but indication not showing full.
      5. Tyre sensor not working correct, tire pressure is correct but sensor showing minus.

      All this issue again escalated to Mr lakdawala, he again asked for car repairing. But refused to repair the car. What is meaning of new car repairing again and again. And if after warranty same issue happened who will be responsible. We are demanding for replacement or refund of this car since this issue we are facing from day first and we are not able to use the vehicle.

        I’m very disappointed form service o[censored]nnati Moters- Wagholi Center, Tal Haveli, Dist Pune.
        Service center not provide proper information while service estimation and workmanship quality is very poor. I experiences that in current servicing, wiper bled not changed but its claim that bed was changes and charged in bill, Clutch setting was done properly. It’s resulted that my vehicle again drops for more 3 days in center for the work thus I’ve to postpone my tour plan for the business purpose. Vehicle delivered without trail testing by service center representative and center representative not responding properly, not taking responsibility of such kind of work done. in previous servicing I’ve done denting and painting work on front bumper at this stage painting work found honey combing at surface, fog lamp also not fitting properly its again remove from one side.

        I have xuv 500 but i am puzzeled from mahindra service department
        Last 26th april I serviced my vehicle at kaka ji automotive neemuch(mp), till today
        They can't resolve TPMS probleme. For this issue i already visit workshop 4 times

        I buy a Mahindra Jeetho Vehicle in last year and starting onwards vehicle came many problems, every time service centers doing temporary solution every month 4 to 5 time's we visit the service centers for vehicle problem

        Now vehicle engine has stopped and fress service time also completed

          And still now my vehicle hasent been delivered neither am i getting any feedback from the dealer. All they say is that it isnt billed yet.
          My goodness. Its been like almost 2and a half month already...
          Please help and deliver the said car as soon as possible

            I did not get any feedback from param auto gandhinagar for my last complaint.have not heard from sales manager chetan patel.he is not cooperating.i will not recomend mahindra motors to anybody in future.worst experience and i have not got my vehicle number till date. I really like marazzo but the behaviour of sales manager chetan patel is so upsetting.

              This is to inform you that as am buy a "slave cylinder m hauk" kit from mahindra authorized show room on 101.2019 and replace it.After two weeks the vehicle shows the same compliant, if am going to the workshop the mechanic says that your clutch again damaged due the bad quality of the cylinder kit, when i am gong to the dealer he said if its happens the manufacturing defect of the product we send the cylinder kit to the company the feedback informing to you, so am again buy a new clutch cylinder kit.There are so many days passes there is no response from the dealer so asking them they said after election result we will inform you, so please give me solution about my complaint. Please find the attachment for your reference.

                My name is madhukar patil.I have booked marrazzo m6 8str whitecolour vehicle at sahyadri showroom baner on9/2/2019.but yet vehicle has been not made available.your sells executive had not made order till 3rd june 2019.He has ordered on 3rd june.I have transferred amount & first instalment of the bank has been paid.I m paying interest without taking delivery & beared loss.if the vehicle is not delivered within two days, i m cancelling the transaction & will file comlaint for loss & cheating against ur company as wellas showroom

                  This mail into seek you from action and feedback on irresponsible service entered at your showroom m/s Meridian Mahindra, allappuzha .

                  I have given my car with plate no. KL29H5355 for the service due at 70000km at meridian moto and after the checkup they conveyd that the egr hose is complaint and will replace at the soonest . This is the only transportation available for me at home . Since last 10days i dont have any proper feedback or any respond from service department . I didnt get a due date for fixing my car . I have really struggled in this festival season without my car .

                  I am really disappointed with the perfomance and your dealer and i seek strigent and timely action to sortout the same.

                  I do hereby request you to provide me standby vehicle for my use or to pay me the rent of the car i bought to rent for my personal use . Awaiting your response

                    A month ago, I had complained regarding negligence of complaints regarding my XUV 500 by Auto Centre, raigarh. A few days later, my vehicle was taken for repairing. As of today ( 07 June 2019 ), it has been 15 days since the car was picked up and I haven't recieved it yet. I require my car for various purposes every day.
                    This is the 16th or 17th time my car has been to the showroom ( sometimes to the the dealer's Korba branch and sometimes to the Raipur and Bilaspur branch ).
                    Sometimes the car has been kept for as long as 2 to 3 months and returned without complete repair.
                    I hereby request that my car be returned after complete repairing as soon as possible.
                    The music has been seriously misfunctioning since I bought the car in 2011.
                    History can be checked as per requirement.

                        As per my observation will not get parts for at least another 10 days more.

                        SMG Dealer has not the filled the GST for the vehicles purchased year before.
                        hence creating problem and GST authorities calling us to pay the same as it is not reflecting on the GST Portal.

                          Hello, i brought my xuv500 in feb 2017 from mahalaxmi auto world moradabad.in few kilometers of ride i found my clutch pedal all the way down and not coming upward, clutch was not working. I replaced it from mahindra and mahindra service centre, it cost around 25000 indian rupees at 7566km of total distance covered. The service provider said that it happened cause of driving issues. I had not time so i left. Again at 29475km of total kilometers of vehicle i found this problem again, they said me to change the clutch kit including clutch plates, clutch cylinder, flywheel which cost around 41000, company denied to change it with warranty. After the some kind of oral fight they demanded for bribe of 15000 and said it will be covered with warranty. First of all i want to say that is really a cars cost 18 lakhs burs clutch kit? How it can be possible? Its just of cheap quality of parts used by mahindra bad mahindra.

                          All the parts regarding clutch kit covered within warranty and all the service provider was decent good in nature .. There was a barrier of miscommunication. Service by mahalaxmi auto world was great.

                            Misbehavior of sales manager of gandhinagar param auto. Mr. Chetan patel
                            I asked for my selected number for my new mahindra marazzo at the time of purchase.
                            Due to late payment of tax by the param auto mahindra i have not received my selected number until now.
                            They are unable to give replies for the same.
                            Sales manager is really rude and not giving any support or feedback for above mentioned issue.

                              I have one mahindra imperil and bolero1.7
                              Trusting on brand for commercial i preferred first imperi which is worst vehicle. Number is ka22c4360. Which was getting all the time breakdown. When complaint to service centre no body took risk. Since from day first i faced the problem of vehicle. When asked for exchange. Showroom people asked 1 year vehicle for 2lakhs. Getting disappointed i kept the vehicle unused. After few months took bolero. Even bolero also got many problems like brake pad. Brake liner n front both the bearings are replaced 3 times. When said the problem to company they asked me to change the driver. I asked them to give ur company driver they saying it’s against polices. Executive of company sold vehicle saying it has double bearings in front. When checked outside got to know it has single bearing. I preferred local mechanic because company dint took risk. I deal with meat supplies which is highly perishable. If i couldn’t reach on time it gets damaged. So when vehicle gets break down i can’t follow company polices whic says rsa comes picks vehicle n drops in showroom. Next day they check make job cards. Till that my goods wil get damaged. Dont trust coming vehicles of mahindra. Day by day quality is worst. Another number is ka22d0824

                                I would like to bring to your kind notice that my company has the purchased the marazzo (Bearing) vehicle registration no. - dl 12cq 3440, ch. No. – ma1wa2es1j2l48835, e. No. – esjzk03740 from synergy cars a unit of koncept mahindra. I would like to mention that this is the 6th complaint which i am reporting of the above issues of brake, air conditioning & clutch plate failure in the vehicle if the mahindra workshop cannot do away with the above problems which i am facing while deriving then i will have to take the matter to the hire authority in mahindra and also would take a legal action against the mahindra for not resolving my issue against the new vehicle. The vehicle history is with your workshop as to how many time it has visited our vehicle in your workshop since the vehicle has been purchased.

                                Recently our vehicle came from koncept mahindra service center so mt nag pal ji plan to go out of station with his family on the he is facing the same brake problem & now its clutch plates have been failed yesterday his whole trip create chaos. He was getting angry yesterday we want to give in your kind notice that this vehicle is having lots of problem so from now we will don't want to drive this car anymore. We will take legal action if you will not take this matter is on priority basis. As we had spend our 15 lacks on this vehicle & with in 4 months its create lots of problems..

                                Wait for the solution as soon as possible

                                  This is regarding service repair work.
                                  I serviced my up 16 ae 3712 in mahindra scorpio service centre d-10, kasna industrial area, site iv, greater noida, up by a service representative mr. Aashish for ac work.
                                  After few days when i went for outstation work. I realised the ac work is not done. As the ac was creating same problem.
                                  I don’t know if ac is still in same condition what i was charged for???
                                  I paid rs. 50, 000/- in last service.
                                  I’m totally unhappy with the service work done.
                                  Kindly resolve it
                                  Otherwise i have no option to go with consumer court case🙏

                                    I m writing regarding issues which i m facing since i purchased the xuv500 automatic.
                                    I spend lot of money on brand but the result is zero.
                                    The service center is worthless...

                                    Let me explain the issues:-
                                    In ist service, i left my ray-ban aviator worth 15000 on car and it lost and no answer from you team.
                                    2nd time i left my bluetooth worth 10000 imported from u. S. And it lost. No proper answer from service team.
                                    Washing issues always.

                                    And the main issue:- i m complaining regarding brack shoe and black pads from 1st service that its a noice on the same but every time they give some excuse and take money from me. They changed break shoes 3 times but every time lot of carbon come out from them and my alloy keep on dirty always. And i paid every time.
                                    Today when i sent my car on service now they are saying that we have to change brackpads and break shoes and it will cost a lot.
                                    As i understand the issue is on car from first day. Kindly resolve it or i will sent my car with history to other form who will check and reply with your loopholes.

                                    Reply me with positive reply because i m not happy after purchasing this car...

                                      Dear sir:

                                      In our mahindra pickup vehicle number tn37ct815, low pressure pump failed in 30000kms itself. For that we have to go for new pump. Labour with tax amounted to rs. 8302/-.

                                      Let me know what is the life of your low pressure pump. It it can give only 30000 kms, then you should have told very clearly duirng our purchase itself. This will help us to decide whether to go for mahindra vehicle or any other manufacturers' vehicle.

                                      I suppose the early failure of low pressure pump is purely a manufacturing mistake. Hence kindly reimburse us the amount of rs. 8302/- and charge your supplier who have supplied this low quality product.

                                        I wish to complain about the service offered from shiva mahindra ghaziabad. This is the third instance when the car pickup driver did not turned up and i was not even informed about the delay from the service centre. I am sure that mahindra as an organization is professional enough to value time of their customers. It cannot happen every time that there is mis happening at the drivers place and he didnot turn up. I don't wish to get my service done from shiva motors going forward and look forward to a serious action taken from mahindra on shiva for this unprofessional attitude and behavior towards their customers.
