I have booked for second service of my marazzo .Kottamyam TVS service center provide me service date on 27/5/2019.I produce my vehicle on that date.Then they told me that no water service is available there..Only oil changing is done here so take action There are many complaint as mine about TVS .So immediately take necessary action These types of complaints are happen that only TVS is the service center all over kerala

    I'd tried many times calling mahindra for all new xuv300 but the mahindra dealer at nagore is not at all contacting me.
    Even i tried many times for contacting mahindra nagore, but it seems that mahindra nagore are not in requirement of selling their car

    Other car dealers are so much active and are almost calling me on the regular basis to convince me for purchasing their car. But it seems that mahindra nagore is not in requirement of any customers.

        I had booked xuv300 w6 variant sunburst orange color on the 25th of march 2019 after paying rs 20000 from sahayadri motors pvt. Ltd, baner, pune, maharashtra. Upon which i was assured that the vehicle would get delivered within 8 weeks. However, before the completion of 8 weeks period which ideally is the week starting 12th may i was told that the vehicle would get billed on 15th may as they would have the chassis and engine details by then. But the billing didn't take place until 21st may because as per the dealership there were some unknown reasons from mahindra's end. And on 22nd may i was informed by the dealer that the vehicle is in transit and would reach latest by 25th may. And today is 28th may and i am awaiting confirmation on my vehicle delivery. My simple question to the dealership and mahindra motors is if you are unable to deliver on time at least have the decency to keep the customer informed especially when the entire amount has been paid as per agreement.

          This is with reference to thar di 4wd 7str lccr bs4 ps vehicle (Chasis no. Ma1ah4tbkj1l88653, engine no. Tbj1l92952 supplied by m/s. Mahindra & mahindra at goa airport. The sale certificate provided with said vehicle does not bear signature as well as stamp of manufacturer m/s. Mahindra & mahindra ltd. Due to which registration of vehicle is pending since february, 2019. The matter was rigorously followed with sales manager of mahindra & mahindra mr. Ekbal, mumbai branch even undersigned tried to contact him through mobile/sms but till date no response received from his side.
          Hence, it is requested to issue the sale certificate duly signed & stamped from m/s. Mahindra & mahindra ltd. Having office/outlet at mumbai for supply of said vehicle so that the registration of the vehicle can be obtained from rto & vehicle can be put in operation at the earliest.

            Sir,
            We booked a car xuv 300 on march 23rd 2019 and transferred an amount of 20000 only to their official account on the day day and the one of the sales executives assured us that the car will be delivered within 20 days. After 45 days when they didn’t deliver the car, i went to showroom to enquire about the same but g. M. Sales posted there misbehaved with me and abused me. After few days my brother visited the showroom where the same person told them to write an application for the refund, and told them that the refund will be made within 2 days which didn’t happen even after 10 days now and today when i visited the showroom they told me that we have to pay five thousand as cancellation charges. The fault lies with them, how am i supposed to pay 5000 penalty. The said person is so rude that he theatned me. The cc tv footage lies with them, you can see the same for clarification.
            Kindly refund my amount and teach him work ethics or i will have no other option than to approach consumer court.

              I have booked car on 27 april 2019 and it purchased for the marriage purpose which was due on 25 of may.. I requested them for the car to united india in faridabad and they promised me to deliver the same and my purpose was defeated and when now i am asking for car they are still delaying me every single day. And i dont understand when your dealers will provide the cars if there are so shortages of car why didi you even launch cars?

                Hello, my self dhananjay gholve from barshi maharashtra. I have kuv100 and i do my car servicing at gandhi motors solapur. At the time of 73000km i changed clutch plate and flywheel because gear shifting was not working properly. I changed it but the problem was not solved properly. After servicing same problem. I told to the service advisor he was saying we checked the problem there is no problem. I told several times but they were saying same thing. Now they are saying you should changed the flywheel and part waranty is only 1500km. Their service manager is also not responding. I am asking for main office number they also not giving the number. What to do now. My mob is [protected].

                  My vehicle no. Is rj 14 ud 8171, last year july i reached
                  Kalyan motors for service, they said the clutch plates were gone on 51000 km only. I was surprised because i am driving the car since 1983.
                  Curiously i agreed and they changed the clutches plates and charged me 14000 rs.
                  18th may 2019 i was driving towards ajmer and found my vehicle is not moving with power and hardly reached ajmer.
                  When i showed it to a mechanic he diagnosed and advised me to leave the vehicle as clutch plates needed to be changed.
                  Y'day he called me and said the service center has cheated you (Kalyan motors, jaisingh pura road jaipur)
                  And put improper parts of mhawk.
                  I have all the photos and parts taken out from the vehical and suffered with loses and mental pressure.
                  I feel that we should avoid going to the authorised service centers as they cheat more. Please look into this matter as this is a big cheating with an innocent customer.

Before the service sound system will work properly and after the service the sound system or touch display can't worked..                       I purchased mahindra xuv 500 w9 model on 28th april 2019 but till date dealer has not sent the document sets for rto registration. All amount was paid in full and no document is pending. I visited the showroom several times after the purchase but all time they are giving unrealistic reasons to justify the delay and asking for day or two to resolve the issue. Now the concerned person is not even picking up the phone.
                      I purchased mahindra vehicle because of its brand value but now i regret my decision because of the harassment which i am undergoing at the hands of mahindra dealer in jhansi

                        Alto must be better than this!!

                        I doubt, if accidental vehicle was sold to me by mahindra n mahindra. I need proper audit of vehicle, as front tyre was tilted inside from above (Which was noticed by us in the 1st few weeks of purchase and was repaired by them by changing front showker). This is our mistake, we shouldnt have given chance to them and should have hit that car on their faces then and there

                          I was so proud to tell that i own a mahindra vehicle, till day before yesterday!!! I have decided to ended my prestigious journey with you. Don't worry you will get more fools to buy your vehicle, as mahindra is rising.

                          I am writing this mail with huge disappointment, the story line is like this... I had a mahindra verito car of 2012 model, unfortunately the car met with an accident on 18th of this month, where it hit on 11kv electric post, and car's front area was completely damaged.in this circumstances i contacted your kattapana service center, which is only one near to me and which is even 35 km away from me. And after i faced all this issues, and finally the disaster i called your service center,

                          1. No one to pick the phone no: [protected] (The service center phone number - i called almost 15 to 20 times), then i called sales office number ie; [protected], the lady who picked the phone have given me the service engineers number,

                          2. Straight away the guy said we are not taking any more vehicles for service, as we already have many vehicles. (They should understand the situation, its not a service to prebook. Its an accident)

                          That means i need to book a slot previously. But this time i cant, but definitely when i am planning to make my next accident with a mahindra car i will definitely book a slot previously itself.

                          3. I tried calling him again, even he made me to beg. I went on begging, but he was not ready to take my vehicle. Finally i given my vehicle to a local workshop with no satisfaction.

                          My next vehicle was marazzo, but dropped my plan!!!

                          4. Once i get my vehicle back, i will sell at any cheap cost and need to buy some other reliable brand.

                            Have booked xuv300 from synergy cars safdurgunj enclave on 14 april 2019 and till today havnt got it yet, the kind of response i m getting from the sales person is really anoying first ili was told they will try to get it on 10th may and then 21st and on 20th they told me that you it have been billed today and inill get it in 5 days from billing, today i called them to ask about the update they said still it is not billed, i m without car since they told me that i will get it on 10th and getting my business loss, and there is no information what so ever about the car. The sales person name is alok and he says system showed a wrong details that time, and he said this happens often, either he has given that car to somebody else or he is lying about the fact that there is no car.

                              Ill buy my xuv 500 w9 on 21 of april 2019 it is an a 30 day old car nd i m facing breaks issues in my car... Tha brecks paads r noiceing to much when i applying the brecks... I complaint about this in my authorisd dealership which is shiv auto mobils.
                              Which is in new delhi parparganj... Near anadvihar... But they also didnt solv my problem... My 1st service was also done by mahindra service center... Thay also didnt fix it... I m facing to much problem with my brecks... The noice comes into my car cabin also... Plss resolve my problem as soon as possible...

                                I am shaleen p m, from chennai. I bought mahindra xuv 500 w7 (Ch no ma1yu2wtuj6k19138) reg no – tn-12-ab-3424, on 21st december 2018 from zulaikha motors, velachery, chennai.
                                I am facing problem with steering rack (Rattling sound with vibrations on to the steering wheel) from day 1 of my purchase and its been 5 months now and the problem is not identified or fixed by your service team. I have made uncountable...

                                Address: cochin nh bypass

                                Hi i gave an order at your Cochin dealer(TVS) for XUV 500 w11 automatic option black colour on 26th April. However after 20 days, i get a surprise when i call up the the dealer that we are shutting shop and please go ahead and book with some other dealer. I had already paid them the advance money they had promised me that the vehicle will be delivered by 15th May

                                I got a shock of my life as i was planning to buy this for a function at home. Now i am completely in a mess. Absolutely disappointing if this is the kind of service that we receive even before buying the vehicle, what would be the situation once we buy it.

                                This was my first chance to get acquainted with a mahindra product, however i have to say i has not been a great start. Now just wanted to check with you guys will you be able to get me my vehicle before 30th of May as my function in on 31st . please confirm so that i can make my decision.

                                My Tuv 300 is just 10 months old and problems are increasing day by day .
                                Some times car is not starting .
                                After hours it take self.
                                A day before I have to wait 3hours than car take self.
                                I have visited Mahindra but problem was not solved...
                                I will go higher authority regarding my problems... If it was not solved as soon as possible...

                                  I have booked mahindra xuv300 w6 (P) red color on 9th april 2019 at jorhat (Assam) mahindra delar.. The delar promised me to delivery the car by may 7th.. But still i m not get the car.. Now delar has nothing any confirmation date that when i will get it.. Is there any confirmation date from your side.. I hope i will get it within 25th may 2019..

                                    Worst behavior i had face from any company.
                                    1. They promised me to provide me scorpio s9 on next day then they are providing me after 20 days.
                                    2. My car case is handled by 6 different peoples so i am fully confused.
                                    3. My car has finally arrived to showroom now they are saying alloy wheel and camera is not available as they promised me to provide it by next day but now they are saying it will take a week.
                                    4. Very poor service, dealers are not picking the phone.
                                    5. If i am calling the dealer handling my case he is saying not to disturb me, take this number and talk to him.
                                    6. I have many cars but and all the company had a fav behavior but in mahindra i found the worst experience ever.
                                    7. When ever i go tho show room they make me sit for several hours representative are not available.

                                    please actual price not given.I have a right to screw the RTO in my RTO, I have a manager who is saying that I do not want to pay any money because I do not know how to pay my best money. Anybody can do any other work of RTO. VRD No.not given.

                                      I have servicing my mahindera rodeo and mahindera gusto from the agency namely j. Papneja agencies, yamuna nagar, but i have not satisfied with work of agency. The agency only sell your spare parts and not give the good service of the consumers. I have three vehicles of mahindera company i. E. Mahindera rodeo, mahinder gusto and mahinder centuro and all three vehicles have been purchased from the agency j. Papneja agencies, yamuna nagar. The agency raised high bills, but not the good services of the consumers. I have servicing my mahindera rodeo and mahindera gusto but i am not satisfied so that a complaint is being made by me. The agency have two times repair my vehicles but not good repaired and raised heavy bills (Copy enclosed of the bills). Please do the action of the agency and give me justice. My mahindera rodeo has been stand in the agency and the agency not repair the rodeo and not hand over me.

                                      The mechanic namely Pardeep Kumar told the consumer that your vehicle problem is high so that open the Engine and purchase some product from the agency. Mechanic Mr. Pardeep Kumar misguide all the consumers and take money from the consumer. Mechanic cheated the Agency and Consumers, please do the needful.
