Sir,
We booked a car xuv 300 on march 23rd 2019 and transferred an amount of 20000 only to their official account on the day day and the one of the sales executives assured us that the car will be delivered within 20 days. After 45 days when they didn’t deliver the car, i went to showroom to enquire about the same but g. M. Sales posted there misbehaved with me and abused me. After few days my brother visited the showroom where the same person told them to write an application for the refund, and told them that the refund will be made within 2 days which didn’t happen even after 10 days now and today when i visited the showroom they told me that we have to pay five thousand as cancellation charges. The fault lies with them, how am i supposed to pay 5000 penalty. The said person is so rude that he theatned me. The cc tv footage lies with them, you can see the same for clarification.
Kindly refund my amount and teach him work ethics or i will have no other option than to approach consumer court.

Updated by Sikander9003 Sir there seems to be no response regarding this complaint even after 48 hours and the said person namely Wasim Rashid is saying that u have made a complaint, it will get resolved by itself and there is no need to come here now.We have all the screenshots of the chat that we had with him on whatsapp.If need arises we can forward you the same.
