Dear mahindra,
I have booked xuv 300 from ks motors mahindra jaipur.
I had paid 20000 rs as advance on 3rd feb
Now due to some problem i am not able to buy the car. As per documents it was stated that u i ll get 100 pre. Refund if i cancel the advance booking. Now being a woman of age 55. I am denied 100 times everyday the dealer mentaly harras me.
Dealer is building a mental pressure to me.
Even i am paraltic and my right leg is not moving even in such case i go tp dealer to ask for refund.

    No doubt. Xuv 300 is one of the best in market. But the sales team is one of the worst in the world. I booked one car with mahindra dealer tvs kochi on 8th march2019 on confirmation of 4 weeks delivery. Now it is more than 5 weeks and no car, no response. They don't even bother to pick my calls. You team is spoiling your brand. Is there any problem in the factory? Why is the delivery delay then? I can hardly see any xuv300 in kerala roads. Are you aware that hyundai has launched venue and its booking is open now. Please look into deliver else customers will give mahindra middle finger salute and go for other brands.

        Change i am not able to purchase the vehicle, hence i want my advanced booking amount to be returned but the dealer is refusing. The dealer is not responding to my mail and communications and beating around the bush for payment.

                There was coolant leakage observed in vehicle for which vehicle was given to g3 motors, navi mumbai authorised service centre of mahindra around 1week of april 2019. The heating/ cooling coil was replaced & vehicle returned back, but the problem of vehicle over heating started. After informing the customer relationship engineer the vehicle was brought back to service centre 3 times again and again but the problem is still not resolved till date. Now, it is informed by the service centre the radiator fan is not working properly & for replacing the fan they will need 3 days more.

                During this period, vehicle was kept with service centre for more than 15 days. It was informed by customer relationship engineer - service centre compensation for the same will be reimbursed by mahindra & mahindra, for the time lost & expenses incurred. Now, the vehicle is still laying in service centre & no positive feedback from service centre. Very poor approach.

                  I am travelling at south india till june19.

                  Visited mahindra india garage workshop at poonamallee/chennai yesterday
                  For a complaint of rattling sound front left hand side under body.
                  Service engineer found lower arm assembly @408lh broken and changed it along with link stabiliser bar lh besides drive shaft lh 504aa0030n damaged but not replaced due part is out of stock.

                  Despite i hold 2 year extended warranty, m&m made me pay
                  Pay inr8511.00 via debit card to take delivery against their bill no rbr[protected] & 660 /26.4.19/18:45:45.

                  This is ridiculous. No accident involved. Parts wore out on their own.

                  Hence, it is my right to claim refund from m&m besides they have to take responsibility to replace above mentioned drive shaft too on priority.

                    I varun pahwa booked xuv300 from mahindra kbs motors ambala.
                    As i have booked before launching but it is a matter of great regret that i have not received a single call from dealership after launching. They didn't even did courage to call us to confirm about prices. Now when i want to refund my booking amount, i contacted kartik sharma working in the dealership. He once committed to refund the booking amount provided him refund application also but now he put my number in block list. He didn't even bother to inform the customer about refund process. Sir i request you to take strict action against this guy..

                      I have your tuv300 6+amt, very pathetic service and unreliable vehicle made by mahindra. I can't believe such kind of vehicle why should they sell to the customer. They should close the such kind of product before customer complaint. I never buy mahindra product in my life and nor suggest to anyone. Please take this vehicle from me and use you buddy and no need to compensate also.

                        I purchased a bolero maxitruck plus on 20 feb 2019. The vehicle started throwing symptoms in pickup. I visited the service center (Sardar motors nausad, gorakhpur, up - 273001). Now they inspected and finally said that the clutch plate is burnt and charging me rs - 12k. I asked them to cover it under warrenty but they are too rude and harsh. I am planning to log a case at local consumer court if it is not resolved at this platform.
                        My recommendation to mahindra: please take care of your customers the competition is high and a lot of new international brands are eating up your market base.

                            I had purchased a jeeto mini van from eram motors, calicut on 01/08/2017. Company warrented 6oooo km for engine, but i ride it 73000 km. My vehicles engine got damaged due to its fly wheel nut broken. It has happened because of not tightened fly wheel nut by companies production stage or at the service centre. I had done all the services in time. The company service centre informed me that it needed 65000/- rupees to repair it. I can't afford such a large amount.
                            So i humbly request a help from company's side other wise i will force to move to legal procedure

                              I have already complained about the dealer in ahmedabad. And yet not resolved after 10 days. Dealer is committed but not fulfilled. I also got the call from mahindra, mumbai but they could also not resolved the issues. Dealer said the issue with company production for suv 3oo. If so then mahindra and mahindra company is in fault. Completely failure of mahindra services. This is a final complaint from me on the issues. I need to resolve this before 24 hours else will go to consumer court and file the complaint against dealer and company who both are equally responsible for this failure.

                                I have purchased tuv 300 car apirl 2018, car is overall very good in performance but some time at incline road, ramps, or offroading it totally fail.
                                It's rear wheel start spinning even on minor inclination turn, it very dangerous to drive on hilly area many time i was badly stuck.
                                I checked out on youtube heard about mld is only solution.
                                Please to the need full.

                                    I have XUV500 W10 AT top model dated[protected]. The vehicle is getting over- heating again and again. I have lost my faith in this car. My car doesn't show any indication regarding loss of all engine all and heating. this happens to me twice.
                                    this time i was on trip at bajeri, Uttarakhand nearly 50 kms far from Nainital, UK with my family.
                                    My car got overheat in morning of[protected]. I had tried so many times to RSA & Mahindra, but no help is there. Mahindra fails in all commitments.
                                    I had top model, the most expensive car of mahindra but there service is totally false and quality of product is very bad.
                                    Mahindra spoil my trip. Even they didnt provide any assitance, taxi, etc. not even that i know how i managed with my family in forest area for 2 days without any help and assistance.

                                    I bought XUV 500, W-7 in Nov. 2018. In the month of April i noticed abnormal sound from front side during taking turn to left side. The sound seems to be from front shockers.
                                    During my 2nd service I informed the service manager at Concept Mahindra Noida sec -63. After analysis they informed me that this is a manufacturing defect and is there in all new models and research is going on to eliminate it and it will be done in my vehicle as and when solution available. One of my friend also purchased in dec-2019 and that also has the same problem.

                                    Problem is getting bad day by day and it feels driving an 10 yr old car on new XUV 500. Pl inform that when the solution is expected to be resolved.

                                      My scorpio give for service at g-3 motor nerul, no. Mh46w-0888.
                                      Last two week waiting for return my scorpio, no proper responce from any body.
                                      Continue calling mr. Hanuman as observers, not picking ph. Not responding proper.
                                      In last 11 days going office through ola from kamothe to mumbai masjid area & daily spending rs.1700 — 1800 per days.
                                      Pls. Look this matter

                                        I hold physical shares in two folio in mahindra and mahindra. I had sent shares for transfer in my wifes name but they got rejected due to signature mismatch. Subsequently 1;1 bonus was given by company. I have not received the bonus shares and the dividend in mahindra and mahindra from last two years. I approached the company they asked me to send a no objection certificate from buyer.
                                        I have send all requisite details twice to the registrars karvy but i have not received shares or dividend from company registrars. I hope that something like share pro is not cooking here. They have a huge investment base and any error here would dupe investors for lakhs of rupees.
                                        Second when you say that the shares signatures do not match obviously the question of transfer does not arise then how can you hold shares ofg registered share holder just on the basis of your belief that the transferee will ask you for shares. This is presumptively absurd.

                                        I hope sebi would amend guidelines on this. These registrars and banks have created a mess in country by becoming false guardians of public money.

                                        i think u need to check at your end the details have been sent to u along with fourteen other company documents 6 months back received by mr reddy .most of these have been cleared except Reliance industrial infrastructure ltd shares not received.

                                        We would like to inform you that the Bonus share certificate nos. 427455 & 427454 against the folio nos. J003924 & J003923 are laying in the custody of the company due to receipt of transfer in the month of November 2017 and the request got rejected prior to Bonus Allotment.

                                        We request you to provide us the No-Objection letter from the Buyer alongwith the self attested copy of Pan card from the buyer & seller for releasing the bonus share certificates against both the folios

                                        On receipt of the said documents, we shall do the needful
