There was coolant leakage observed in vehicle for which vehicle was given to g3 motors, navi mumbai authorised service centre of mahindra around 1week of april 2019. The heating/ cooling coil was replaced & vehicle returned back, but the problem of vehicle over heating started. After informing the customer relationship engineer the vehicle was brought back to service centre 3 times again and again but the problem is still not resolved till date. Now, it is informed by the service centre the radiator fan is not working properly & for replacing the fan they will need 3 days more.
During this period, vehicle was kept with service centre for more than 15 days. It was informed by customer relationship engineer - service centre compensation for the same will be reimbursed by mahindra & mahindra, for the time lost & expenses incurred. Now, the vehicle is still laying in service centre & no positive feedback from service centre. Very poor approach.
