Hello team

My name is prashant bhardwaj from gr. Noida (G. B. Nagar). It’s been going to be one month on 17th april and i am an owner of xuv300 which i had bought from concept car showroom in greater noida. But since day 4 i am having a problem with it’s touch display which is used to take care of it’ functions along with music.

I went to car showroom and told them about the problem and they done some work on my car in his first week but finally it started.

Then in his 2 week same problem and once again they called me and their team did some work and second time finally it worked. Please not down i was on [protected]@ that time which means loosing money and now i think i will loose my job.

Now we are in 4th week and i have same worst experience 3rd time. I took loan from bank which is more then 10 lakhs.

Now should i talk to any legal team or use twitter or suicide. If i am not able to attend my job then who is going to pay to bank and my other family expense.

Every time i am going on leave whenever i have problem with xuv300. As per my health problem, i can not travel more then 100 km everyday in bus or in other public
Transports for my job.

      We have bought the new mahindra marazzo m2 on 9th april and 20 minutes later after leaving the showroom we found a crack that was opening big in the front windshield. So we gave it to them to rectify and on 12th april we went to take the vehicle again and found two dent near the diesel tank. They told they will rectify after two days. While coming back we noticed that to repair the windshield they have torn the fabric connecting to windshield and left it open like that. Now we bought a car that had crack on windshield with two dents in the side and fully open fabric in the roof. Pathetic and worst, i ve been cheated by sireesh auto silk board branch. Manager vijay and salesrep manjunath are totally responsible for this. Why would i spend so much money to buy a car with so many flaws. Not even one minute i was happy about the purchase because of all this flaws. Mahindra marazzo sireesh auto selling used and broken cars

        Sir,
        On 9 apr 19, i have submitted my mahindra logan car (Up79c 4328) at vc motors mahindra service centre rooma kanpur.

        For the told problems of coolant leakage, accelerator malfunctioning and general servicing.

        Car has been taken for servicing as per booking time 9.30 am.

        But car has been given for test ride after servicing at 7.00 pm.

        After test ride there is problem related to power window panel fuse blowing observed, but no electrician is present there to handle the problem.

        Secondly on 11 apr 19 itself car is showing starting problem.

        Please coordinate for resolving the issue as i am unable to start car and deliver to near by service center.

        Please also show concern that these type of repetitive problems do not arise just after through servicing.

          Bought a xuv w11 automatic diesel in june, 2018. An amazing vehicle, very happy with the performance.
          On 9th april, 2019, the vehicle caught fire near the engine for unknown reasons while it was parked. The entire plastic parts and wires got damaged. The doors got locked and it took us a while to get the situation to normal.
          What if anyone were inside the car? How can a reputed company vehicle malfunction in such a way?

          I donot want this vehicle anymore and want it replaced. This is a situation where the company must take responsibility.

                We got the Scorpio from CAI Mahindra, Coimbatore, June-2017. It's just the 3rd Service we have completed. On 05th Apr, We had completed a general check-up and service at CAI Mahindra. On 07th Apr our Car got broke down due to no-coolant oil and the radiator hose got punctured near a small town, Piliampatti, almost 4-hours we are stranded out from 05:30-PM to 09:30 PM with two kids, as no one bothered to help us out either the CAI or the Mahindra Customer care we able to support us. It was highly disturbing the way how such a big organization like Mahindra or the reputed dealer like CAI is treating its customer on the crisis time. We hired a cab and had to pay 3000 INR to get back to our place.

                To bring the car back to the service centre, initially, the support personnel demanded 3, 500 INR and after having a couple of heated conversations they have agreed to bring my car back to the service centre and now they are demanding 1500 INR as service charge. 1, 500 INR is not a big deal for the customer who owns a 16 lakh car. But as an owner, I need to understand, how such simple things could be overseen at the time of general service, How can a radiator hose rupture in just 1.75 years old car, I have another 2011 Honda City which is 200 times better in performance and 0-break down issues till date.

                What should the customer do for such careless mistakes of service personnel, I need someone to take the responsibility of the issue and I need to understand what really went wrong (or) did someone replaced my radiator hoses with an old one. I am not sure. Unless I get a satisfied answer from Mahindra or CAI, I will not allow this issue to settle. I do not want such experience to happen for other customers out there. Maybe its a predominant issue with Mahindra cars which I am not aware of or Mahindra does not want the customer to be aware of such Manufacturing or Design defect. how can such hidden issues be fixed?

                  I am Kaverappa, basically from Kodagu Karnataka, recently I booked a Thar DI 4*4 from India Garage Madikeri.

                  The vehicle has run already 1240 Kms and the showroom guys say that it comes from the plant by running.

                  I being the customer why would I want to buy a vehicle which has already run 1240 kms, I do not feel this as the new vehicle.

                  And I have made all payments to the showroom, now I have to take the used vehicle for the cost of new.

                    We brought a xuv 500 from vvc motors, kothaguda branch hyderabad on march 18, 2019 vide chassis number k6a11304 in the name of shiv maheshwari oil & chem pvt ltd.

                    We have always brought a car, wherein rta registration is done/ assisted by agent from dealer, on the contrary here mr sandeep and mr santhosh the sales executive are not ready to assist in any way. They simply say thats not our job.
                    You may complain wherever you wish to.

                    That means the dealer job ends the moment he deliver the car. Its pathetic to realize this, since they agreed to do it initially and then denied..

                    We want the company to act tough on such employees because of which a competitive product is getting impacted.

                      Hello All,

                      I have bought Mahindra Quanto C4 in the year 2013r from Anant cars, BG Road, Bangalore.Bangalore;

                      I am facing lots of problem in my car for last two year, means after 50, 000 kms . I have contacted to Anant for following reasons;

                      WORSRE SERVICE PPL, NO TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING

                      1.Engine Blow Hole:
                      Around after 50, 000 km my vehicle stopped while running because of engine blow hole. I gave it for service and was repaired under warranty. But, from that on wards the problems getting started everytime. You can check our service history for more details.

                      2. Clutch issue:
                      For every 15, 000 kms clutch will go off. I want to know that the vehicle manufactured by your esteemed organization has to replace the clutch every 18k KM and often it is with some other problem which needs the garage assistance or it is because of your poor workmanship \ unprofessional workmanship or persons without job knowledge attending the service moreover not bothered to keep informed about the issue with the owner of the vehicle even after logging a complaint.
                      I would like to put forward my grievance with M & M HQ and still the issue is not yet resolved.
                      3. Inter-Cooler:
                      After spending nearly 2 lakhs to solve all the above mentioned problems and after so many emails, they have changed the Inter-cooler for free of cost. But, within 500 km the inter-cooler again split opened because of product poor quality. When I took this problem again to service center...now they are coming up with one more issue which is Turbo Leakage in which the change of turbo will cost INR 72, 000. So, Still now how much of money that we can spend for this repair work.

                      4. Getting mileage very less.

                      Is it brand new car, i will never advocate to buy Mahindra products to my friends and nears and dears,

                      I would request to check all the Service history from Anant cars and consider faulty car given to me.

                      I would humbly request to Mr. Anand, please sir take such kind of issues in personal taking care so would get more real ground issues from customer like me.

                      Waiting for a positive reply ASAP because your movement will decide my decision about consumer court and all.

                        I have owned 2017 xuv500 w10 (Refresh one) soo one day i started listening song in high volume so i have turned the bass and mid range to full, then i got shocked the speakers are going to blast that type of quality it have, the voice is not clear at all and the bass is totally zero. I am very unhappy with my car by spending this amount of money and got these poor speakers. If i come to know it early then i will never buy this car. Worst service by mahindra.

                          I gave my car for my second service in ujjain bhagirath motors for free service and i claim the insurance for my front and rear bumper the incharge person over there mr gulab kotwani told me for tuesday i went there on thursday still the work of touching was going on and they make me wait for 3 hours then when i took my car i saw that ac was not working i again took my car back to the service centre and they checked and they told there is no gas in condensor so what type of service you ar giving to customer they are saying we have checked all the thing and this things are happening anf the accessories person rajesh was so rude in giving me the rates of the accessories very much disappointed with such type of service in mahindra.

                            I have booked XUV300 w6, colour aquamarine on 13th of March 2019. I gave Rs 20, 000 in advance to dealer as a booking amount and the dealer promised to deliver the car by 20th March 2019. Since then, he has continuously been delaying the delivery demanding one or two days on every due date. Today it’s 4th of April and I still haven’t got assurance from the dealer about the delivery date. He has told us that he will be getting the car from Accord Motors Chhindwara and on even contacting Ajay Sinha GM of the described showroom, I am not getting the desired answers to my queries. Everything including the loan procedure has been made from my end but the dealer is still delaying the delivery. Please look into the matter and addressed my grievance by delivering the car ASAP. Thank you.

                              I bought the mohindra xuv 500 registration number pb78 8500 three month ago from raga motors paragpur jalandhar punjab. Since 1 st day this car is producing noise. Already taken to their service station 5 times for same issue.. But they are unable to resolve my problem.. Neither they are changing the part nor they are giving any explanation regarding that.. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible

                                Dear sir,
                                My xuv got full body rsuting issue and i visited the service center and after dismentaling of that vehicle i found that so mant rusted areas like both side of running board, core, doors, bonet, and under body also. Previousley i worked the same body paint but this is the second time. They told me to work with cutting and painting by replacing the parts but i don't want to work with cutting because one of my previous vehicle got same issue after spending 2.20 lakh of money at the same condition of that vehicle. I demand to replace the body shell but they are saying that they can't do that. I want body shell replacement. Kindly contact me and resolve the issue.

                                  I am using mahindra xuv 500 register number is pb 78 8500. There is problem with car as it is producing noise from right side.. I am visiting raga motors paragpur jalandhar state punjab area for the same complaint 5 times. They are neither changing any part nor explaining any procedure. Every time they said we had already forwarded your complaint.. My car was producing excessive noise. I bought this car 3 months ago.. Please solve the problem as soon as possible

                                    I bought a new car xuv 300 w8 (O) from royal automobiles gwalior, i really had a very pathetic experience over there. From booking of the vehicle till delivery each n every aspect was fraud. The vehicle was already run by 283 km before delivery, they did’nt allow the insuarance from out side, there were no proper amenities in the showroom. Most important thing the staff was unproffessional n everybody was there to make fool of customers only. From sales executive to the owner of showroom everyone is corroupt. I will tell my remaining complaints on the feedback call. Till then pls take some serious actions before i go to consumer forum

                                      Hi team, i'm sharing the worst ever experience from mahindra service people for my xuv 500.in last year july 2018, my xuv broke down on tirupati hwy, gave for servicing to the nearest center, eluru, ap. They took 1.5 months to repair it, making a bill of 30k+. The issue reported was fuel pump. Soon after 4 months, in dec 18, the car again broke down, gave for servicing at neon motors, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. The issue reported was again fuel pump, and this time the bill was for 70k+. Due to some issue the car was at station till mar 19. I picked the car on 26th mar.. After driving merely 100kms, towards bangalore, the car again broke down, i had to get it towed to the local garage near by, and he told that the issue was with fuel filter, it was a petrol fuel filter fitted. The neon motor people didn't bother to check and replace the exact issue, rather changed lots of other non-required parts and made a bill of 70k+. Even the brake pads were no checked, and they charged me for full servicing. Bills are attached. Now tell me, what kind of parts you make, that for one fuel pump i spent 1l+ rupees in less than years time. I have uploaded bills from both the service station. Now what kind of support can i expect from you guys?

                                        My name is prashant bhardwaj from greater noida (Gautam buddha nagar, up). I had bought new xuv300 w8 opt diesel car on 17th march. But since last 2 week i do have problem with it's music systemwhich is not working means power is not coming in to it.

                                        Koncept mahindra team from gr. Noida called me to check the problem. They did not tell me the problem but finally music system is accepting the power and running smoothly.

                                        But again 2nd time i do have same problem and i got same treatment from fro koncept mahindra greater noida. Now it's been 3rd time i do have same problem and now they said that you please go to noida mahindra showroom... Which is really frustrating and also unethical. I am wasting my time, money and also losing temper. I am around 30 km far away from mahindra car showroom, greater noida and as i have mentioned now they are talking about noida which is also around 50 km from my palace. I really don’t know what should i do to whom i should talk about like correct person!

                                        I have tuv 300 no. mp 04 cq 7807 which is serviced last week in worst service i have ever seen they dame my crome work of my musice system and i complaint it they said its not our fault .its company defect .my tuv is just 22000 run and it 'll happened .i never preferred for mahindra or its service.
