I purchased marrozza m6 on 04/apirl/2019 that vehicle serial number is malwa2es1k2824230 on 05/april/2019 morning it self i make a complaint against gear shifting that company people are saying you come for service know (1000km) that time we redify the problem after that yesterday i went to check up on time i specify the same problem but they didn't solve. I was already informed it's any manufacturer problem is there so please consult with mahandera expect. They not do i was totally unsatisfied for your product please do for favour for me

    I have purchased xuv500 w7 1 month ago. There is some sound in its steering column from the starting. The agency have once changed the column but sound is still there, they are saying they again change it. I am not satisfied with the work. No one expects a brand new car to go to agency every day. I have got a faulty piece.

      I have purchased mahindra marrazo m6 from"shuhul automobiles pvt ltd jammu"on 25 march. First my plan was to buy the car on 22 april. On 22, i told them to get the car ready with all the formalities done but i was unable to transfer them the money due to internet issues. Then on 25, after arranging everything i again headed towards their showroom and onspot i transferred them the payment online and they delivered the car to me. At the time of delivery, only the delivery chalan (Dated 22 april) and insurance were handed over to me and they claimed that they will provide me with the bill and the leftover documents the day after at my place. Then after 1 day one of their employees went to my bank without informing me to interogate about my mode of money transfer i. E whether i had pay the money by my self or by loan. This was very humiliating for me. Also the bank manager refused to give any kind of information without any written notice by the company. Acc to the manager there is no such formality that one has to go through while buying a car that too when i didn't take any loan. The manager told them that if they wanted any such kind of information, they have to get a written note of it by the mahindra company stating that particular formality. Since then no one from that company contacted me nor have i got my bill and other legal documents. It has been 18 days that i have purchased my car but i can't take it out of home for drive due to incomplete documents. I hope you will look into the matter to resolve it as soon as possible or else i will be left with no option but to head towards the consumer court.

      I booked bolero bs6 from shushul mahindra channi jammu when i visited showroom for delivery of my bolero the sales man refused me to provide me bolero he asked me to purchase xuv 300 petrol W8 optional which was available with them. I asked the sales person for its mileage he assured me that it will give mileage of 18 to 20 km per litre but in acutual when i drive the car it is giving mileage of 10km/litre its very costly and i can not manage such a heavy amount for its petrol. Hence its requested to you to get my xuv300 back to dealer and give ma a bolero within a week time otherwise i have no alternate to approach Ho, ble High Court Jammu for Justice and also will lodge an FIR through court I have also discussed the matter with my lawyer.

        Sir, We booked Mahindra XUV 300 with Rishabh Motors, AB Road Guna on 19the March 2019 vide our booking receipt number 2878. The salesman Anand, was hell bound to make us book the vehicle assuring the delivery by 14th of March 2019. On the basis of his assurance and brand name of Mahindra we made payment of 10000 rs and made our booking. While we were waiting anxiously for our vehivle to be delivered we are surprised to find that salesman Anand is not picking our call and after several followups we had to visit the showroom and now he says that the vehicle will take another one month for delivery. We were feeling cheated as the only point to book from Rishabh motors was timely delivery, which this sales man firmly assured.
        When we asked him to cancel the booking he is asking for deduction of 5000 rs. We found out that the salesman has not even uploaded our order in the system, he forced us to book only to fulfill his March target.
        Dear Sir, we are feeling being fooled. Mahindra was our first priority when we thought of a SUV but such un-professional behavior has left us in doubt and dispair. You are requested to kindly look into it. We need the vehicle to be delivered as assured.

          Hi all,

          With lot of enthusiasm and with a feel of home made product, i brought mahindra scorpio in 2015, today i am repenting for the decision made. The difference in quality of service support between you and your competitor is clearly visible.

          Since, major road repair work going on, i was unable to take my vehicle out close to a month, now it seems there is a starting issue due to rat bite. And i had formally registered a complaint with you yesterday.

          One mr dwarakanathan had come, in fact i had told him the issue where the engine icon in the dash is blinking, without any basic knowledge and simple tools he had come and insisting on towing the vehicle to the garage, this i could have done with the local garage here itself.

          You people market as new generation scorpio, but service support your dealers have is very old and redundant method. Sorry to say this, the technician is unable to diagnose a basic wiring issue and make the vehicle up, he is insisting on towing.

          As a customer, the feel of towing my vehicle disturbs me a lot, infact i will lose the interest on the vehicle itself. Other than towing please think what can be done.

          I request you to solve the issue on priority but only concern is not to tow my vehicle.in case of your inability let me know, i will sort out in the local garage itself.

          I had a very bad experience with sireesh, during my regular service interms of quality of serving, billing etc.., not surprised with the wonderful support they are giving me now.

            I purchased scorpio s11 on 10 jan 2019 from dewan fourwheels pvt ltd rewari. The vehicle have run for 3671 kms till date. Today, i went to mahindra service station (Dee emm sector-18 gurgaon) for service. On arrival i experienced burning smell from the vehicle and reported the same to the attending staff. I was told that this is because burning of the clutch. The complete details would be made available after thorough checkup of the vehicle and if the clutch plate is burnt, it is not covered under warranty.
            I am driving from the last 15 years and not in the habbit o[censored]sing excess clutch or putting by feet on the clutch paddle. My concern is that if the clutch is burnt, will it be replaced under warranty or not.

              We have complained about some problems in my xylo vehicle. At that time they cleared some issues. Most of the issues are still causing troubles. We are not satisfied about the services at mahindra showroom at kadapa.
              1. Engine heat
              2. A. C not functioning
              3. Back door locked
              At the time of handing over the vehicle engine heat problem just resolved. Again it is still persisting. We use my vehicle at intervals. If the problem like this we may loose faith on our mahindra products. Please look into my issues.

                Dear sir, i regret to infrom you about the poor service that i recently got from one of the service centres in kozhikode district, kerala.
                Eram motors in caliut farooq is very superb. Their hospitality and service is remarkable.
                I recently had to give my new thar crde for first service. Unfortunately i couldnt give it to eram motors farooq. So i decided to give my vehicle for service at mahindra service centre iringal, vatakara. To my surprice the area was such a small place crowded with other mahindra vehicles like mahindra auto amd lorrys and a few other cars. The service person didint come. I had to go indoors and ask the person to come amd check the vehicle. The person listened to me and told the vehicle would be ready by the next day and i got the vehicle the next day.
                Now from here starts the trouble. My vehicle was given in an ok form and was returned to me totally shabby
                When asked the people told they had no water service in the service centre and since the vehicle is parked outside it was just like that. I was so embarasses
                Because i am owning many other vehicles and i never had to face this issue of vehicle not even being water serviced after the first service. All vehicle were returned just like that. Upon asking they told they had no water and so they dont do water servicing there. I asked for an undercoating to prevent rust and was told they dont do it there. What service centre is it without anything. No parts. No service nothing. I wonder wether my thar did even get the service done. The worst was yet to come. I had a scratch n dent on my front bumper too. I was pretty sure it was not there when i gave it for service. I checked the paper and they also hadnt noticed while i was giving for service. It might be some other driver hiting the vehicle while moving the other vehicle. But my concern is not yet resolved. I gave the vehicle for first service and it was returned to me in a pathetic way covered with dust and mud and a dent on the front bumper.
                No service person called me after the service asking how was the service which i usually get from calicut service centre even after visiting the eram motors just for a nut.
                Kindly help me resolve the issue.

                  I have booked xuv 300 before 6 weeks and dealer in ahmedabad (Punjab automotive - sg. Highway) committed to provide the car with 1 month. I still not getting a car and now dealer is not picking up my call plus no answer even when he can give. He is not serious about customer and i talked to all levels there but all are so irresponsible. They even not saying sorry because of his fault and not returning my money back what i have paid for advance booking. Mahindra company has given all three dealership to one owner so they know wherever you go we will get the order. But because of this kind of dealer in ahmedabad people are booking ford and hyundai cars.

                  Not satisfied with this and i have a planned to have a car on my birthday and they spoiled. Need immediate action else it’s a big failure from mahindra because of the dealer.

                  No one has reached me to resolved two complaints yet. Its been a two month to book the car and rude behaviour by Mahindra company and dealer. Resolve the issue immediately. I have heard bad on after sales service. Here first time having bad experience on before sales service.

                    Hello team

                    My name is prashant bhardwaj from gr. Noida (G. B. Nagar). It’s been going to be one month on 17th april and i am an owner of xuv300 which i had bought from concept car showroom in greater noida. But since day 4 i am having a problem with it’s touch display which is used to take care of it’ functions along with music.

                    I went to car showroom and told them about the problem and they done some work on my car in his first week but finally it started.

                    Then in his 2 week same problem and once again they called me and their team did some work and second time finally it worked. Please not down i was on [protected]@ that time which means loosing money and now i think i will loose my job.

                    Now we are in 4th week and i have same worst experience 3rd time. I took loan from bank which is more then 10 lakhs.

                    Now should i talk to any legal team or use twitter or suicide. If i am not able to attend my job then who is going to pay to bank and my other family expense.

                    Every time i am going on leave whenever i have problem with xuv300. As per my health problem, i can not travel more then 100 km everyday in bus or in other public
                    Transports for my job.

                        We have bought the new mahindra marazzo m2 on 9th april and 20 minutes later after leaving the showroom we found a crack that was opening big in the front windshield. So we gave it to them to rectify and on 12th april we went to take the vehicle again and found two dent near the diesel tank. They told they will rectify after two days. While coming back we noticed that to repair the windshield they have torn the fabric connecting to windshield and left it open like that. Now we bought a car that had crack on windshield with two dents in the side and fully open fabric in the roof. Pathetic and worst, i ve been cheated by sireesh auto silk board branch. Manager vijay and salesrep manjunath are totally responsible for this. Why would i spend so much money to buy a car with so many flaws. Not even one minute i was happy about the purchase because of all this flaws. Mahindra marazzo sireesh auto selling used and broken cars

                          Sir,
                          On 9 apr 19, i have submitted my mahindra logan car (Up79c 4328) at vc motors mahindra service centre rooma kanpur.

                          For the told problems of coolant leakage, accelerator malfunctioning and general servicing.

                          Car has been taken for servicing as per booking time 9.30 am.

                          But car has been given for test ride after servicing at 7.00 pm.

                          After test ride there is problem related to power window panel fuse blowing observed, but no electrician is present there to handle the problem.

                          Secondly on 11 apr 19 itself car is showing starting problem.

                          Please coordinate for resolving the issue as i am unable to start car and deliver to near by service center.

                          Please also show concern that these type of repetitive problems do not arise just after through servicing.

                            Bought a xuv w11 automatic diesel in june, 2018. An amazing vehicle, very happy with the performance.
                            On 9th april, 2019, the vehicle caught fire near the engine for unknown reasons while it was parked. The entire plastic parts and wires got damaged. The doors got locked and it took us a while to get the situation to normal.
                            What if anyone were inside the car? How can a reputed company vehicle malfunction in such a way?

                            I donot want this vehicle anymore and want it replaced. This is a situation where the company must take responsibility.

                                  We got the Scorpio from CAI Mahindra, Coimbatore, June-2017. It's just the 3rd Service we have completed. On 05th Apr, We had completed a general check-up and service at CAI Mahindra. On 07th Apr our Car got broke down due to no-coolant oil and the radiator hose got punctured near a small town, Piliampatti, almost 4-hours we are stranded out from 05:30-PM to 09:30 PM with two kids, as no one bothered to help us out either the CAI or the Mahindra Customer care we able to support us. It was highly disturbing the way how such a big organization like Mahindra or the reputed dealer like CAI is treating its customer on the crisis time. We hired a cab and had to pay 3000 INR to get back to our place.

                                  To bring the car back to the service centre, initially, the support personnel demanded 3, 500 INR and after having a couple of heated conversations they have agreed to bring my car back to the service centre and now they are demanding 1500 INR as service charge. 1, 500 INR is not a big deal for the customer who owns a 16 lakh car. But as an owner, I need to understand, how such simple things could be overseen at the time of general service, How can a radiator hose rupture in just 1.75 years old car, I have another 2011 Honda City which is 200 times better in performance and 0-break down issues till date.

                                  What should the customer do for such careless mistakes of service personnel, I need someone to take the responsibility of the issue and I need to understand what really went wrong (or) did someone replaced my radiator hoses with an old one. I am not sure. Unless I get a satisfied answer from Mahindra or CAI, I will not allow this issue to settle. I do not want such experience to happen for other customers out there. Maybe its a predominant issue with Mahindra cars which I am not aware of or Mahindra does not want the customer to be aware of such Manufacturing or Design defect. how can such hidden issues be fixed?

                                    I am Kaverappa, basically from Kodagu Karnataka, recently I booked a Thar DI 4*4 from India Garage Madikeri.

                                    The vehicle has run already 1240 Kms and the showroom guys say that it comes from the plant by running.

                                    I being the customer why would I want to buy a vehicle which has already run 1240 kms, I do not feel this as the new vehicle.

                                    And I have made all payments to the showroom, now I have to take the used vehicle for the cost of new.

                                      We have always brought a car, wherein rta registration is done/ assisted by agent from dealer, on the contrary here mr sandeep and mr santhosh the sales executive are not ready to assist in any way. They simply say thats not our job.
                                      You may complain wherever you wish to.

                                      That means the dealer job ends the moment he deliver the car. Its pathetic to realize this, since they agreed to do it initially and then denied..

                                      We want the company to act tough on such employees because of which a competitive product is getting impacted.

                                        Hello All,

                                        I have bought Mahindra Quanto C4 in the year 2013r from Anant cars, BG Road, Bangalore.Bangalore;

                                        I am facing lots of problem in my car for last two year, means after 50, 000 kms . I have contacted to Anant for following reasons;

                                        WORSRE SERVICE PPL, NO TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING

                                        1.Engine Blow Hole:
                                        Around after 50, 000 km my vehicle stopped while running because of engine blow hole. I gave it for service and was repaired under warranty. But, from that on wards the problems getting started everytime. You can check our service history for more details.

                                        2. Clutch issue:
                                        For every 15, 000 kms clutch will go off. I want to know that the vehicle manufactured by your esteemed organization has to replace the clutch every 18k KM and often it is with some other problem which needs the garage assistance or it is because of your poor workmanship \ unprofessional workmanship or persons without job knowledge attending the service moreover not bothered to keep informed about the issue with the owner of the vehicle even after logging a complaint.
                                        I would like to put forward my grievance with M & M HQ and still the issue is not yet resolved.
                                        3. Inter-Cooler:
                                        After spending nearly 2 lakhs to solve all the above mentioned problems and after so many emails, they have changed the Inter-cooler for free of cost. But, within 500 km the inter-cooler again split opened because of product poor quality. When I took this problem again to service center...now they are coming up with one more issue which is Turbo Leakage in which the change of turbo will cost INR 72, 000. So, Still now how much of money that we can spend for this repair work.

                                        4. Getting mileage very less.

                                        Is it brand new car, i will never advocate to buy Mahindra products to my friends and nears and dears,

                                        I would request to check all the Service history from Anant cars and consider faulty car given to me.

                                        I would humbly request to Mr. Anand, please sir take such kind of issues in personal taking care so would get more real ground issues from customer like me.

                                        Waiting for a positive reply ASAP because your movement will decide my decision about consumer court and all.
